Instinctive Activities to Ground Kundalini Awakening

Background

In this Energetic Mastery Method session, I worked with Chris, a man whose Kundalini awakening had already broken much of his old suffering but left his brain, nervous system, and daily life struggling to catch up. His main complaints were physical fatigue, blocked energy, poor sleep, mental congestion, and a deep sense that his environment and lifestyle no longer matched the expanded consciousness inside him.

In our work together, I, Guru Sanju, diagnosed that his awakening had already happened at the level of consciousness, but the integration into his brain, nervous system, and lifestyle was incomplete. This discourse shares exactly what I taught him: two primary energy techniques (mouth exhalation and full-body tapping), a set of instinctive daily activities to ground Kundalini, a decluttering protocol to create space for his expanded energy, and a clear understanding of post-enlightenment sadhana, family energy fields, and taking leadership as the masculine consciousness in the house.

Awakening, Blockages, and Lifestyle

I greeted him: “Hello. Good evening. Well, good morning, I think there. Okay. All right. How are you?”

He said he was feeling a little better in the body.

I told him, “Yes. Everything is blockage, and that needs to be removed. I will teach you techniques today—two powerful techniques which will first remove the blockages and then balance your system.

“You can do these at specific times; I will tell you that later. But first I need to know a few things about your lifestyle.

“What is your daily routine? At what time do you get up? What is the sunrise time? And how do you begin your day?”

He shared his routine. I listened carefully to understand how his brain and nervous system were functioning across the day.

Mouth Exhalation: Preparing the Brain and Body

I told him, “Whatever your brain is signaling towards—for example, creative writing or anything, whatever you feel drawn to—you must start doing it without overthinking.

“But to reach that point, to reach the place where you can act without mental friction, you need to start with mouth exhalation.

“For example, you do first three to four rounds of mouth exhalation. Still lying in bed, you start with it.

“Then get to the place, get the cup, get the pen—whatever tools or infrastructure you need is secondary. First, your brain and nervous system should be in tune.

“Whenever you do mouth exhalation, you actually prepare the body with ample energy to do any physical task.

“So start from the bed itself: start doing mouth exhalation and start moving your body. Even if you are going to the washroom in the morning, after getting up from bed, start with mouth exhalation.

“Notice that with each motion of your body, if you are doing mouth exhalation, after some time your body will feel recharged with fuel, and you will be able to move your body.

“This is the first thing you should do.”

I clarified that everything connected to gadgets, technology, social media—anything not connected to his inner being—should be kept aside and used only at times when he consciously wants to do that activity, not as an automatic habit.

Tapping Technique and Vasodilation

I then introduced the next technique:

“The next most important technique is tapping. Full-body tapping. Do you know about tapping—full-body tapping?”

He did not.

“Okay, so first, notice what your energy level is right now. Just be aware of your energy level.

“I will teach you the tapping technique.

“If you are sitting on the bed or even lying down, you will start tapping your head and face first.

“Like this—you need to start tapping. Do it with me: tap your face, your forehead.

“Then slowly move your hands towards the head.

“You can use force. Tap strongly enough to feel awakened but not hurt.

“All parts of the body should be tapped. It is like you are painting your body and your hands are the brush. So all the parts should be tapped.”

I stood up to demonstrate the order:

“For example:

  • First, head region.
  • Then neck.
  • Shoulders.
  • Then full arms, hands.
  • Then chest.
  • Belly and abdomen region.
  • Back and shoulders again, both sides.
  • Legs and thighs.
  • Pelvic region—tap harder.
  • Lower back—tap harder.
  • Feet.

“You need to tap the full body like this and do it for at least 15 to 20 minutes.

“This technique is important for vasodilation.

“Vessel dilation means that at night, due to Kundalini energy, your nervous system and blood capillaries go into a constricted mode, because of the high voltage of electricity running in your system.

“It is a threat for the nervous system. Your brain and nervous system cannot process Kundalini at first. So they go into freeze mode to save the body.

“And this happens every night till the time Kundalini’s work is done—to make you free, to process everything, to bring powers, to complete the process for which you were born.

“Till that time, your brain and nervous system are getting prepared.

“Every time, they need blood circulation to function well. But when the vessels are in constricted mode, they cannot function well.

“With this tapping technique alone, you can do it for 15 minutes to start with. If you feel it is helping you, you can extend up to 20 or even 30 minutes.

“Full-body tapping for 20–30 minutes continuously will give you burps. You will sweat a lot.

“All the blockages in your muscles, fascia—everything will release. And your experience itself will guide you what to do next.

“So start with one day. Yes—one day in the morning after getting up, you do it for 30 minutes.

“And in the daytime, if you feel fatigued, sluggish, if you feel energy is building up again, if you feel lethargic, whenever you feel that your body is not moving much and you are more in the head—then start doing this technique.”

Energy Transmutation and Instinctive Activities

I explained what was happening in his system:

“Yes, yes. So that energy—you have to use it in creativity.

“It is like energy transmutation is happening. All the energy stuck in the mind—yes, it is creative energy.

“All the energy from all these years that was just stuck in the mind as trauma, ego, suffering—that is getting released.

“It has come now for creative purpose.

“So you have to utilize that energy in creative pursuits which involve mostly instinctive activities.

“Instinctive activities could be:

  • Swimming
  • Running
  • Creating something from source
  • Creating music
  • Artistic work
  • Cooking
  • Cleaning the house
  • Decluttering

“You can begin with decluttering. It will release most of the energies every day.”

Decluttering Protocol: Ten Things a Day

I shared a specific method:

“Decluttering also, I make my students do with a technique.

“Every day you need to throw at least ten things out of your house.

“‘Throw’ means you can donate, you can sell, or you can trash them. But ten things at a time.

“If you feel that everyday ten things is too much, you can break it into segments.

“Because what happens is: when you start the process, it is very exciting. But after some days the process becomes boring.

“So, so that it does not become boring, you can declutter by taking segments.

“For example: you take your bedroom. Starting from your bedroom, you work there for one hour, throwing ten things away. That is the task of the day.

“If you have more energy and if you feel decluttering is a must, then take a project of seven days, ten days:

‘In these seven to ten days, I am going to declutter all.’

“This will also bring you better sleep, because it is stuck energy. Your system wants more space.

“And right now it is just cluttered by metals and objects and matter. That piling up of metals and objects has created blockages in your energy field.”

Spaciousness, Switzerland, and Kundalini as Universe

I wanted him to feel spaciousness:

“Close your eyes. I will make you aware of the energy field and the importance of spaciousness.

“Close your eyes and go to the mountains.

“If you have ever visited any mountain—have you?

“Switzerland? Very good. So you know the spaciousness of Switzerland: green meadows, mountains around, fewer people, less pollution, less of everything, more of nature.

“Yes—because it is an energy vortex. It is one of the world’s best places.

“Just tune into that energy which you have already experienced and try to feel that energy now.

“Get into that groove—whatever you saw, whatever you felt, whatever you experienced then.

“That energy is dear to the consciousness. It is dear to the brain. It is dear to the nervous system.

“It makes you feel abundance. It makes you feel expansive. It makes you feel the possibilities of life. It is life.

“Yes, yes—you are getting into the vagus nerve. That is why you are becoming dizzy. This is good. This state is good.”

I warned him what happens when he comes back:

“When you come back, look around again. Your mind will become active, because your environment is again congestion in the energy field—matter, matter, matter.

“I will give you another analogy.

“Imagine a giraffe and a horse. The giraffe needs bigger space. The horse needs lesser space than the giraffe.

“When a human being is living in a house, his mind is like the horse. So it needs a house, furniture, and it can survive in that space.

“But when Kundalini is working in you, you are no more just a human being. You are no more just that personality.

“You become God. You become the universe. And that universe is expansive.

“So how can that expansive universe live in a smaller space?

“Practically speaking, you have to get rid of the stuff. Just make holes. There should be less clutter and more space.”

Post-Enlightenment Sadhana and Integration

I explained what had truly happened to him:

“You need to know what happened to you and what is happening to you. This is where my diagnosis is very important.

“The awakening has happened. The suffering has dissolved. Pain has dissolved.

“But there is a part called post-enlightenment sadhana.

“Post-enlightenment sadhana means integration of the energy with the brain and nervous system.

“And all this Energetic Mastery Method which I am teaching you is for integration of energy with brain and nervous system.

“Consciousness is always there. Energy has become universal because it is united. There is no personality left at the core.

“What happens now is: your body is like an instrument of energetic downloads.

“These energetic downloads are subtle electricity, and they flow through your nervous system.

“But your brain and nervous system are not ready to process that energy while still functioning as a ‘normal’ human being in the matrix.

“A human being functioning in the matrix is designed and programmed to function in the matrix.

“But when Kundalini awakens in the last birth, it awakens to unfold many dormant potentials in you.

“For example, your eyes: they have been looking in the same way from the perspective of the mind.

“As you go deeper and become more conscious, you will see that your perspective has changed.

“‘I don’t see objects anymore; I see energies. I see everything as vibrating energy.’

“This will happen eventually.

“Your wife will be in front of you; suddenly you will see that you can see only soul in her, or an energy being talking to you.”

Third Eye, Energy Reading, and the Known vs Unknown

I clarified his experiences:

“Yes—so that is a certain kind of energy from the third eye coming to you to read the energy of people.

“If your third eye is totally open, then you will be able to read more energies. This is going to happen eventually.

“But what is having a problem in you is the known.

“The known is not letting go of the known and not allowing you to go into the unknown.

“This journey is totally unknown.

“That is where the role of the guru comes.

“The guru is not a person. Guru is a frequency.

“When you tune into that frequency internally, guidance will come to you. Some guidance will guide you.

“But if you are ignoring that guidance, it means the known is not letting you go. It is not freeing you.”

Instinctive Activities to Reprogram the Brain

I said, “I will give you a few instinctive activities. You must start doing them, because your brain will revolt if you don’t give an alternative to it.

“Otherwise you will spend most of the time in reading, and when that is taken away from the brain-mind, it is going to default back to its old habits.

“So there are a few instinctive activities you will start from tomorrow—or even today.”

Cleaning Dishes

“Number one activity is: clean the dishes in the kitchen.

“Whenever you feel you can do it, do it—but morning is the best time. It will start your system.

“After getting up from bed, do the tapping for 20–30 minutes. After that, start cleaning the dishes—whatever dishes are in the kitchen.

“If you are working from home and you are available throughout the day, you can take up this activity more often.

“In one day you will feel a certain difference. Whatever difference—just notice it.

“But don’t expect any result.

“It is like you are teaching your brain how to function as a human being in a natural way—not the way created by civilization.

“Cleaning activity has many energetic factors. It actually rejuvenates the nervous system.

“It is water element: when you are washing and using water, something in your brain and nervous system feels safe.

“It releases the freeze mode and makes you feel like a normal, healthy human being.

“It grounds you. There is no ‘high’ energetic work going on. It is simple, energetic, grounded activity.

“I want you to experience that. After experiencing it, I will educate you more. But first, just start.”

Grooming and Sweeping (Broom Work)

“Next activity is grooming the house.

“When you are decluttering, also broom the house—not with a vacuum cleaner.

“If you have a traditional broom, use it. Or you can even make a broom.

“Use your full body. I will share a video with you sometime later, where I show how to do it, but I will explain now.

“This will release most of the energy.”

I demonstrated:

“This is the broom. You need to broom using your full body, like this.

“Think of how monkeys move instinctively. Use your whole body like that—full movement, full engagement.

“When you take action, your body should be alive. Feel how it moves.”

Mopping the Floor

“Next is mopping the floor.

“Take a cloth mop and use it the same way. Extend your body forward and mop with full-body motion.

“He (your body, your inner masculine) will be happiest—he has three activities now: cleaning dishes, sweeping, and mopping.”

Washing Clothes by Hand

“Next is washing the clothes with hands.

“Just start with one cloth—maybe trousers, or a bedsheet.

“Use your full body.

“Sitting in a squat position, with a bucket, in a traditional way.

“These four activities will ground you the highest.

“These are instinctive activities that I do myself and that I teach my students.”

Navel Breathing After Physical Activity

I added the final practice:

“After these four activities, the last is breathing—which I taught in earlier sessions to others and now to you.

“It is done lying down on the bed, making your hands like this and placing them on your navel.

“For 5 to 10 breaths, inhale and inflate your belly, then exhale and deflate your belly.

“You need to do this for at least ten rounds. After that, leave it and just relax.

“Mostly you should do this breathing after all the physical activities—mopping, cleaning—when your body is extremely tired.

“You just lie down and relax, and this will do magic to ground whatever extra energy is there.”

Energy Physics: Electrical to Mechanical to Grounded

I explained from the energy perspective:

“Let me explain from the perspective of energy.

“You have generated electricity.

“You then used this electrical energy as mechanical energy in doing all these tasks.

“It is converted into mechanical energy, so all the extra energy is grounded through these activities.

“This is known to your brain and nervous system.

“The brain does not understand machines. The brain understands physical movement.

“And your energy passes through your hands, muscles, body.

“Now you understand how powerful this is.”

Consciousness in Relationships and Family Field

Chris asked about dealing with people and family while he is high in consciousness.

I said, “Yes. When you are high in consciousness, you also get the intelligence to deal with people.

“You know how to take control of the mind with intelligence, so you will not be carried away by them.

“In fact, you will start influencing them in a positive way. It is all about energies.

“For example, your children—they will follow you if you are higher in consciousness.

“They will appreciate you. They will learn from you. You will become their hero.”

I asked, “How many children do you have?”

“Two.”

“Both children—girl or boy?”

He answered.

“So both children and your wife, and in your case this is an energy field.

“This energy field has a certain soul connection, a karmic connection.

“It is about the growth of the Shiva element—Shiva means consciousness.

“You, the man, are the masculine or yang energy of the house. Your wife is the yin energy of the house.

“These two factors determine a lot about how your children receive energy and grow.

“When your consciousness raises, your wife’s consciousness will also change automatically, because it is meant so.

“Yang is the leader. Yin is the follower.

“So automatically, the feminine energy in her will start following you.

“You will be the masculine energy who is leading the show.

“And your children will be automatically influenced by your energy field.

“Your energy field needs to change. Gradually you will see that your world is not ‘out there.’

“Your world, your universe—everything is gathering here, around you.

“People come to you. Being you is enough.

“All the things you do in life do not need to report back to anybody else.

“Slowly, slowly, slowly your house will transform.”

Space, Plants, and Sleep

I added my perception:

“I have not seen your house yet, but what I am perceiving from your energy is:

  • Less clutter
  • More space
  • A few green plants
  • More indoor plants

“Yes.

“If you need my consultation for that, you can separately plan a session.

“This is all connected to one big purpose of getting good sleep.

“It is not that you chase sleep and then you get sleep.

“You organize your life, and then you get the sleep.

“There are certain ‘apps’ open in the mind, open in the brain, that need completion.

“For example, you need to declutter—and after that, you get good sleep. It is that simple.

“It is all about tasks that need to be completed.”

I told him, “Throughout the day, you will turn into a different man if you start doing these instinctive activities.

“To get free from the ego, this is the best technique that I teach.

“After some days you will feel that there is no use of any personality.

“You will still read, you will still do things, but from a detached space.

“You will read only what excites you, what genuinely draws you.

“For some days you may feel disconnected from old patterns.

“Everything is experiential.

“Once you experience how it feels to be in the body, grounded—and you are the leader of your life—no one is here to guide how you breathe, how you eat, how you do everything.

“Ultimately, it is you.

“If you take control of your life, you will feel that everything is in control.”

Final Recap of Techniques and Daily Structure

I said, “I will share again the techniques I have introduced. Write them down after the session so that you do not forget.”

He took a pen.

“First is: tapping—full-body tapping.

“Please write it down.

“Number two: cleaning the dishes.

“Number three: washing clothes.

“Number four: grooming the house (sweeping).

“Number five: mopping the floor.

“Next is navel breathing for 20 to 30 minutes by touching the hands to the navel and keeping them there—abdominal breathing.

“You can write ‘navel breathing’ as the main term. You have to push your navel out and in for biofeedback. Your hands give you biofeedback.

“Do this two times daily: before going to sleep and after getting up.

“And you will continue with mouth exhalation in all the activities. That is compulsory—mouth exhalation in all physical activities you do.

“All activities should be supported with mouth exhalation and ‘come back’ external breath hold, which you will do in the same sequence as I have taught earlier.

“You can reduce or change the timing, but at least you should do hundreds of mouth exhalations and external holds throughout the day.

“That is a must.”

I closed the session:

“Do this for 24 hours—really observe how you feel, where you reach, what challenges come.

“Then again, for three days at least, you will continue with this.

“After that, I will take your session and see how things are working.

“Any more questions for today?”

He said no.

“Okay. Thank you. Bye-bye. Yes.”
