The burnout that you experience during Kundalini awakening is the highest point from which you start taking actions. Till the point you experience the burnout, you take Kundalini for granted. You take the spiritual awakening for granted.
But a time comes when you can no longer drag the routine work, the unconscious activities, the relationship, the health problems, the financial problems that you had been carrying through procrastination—because you were taking this entire journey as a side activity, as a side work:
“Let me achieve some more. Let me earn some more money. Let me drag the relationship, which is poisonous already, a little more. Let me get more sick, and then I will take some actions.”
But a point comes when you are burnt out.
Suddenly, your brain stops working. You’re working in the office, and suddenly you are stagnant. Memory loss. Stoppage in cognitive function. You cannot listen to the voice of other people who are speaking in front of you. You cannot process information.
The brain goes into a coma-kind-of condition, where you can only witness through your consciousness but cannot function through your body. You are paralyzed in a way.
And this is the burnout most people experience during their Kundalini awakening journey.
The burnout may lead to Kundalini psychosis as well. When Kundalini psychosis happens, then your nervous system could be permanently damaged—because Kundalini goes into the wrong energy channels. That leads to mental problems, psychosis, and lots of other issues may also be supported by this condition.
For example, you may be having multiple sclerosis due to the Kundalini psychosis you are going through, and that happened due to burnout—schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, IBS. So many other symptoms are visible in you.
Frayed nerves. Oversensitive nervous system. Oversensitive, hypersensitive to light, sound, surroundings, space, people.
Symptoms of DDD (Depersonalization-Derealization Disorder), where you cannot feel yourself integrated in the body. You feel out of the body most of the time.
All these things happen because you stretch beyond your limit.
Why does this burnout happen?
Because you overuse your energy. You are supplied with a limited amount of energy, and you should be focused on fulfilling your life’s function in a limited way—in a minimalist way.
But when your desires exceed your needs, when wants exceed your need, you go beyond your human capacity to fulfill the needs of your ego, the mind, or the dreams of the people in your life.
If you are married, then you lose your semen by giving birth to a child or children. And then the expenses of the family and working for them day and night take away all your fuel, which was available for living your life.
On a limited supply of petrol or gas, you are running the vehicle. How long will it last or run?
Your body is like a machine. It needs constant supply of energy—through prana, through bioelectricity. Then only the cosmic electricity, the Kundalini, will run well in your energy channels. And then only you will be able to live your life.
But if you are not supplying the adequate quantity of Kundalini, you are not supplying the adequate quantity of ojas to run the bioelectricity—then how can you use that electricity?
Another example, a direct example, is of the powerhouse.
You are running a powerhouse, and you need lots of water to be transformed into hydroelectricity. But if you are not supplying the water—the river is dried—you are not using water to transform it into hydroelectricity—then where will you get the electricity to run the powerhouse? And from where will you distribute it to the cities? To light the bulbs? To light the appliances? To light the gadgets in your home?
Kundalini is your life force.
And that life force needs lots of prana circulation in your entire body, in your entire energy channels.
That prana circulation is not possible with your toxic lifestyle — with your sedentary lifestyle.
You have to change your habits.
You have to change the way you eat food, what you eat, what you drink, what you take in. The entire environment has to change.
The burnout that is faced by you is due to your unconscious way of living life.
You are addicted. You are addicted to the matrix. You are addicted to the benefits of the matrix. You have FOMO — fear of missing out.
You lose all your power of attention by giving it unconsciously — or spending it unconsciously — on the activities in the matrix.
You are associated with people who don’t contribute to your life.
You are working at a job that you hate.
You talk to people whom you hate, or they hate you.
You are living in an environment which doesn’t serve you.
You are living in an environment where your attention is taken away—or stolen away—by everyone who comes across you.
The brain needs 20% of the oxygen that you intake. But that 20% is not absorbed by the brain when your attention is not on a single task. It is not focused on you. It is not invested in you.
Your addiction to pornography, social media, your addiction to alcohol, eating junk food, meat food created by killing animals—whether seafood or anything else—you’re filled with all the junks, all the toxicity. These dead energies remain in you, and that causes the burnout.
Your blood is not purified because you are not supplying the nutrition that the body needs to create pure blood. And only through pure blood can the cells produce the right quality of energy that will be used by the body to create semen. And that will lead to the creation of ojas.
When ojas is ignited within the body, it transforms into cosmic prana. This cosmic prana condenses into cosmic electricity — and from this living current, Kundalini is born.
The Kundalini is processed in the body only when your energy channels—your nadis—are pure. Your vagus nerve needs to be activated.
Burnout means you have an excess of stress, anxiety, and depression in your body. Your nervous system is frayed due to overactivation of sympathetic breathing, overproduction of cortisol and other hormones, and excessive dopamine release—not the real dopamine, but the false dopamine that is released due to your addiction to Reels, videos, and Shorts that you keep watching—one after another—on different social media platforms.
All your attention is depleted—day and night.
The burnout is inevitable. It is going to happen.
And if you are in your spiritual awakening journey, and you have obsession with watching, reading too much of spiritual text, contents, listening to the lectures of people who are not exemplary, who are not taking actions in their life—then also, your burnout is going to happen very fast.
What is the solution to all this burnout?
The solution is only one: that is Guru Sanju.
Only I can help in the world to make you a sane person—where your brain and nervous system will work in an integrated way, in a new way. And I can heal you from all the brain and health-related issues that you go through during Kundalini awakening.
But you have to take actions.
Like the students who participate in the Phoenix Project—they take actions in their life to change themselves. They change their lifestyles the way I tell them. They start living the instinctive life.
Even if I tell you 100 times, it will not be transmuted into that action of doing in your life.
You have to be committed towards your life purpose, your goal.
Otherwise, already you are suffering through multiple symptoms of Kundalini journey, and you’re just wasting your life. Every day, you wake up in the hope of things to change—but nothing will change.
Once Kundalini has awakened in you, it has no plan to relieve you until and unless you transform—or you get dissolved in the process. Both these are important.
Most of you who are engaged in jobs, while doing the activities or the work that you don’t like—you’re fulfilling the dreams of other people.
There is no real passion in you. There is no real dopamine.
Money doesn’t release dopamine—let me tell you.
You get the money at the end of the month. You’re paid a fixed salary. You are getting paid. You are getting fixed salary every month. You are getting all the comforts of life in the office environment, and everything—every facility is taken care of by the company.
But your brain doesn’t feel safe—even in the best environment—because the brain feels safe only when you are adventurous in life. You take challenges in life. You take the risk of going into the unknown. You are one with the unpredictability of life.
So it goes into freeze mode—because you cannot respond to the real emotions that you experience, especially during Kundalini awakening.
You feel different, but you cannot express yourself to the people around you. You cannot respond the way you want to respond. So, you suppress.
And when you suppress, your brain and nervous system goes into freeze mode—and that leads to burnout.
All the anger, all the frustration, all the energy are suppressed in your body, in your energy channels—and that leads to sudden burnout.
Because when the volcano erupts, before that, a long process is going on inside—and one day: boom.
So if you want yourself to be healed due to burnout, you have to take the necessary actions. You have to be committed.
Otherwise, you’ll continue living the same mediocre life within the matrix, and no real transformation will occur—even if you’re going through a Kundalini awakening.
All right. Have a great day.
