The Power of Energetic Exorcism
When I step into the space of exorcism with my students, I enter not as a fighter against demons but as a channel of life force, of Kundalini herself. The work is raw, powerful, and often terrifying for the one going through it. Yet it is sacred.
The human body is not only flesh and bone; it is an intricate web of energies, memories, and traumas. Sometimes these energies harden into entities — stuck frequencies that possess the nervous system and hijack the brain. Exorcism in the Energetic Mastery Method is the art of releasing these foreign, parasitic forces and restoring the student’s natural state of vitality.
I will share with you two days of live exorcism with a student, so you may understand how Kundalini works in this domain. And I will also guide you through additional techniques that help clear residual negativity, panic attacks, and trauma from your system.
Day One: Confronting the Entities
I called upon the student to feel her life force powerfully. “Feel it,” I said, “you are living.”
Immediately, resistance arose. A presence inside her screamed back at me: Get out!
I challenged it: “Has it gone?”
The student trembled. “I’m still there, still there,” she whispered, meaning the entity still clung to her.
I commanded with more force, “Get out from all parts of the body!”
The body shook violently. Breath quickened. Then a moment of release — she sighed and felt a little more relaxed.
I instructed: “If you feel remnants of it, release again. Say it: you are going out. I’ve caught you.”
The voice of possession surfaced. I demanded, “How many are here? A thousand? What are you doing?”
The answer came, guttural and raw: F**ing her brain. Hijacking it. Not letting her live.*
This is what entities do: they hijack the mind, loop thoughts, and block life.
I roared back: “I kill you! Let her be free. Away!”
The confrontation intensified. Then I softened. “Relax, relax. Enough for today. Good work. Close your mouth and breathe. Everything will be all right. You are safe. If you feel like crying, cry silently. Open your mouth, but don’t make sound — it is night time here. Breathe.”
The first day closed with the trauma shifting out. I reminded her: “Now it is all trauma releasing from your body. Relax, and I will heal you more.”
Day Two: Kundalini Unblocks the Darkness
The second session began with more forceful release. “Release. Release. Let the demons go. The more you increase the intensity of life in you, the more these energies will leave.”
I encouraged her to move, to turn around, to allow her body to express. Energy surged like electricity through her nervous system. She shook, trembled, shouted.
“Release! Get out!” I commanded again and again. “You need to get out. Let it go.”
This time the Kundalini itself rose to assist. The fire of life moved upward through her spine, breaking the hold of darkness. I reassured her: “It’s Kundalini unblocking your energies. Allow it to happen. Don’t resist.”
She cried, shook, released. The intensity peaked, then slowly began to dissolve.
“It’s okay,” I soothed. “They’ve gone. Relax. Now exhale longer, through your mouth. Let everything soften. Sit in a better position. Lie with a pillow. Go into the breathing state. Eat when you wish. We will meet later.”
With this, the exorcism cycle for those days was complete.
Beyond Exorcism: Changing the Panic Response
Exorcism clears deep entities, but many students still carry triggers, panic attacks, and nervous system imprints. For these, I offer specific techniques. They are not rituals of suppression; they are practices to retrain your body’s response.
1. Gifting Heals
Even a small act like offering tea can shift energy. In one session, I gifted a Turkish tea bag to the student. “You don’t have to do much,” I told her. “Just dip it in hot water.” Such gestures of care rewire the nervous system, reminding it of safety and simplicity.
2. Long, Slow, Continuous Mouth Exhalation
When panic rises, walk slowly while exhaling through your mouth in one long, unbroken stream. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system, calms the vagus nerve, and grounds your energy.
3. Instinctive Activities
Engage your primal instincts: walking barefoot, running, stretching, or shaking. These instinctive movements release trapped trauma without needing words.
4. Gazing at Distant Objects
When fear narrows your vision, expand it. Look far into the horizon, at mountains, sky, or open fields. This resets the optic nerve and calms the amygdala.
5. Creating an Energy Vortex at Home
Clear your living space. Move furniture, clap your hands, light incense, create spirals of movement in the air. This shifts stagnant energies and prevents entities from re-entering.
6. Progressive Muscle Relaxation
Tense and release each muscle group: fists, arms, shoulders, chest, abdomen, thighs, calves. As the body lets go, the energy body also loosens its grip.
7. Vibrational Release with Vowels
Chant the vowels A-E-I-O-U while moving your jaw, head, neck, and torso. Let your whole body vibrate. This awakens dormant circuits in the nervous system and throws off foreign energies.
8. Singing, Dancing, and Moving
Use music to liberate yourself. Sing loudly, dance wildly, let your body sway and shake. The rhythm of life displaces the rhythm of possession.
Creative Alterations: Reclaiming Freedom
Sometimes trauma hides in the most ordinary places — even in clothes. I guide students to alter their garments spontaneously.
Take a long pair of pants and cut them into shorts. “Feel the freedom of creating it,” I tell them. Wear it, let your body feel new air, new expression.
From the leftover cloth, make a cap or scarf. Put it on and move in funny, playful ways. Dance, spin, belly dance. This creative act rewires the brain, saying: I am free to change, I am free to play.
Trauma dissolves when playfulness returns.
The Essence of Exorcism in Energetic Mastery
Exorcism is not a war of good versus evil. It is the restoration of flow where stagnation once ruled.
When I shout Get out!, it is not anger but the authority of life itself commanding death to leave. When I soothe with Relax, relax, it is not weakness but the reassurance of the mother after the storm.
Kundalini awakening naturally brings buried darkness to the surface. Exorcism is simply the heightened form of this purification. Entities, traumas, and old energies may scream, resist, and cling — but ultimately they cannot stand before the raw intensity of life.
Closing Guidance
If you are walking the path of Kundalini and encounter these storms, remember:
- Life force is always stronger than the darkness.
- Do not resist. Allow energy to move, shake, release.
- Use the techniques: long exhalation, instinctive movement, gazing into distance, muscle relaxation, vowel vibrations, singing, dancing, and creative play.
- Clear your home space. Create an energy vortex where life thrives.
- Above all, know that you are safe. The body may tremble, the mind may scream, but the soul remains untouched.
This is the power of the Energetic Mastery Method. This is the work of exorcism in the light of Kundalini.
