Background
This discourse was spoken by Siddha Guru Sanju during an experiential exploration deep within a wild jungle. It captures the living essence of Kundalini grounding — not as a concept but as a direct communion with nature. In this teaching, Guru Sanju explains how the overflowing electricity of awakened Kundalini energy can create inflammation within the body when it lacks grounding. She reveals that the remedy lies in immersing oneself in the wilderness — barefoot walking, tree-hugging, breathing the oxygen-rich air, and allowing the raw ancient energies of the earth to balance the inner currents. This text presents her spontaneous discourse, originally spoken while moving through the forest, now refined for readers to experience and practice the same vibrational depth through words.
The Discourse
Kundalini awakening and grounding — these two cannot be separated. For grounding, you need immense prana. And for prana, you need nature — abundant, wild, untouched nature — where you do not have to compromise on the quality of the air you breathe or the energy that fuels your being.
If you truly wish to increase your prana, you must explore as I do — venture into jungles, into wild landscapes where ancient energies still breathe freely. There, the running oxygen in the air field is alive; it fills every cell of your body.
Whatever background sound or vibration you may sense around me now comes from a raw jungle. I have come here for grounding, and this very wilderness is energizing me. The forest makes me feel high — not through any effort, but through an ancient connection. This place itself is a vortex of energy, discovered for my grounding, and its wilderness will thrill you when you come close to it.
Tree Hugging: Releasing Inflammation through Contact
To ground yourself, begin with something simple — hug a tree.
Yes, embrace the tree with both your arms. Press your chest against its trunk. Or if you wish to rest, stand with your spine and head gently touching the tree. Let the life of the tree merge with yours.
Then, take off your shoes. Walk barefoot on the earth. All these practices reduce inflammation in the body — inflammation that happens because of the excess electrical charge produced when Kundalini energy rises within you. Kundalini is electricity itself — a lightning-like current flowing through the nervous system.
When the downloads of this energy become strong, your body begins to consume tremendous prana. This continuous burning creates heat and inflammation. The solution lies here — in the grounding jungles, where there is no human habitation, only the vast energy of earth waiting to absorb your extra charge.
You must find your place. You must find your way. There are no excuses in this path. You have to be raw — raw in the way you live, raw in the way you breathe. Sit anywhere, look at the trees above you, and exhale deeply.
Low Prana Environments and the Need to Ground
When the environment is low in prana — like in polluted cities, concrete homes, or lifeless spaces — your Kundalini struggles. You begin to feel depleted, suffocated, even breathless.
That breathlessness becomes anxiety.
But when you come out into nature, the earth absorbs your extra energy. The nervous system calms, and suddenly you feel lighter. You feel alive again. That is the power of grounding.
Look at a tree near you — perhaps its trunk is thin enough to hold. Place your palms around it. Remove your shoes. Let your bare feet touch the soil. Feel the texture of the ground, cool and alive.
Until and unless you do this, you will not feel well. You do not need to resist; you need to allow.
The Practice of Barefoot Walking
Now, I walk barefoot. Shoes in my hands, feet on the raw ground.
Walk like this — slowly, gently, in full awareness. You don’t need to be anyone. Nobody knows you here. You are not your name, not your story. You are simply life.
As you walk barefoot, you come out of ego identification. You merge with the raw nature around you. The ground pulls the excess energy from your body, restoring balance.
If you lose this moment, life is gone. There is no life beyond now. So know the importance of this moment. Care about your life, because if you do not care, no one else will.
Go out. Ground yourself. Refill your prana. When you ground in a vortex, the highest quality of oxygen, prana, and divine elemental energy flows into you.
The ancient trees around you are not just plants — they are living beings releasing healing oils into the air. These natural resins and scents activate your instinctive brain, rejuvenating your nervous system and calming your thoughts.
When you spend time among ancient trees, your brain heals. You start breathing more confidently. You begin to feel connected to existence.
Awakening to Life Beyond the Matrix
People think they know life — but what do they know apart from the matrix and matter? Ego is born from limited experience. Real life begins only when you live it consciously.
Walking barefoot may seem simple, but it’s a sacred act. It teaches humility. It dissolves separation. It brings you back to your origins.
Now, I stand beside a bamboo grove. Bamboo is medicine for the breath. The air around bamboo is rich and purifying — ideal for calming the lungs and the mind.
These experiences are possible only when you immerse yourself in nature, when you are surrounded by abundance. Don’t waste your life sitting in cubicles, enclosed by walls. Get out. Explore. Live.
Attention, the True Offering
Remember — I exist for you only when you invest in yourself.
If you stop investing in your growth, I vanish. If you wish to experience the guru, you must pay attention — not to me, but to life itself. Pay attention to your breath, to your consciousness, to what I teach. If you cannot pay attention, you cannot experience transformation.
Right now, I am living the best life — the sun has emerged, just as I said it would. It shines behind me, a symbol of consciousness breaking through the darkness of ego and mind.
Connect to that light. It is the same light within you.
Sunlight itself is grounding. So during morning or evening, look at the sun — gently, with devotion — and feel yourself grounding through it. The sun purifies, nourishes, and stabilizes your energy body.
Returning to Sensory Awareness
When you go into nature, use your senses fully. Touch the trees. Smell the leaves. Inhale the fragrance of the wildflowers.
Each flower has its own vibration, its own aroma. Let it teach you something about life. Feel the wilderness around you — the raw, undomesticated power of creation.
I have given you enough insight to experience life. Now it is your turn to take action. Act, and you will bloom. Act, and you will grow. Keep grounding, keep enjoying this wilderness.
I pick a wild flower now — its scent is heavenly, its beauty indescribable. There are so many around, waiting for you to notice them, to collect them into your being.
Final Reflection
If you cannot live life like this — detached from everything, connected only to life itself — then many more lifetimes will await you. You have not yet suffered enough to awaken.
Remember these words again and again: You have not suffered enough.
So ground, ground, ground. There is no other way to ground Kundalini than through direct connection with nature, with earth, with sun, with life.
Bye bye.
