Kundalini Awakening and the Shadow of Psychosis

Background

This discourse continues the journey that began in Kundalini Awakening with Kundalini Psychosis – Schizophrenia. Here I speak from the living moment, surrounded by the wild jungle inside the city, with eagles circling overhead and the air filled with the fragrance of dusk. I share how the same force that opens the door to enlightenment can, when unbalanced, shatter the mind and nervous system. Through lived experience, I reveal how breath, awareness, and forgiveness transform this storm into clarity and freedom.

The Call of the Eagles

Can you see the eagles with me now? They glide effortlessly in the purple-gold sky, answering the vibration that moves from my being. It is a regular thing for me to play with them. They respond to my energy, and I love it—and they love it too. They come close, circle in silence, and fly away again.

This evening is beautiful. The wind is tender; the trees whisper like old friends. There is a jungle here, right in the middle of the city—a living reminder that nature still breathes beneath all noise. What a privilege it is to stand here, feeling the earth under my feet and the pulse of life in every sound.

The Breath that Heals

Now I will share with you one of my simplest yet deepest practices: exhalation while walking.

Every evening and every morning I do this. Sometimes it becomes my twenty-four-hour meditation. With every step, I breathe out—not hurriedly but consciously—emptying the lungs, emptying the mind, letting the energy descend. This exhalation is not only a breath; it is a cleansing of the nervous system.

This single practice can help those suffering from schizophrenia, multiple sclerosis, bipolarity, Alzheimer’s, dementia, or any disorder of the brain and nerves. It retrains the body to release pressure, to let prana flow instead of being trapped. It teaches your brain to breathe again.

Yet this is only one doorway. The real transformation happens when you walk with me physically, when you participate in my physical projects where I teach you directly how to re-educate your brain and nervous system. There I work on neuroplasticity—on unlearning the old, reactive patterns and teaching the system to respond anew.

The Dual Edge of Awakening

Kundalini awakening is not only about enlightenment. It is not the romantic story that many imagine—no glittering freedom without process.

When Kundalini moves wrongly, instead of rising evenly through Ida and Pingala—the two vital channels that balance the body—it rushes to one side. Then the whole nervous system begins to shake. Your perception splits; hallucinations appear; you feel lost in fog. You may wake and feel you are not inside your body. You lose touch with time. Paranoia grips you. Distrust becomes your only companion.

In that state, daily life disintegrates. You are no longer able to function as a human being in society. It is not that you are mad; it is that your energy has become wild, uncontained.

The World That Abandons

When this imbalance happens, people around you retreat. Parents, siblings, friends, colleagues—they all walk away. You begin to live a dual life: one outer, mechanical; one inner, chaotic. You forget simple things. Memory vanishes. The life-force that should flow smoothly through your spine becomes tangled, confused.

I have worked with more than ten thousand such cases in the past twenty years. I am the only one who works at the junction of energy, brain, and nervous system in this way. Through the Energetic Mastery Method, I can rebuild your health, even your prosperity—but it takes time. These conditions do not arise in a day; they are born from decades of misalignment and karmic residue.

Karmic Roots of Pain

You may ask, Why am I suffering like this?

The answer lies in karma. Many of you carry old impressions from lifetimes—deeds of harm, betrayal, anger, jealousy, abuse, and distrust. The soul stores everything. Those imprints erupt now as psychosis, paralysis, or endless confusion.

To heal, you must ask forgiveness—from the Divine, from existence itself. But forgiveness is not a ritual. It must rise from gratitude, from realization that you yourself created these patterns.

Even in this life you have not remained pure. You still judge, distrust, and plot against others. These are the vibrations that poison your nervous system. The more you blame the world, the more toxic currents you generate within. Healing begins the moment you stop and bow—I am sorry, I understand, I forgive and seek forgiveness.

The Barrier of Distrust

Most patients who come to me do not trust me. They distrust even the Guru who can heal them. When they refuse the process, I let them go. I abandon them just as the world has abandoned them—not out of anger but out of truth. Healing cannot happen without surrender.

I work only with those who truly wish to change their neuroplasticity. For them I become the mirror through which the old brain dies and the new one is born.

Learning to Live Again

In the physical projects I begin with the basics—teaching how to cook, how to eat, how to clean, how to care for one’s energy. When Kundalini is disordered, people often lie in bed for hours. They lose rhythm. This inactivity causes muscle atrophy, chronic fatigue, constipation, irritable-bowel syndrome, insomnia.

Sleep is the first medicine. Without it the brain cannot heal. Through my energy work, sleep returns naturally, like a forgotten friend. But this requires presence—physical presence. You cannot heal from a distance; the rewiring of your nervous system needs the field of direct transmission.

I love this work. I love healing you. Yet understand—it takes at least one year to re-shape your neural pathways. Dedication is essential.

The Avocado Sandwich

Let me tell you a small story.

One patient, during her project, was asked to make an avocado sandwich. She prepared it well—two slices of bread filled with the soft green spread. I ate one and asked for another. Instead of making it, she took the remaining avocado and threw it into the dustbin. When I asked why, she said, “My brain doesn’t work.”

That single gesture revealed the depth of her disconnection. The cognitive link between instruction and action was broken. Such moments show how lost the nervous system can become when Kundalini turns chaotic.

The Web of Addictions

These disorders are not caused by Kundalini alone. They are worsened by addictions—weed, cocaine, alcohol, smoking, pills. I have met people who began drinking at the age of ten. By the time they seek help, their brain and nerves are scarred.

One man came from Canada to India. He wished to meet me, but he could not. His distrust was so deep that he stayed in hospitals, convinced everyone was against him. He could not surrender. Such is the tragedy of the mind possessed by its own fear.

Many of them later imagine they have become gurus themselves. They believe they can heal like me, but that is the ego speaking. I appear simple deliberately; simplicity is my camouflage. You cannot see the formless through your limited mind. I need not prove myself. My life itself is proof.

The Power of Seeing Within

I am not what you think. I am the bridge between seen and unseen. I can read where your Kundalini is trapped—whether in Muladhara, Manipura, or the delicate junction of Ida and Pingala. I can move that energy where it belongs.

If you suffer from bipolarity, borderline personality, obsessive cleaning, compulsive thoughts, or endless loops of fear—know that there is an end. Stop wasting your time wandering from retreat to retreat. You distrust everyone, and even before meeting me, you distrust me too. The disease is distrust itself.

Healing Through Nature

Look at the eagles again—and the bats now emerging in the dusk. This is the beauty of nature. I use every resource of Earth and universe to heal you. My ways are instinctive. I work on your primitive brain—the limbic system, the reptilian mind, the prefrontal cortex.

I know how prana flows through your nerves and how to infuse it anew. My methods may look unconventional, but they succeed because my own brain functions at its highest capacity. I know how to generate stem cells. I know how to awaken the sleeping circuits of consciousness.

To achieve this in you requires time—a year of combined work: physical presence, personal consultations, and disciplined daily action. You must live your healing, not only think about it.

Retraining the Nervous System

Set a routine. Wake early, breathe consciously, walk barefoot on grass, cook with awareness, sleep on time. Neuroplasticity changes only when a stronger nervous system guides the weaker one. Alone, you cannot change the hardwired trauma loops.

Many of you live frozen—your nervous system locked in the freeze of old pain. Your face tells the story: muscles drawn downward, eyes dull. I remember one student whose face always looked ready to cry. I would tell her, “Smile, lift the corners of your lips,” but she could not. Her nervous system had forgotten joy. That is how deeply trauma trains the body.

The Discipline of Healing

I do not take such patients lightly, and I will not take you lightly if you behave the same. This teaching is for awareness. If you truly suffer from these symptoms during Kundalini awakening, you can work with me through paid consultations and projects. Healing requires an exchange of energy. Nothing here is free, for the sacred must be honored through commitment.

Living in Freedom

Learn to live as I live—in freedom. Feel the pressure of life, the breath of the evening sky, the bats and eagles circling overhead. Feel life happening around you—the sound of rain, the fragrance of the soil.

This message is to break your mental pattern of appearances. One earring, no earring—it does not matter. My hair may flow in the wind, my clothes may be simple or grand; none of it defines me. What matters is that I am alive, breathing, fulfilling my purpose. That is life.

Does it matter how I look? What matters is that I am here, present, thriving, and you can be too.

The Call to Act

So cheer up. If you feel inspired, act. Without action, nothing changes. Watch how energy moves when I work with a patient—the release of the frozen nodes, the shaking that frees the hallucinated fragments of mind. All those stored stories, all the false personalities begin to dissolve.

You have read too much; your subconscious is overcrowded with borrowed ideas. Now it is time to un-read yourself. In my presence, you will relearn how to sleep, how to rest, how to live as a human being again. You will no longer remain trapped in hallucination.

The Light After the Night

Look once more at the evening sky. See how it turns orange and purple, alive and breathing. The world itself is healing. The sun sinks but leaves gold behind.

Life is here and now—where are you? Get healed. You have seen the light; now learn to enjoy the darkness too. After the dark night of the soul, the light of consciousness always returns. Darkness is not your enemy; it is the womb of dawn.

Closing Reflection

Kundalini awakening is not an escape; it is the greatest responsibility. When energy rises without guidance, it burns. When it is nurtured with awareness, it blossoms into illumination. The breath, the forgiveness, the surrender, the willingness to learn simple human acts again—these are not small things. They are the sacred medicine that rebuilds the nervous system and rewires the soul.

Through nature, breath, discipline, and the Guru’s presence, the seeker is born anew. The Ida and Pingala flow again in balance; prana moves like a river; thought quietens; sleep returns; trust blooms.

This is my message: Do not fear the shadow of psychosis. Within it hides the secret of awakening. The same fire that destroys the old self can illuminate the new one. Let the exhalation carry away the past. Let the breath of life return through you. The Guru is the bridge; the breath is the path; and existence itself is the cure.

When you stand beneath the twilight sky, remember—the eagles are still circling. They know. The universe knows. Life is calling. Where are you?
