Kundalini Awakening and the Watchmen in Your Life

Guru Sanju

Welcome to Inner GPS Gurus.

Today, I will enlighten you about one of the most challenging aspects of your Kundalini awakening journey—the Watchmen in your life. This is a profound exploration into the dynamic of Watchmen versus Spectator—how you’re constantly disturbed, monitored, and energetically drained by those who keep an uninvited watch over your life.

Let us begin with a foundational understanding: Until and unless these Watchmen stop watching you, you are not truly free.

Who Are the Watchmen?

Start by observing your own life. Who keeps track of your actions, questions your decisions, or creates a sense of surveillance around your spiritual growth?

Let’s begin with your spouse.

Whether you’re male or female, if your spouse constantly inquires about whom you’re speaking with, where you’re spending time, or what you’re doing—especially when it diverges from the family norm—you are not free. Kundalini wants you to take the individual responsibility of a free being. But your spouse’s gaze becomes a chain that binds.

Next, look at your parents.

Even as an adult, you may find they demand your attention and expect you to report your every step—your finances, your routines, your food habits, your sleep schedule. If you’ve left your job, or your lifestyle has shifted due to spiritual awakening, they become nervous. They want explanations for everything.

They do not recognize your spiritual awakening. Instead, they label you as depressed, mentally unstable, or in need of psychiatric help—just to ease their own minds. They fear that you are no longer a profitable investment. If you’re not fulfilling their dreams, marrying, having children, or succeeding in the way the matrix demands—then you are seen as a threat to their version of life.

This fear is not about you. It’s about their own mind, their expectations, their investments, their illusion of control.

The Matrix of Family and Social Expectations

Kundalini urges you to step out of these chains. Forget the Watchmen. Forget their gaze. Focus instead on your own evolution.

If you feel the call to move away, to live in solitude, to follow an unconventional path—then do it. Because the Watchmen are not only within your home. They exist outside as well.

Your siblings—brothers, sisters, even their spouses—watch you. They may have their own lives, yet they project expectations on you. Their social identity is linked to yours. If you are spiritually evolving and experiencing energetic shifts—perhaps seeming unusual or less “productive” in society’s eyes—they feel ashamed. They impose their guidance upon you, not out of care, but from discomfort and fear.

Even if you’re in your forties or fifties, you might notice your siblings still offering advice, still watching your every move.

These are Watchmen.

Then come the literal Watchmen: the security guards in your apartment complex or gated society. They track your movements—your comings and goings, your vehicle, your visitors, your clothing, your relationships, your business. Like jailers, they observe every detail. And slowly, you begin to feel imprisoned.

Your neighbors? They act like FBI agents. Especially the women in traditional households. They observe everything—why you stayed home on a Sunday, why you visit your hometown often, why you’re not visibly productive. You’re not earning? You’re not married? You’re not “constructively” engaged?

All of this becomes pressure. A prison of surveillance.

The Hidden Suffering of the Awakening Journey

These Watchmen are one of the greatest obstacles in your Kundalini journey. Many of my students share these stories. Yes, your awakening brings karmic cleansing, past-life challenges, energetic transformations—but these external Watchmen create even more suffering than your inner shadows.

They delay your growth. They hinder your liberation.

What Must You Do?

You must take a clear, bold step.

You must remove all the Watchmen from your life.

Block them. Delete them. Cut contact. Stop reporting. You are not answerable to them. If you are an adult—paying taxes, managing your bills, handling your life—then you are not a child anymore. Stop acting like one.

Your mind, however, may resist. It fools you into maintaining these relationships due to dependency—emotional, financial, or social.

Stop the dependency. If you do not want interference from these people, then stop taking benefits from them. Stop seeking approval. Stop feeding the ties that bind.

Ask yourself: What do these people really want from you?

There will come a point of break-even—a moment when you realize that remaining connected to these Watchmen is a threat to your soul’s growth.

At that moment, take your power back.

Watch the Watchmen

Begin watching their behavior.

Observe how they control, guilt-trip, or manipulate you. Realize it is your life, and the evolution is yours alone.

You must be willing to take the risk of the unknown. Be with yourself for twenty-four hours. Just observe. See what insecurities arise. Witness your thoughts. Watch your emotions as though you’re watching a movie. This is the path of the Spectator.

In the same way you analyze a film—seeing who’s playing Dharma and who’s playing Adharma—observe the people in your life. They are simply characters in a play.

You are not answerable to characters.

Let go of the responsibility you carry for these Watchmen. They contribute nothing to your spiritual evolution. In fact, they create obstacles.

And if you don’t understand this, you will continue to suffer.

The Role of the Guru and Shaktipat

This is where the guidance of the Guru becomes your greatest medicine. When you apply the Guru’s wisdom, you move faster toward freedom.

But if you continue to ignore it—clinging to old patterns and illusions—you suffer longer.

If you are uncertain whether you’re going through Kundalini awakening, begin with an online diagnosis session with me. Healing, coaching, and Shaktipat details are available. Get the clarity you need.

If you know you are in the midst of Kundalini awakening, but can’t take necessary actions—book a session. Set yourself free.

If you’re already aware of your issues but want faster, tangible shifts, start with at least one physical Shaktipat session. Depending on your situation, you may need ten sessions, or even a hundred—based on how deeply you wish to evolve.

People with the deepest suffering commit to more sessions—monthly or yearly—because they want transformation now.

After physical Shaktipat, you will feel the shift.

You begin to access your consciousness. You enter states of samadhi. From there, you watch life as a Spectator. You begin to act from clarity, not from conditioning. You draw closer to your Self—your real individuality.

You finally see the Watchmen for who they are—and you act from power, not fear.

The Final Liberation

If you want to be free, then take action. Meet me—online or offline.

Be the creator of your life. Stop playing the victim.

You are not responsible for others’ emotional, financial, or spiritual needs. You are responsible only to your life force. You are responsible only to your Kundalini. You are responsible only to your evolution.

The primary purpose of life is Moksha—to be free, to be liberated, to be enlightened.

From that space of freedom, create your life.

So do it. As I say.

Be free.

That’s all for today. Take action.

It works.

Goodbye.
