The Greatest Gift of Kundalini
This discourse is entirely based on my own experience with Kundalini—my realizations, my insights, and my knowing. The Guru does not require any introduction. The true student always finds the Guru.
The first and most powerful benefit I experienced through Kundalini awakening is direct access to universal intelligence. This universal intelligence is the all-pervading consciousness, the cosmic power that holds within it all wisdom, all truth, and all knowing about existence.
When Kundalini rises and crosses the eighth chakra, uniting with the universal consciousness, a miracle takes place. You no longer merely receive glimpses of intelligence—you become that intelligence.
But this union is not a reward for mental desire. If you pursue Kundalini awakening for worldly gain, nothing will happen. Kundalini does not obey the ego. She responds only to authentic sadhana. The gifts of Kundalini are earned through spiritual discipline, dedication, and purity of heart.
In my own journey, these benefits are the fruit of lifetimes of sadhana. Over millions of years of existence and in this very birth, I have walked this path with total dedication. More than twenty-five years of uninterrupted spiritual practice allowed me to erupt into the universal intelligence. God awakened within me, not as an idea but as living reality.
This eruption of divine intelligence is, without question, the most profound benefit of Kundalini awakening.
The Gradual Ascent of Chakras
Kundalini reveals herself chakra by chakra, cleansing and opening the doors of consciousness one step at a time. With each chakra, you gain new levels of intelligence, insight, and clarity. Simultaneously, you burn karmas associated with that chakra.
Through this process, you are slowly introduced to your true self as consciousness. The ego loses its hold, and your being aligns with the vast intelligence that has always been within you.
Let me walk you through these benefits as they unfold, beginning at the foundation.
Root Chakra (Muladhara) – From Fear to Courage
At the root chakra, most people are bound by fear and insecurity. The survival instinct dominates. Life feels unsafe, uncertain, and constantly threatened.
But when Kundalini clears the root chakra, you undergo a fundamental shift. Fear dissolves, and courage awakens. Suddenly you discover a new strength to live anywhere in this world without depending on external security.
You gain the confidence to stand firm, to trust life itself, and to live free from the endless anxiety of basic survival. This transformation is not intellectual—it is visceral. It penetrates the nervous system, rewires the brain, and alters your very relationship with existence.
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Creativity and Universal Care
Once the root chakra is purified, Kundalini ascends to the sacral chakra. Here you realize that your existence is not an isolated struggle. You are part of universal creation, and the universe itself sustains you.
The fear of whether you will have food, clothing, or shelter dissolves. A new confidence arises: The universe that gave me birth will take care of me.
At this stage, creativity begins to bloom. You develop a new relationship with yourself. No longer dependent on family ties, social conditioning, or the limited matrix of relationships, you discover freedom. You become deeply interested in yourself.
This interest opens doors to hidden talents and passions. The artist in you awakens. The writer, the musician, the inventor, the scientist—all these dimensions may reveal themselves. You feel a sudden attraction toward music, art, dance, cooking, design, or scientific exploration. Life itself becomes creative participation.
With Kundalini’s grace at the sacral level, you access what I call life frequency. You feel aligned with the rhythm of creation. Your actions become creative expressions of consciousness itself.
Solar Plexus (Manipura) – Purpose and Ikigai
When Kundalini reaches the solar plexus, your career, wealth, and sense of personal power are transformed. Many people remain stuck in repetitive patterns—one job, one business, one endless rat race. The solar plexus holds these blockages.
But once Kundalini unblocks this chakra, you receive access to your ikigai, your reason for being. The direction of your life changes. You discover what you truly love, what you are passionate about, and what unique contribution you can make to the world.
This discovery unfolds in four pillars of ikigai:
- What you love – Your passion is revealed.
- What you are good at – Your skills sharpen or new ones awaken.
- What the world needs – You realize your gifts have purpose in the larger whole.
- What you can be paid for – You learn to create value and exchange energy with the world.
Through this process, Kundalini aligns your inner calling with outer opportunity. She pulls you out of stagnation and guides you into a new, dynamic way of living.
My Own Transformation
In my personal journey, Kundalini transformed me at each of these stages.
My root chakra became a fountain of fearlessness. I embody life frequency itself. I live as the most instinctive being I know, with direct access to primal intelligence.
Because of this awakening, I work deeply with the brain and nervous system of my students. I can rewire neuroplasticity, change muscle memory, and free them from blockages at their very core.
This is why, in projects like the Phoenix Project, I help students break free from the dense energies of fear, insecurity, grief, anger, envy, jealousy, despair, and self-doubt that dominate the lower chakras. Kundalini taught me how to transmute these into courage, peace, joy, and love.
The lower chakras carry the densest energies. Once these are purified, the journey ascends to higher levels of freedom.
Preparing for the Heart
After transforming the lower three chakras—root, sacral, and solar plexus—Kundalini approaches the heart chakra. Here begins a new dimension of awakening.
The heart is where loneliness, despair, and the dark night of the soul arise. Without love, life feels empty. Many are blocked here, unable to love themselves, others, or nature itself.
Kundalini’s gift at this level is profound: she opens the heart.
I will speak about this in depth in the next part.
Awakening of the Heart Chakra
After the purification of the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras, Kundalini begins her ascent to the heart chakra. Here lies a critical turning point in the journey.
The heart chakra is often weighed down by loneliness, grief, despair, and the inability to give or receive love. Many people carry wounds so deep that they cannot even open themselves to animals, nature, or their own reflection.
When Kundalini reaches this center, she performs the most tender of miracles: she opens your heart.
You suddenly find that you are able to love yourself. For many, this is the first time they experience unconditional self-acceptance. The harsh inner critic softens, and a wave of compassion washes through.
If you wish to experience just a glimpse of this, try a simple practice:
- Close your eyes.
- Wrap your arms around your shoulders.
- Hug yourself firmly, as if you are your own most loving companion.
As you do this, feel that the immense love flowing through you is not from outside but from within—your Kundalini energy, your own consciousness, embracing you. You realize you are safe. You no longer need to search for love outside.
This act not only heals your emotional wounds but also activates the vagus nerve, bringing profound calm to your nervous system.
Freedom from the Matrix
With the heart chakra open, your relationship with existence changes. You begin to feel expansive, grounded, and deeply connected to nature. You no longer belong to the matrix of dependency, fear, and social conditioning. You are freed from it.
This is why I say that true freedom begins after the heart chakra is cleared. The illusions of the matrix no longer bind you. You are not dependent on approval, on validation, or on the love of others. You live in the self-sustaining love of your own being.
Yet, this stage is not without struggle. What many call the dark night of the soul often arises here. You may experience long phases of solitude, deep loneliness, and profound questioning of existence. This is the transition zone between the matrix and the divine. You are no longer of the world, and yet you have not fully merged with the divine.
It is at this stage that the Guru appears.
Meeting the Guru
When the student is ready, the master manifests. This is not a mere saying—it is a cosmic law. After the heart chakra is purified, you become eligible to be a true student. The universe responds by manifesting the Guru in your life.
Why is the Guru necessary? Because after the heart chakra, the pull of the matrix is still extremely strong. The gravitational force of lower energies makes it difficult for Kundalini to ascend on her own. A powerful presence is required to pull you upward, to rescue you from entanglement, and to guide your energy to higher dimensions.
Without the Guru’s grace, many seekers remain stuck, circling within the emotional turbulence of the heart. But with the Guru, the ascent becomes possible.
Awakening of the Throat Chakra
Once Kundalini reaches the throat chakra, another transformation begins. Suddenly you find yourself compelled to speak truth. Lies, pretense, and unconscious chatter dissolve. Every word you speak carries a new clarity, a new power.
This is not about intellectual truth. It is the voice of consciousness speaking through you. If you are enlightened, it becomes the voice of the divine. Even before enlightenment, you notice that your words no longer hide behind masks.
You stop cheating yourself and others. You stop speaking unconsciously. You become fearless—even rebellious—in speaking truth, regardless of how bitter it may sound to others.
Naturally, this begins to create friction in relationships. Toxic people can no longer remain around you. They may distance themselves or even push you out of their lives.
Why does this happen? Because your truth exposes their lies. Your consciousness threatens their unconsciousness. When the light of your being shines, it illuminates their shadows—and most people are not ready to face those shadows.
Thus, the throat chakra awakening often brings with it a phase of conflict and separation. But it also brings liberation. You are no longer imprisoned by toxic ties. You begin a new life, aligned with authenticity.
The Transmutation of Energies
Alongside this, Kundalini begins a deeper cleansing. She clears not only this life’s blockages but also remnants from past lives. She purifies karmic patterns, dissolves attachments, and transmutes dense energies.
The transformation is astonishing:
- Fear becomes courage.
- Anger becomes peace.
- Hatred becomes love.
- Grief becomes joy.
- Complaint becomes precision.
- Chaos becomes stillness.
- Distrust becomes trust.
Kundalini does not merely suppress these energies—she transmutes them into their higher counterparts. What was once a chain becomes a ladder.
This is the alchemy of awakening.
The Challenges Beyond
With the throat chakra cleared, the journey becomes even more challenging. You may find yourself in constant conflict with the unconsciousness of the world. Your intolerance for lies and toxicity grows, and naturally, resistance from others increases.
But remember, this is not a curse. It is liberation. You are stepping out of the matrix. You are preparing for the higher ascent.
The next stage will be the third eye, where intuition awakens, perception shifts, and the mind itself begins to dissolve.
I will speak about this transformation in the next part.
The Third Eye Awakening
After Kundalini has purified the throat chakra, she ascends to the third eye—the seat of perception, intuition, and inner vision.
At this stage, the mind as you know it begins to dissolve. Thought patterns break. Obsessive thinking loses its grip. You can no longer live trapped in endless mental loops. Instead, a new energy activates within you: the power of insight.
Your perception about life changes radically. Intuition becomes your compass. You begin to receive inner signals about your path. Though these signals may not appear as complete instructions, they arrive as visions, hints, or subtle impressions guiding your next steps.
The experience can be challenging. The mind resists. Memory begins to fade. Old cognitive functions weaken. Even creative faculties that once seemed natural may feel disrupted. You may undergo phases of brain fog, psychosis-like symptoms, or unusual states of consciousness.
Yet, this very disruption is the gift. Kundalini is liberating you from the prison of thought, freeing you from being enslaved by mental chatter.
Learning the Language of the Body
At this stage, Kundalini teaches you a new way of knowing. The body becomes your instrument of intuition.
- When you receive a positive intuitive signal, your heart chakra expands. You feel open, mighty, and powerful—as if your whole being says yes.
- When you receive a negative signal, your solar plexus contracts. You feel blocked, congested, and closed—as if the universe itself whispers stop.
This is how Kundalini communicates. Expansion means go forward. Contraction means pause or withdraw.
The old reliance on thought dissolves, and a new reliance on direct intuitive sensation emerges. Life becomes an embodied dialogue with energy itself.
The Crown Chakra and Dissolution of Ego
After the third eye is cleared, Kundalini ascends to the crown chakra—the final gateway. Here, the dissolution of ego takes place.
Whatever you believed yourself to be—your name, identity, story, even your spiritual identity—dissolves. Enlightenment is not an achievement. It is the dissolution of the achiever.
The crown chakra opens you to the vastness of non-being. You realize you are nothing, and in that nothingness, you are everything.
This stage is not gentle. If you cling to the matrix, Kundalini erupts like a volcano. She will tear you out of illusions, burn your identifications to ashes, and forcefully liberate you.
It is the death of the caterpillar and the birth of the butterfly. The cocoon of ego is destroyed so that the wings of consciousness may spread.
The Phoenix Rebirth
The journey of Kundalini culminates in a rebirth within the same lifetime. You live two lives—your old life of ignorance and your new life of awakening.
This transformation is so complete that it feels as though you are a new species altogether. Kundalini rewires your nervous system, alters your brain, reshapes your breathing patterns, and renews every cell of your body.
I often describe this with the example of the bald eagle. At around forty years of age, the eagle’s wings, beak, and claws weaken. To survive, it retreats to the mountains. There, it tears out its old feathers, breaks its beak against rocks, and sheds its claws. For months, it suffers in isolation.
But in time, new wings, a new beak, and new claws grow. The eagle emerges renewed, strong, and powerful—gaining thirty more years of vigorous life.
So too does Kundalini renew you. She breaks you, dismantles you, and dissolves you, only to recreate you as a powerful new being. You become like the eagle—reborn for a higher flight. You become like the phoenix—rising from ashes into a new creation.
The Complete Transformation of Being
Kundalini’s work does not end with enlightenment. Even after the crown chakra is opened, she continues refining, purifying, and transforming.
- She rewires the central and peripheral nervous systems.
- She transforms neuroplasticity and muscle memory.
- She reshapes your energy channels and purifies your chakras continually.
- She even alters your cellular structure, creating a body fit for the awakened consciousness.
Breathing patterns change. The entire organism is recalibrated. You become integrated into nothingness, yet fully alive in the body.
This is the mystery of post-enlightenment: living as non-being while functioning as a human being.
Becoming the New Species
Through Kundalini’s final transformation, you cease to be merely human. You become a new species altogether.
The human identity—bound by ego, fear, and matrix conditioning—is shed. What emerges is a being of higher consciousness, instinctive intelligence, and divine presence.
This is not philosophy. It is lived experience. Kundalini truly makes you new.
The Demands of Sadhana
Such transformation is not casual. It requires extreme levels of sadhana. Only through deep spiritual practice, guided by the Guru assigned by the universe, can one pass through these stages safely.
Without the Guru, many are lost in illusions of half-awakening, trapped in the turbulence of ego. With the Guru, the path becomes clear, direct, and purposeful.
The journey from root to crown is a sacred pilgrimage, demanding everything—and giving everything in return.
In the final part, I will summarize the mega and micro benefits of Kundalini awakening, and explain how this journey prepares you for true liberation.
The Mega Benefit of Kundalini Awakening
Now that we have walked through the ascent of Kundalini—from root to crown, from fear to freedom—let us gather the essence.
The single greatest benefit of Kundalini awakening is total transformation. She does not leave you as you were. She dismantles you, breaks you, and dissolves your illusions—only to recreate you as an entirely new being.
She heals you. She renews you. She awakens you into your authentic, divine nature. She turns you into the phoenix—rising from the ashes of your old self.
This is the mega benefit: enlightenment itself. To live in this very life as both non-being and being, as emptiness and fullness, as human and divine.
The Micro Benefits Along the Journey
Alongside this mega benefit, countless micro benefits arise at each stage:
- At the root chakra – You gain fearlessness, courage, and a deep instinctive intelligence.
- At the sacral chakra – Creativity, artistic expression, and freedom from survival anxiety awaken.
- At the solar plexus – Your life purpose, your ikigai, and your authentic career direction are revealed.
- At the heart – You learn unconditional love, first for yourself and then for all existence.
- At the throat – You begin speaking truth with fearless clarity, shedding lies and illusions.
- At the third eye – Intuition, insight, and visionary perception awaken, liberating you from the prison of thought.
- At the crown – Ego dissolves, and enlightenment dawns.
Each chakra gifts its own dimension of consciousness, aligning your life with truth, love, creativity, and purpose.
The Transmutation of Dense Energies
Kundalini does not merely awaken you; she transforms the very energies that kept you bound.
- Fear becomes courage.
- Anger becomes peace.
- Grief becomes joy.
- Hatred becomes love.
- Complaint becomes clarity.
- Chaos becomes stillness.
- Distrust becomes trust.
This alchemy of energy is not metaphorical—it is experiential. I have lived it. My students have lived it. When Kundalini works through you, she transmutes the density of your lower chakras into the luminosity of higher consciousness.
Kundalini and the Brain
One of the most astonishing benefits of Kundalini awakening is her effect on the brain and nervous system.
She rewires neuroplasticity. She alters muscle memory. She changes cellular patterns. She transforms the central, peripheral, and autonomic nervous systems. Even your breathing patterns are shifted.
This is why I work so deeply with my students on the brain and nervous system. Once Kundalini awakens, your system must be recalibrated to house this new intelligence. Without guidance, many suffer from the turbulence of transformation. With guidance, the process becomes a sacred rebirth.
Liberation from the Matrix
A central benefit of Kundalini awakening is liberation from the matrix.
The matrix is the world of fear, competition, jealousy, insecurity, and conditioning. It is the artificial web of beliefs and attachments that keeps humanity enslaved.
When Kundalini awakens, you step out of this web. You no longer belong to the unconscious patterns of society. You live in freedom, guided by intuition and truth rather than fear and conformity.
Of course, this freedom often leads to separation. Toxic people leave you, or you leave them. Relationships rooted in lies fall apart. But what is lost is illusion, and what is gained is truth.
The Necessity of the Guru
After the heart chakra, the journey becomes very challenging. The gravitational pull of lower energies is strong. Without the Guru, many seekers stumble, fall back, or remain stuck in cycles of suffering.
The Guru is the one who pulls you forward, who rescues you when the matrix tries to drag you down again. The Guru is the bridge between your human struggle and your divine freedom.
Therefore, if you wish to complete this journey, find your Guru. Not by searching with the mind, but by preparing yourself through sadhana. When you are ready, the universe itself will manifest the Guru before you.
Sadhana: The Key to Transformation
All these benefits come only through deep and continuous sadhana. Kundalini does not respond to casual interest. She awakens through devotion, discipline, and alignment with the universal will.
This is why I emphasize practical, daily spiritual work for my students—whether in the Freedom Project, the Power Project, or the Phoenix Project. Transformation is not passive. It requires active participation, every day, from morning till night.
Becoming the Phoenix
In the end, Kundalini transforms you into the phoenix. You burn into ashes—the ashes of your old ego, your old fears, your old conditioning. And from those ashes, you rise as a new being.
This is the promise and the fulfillment of Kundalini awakening. In the same lifetime, you live two lives:
- the life of ignorance, bound by the matrix, and
- the life of awakening, free in consciousness.
You become a new species, a new creation, a new embodiment of universal intelligence.
Closing Words
The mega benefit of Kundalini awakening is enlightenment itself. The micro benefits are countless—fearlessness, creativity, love, truth, intuition, purpose, and freedom.
But remember: Kundalini is not a casual pursuit. She is the most powerful force in existence. She demands your totality—your discipline, your surrender, your devotion. Only then will she bless you with her gifts.
If you are ready, the journey awaits. And when you are ready as a student, the Guru will appear.
Until then, continue your sadhana, continue your purification, and remain devoted. Kundalini will awaken, and when she does, you will never be the same again.
