Background
In this case, I, Guru Sanju, met a student I will call Anthony, whose Kundalini awakening had already begun but was not flowing freely. His energy was strong, but it was trapped in his heart chakra, and his mind had become a powerful obstacle. He lived with ADHD tendencies, perfectionism, and obsessive-compulsive patterns around cleanliness and order. His nervous system stayed in a frozen, overthinking mode, and he struggled to stay with any spiritual technique for long. At the same time, he was constantly seeing repeating numbers like 333 and 555, and experiencing subtle synchronicities that he did not understand. He felt both called by something higher and overwhelmed by inner chaos. In our session, I diagnosed his energy, explained the truth behind those numbers and synchronicities, and then gave him a precise sequence of breathing and nervous system techniques so his Kundalini could begin to rise more freely, and his system could move toward samadhi.
Meeting Anthony And Opening The Field
When I greeted Anthony and asked how he was, I already felt the restlessness in his field. I told him that I would first diagnose him live so I could know his exact state, and only after that would I answer his questions and move into healing and energy transmission. He adjusted his phone so that I could see him properly. I asked him to show me his right hand first and then his left hand, held at a slight distance from the camera, so I could read his energy from his palms.
Then I asked him to close his eyes for a few moments. I asked whether he felt any strong vibration in any part of his body, in his head, his spine, or his chest region. I wanted to know where the energy was currently active and where it was blocked. He described what he felt, and I asked, “Right now, where are you feeling it the most?” After listening, I told him he could relax and that he could now ask me his questions one by one, and I would answer them.
When 333 And 555 Started Talking
His first question carried a lot of fear and curiosity. I asked him, “For how long have you been seeing this?” He explained that he had been seeing repeating numbers for a long period. So I asked, “Which number do you see?” He said he saw three-three-three again and again. Then he added that he also saw five-five-five.
I told him that this was very common when someone’s energy was internally driven and rising. To make it clear, I shared my own experience. I said that I often saw numbers like one-two-three-four all the time. When the clock struck 12:34, my attention went there. I also saw numbers like 4411, or 04:11, in many different places. Many times, when I was in traffic, I suddenly saw the car number in front of me as 1234 or a similar sequence.
I explained that this happened because energy wanted to give a signal about a certain frequency. When he saw 333 or 555, it was not just about the digits; it was about the vibrational frequency behind them. When someone was higher in consciousness, everything actually happened in the quantum field. Through these signals, his energy was talking to him, pointing towards some higher power that was beyond the logical mind.
Frequency, Brain, And Quantum Messages
I told him that the logical mind could not understand how this happened, because it was not logical at all. It was happening according to a certain frequency of that number. It was not about the number itself; it could have been any number. But in that particular moment, when his energy was higher and he internally reached the same frequency as that number, his brain captured it.
I explained that this process happened from deeper levels of the brain. The brain captured those waves as a specific frequency and then produced that number or manifested it from the quantum field. That number could appear in the form of clock time, in a car plate, in any set of digits. Sometimes it could also be any random sequence of numbers, not just repeating patterns.
I also told him that it was not only about numbers. Sometimes sounds also repeated. A certain sound could appear again and again, a particular kind of sound that he would hear all the time, either coming from outside or inside, and it would repeat. These came from the quantum field as well. Whatever he consistently paid attention to in the quantum field became his reality.
I said, “For example, if you want to be free and you are tuning into that frequency all the time, you will be free. You are removing the friction in the path that makes it happen.”
Then I connected this directly to our session. I asked him, “How do you receive my energy transmission when you are in a different continent and I am in another?” I told him, “My power surpasses distance. It is transferred to you from the quantum field.”
You Are The Quantum Field
I explained that this universal field of consciousness, the intelligence of consciousness, was what quantum physics called the quantum field. In the energetic science that I taught, which went beyond quantum physics or anything scientists had discovered so far, that field was the actual reality. I told him, “You are actually that reality. The only thing is that you have not reached that reality yet. You have not reached that frequency.”
I said that when he reached that frequency one hundred percent, he would be powerful. Then he would be the quantum field itself. From that place, he would be able to live life differently. All the things that were matter would lose their solid grip; they would feel as if they vanished or became invisible. Suddenly, the things around him would have no deep meaning in the way they had before.
I reminded him that right now he was in a materialistic dimension, where everything made sense as matter. He could touch, feel, and experience everything as a three-dimensional reality. But when he truly entered the quantum field, there would be no dimension at all, not fifth dimension, not sixth dimension, no dimension. There would be nothingness, actual nothingness.
I told him that when I took him towards samadhi through energy transmission and through the techniques of the Energetic Mastery Method, I was teaching him to master his own energy. Things were not outside him. Everything was inside him. Everything in the universe was inside him. When he reached that inner reality, he would be free. He would not have to die and take birth again to become free. He would be free here and now.
I said that this was possible through the techniques I was teaching, because they worked directly on prana and on energy. The main friction was the mind, and he had a deep-rooted mind. I told him that I would come back to that. Then I checked whether my explanation about the numbers was clear for him. I repeated that he saw those numbers because of the same vibrational frequency.
Synchronicity: When Life Starts Answering You
To help him further, I used an example of sound. I said, “Suppose a drum plays: dum dum dum dum. It has a certain frequency, and you listen to it many times. Then your brain captures that pattern. Later, from anywhere in the quantum field, suddenly that same sound is played and your attention goes there instantly.”
It could be played in the neighborhood, on the TV, or in a public place, but still his attention would be pulled because it was vibrating at the frequency where he had paid attention the first time. I said that when he first paid attention to 333, the energy vibration in that moment was very high.
This phenomenon was called synchronicity. Synchronicity arose in the spiritual awakening journey in many ways. Sometimes it was related to people: he might be thinking about someone, and that person suddenly knocked at his door when he was not expecting them at all. He might wonder why and how it happened.
I explained that life happened like this. A Guru also came into a seeker’s life in this way. When someone was thinking, “I want someone powerful with me to facilitate my journey,” that wish rose in their energy. Then they might go through a website or a YouTube channel and come across me. They might feel, “Let me find this person; maybe this person is my Guru.”
I told him that synchronicity happened from his energy. When his energy rose to a higher extent, he started manifesting things. I said, “I am taking you to that point where you have one hundred percent power to create your life from the quantum field. For that, many blockages need to be removed.” Then I said, “All right, let us come to the next question.”
Kundalini Blocked In The Heart Chakra
He asked about his Kundalini state. I listened and then told him clearly, “Your Kundalini is blocked in the heart chakra. It is finding it difficult to go up. There are many blockages here. Your mind is mainly the blockage. It is not allowing you to be free. The moment you go a little forward, it pulls you down. It does not allow you to do sadhana. It does not allow you to do the practices required to kill the mind, to dissolve the mind.”
I told him that this was the most difficult and challenging phase. Once he overcame this phase, everything would change, but this phase could not be overcome alone. He needed my powerful presence and my energy transmission. I told him that I had known this from the beginning, and that was why I moved slowly. We would not let the mind know that it was dying; we would dissolve it silently.
The Mind As A Corrupt Employee
To help him understand, I gave an image. I said that his mind was like an employee who had cheated him, and he was the managing director of the company. Now he wanted to get rid of this employee and hand him over to the police. But if he told the employee clearly that he would be arrested, the employee would create even more mess.
So what would he do? He would hire an intelligence agency, a rogue agency, and instruct them, “We need to get rid of this person without him knowing about it.”
I told him that all the techniques I was going to teach him would work in this way. He had to be highly aware. He had to reach a center inside himself from where he could do the practices without paying attention to what the mind was saying.
ADHD, Perfectionism, OCD: The Inner Cage
On the physical level, I told him I could describe his blockages, so he could read more, study, and understand his case. On the brain and nervous system level, I told him that he had problems with ADHD, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. He could not pay attention for long. Because he could not pay attention, it became very difficult for him to do any technique or sadhana. He withdrew from it immediately and the mind became active again.
I told him that I would lead him gradually, slowly, step by step, toward a place where his attention stayed with him. I said that he had to give time. It could not be done fast. We had to work on a micro level to bring changes.
Then I spoke about the second major pattern: perfectionism. I told him that he had hardwired perfectionist traits in his nervous system. These traits did not allow him to be flexible, to learn new things, or to step out of his usual habits. Because of this, his nervous system remained in a freeze mode, and that was a major blockage.
I explained that the nervous system should be in a fluid mode. That meant that getting up, sitting down, walking, and moving should all feel fluid. But in his case, everything was rigid. He sat in a particular way, and before sitting he already thought a lot. Before walking, he thought a lot. Before doing any activity, he thought a lot.
I told him that in his life, doing was less and thinking was more. Even if he wanted to speak a simple sentence, he first thought it in his mind. I said that consciousness was required, but thinking was not. He should consciously think and consciously speak, but in his case, it turned into overthinking.
I told him that his mind was occupying ninety percent of his attention, and his nervous system constantly said, “Do not do this. Do not go that way.” I described an inner guardian in him who was very controlling and dominating. That inner guardian was a major problem in his entire journey.
I assured him that I knew how to remove this pattern. Slowly, slowly, I would guide him. Whatever I asked him to do, he needed to start doing it gently. Then he would see that micro-level changes were happening and he would feel good about them. I told him that he did not need to scold himself or blame himself for being this way. It was his karma, his destiny. He had been brought up in a way that made him more perfect, more controlled.
I told him not to go into that mental loop. Slowly, with breath, I would change this. With breath, everything was possible. Through the breathing techniques and some life skills, everything would change slowly. No one was free from birth. I told him that for me, his case was simple. He just needed to follow the steps.
Then I spoke about the third major problem: OCD, obsessive compulsive disorder. I told him that in his case, he was over-obsessed with cleaning. He needed clean places. He needed everything to be clean. He kept on cleaning things so that dirt and other things did not harm him.
He was also too obsessed with making things orderly. He wanted everything to be in order. He spent most of his time keeping things in order, making people correct their behaviour, so they behaved nicely with him. This included children and everyone who worked with or around him. Whoever worked with him had to be in discipline.
I told him that discipline was good from the consciousness perspective, but too much of anything was bad. I said that I would help loosen this cage that he had created for himself, a cage created by karmic DNA and patterns. He was his patterns. He had to go back to his childhood. I would have to correct many things about his upbringing and environment.
I said that he might have had strict parents who always gave importance to becoming the professional who took care of his family and had all the so-called “goodness” of life. Only then would he be considered successful. Society and the place where he grew up were also like that.
From Endless Questions To Actual Practice
Then I asked him whether he had any more questions for that moment. I reminded him that there was no end to questions. In the next session, he could ask new questions again. For now, I wanted to dissolve his mind to a greater extent so that he could work on himself.
After he agreed, I told him what I was going to teach him that day. I said it would be more of teaching as well as implementation. I told him that he would need to repeat what he learned, and that he might not be very aware of all the steps at the end of the session, so I was making him aware now.
I said that I would start with the nervous system. I told him that his nervous system was in a constricted mode. It was not free because there was not enough space in his energy channels, and his blood vessels were also constricted. I described how they were tight.
I explained that with the techniques I was going to teach him, his blood vessels would open up. What was narrow would widen. When they opened, blood circulation would happen freely. At the same time, the space element in his body would increase. I told him that space element meant consciousness, pure energy, more breathing space for all organs and for all cells.
I asked him to imagine two cells that did not have much space to work because of constriction. When he did these techniques, space would be created between the two cells. Intracellular space, intramuscular space, intra-abdominal space, everything connected to space in his entire existence would be affected by these techniques.
His energy field would become translucent. I explained that translucent meant that his field became an energy field with all the blockages removed.
The Daily Sequence For Space, Breath And Samadhi
Then I told him that I would be stitching a sequence of practices. This sequence he needed to repeat at least two times a day, and more if possible. I told him to start with at least two times: in the morning after getting up and at night before sleep.
If his suffering was more and he could repeat during the daytime, he could add two more times. Whenever he felt that he was out of order or that his mind was troubling him, he could repeat this sequence. I told him that it would be a sequence of thirty to forty minutes, but it would rejuvenate him. The main purpose was to move him towards samadhi.
I said that this meant he was moving in the right direction and did not have to think much about the mind here. The mind was not doing the work; it was pure energy work. I told him to let the mind continue talking by itself and not pay attention to it. I shared that I myself did not pay attention to my mind.
I told him that he was good, disciplined, and dedicated. He had studied and been successful in his professional career and in life. Now he needed to make use of that strength to master energy.
Step One: Diagnosing The Breath
Then I said that the first thing would be to diagnose his breath and see whether his mind was hyper-activated. I taught him how to do that. I asked him to place his hands in a triangle position along the nose, palms close enough to feel the airflow. He had to keep his hands like this and breathe a few times to check which side of his breath was more dominant. I told him to close his eyes and take a few breaths.
Then I asked him to check whether the left nostril was breathing more or the right. In his case, nothing was coming from the left nostril and more air was coming from the right. I told him that this meant his mind was hyper-activated. I said that if a little air was coming from the left and a little more from the right, then the mind would still be more activated, but he would have a little consciousness. In his case, there was almost no consciousness. Everything was mind-driven.
I told him that this was actually a good thing to start with, because after doing the techniques, we would be able to see clearly whether this had changed or not.
Step Two: Arms Under Armpits – Calming The System
Then I told him I would teach him the first technique he needed to do. In the session he would do it for two minutes, but later he had to do it for at least ten minutes. I said that even five minutes could start changing things.
I reminded him that ideally both nostrils should be balanced, both open. Sometimes a little dominance of one nostril was okay, but it should not be extreme, where one nostril was totally closed and the other was totally open and dominant. That was not good for health. I told him that even if the left nostril was too dominant and the right was not working at all, that was also not good, as it led to depression. The pattern he had, with the right strongly dominant, led to anxiety.
I said that he was always anxious, restless, and thinking, overthinking, and that this matched the breath pattern. Then I came to the technique that would change it.
I asked him to put one arm under the opposite armpit, and then do the same with the other arm, so both arms were crossed and tucked under his armpits. I told him to close his eyes and focus his attention on his breath and just remain seated like this for a few minutes, at least two minutes for now.
I asked him to try to keep his attention on his breath. I told him that thoughts would come, but he should not pay attention to them. He should bring his attention back to his breath. If he was unable to pay attention to his breath, I told him to pay attention to his belly moving up and down, in and out, as he inhaled and exhaled. He could start moving his belly in and out deliberately: inhaling and inflating, exhaling and deflating.
I told him that if he felt this movement was happening, then he could shift his attention again to the breath itself. I explained that his mind was not allowing him to focus on the third eye because the moment he focused on the third eye, the mind would begin to vanish. So the mind was resisting, and we would not directly focus on the third eye. We would take the route of breath.
After he had sat like this for some time, I asked him to relax his hands. Then I asked him to check his nostrils again using the same triangle-hand position. I told him to notice the micro-level changes. He felt some opening in his left nostril.
Step Three: Slow Mouth Exhalation
I acknowledged this and then taught him the next part: mouth exhalation. I told him to do mouth exhalation very slowly and continuously, for five rounds only, but with full awareness. I showed him that he could exhale in three parts or in one continuous flow.
I explained that he could exhale in three to five parts, like gentle steps, or in one long exhalation. He had to extend the exhalation until his belly was totally deflated. I asked him to try both ways and choose whichever felt more convenient and led to complete exhalation. Then I told him to close his eyes and do five rounds of this.
I told him to exhale till the last drop, until he could not exhale any more, and to keep on exhaling to that point. After he completed this, I asked him again to check his nose breathing. He noticed a good difference.
Step Four: Alternate Nostril Breathing
Then I summarised the techniques for him. I told him that the first technique was to sit with his arms under his armpits for at least ten minutes, or at least start with five minutes. The second was mouth exhalation. The third would be alternate nostril breathing.
I told him that in the third technique, he would inhale through the left nostril and exhale through the right, then inhale through the right and exhale through the left. This would be continuous alternate nostril breathing. I guided him in detail: he would close the left nostril and inhale through the right, then close the right and exhale through the left, and so on. I showed him how to place his fingers on the nose so that he could easily open and close each nostril.
I explained that in this technique he did not need to hold the breath; he just needed to close one nostril and then the other at the right time. I reminded him to keep his eyes closed so that he could focus. I told him that a full cycle was inhale from the left, exhale from the right, inhale from the right, exhale from the left, and that the beginning and ending of a full sequence should be through the left nostril. I told him that this was also called alternate nostril breathing, and in yogic terms, it was known as anulom vilom.
Step Five: External Kumbhak – Holding The Emptiness
After that, I introduced the fourth technique: external kumbhak. I told him that this meant he would inhale slowly, exhale from his mouth, and when his exhalation was complete, he would hold his breath. He needed to hold his breath for three to five seconds, or up to ten seconds maximum, but not more than that. Then he would inhale again.
I told him to repeat this pattern, and that this was the fourth step.
Step Six: Left Inhale, Hold, Right Exhale – Nadi Purification
Then I told him about the fifth technique. I assured him that he did not have to remember everything perfectly because I would send him a video with all the steps later. For now, his purpose was to learn and experience them once. Later, he would practice each step in sequence.
In the fifth technique, I returned to alternate nostril breathing with one important change. When he inhaled from the left, he had to hold his breath for one second before exhaling. That breath hold was very important. It turned the practice into a channel purification, a deep cleansing of the nadis.
I explained that he would inhale from the left, hold his breath for one second, and then exhale from the right. This time he did not need to do the full alternate cycle. He only needed to inhale from the left, hold, and exhale from the right, and repeat. I guided him: inhale slowly only from the left, hold the breath for one second, then exhale from the right.
He practiced, and I repeated the instructions: inhale, hold for one second, exhale. He continued, always exhaling from the right side. I told him that there were advanced levels of this practice, but I was not teaching those yet. First he had to practice this simple form. Initially, all he needed was to inhale from the left, hold for one second, and exhale to the right. The hold was extremely important.
Step Seven: Lying Belly Breathing And Vagus Nerve Awakening
Then I brought him to the last part of the sequence. I told him that now he needed to lie down on the bed, with his head on the pillow. The next few minutes I used to make sure that his breathing learned all the steps.
I asked him to take both his hands and put them on his belly, on his navel area, one hand on top of the other. I told him to inhale and inflate the belly and exhale and deflate the belly. Inhale, inflate the belly. Exhale, deflate the belly. Like this, repeatedly.
I told him that when he was doing this, he needed to cover his head with a cap or scarf. He had to cover his head and also his eyes. I asked him to use whatever he had nearby. He had to cover his eyes and close them so that no light passed through to his eyes.
I told him that he did not need to get up for at least twenty minutes. He needed to do this technique fully. The rest of the techniques he would repeat and learn later, but now, in my presence, he would do this one for two to three minutes and then continue on his own for twenty to thirty minutes.
I told him to keep his eyes closed and then continue. After this, he could start his day. I said that he could do multiple listening activities if needed, and whatever he experienced, he should notice carefully.
I told him that when he got up after this technique, he should check his nose again. If his left nostril was showing signs of airflow, then it meant that I had activated his vagus nerve. I told him that the more he did this, the more his vagus nerve would be activated.
I reminded him to pay attention to his breath in this technique, as that was the most important part. He had to be aware of his breath coming in and going out. I told him that he could withdraw his attention from the belly and that his attention should be only on breathing in and breathing out.
I told him to continue with this, and that I would share the video with him soon, but he did not need to get up immediately. I asked him to do it for twenty more minutes after the session. Then he had to check his breath and his inner state and share that experience with me later.
This was how I guided Anthony: from confusion about numbers and synchronicities to a deeper understanding of the quantum field, from a constricted nervous system to a sequence of breath and energy techniques that began to open space in his body and mind. Through this, his Kundalini, blocked at the heart, finally received a clear path to move upward.
