Kundalini Breath and Belly Healing for the Brain | Kundalini Nervous System Reset

Background

In this Freedom Project case, I, Guru Sanju, am guiding a student who is going through intense Kundalini dissolution. Her identity is dismantling; every day she feels as if whatever she was is dissolving and she is becoming nobody. But alongside this profound inner collapse, her basic life functions have been affected: eating, sleeping, bowel clearance, digestion, even the ability to smell food.

Since joining the project, these functions have slowly improved, but she still longs to live like a healthy person consistently—able to eat, sleep, clear her bowels, and move through life with basic nervous system stability.

This discourse contains the full Kundalini-based Energetic Mastery Method techniques I taught her. If these are learned and practiced deeply, they hold the possibility of healing nervous system imbalance, restoring the brain’s functioning, dissolving mental and spiritual suffering, and even opening a future path toward Energetic Mastery as a professional skill.

Dissolving and Choosing Life

Yes. How are you dissolving? Dissolving, getting dismantled. Whatever you are is going away.
What is the experience of being dissolved? Becoming nobody, every day.

Even as this happens, I ask:
Are you able to eat food?
Are you able to sleep?
Are you able to clear your bowels?
Can you smell?

From the time you joined the project, these capacities have slowly, slowly improved. Has it improved better than before?

Yes. And you want it to become absolutely okay. We want everything to be alright, like a healthy human being all the time. This is still your purpose. You want your bowel clearing to happen well, your sleep to happen well, your eating to be proper. These are your priorities. You want to live life.

Today’s techniques are for this. I will teach them one by one. You do not need to write. Everything is created in a video and PDF. Let what I say enter your consciousness.

Your attitude should be simple:
Let me master at least one thing in life. If I master this, I will be free.

Respond. Don’t become dead. Be present.

Checking the Breath Channels

First, check your breathing through each nostril. Do not press the nostril hard. Lightly isolate the breath.

Check which is dominant: right or left.

If you practiced the earlier relaxation breathing I gave, you should feel more sleepy and relaxed. If your left nostril is more dominant, it is good. But check whether the right is functioning or totally closed. Even slight functioning is okay.

Ideal breathing ratio is around 50–50, or 40–60, or 60–40. Never 20–80. If your breath is 20–80 in daytime, it means your life is imbalanced. Either your mind is too active or you are in depression.

Right now, your task is only to check and move to the next step.

Balancing Both Nostrils with Arm Position

Raise both arms in front of you at shoulder height. Keep them straight for about ten minutes. Right now, for learning, one or two minutes is enough.

Keep attention on your breath.
A fly or disturbance may come—ignore it.

After one or two minutes, put your arms down and check your nostrils again. You will notice a shift.

This technique balances both nostrils. If you do it for ten minutes, both channels begin to equalize. This changes your state immediately.

Mouth Exhalation for Release

Next is mouth exhalation.
Close your eyes.

Inhale through your nose. Exhale through your mouth completely.
Do two rounds now just for learning.

Each out-breath should empty you fully.

Segmental Mouth Exhalation (More Powerful)

Now modify this. Exhale in parts.

Imagine exhalation has ten units. Release them in segments. Short pulses. Empty completely.

Compare:
Which emptied you more?
This segmented version.

So from now on, you will use this powerful segmented mouth exhalation.

Alternate Nostril Breathing (Without Hold)

Now alternate nostril breathing.

Start with the left nostril.

Inhale left.
Exhale right.
Inhale right.
Exhale left.

This is one cycle. No breath hold. Start always from the left. Practice 11 or 21 cycles.

Extended External Breath Hold

Now inhale through the nose.
Exhale fully through the mouth.
Hold your breath with empty lungs.

Belly must be deflated.
Do this two times.

This trains your nervous system to sit in emptiness peacefully.

Alternate Nostril Breathing with Internal Breath Hold

Now repeat alternate nostril breathing with a one-second breath hold after each inhalation.

Inhale left.
Hold for one second.
Exhale right.

Inhale right.
Hold for one second.
Exhale left.

This is one cycle. Hold only for one second.

Belly Inflation and Deflation Clarified

Internal breath hold: after inhalation, belly is inflated. Hold in this inflated state.

External breath hold: after exhalation, belly is fully deflated. Hold in this deflated state.

Healing Yourself First, Then Others

If this works for you, it has worked for the most difficult case. If you heal, you can take training to heal others. Energetic Mastery Method is not only techniques—it is washing clothes, cooking, grounding, the way you lived this entire project. All this is Energetic Mastery.

You can later come to India, stay for a month, take daily classes, and learn the full system. It is like doing a PhD in yourself.

Be dedicated. Be passionate. Become a good learner.

Navel Breathing Lying Down Practice

Now the final technique.

Lie down. Put both hands on your navel.

For five breaths:
Inhale and inflate the belly, pushing your hands up.
Exhale and deflate the belly fully.

After five breaths, stop all effort. Keep your hands there.

Prepare yourself:
Cover your head.
Close your ears with earplugs.
Cover your eyes.
Cover your body with a blanket.

You will lie like this for 30 minutes.
Do not check messages.
Do not stay alert.
Just get lost.
Let the body do everything.

Do this 3–4 times a day, 30–40 minutes each.
