I want to know the updates from you—in a very brief way. Whatever you want to share or anything, speak for two to three minutes and give me a brief outline of what you have been doing and what your state is right now. Gather yourself, breathe out softly through the mouth, and say the essentials without story or drama. Then we begin the work.
What Is Happening Around You
First thing. Yes—your buttons are being fired because they are worried more about you. They are keeping a watch on you all the time and taking you to the doctor to which you went one year ago for your treatment. This is what is happening. All right. Recognize that these are the daily things you go through. Note them, but do not feed them. You will not give them more importance than the instructions you follow here.
Formality Versus Deep Work
Let me tell you two things about how I am going to work. By now you must have understood that no doctor is willing to work on you in depth, isn’t it? Even if they are working, it is not deep work. It is just a formality that is happening. They cut their fee, they work on you, they give some pills, and you yourself understand that it is not something improving you. What is improving you is the action that you are taking due to my guidance. From the last email I understood that you are willing to work on yourself.
Disclaimers and Boundaries
There are a few disclaimers before I start the next course of action. Stop stealing my attention in any way. If you do that, there will be no chat and no updates. I have reading power. I have taken your case and know exactly what needs to be done. It is not a short-term treatment. I can take your healing guarantee—transformation guarantee—brain and nervous system guarantee—if you give your life to me. If you give your life to me, I can guarantee your health, but you have to do what I ask you to do, the way I ask you to do it. Are you ready for that?

How Sessions Will Work
You will also do one activity in my presence, because my presence has power. In my presence, whatever you do, your brain and nervous system learn. That is the presence of the master. When you watch it, you will understand my teaching style and exactly what needs to be done to live the highest quality of life I show.
The Hundred-Day Commitment
To live that life the way I tell you, I will work on you for the next hundred days. The way to change your life is only the way I am doing it. Here is how the sessions will be henceforth: when you take a session, I speak for one or two minutes and then we start action. Every thirty-minute session includes one activity in my presence. Whatever you are doing, if changes are needed, I will guide you.
From today, for the next nine days, every day 8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. will be your session. In ninety-nine percent of cases this will run daily. If I am traveling or unavailable, there may be a gap of one day. Are you ready for it? Outside that time, what you do is your business. Do not give me updates. I do not need them. Live and allow yourself to experience everything without over-reporting.
Centering Yourself
You do not have to give much importance to your father, mother, doctors, or anyone other than yourself during this work. Can you read a book? Can you watch a film? Can you sing a song? Can you dance? Choose activities that involve only yourself. Attend to the simple joys that strengthen your center.
Nature Protocol
Now write this down. From tomorrow onwards you will wake up at 6:00 a.m. Until 9:00 a.m.—three hours—you will be in nature. Take water. Take fruit if you are hungry. Walk or sit. Ground barefoot on the grass. One day I will take your session during this time so you will do it live in my presence. First you do three days alone. On the fourth day you do it with me.
If sunrise is at 7:00, then from 7:00 to 10:00 you do it—three hours in nature. Barefoot grounding is important. If the ground is cold or rough, start with one minute. Open your shoes, place both feet on living ground, and keep gentle mouth exhalation going. After a minute, cover your feet again. Increase the time as you feel better. This is training, not a test.
Only for two minutes, if needed, you open your shoes, do it, and then cover your shoes. Even one minute will do. Start small and grow as the system allows.
Technique: Mouth Exhalation
Throughout grounding and household activity you will use mouth exhalation. Here is how: place the tip of the tongue lightly against the upper palate, relax the jaw, and exhale in a steady, whisper-quiet stream as if fogging a mirror. Let the exhale be longer than the inhale; do not strain the inhale. Keep shoulders loose, eyes soft, and attention on the sensation of air leaving. This pattern cools the system and teaches the nervous system to release.
Why Negative Ions
You are dealing with inflammation—neuroinflammation, neurosis, schizophrenia. All of these symptoms are fed by inflamed tissues and a starved nervous system. Nature’s air, especially in green, moist, moving-wind spaces, offers abundant negative ions. They are the cool breath of living Earth. You must take them in daily. The solution is only natural. No pill is going to help you in the way sustained nature, breath, and disciplined action will. Instinctive life, nature, and Sanju—only these three can help you. Everything else is meaningless for this work.
The Last Chance
Slowly, slowly, commit to one hundred days of complete healing. If this process goes well, there is a possibility next year I will do a project with you in the Himalayas—only if you listen, transform, and follow the guidance. Otherwise I will refund your money and never be available in my entire life for you. I do not work on backbenchers. I work with toppers who are ready to invest in themselves. If you have suffered enough and failed in every attempt of your ego to do otherwise, I am ready and willing to work on you.

Today’s Practice: Clean the Toilet
Today’s activity is simple, strong medicine: clean the toilet. Go to the toilet area. Keep the phone outside. Begin immediately. Use mouth exhalation. You do not need to attend to any commentary. Just do the activity. Even if it is already clean, do the total process of cleaning. Be involved. Involve all your senses. Feel water on your hands, smell the cleanser, track the circular movement of the brush, notice the surfaces shine. Keep exhaling gently through the mouth. Use both hands. Place your device where it does not distract you. I watch without speaking when I am present, because your nervous system learns best from doing in silence. For fifteen minutes, I observe whether you are doing the activity properly. You hurry only when you have been dull; otherwise, you move with calm precision.
After the Task
You have cleaned the toilet. How did you feel? Your nervous system and brain are still learning to clean the toilet. Every day you will clean the toilet the way you did today. A day will come when your nervous system stops resisting. Right now your brain feels dead; that is why you do not feel anything. Keep doing whatever I say without expecting anything from it. Start the morning activity in the park for three hours and start taking fresh energy in the park.
You will read every day about negative ions—from my discourses. Do not read anything else on the internet for now. When the videos come, watch and implement the actions. You will be in regular touch only if you do the nine-day activity properly. Then I plan further healing sessions. Otherwise this ends. At any time I can stop if I feel you are going back to old patterns. This is your last chance with me.
My Therapeutic Temper
I will be angry. I will always be angry because this is how I treat patients whose ego is stubborn. You will not receive soft compassion at the level the ego wants because that does not melt a princess ego. I am going to do everything to kill that ego. You are my case. I am working on you. You cannot teach me how to transform you. Do the work and be happy. Smile—you did the task well. If you feel like crying, cry completely; do not hold it. Release that energy. It should be real crying, not acting. You are suffering. Your suffering has started. Feel it completely. Without feeling you cannot dissolve it. In time you will get better. Every time you connect to me you get healing if you are surrendered. If you are resisting, no healing will happen, and you are wasting your life and my time. This is the last chance I am giving to you.
Nine-Day Activity List
Tomorrow’s activity is to mop the floor. The next day, broom the house. Then wash the dishes. Then wash clothes and write. Then cook a meal. Then make tea and drink tea. Then eat a meal consciously. Then walk for thirty minutes continuously, and, across all days, spend three hours in nature every day. You will receive guidance every twenty-four hours. After nine days, if you have done great work, then for the next three months I will guide you every day. Ten sessions you will keep on paying and I will keep working on you. Is it clear? I want you to heal. That is why I am with you. I work long-term with people who are committed to change their life.
One Year for a New Life
Give me one year of your life. Every day, do what I ask. If I ask you to take a break, you take a break. If you want to work, then this is the only way. Recovery first. Do you not want to live? Then stay with the process. Attend to actions that free time and energy. If you need to sell the car, sell it and move. Take the action. Recover money where you can. Do not think much about the future. Handle what is in front of you now.
The Reality of the Condition
This is a proper schizophrenic case where the brain is dead, the nervous system not functioning, thousands of problems—psychosis and other things—which I am handling very beautifully. Things are getting better every day. In the Kundalini awakening journey, if you are going through Kundalini psychosis, neurosis, or schizophrenia, it is the most complicated case, and no one in the world is going to work on you in the way I work. Doctors may give up, prescribing pills on pills. Do not place blind trust in that. If I am working on you, you are the luckiest. Value your life. Otherwise this life is gone. Hopelessness can lead to the urge to end life; I am protecting you from that through disciplined, embodied action, breath, and nature. Or you suffer for a longer period and then suffer more. How to Ground, Step by Step
Choose living ground—grass, soil, moss, sand. Stand with feet hip-width apart. Unlock your knees. Let the pelvis drop so the lower back is not arched. Place both palms lightly on the lower belly to feel each exhale. On each exhale through the mouth, imagine stale, hot, buzzing pressure leaving. On each natural inhale through the nose, allow breezy coolness to drift in on its own. Do not chase the breath. After two to three minutes, sit down on the ground. Spread your fingers into the earth for thirty seconds, then release. Rotate ankles slowly, feeling weight spread into the metatarsals. If the ground is damp, place a cloth and sit upon it with bare feet on grass.
Stand again. Keep attention at the soles. Let the eyes receive the surroundings rather than hunt. On each exhale, picture heat leaving through the feet and fingers. Every few minutes, shake out the wrists once or twice without violence, just a soft reset. After fifteen to twenty minutes of this, begin a slow walk. Match your stride to the soft out-breath. Count five steps per exhale if it helps, then let counting go. If dizziness arises, pause, sit, and rest one minute with eyes half-closed before resuming.
If the park is small or urban, walk slow circuits beneath moving wind—the corridor of trees, the lane beside bushes, the edge of water. Negative ions ride moving air. You will tune your nervous system to that rhythm by walking at a soft, continuous pace without phone or conversation.
Household Sadhana
Treat the nine tasks as medicine: mop, broom, wash, cook, make tea, eat consciously, walk—always with mouth exhalation and steady attention.
Reading and Reflection
Each evening, after practice and before the session, read a small section of my discourse on negative ions, nature, and instinctive living. Read aloud softly, as if speaking to the nervous system. Do not debate, do not collect theories from the internet, do not compare methods. This is not a discussion. This is training. Let the words prime your body to act the next morning. Close the book, lie down for two minutes, and feel the breath settle in your chest.
Emotional Hygiene
When tears come, let them come. Sit on the ground or the bathroom floor. Place one hand on the sternum and one on the lower belly. Exhale through the mouth and allow sound to tremble out. There is no shame. The body is unclutching. After crying subsides, rinse your face with cool water, shake your hands as if flicking water from the fingertips, and take three slow steps forward. Resume the task. Do not cling to the story of tears; complete the action.
Communication Rules
Between sessions, you will not send updates or narratives. If a safety issue arises—injury, fever, accident—use one clear message to inform, then rest. For everything else, trust the schedule. Your family may worry; let them. You will not fight with them, you will not persuade them, and you will not hand your agency back to them. Bow inward and continue daily.
Standards and Consequences
My standard is devotion to action. If you listen and act, I am with you fully. If you argue and drift, I end the work and return your money. There is no punishment; there is simply the consequence that your time is too precious to be wasted on patterns that already failed you.
