Background
A seeker from Denmark arrives after years of searching, carrying four decades of spiritual habits and accolades—including a celebrated career as a tennis coach. He chooses to surrender everything in a physical project with his Guru. The meeting is raw: fatigue from a fifteen-hour flight, joy at arrival, and resistance dissolving in real time. The essence of this discourse is a transmission on surrender, dismantling the ego, and stepping from spiritual “shopping” into direct experience—here and now. It includes precise, follow-along practices for dropping the past, entering stillness, and stabilizing witnessing consciousness in the midst of nature and ordinary life.
The Arrival: Joy, Fatigue, and the Courage to Begin Again
This is a physical project with one of my students from Denmark. He has just landed and he wants to share something about the most weird thing he has done in his life—twice. First thing: greeting my wife, asking her to marry me the day after. And she said yes. I’ve been married now for forty-five years and loved every minute of it.
And now this is going to be a physical project till it’s the final. After how many years you are traveling? After four years. And how did you feel coming here? What did you feel? Right now, it’s peace—more than a Guru is here. So everything is good now. But the travel—there was a lot of resistance.
What were you going through in the last minute before coming here? A lot of resistance, a lot of blockages. A lot—a lot of old, cold, past that’s coming up. You have been doing the same thing again, and he has been doing the same thing again and again for the last forty years, until he met me.
After he met me, he started doing everything that is totally different. You need to dismantle everything. Age doesn’t matter. At sixty-seven he is here to dismantle himself, and he has surrendered himself completely. It requires a lot of courage, a lot of guts to surrender to the Guru.
He has adapted completely and is ready to become a child again. This is the beauty. That is why a physical project with the Guru is extremely important. Traveling fifteen hours to reduce everything to perfect nothing is fine. He has not come to gain anything, traveling fifteen hours from Denmark—losing everything is perfectly fine. He is full of joy and enjoying every bit of this moment. This is the exact moment of meeting the Guru.
No one in the world will transform you. No one will work on you. Only I will work on you. And I have worked on both—the joy and the tiredness. He is so happy right now. Tired, but joyful. Yes, it was a long journey.
This will touch and pass through your heart. How much inner dignity is required? He has dropped. He is an exemplary student of mine. He has dropped all his ego. He has not thought twice. He is the student who got connected to me in two seconds. When he watched my video for the first time, he got connected to me in two seconds. In the next thirty minutes he was deep. I enlightened him, and now is the post-enlightenment journey.
This is the journey of dismantling to become a phoenix. He has been in the Phoenix Project for the last six months, and this is the physical project with him to dismantle whatever is left.
Dismantling Identity: From Worldly Mastery to Sacred Emptiness
Investing everything of his life to get transformed—let me tell you what kind of ego he is dismantling. He is the world’s best tennis coach. His students are world champions in tennis, and he has given up that ego of being a tennis coach. Thirty-five years of tennis coaching—he is giving up, to become nothing. It was a difficult decision, but he is happy doing that. He is here to become nothing. He is here to dismantle everything.
If you can become someone, then become like Bull—who has trusted the Guru unconditionally. You do not know how to trust the Guru. You doubt the Guru. You see the form; you don’t see the formless. He was in his spiritual journey for the last forty years, but never got freed until he met me. And when he met me, he experienced the real essence of life.
Give one last message to all the seekers who are wasting their life in collecting information and doing spiritual shopping and not living life. Seek that where is where everything is known. Explain a little bit. They are very new to this journey. A little bit of explanation will help. Everything I am to try to… how? Thank you so much. It’s okay. It’s okay. Let you do your journey, and I’m there for you. Bye-bye.
Everyday Life as Teaching: Dogs, Coffee, and the Movement of Presence
The cleaner and the van. The cleaner—when you come, they go away and again they come. Smart dogs. They will again come. This is the treat we are enjoying. Coffee with which brew? And this is life.
It’s a famous quote from one of the old schools—I don’t remember his name—but he said, what you are looking for is what is looking for you. What are you most of the… people… so enjoy.
Transmission of Stillness: A Vortex for Dismantling
Feel the stillness on top of your head and how Kundalini is moving, making you peaceful. You’re almost dismantling because of my presence and power. This part is energized by me. This is the vortex I have created for you to experience stillness.
Whatever you are holding so far, you need to get free from it. All the garbage that you have collected till now needs to be thrown away. It is too long a period—forty years—holding to your past. Kundalini awakening at the age of twenty and still carrying that garbage? Even bliss, when experienced for a long time, becomes a suffering because that is stagnant energy.
For the last forty years you are experiencing the past. Every moment you remember that moment of awakening when you felt the joy of life. But after that, nothing happened. This means for the last forty years you have not lived life. You have never lived life in the present. You have always lived in the past, remembering that moment.
So drop your shoulders. Drop all the tension in the body and feel the freedom in this moment.
Life will not give you any other chance. This is the last chance. If you don’t do it now, a time will come—energy will leave the body. There is no guarantee it will happen in any other birth, because there is no guarantee you will take another birth. Be ready to die right now. Drop everything. Whatever the Guru says, follow it. Surrender completely. Throw away everything that you feel—things you call you. You are nothing. You are pure energy. And that is what you need to experience life.
Do not open your eyes until asked. Feel the difference in your energy.
Guided Practice I — River-Side Immersion (Follow-Along)
This side of the river. Feel with all your senses right now.
- What you are seeing: let the scene imprint itself without naming.
- What you are listening to: the sound of the fountain, water falling.
- What you are feeling on the skin: the breeze; the coolness of the weather—at 3 a.m. in the morning.
This moment has never come before. This moment is only now. If you miss this moment, you are missing life. Life is here and now—not in the future, not in the past. The joy and bliss are hidden now. Experience it. If you remain in this state twenty-four by seven, that is real freedom. Feel it.
The Mind as Traffic: Stabilizing the Witness
The mind is like cars passing by—thoughts one after another. White thoughts, gray thoughts. Differentiate different shades of thought. Not a single thought stays. Only the observer stays. Only the you stays.
The actions of the mind: random thoughts, obsessive thoughts, thoughts about past, thoughts about future—thought is always of the past or future, never of the present. But the witness belongs to the present moment. Observe it completely.
Sometimes bigger thoughts come in the form of gusts and take you away from the present moment—big events, thoughts about big events, the big boss coming. See them, label them gusts, and return to witnessing.
The Welcome: Rest, Receive, and Let Life Happen
Welcome, welcome, welcome. Relax. We will sit there. You can relax. It was a long trip. About the state—without attributing—know when you are out: you want that state. You know what you are seeking. You are seeking something you have never been out of, and you want to get out of something you have never been in. Meaning: goodbye to the video game of seeking.
All the years of spiritual seeking were a game—a video game you were playing. Now you are out of the video game, realizing that you are pure consciousness. You never went somewhere, and you never have to arrive somewhere. You will always be.
Nature as Scripture: Wind, Eagles, Elements
It is windy today—so windy and beautiful. Can you see? Friends are there cooking for the friends. Kitchen. If you don’t change anything, you get everything. When you just allow life to happen, it happens.
If you chase, you don’t trust life. You feel that you will not get it if you don’t exert more. So all the time—look at the eagles. Majestic. This moment will go away. It will never come again. Enjoy this moment the way it is—good, bad, worst—whatever it is, enjoy this moment.
We are going—let me capture this. The white bird has come to call its friend. Let’s go there. The wind is in. You can see bats also. Look at the birds, the eagles; now see the bats. Look at all the elements of nature—the five elements present as teaching.
Physical project is happening. Life is with me. I can smell it. You have to learn how to live.
Fish—many fish. Two different species. The natural wind sound is so pleasant. Keep looking at the water, the waves. All formations are these waves; the essence is the water. The wave is acting and the water is. A turtle—can I capture it? The turtle—drinking or diving. It went inside. This is why we need to be in nature—love surprises every moment. Nothing predictable.
And now look at the moon. Here is the moon, and the beach. Usually—she’s—(silence)—you.
Guided Practice II — Sensing the Vortex of Life (Follow-Along)
- Stand or sit facing open sky or open water.
- Let wind on the skin become your mantra—no words, only sensation.
- Allow the eyes to rest on movement (birds, waves, leaves). Do not pursue details; receive the whole field.
- Sense the base of the skull and crown as a single arc of space. Allow subtle movements to self-organize.
- If a thought claims the moment, name it gently—past, future, or gust—and release it to wind or water.
- Whisper inwardly: “This moment will never come again.” Feel its truth.
Remain for ten to fifteen minutes. End with one breath where the exhale empties completely, the body softens, and the shoulders drop.
Walking the Unknown Road with the Guru
We can get towards this lane. Unknown road, no way to know which—everything is unknown. But with the Guru, everything is absolutely here and now. Enjoy this part. It is different, unique, disconnected from everything. Going back—knowing nothing—yet the path appears.
Ambience. Show him the beautiful—because people cannot stay with their mind. It is difficult to stay with the mind; there is no time to appreciate nature, beauty, life. It is very easy to play songs on the phone and get lost. Here—the teaching is silence, wind, water, and presence.
Coffee as Teaching: Allowing Warmth, Allowing Life
This year—anything else you need to know? How is the experience here? Thanks for being here. Without incident—it could be… this is how you drink it. This is like unloading the deck and then having warmth.
Even though—even—what do you think? Cream? You love it. Do it in Spain—do it like this. It will be easier for you to drink. It becomes a little warm, right? In Spain. This is called equatorial cortado—love root of coffee. Cortado means half-and-half. Filter coffee. And now—told you about each other. I’m not doing anything. Really.
(Teaching inside the ordinary: do not chase; allow. Warmth arrives when you stop forcing.)
Guided Practice III — The Instant of Surrender (Follow-Along)
- Sit comfortably. Place feet on ground.
- Inhale gently through the nose.
- Exhale longer than the inhale; as you exhale, feel the shoulder girdle drop—drop your shoulders.
- On the next exhale, allow the jaw to slacken slightly; let the tongue soften at the base.
- Bring attention to the crown. Sense a cool, fine stillness.
- Whisper inwardly: “Be ready to die right now.” Let the words erase ownership and storyline.
- For three breaths, imagine the last forty years dissolving—successes, failures, even bliss. Feel the emptiness as freedom, not loss.
- Finish by sensing the whole body as space. Rest for two minutes in silence.
Practice daily. When resistance appears, label it gust, and return to the witness.
The Core Teaching: Stop Shopping, Start Living
Seek that where is where everything is known. Stop collecting information and doing spiritual shopping. Live. Surrender completely. Follow whatever the Guru says—throw away everything you think is you. You are nothing; you are pure energy. Experience life as that.
You were seeking something you have never been out of, and you wanted to get out of something you have never been in. All the years you were doing spiritual seeking were just a game. Now step out of the game. You are pure consciousness. You never went anywhere; you never have to arrive. You simply are.
On Trust: Seeing the Formless, Not the Form
You do not know how to trust the Guru because you see the form and not the formless. Trust is not sentiment; it is alignment with the field of the Guru. He connected in two seconds, dropped in thirty minutes, received enlightenment, and now walks the post-enlightenment path—the phoenix work of dismantling residual identity.
Nature’s Five Elements as Direct Transmission
Eagles—majestic arcs of attention. Wind—unseen power, audible truth. Water—waves arising and subsiding, the essence unchanged. Earth—paths unknown, yet firm beneath the feet. Ether—space holding all appearances.
This is why physical presence matters. A vortex is created—stillness is energized; the nervous system unclenches; the past discharges; even old bliss loosens. The field shows you that you have never left the present.
The Last Chance: Do Not Postpone Reality
Life will not give you any other chance. When energy leaves the body, there is no guarantee of another birth. Do not wait for a future that never arrives. This is the last chance—now. Be ready to die to the old. Drop everything. Surrender completely. Let the witness remain.
Closing Blessing and Instruction
Do not open your eyes until the inner command arises from stillness. When you do, notice the difference in your energy. The dogs, the cleaner, the van, the coffee, the wind, the river, the moon, the waves, the turtle—all are teachers. Every appearance is a pathway to the one essence.
If you do not change anything, you get everything. Allow life to happen. When you chase, you do not trust life. Let the moment come to you. Enjoy what arrives, because this moment will never come again.
Seek that where is where everything is known. Surrender to the formless, through the living Guru. Become nothing, and discover you have always been everything.
