Kundalini Neurosis and Schizophrenia

Bhumika came to me for severe anxiety—racing thoughts, sleeplessness, chest tightness, and dread. I received her with compassion and examined her thoroughly. Using my clairvoyant sight, clairempathy, clairsentience, and listening, I mapped the distortions moving through her nervous system and subtle bodies. What she called “anxiety” revealed deeper patterns: schizophrenic features—hallucinatory bonding, intrusive loops, fractured attention—and a neurotic scaffold of fear, control, and avoidance. I explained this gently, then offered a direct path forward: nervous-system retraining, mouth-exhalation protocol, daily purification, lower-chakra stabilization, conscious marital intimacy, attention hygiene, nature time, and periodic life reviews. Here is her diagnosis and detailed solution.

Opening: Release the Grip of Tension and Ego

Let go of all the tension, all the contraction in your nervous system. You need to relax completely and let go of the hold of the ego you have carried. You have adopted anxiety, restlessness, and hallucination by giving them attention. Now you have a choice: withdraw your attention from anxiety, from hallucination, from dreamlike fantasies, from mental masturbation, and from everything connected to your sexual desires. Come back to the body to live your life. Live life fully.

Returning to the Body and to Life

As a wife, have physical intimacy with your husband like a newborn, like a new bride—newly married. Become attractive to your husband by activating your feminine energy. When you do this—when you do women’s practices—slowly, slowly, slowly you will feel feminine and attractive to your husband, and he will not leave you without sex for a longer duration. He will come back home, even if he has been troubling you, to have an intimate relationship with you. If nothing is working, go on a trip—like a honeymoon period—and make sure both of you are physically engaged with each other. This will stop all the spiritual shopping you have been doing so far. Running away from life is not the solution. Coming back to life is the only solution.

Foundations First: The Lower Three Chakras

Kundalini does not progress if your lower three chakras are blocked. Until and unless the lower foundations are strong, nothing higher can stabilize. It is like a building: the higher chakras are the higher stories of a tall apartment; the lower chakras are the foundation. Without your root chakra being balanced, your sacral chakra being balanced, and your solar plexus well balanced, Kundalini will always move up and come down, but never pierce through.

If you want your freedom to happen, you must pass through the life process. You have to come to the physical body. You must honor your physical body. First accept yourself as a female, and the feminine energy in you will be activated. All these practices that you will do will empower you to be functional in life for the rest of the time. Devote one dedicated hour to this, and you will be rejuvenated to live the life for which you are born.

Daily Living as Sadhana: Home, Space, and Contribution

Pay all your attention to yourself and to your life, and slowly, slowly, slowly start contributing to the happiness of the family. Keep the space clean. Clean the house—not over-cleaning, but maintaining spaciousness for your sadhana and spaciousness for every soul to decide. When lower energies linger, they attract heavy patterns: alcohol addictions, non-vegetarian cravings. This indicates something is missing in the soul’s nourishment. The craving of the soul cannot be non-vegetarian food. The soul cannot kill another animal and eat its flesh—at least for human beings, it is not true. When lower energies reside in you, they pull you into different kinds of addictions, and you unconsciously get into them in the name of the matrix, in the name of society.

If you want to get rid of lower energies, know they are nothing but dense energies trapped in your nervous system and in your energy body. When you work on them, you are free. Purify yourself by focusing only on the purity aspect of life. Go out in nature. Spend time with animals. Love animals and you will feel that you and the animals are one. If you feel the urge to drink alcohol, choose other natural drinks—sugarcane juice, coconut water, and many other nourishing juices. Feel the difference.

Practice of Presence: Training the Nervous System

Start the conscious life. You will see that to become conscious you must remain in the present, and the mind does not want to remain in the present. The mind wanders into the past or into the future. Anxiety is nothing but a conditioning of the mind, a kind of programming of the nervous system—to think about the future, to dwell on the past. What are you doing in the present?

Realize that each moment in the present brings life to you. Life is only in the present, and you will experience it again only when your nervous system is under control. All these practices will ensure you get better day by day. Your nervous system heals; your brain begins to work in a harmonized way.

Nervous system retraining cannot happen overnight. It takes repetition in the right way. By being conscious, you can train your nervous system to cultivate restfulness. This technique is to train your system to be rested. Many have never truly experienced rest because lower energies—fear, insecurity, uncertainty—keep the mind agitated. But now you are rested in the present moment, and only by resting in the present moment can you recognize yourself, be yourself, and see clearly: I was chasing unhappiness throughout my life, and I attracted it.

Whatever you pay attention to manifests because of the law of attention: where attention goes, energy flows, and it grows. That has been your case. You have attracted unwanted attention from negative energies—meeting different fake people or inquiring about fake gurus. The gurus may not be fake, but your expectations about them could be fake, built in the mind. You have never fully healed yourself from your childhood trauma, and all the Energetic Mastery Method I applied on you was to heal your energy body at all levels.

I have healed you to the extent that you can sleep at night without medications. The rest is your choice. If you choose unconscious, unaware behavior, you will attract suffering and pain again. But if you choose consciousness—if you choose life over mind—you will receive ideas to create your life anew. The past will be gone only when you allow yourself to burn the past, not celebrate it.

The Brain as Processor and the Birth of Hallucination

When you think about a thought and pay attention to it, your vital energy and the vital forces of your brain get consumed in processing that information. Your brain is a great processor. Whatever arises in your energy field—internal or external—the brain processes it. The brain does not know the difference between thoughts happening in the mind and real events happening outside. So if you think about someone continuously, your brain begins to believe that person exists here, that this person loves you—even if that person is not aware of it. Your mind will make you believe that the person loves you a lot. This is where hallucination starts.

You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia for a reason, and you must know that you can erase the tag only through healing yourself and behaving in a normal way. Otherwise, people will not take you seriously; you may be discarded by society and by the world because of this tag.

If you want freedom from schizophrenia symptoms, every moment a thought arises, you must do mouth exhalation continuously, as I have taught you. Do these practices for a minimum of one year, every day, to erase the past imprints. At the same time, participate in life like a newborn person, like a newborn child.

Every two to three months, evaluate your life. Take yourself to the next level by learning new skills and investing in your life in new ways. Until you do, you are like a dead person—and you will remain that.

Technique: The Mouth Exhalation Reset

Purpose: To interrupt intrusive thought loops, discharge nervous-system pressure, and return to present-moment awareness.

Steps:

  1. Sit upright with your spine neutral and shoulders soft. Place your feet flat on the floor if seated on a chair, or sit cross-legged with a lightly lifted sternum if on the ground.
  2. Inhale gently through the nose for a natural, unforced breath.
  3. Purse your lips slightly and exhale through the mouth in a smooth, steady stream—as if fogging a mirror—until your abdomen naturally softens and the exhalation feels complete.
  4. At the end of the exhale, pause briefly—do not strain or hold—just feel the quiet.
  5. Sense your body’s weight, the contact points with the floor or chair, and the subtle stillness in the nervous system.
  6. Repeat this mouth exhalation whenever a thought spikes or anxiety rises. Begin with 3–5 cycles, several times a day, and, during acute episodes, continue as needed until you feel a perceptible downshift.

Cues to Notice:

  • Jaw unclenching, tongue relaxing from the palate.
  • A cooling or release sensation across the face and scalp.
  • A heavier, grounded feeling in the pelvis and legs.

Integration: After a round, bring your attention to a simple task: drinking water, washing a cup, folding a cloth—anchoring awareness in the present.

Practice this daily for a year, especially during thought storms. It erases imprints through repetition and choice.

Skill Building and Periodic Life Reviews

Every two to three months, sit with yourself. Review: Where did my attention go? What skills did I build? What changed in my body, in my home, in my relationships? Then choose one new skill to learn—cooking, accounting, gardening, a craft, or a professional competency—and invest in it. Creativity interrupts hallucination because it engages the senses, the breath, and the hands. Slowly, slowly, slowly, as the mind engages in learning, hallucinations fade.

Vagal Tone, Kundalini Flow, and Strengthening the System

Allow yourself to breathe well. Let your nervous system heal. With these practices, your vagus nerve will be activated; your system will be activated; and your Kundalini will move smoothly throughout your system. Kundalini and schizophrenia can seem, at times, to run in parallel—complementary paths of heightened sensitivity. But you can change your destiny by preparing the path for Kundalini with grounded nervous-system strength. Your nervous system needs to be strengthened, and for that you must focus on your life 100% in a new way.

Stop fooling yourself. Stop seeking attention from people in the name of anxiety. Take responsibility for your life—and do it every day.

Attention, ADHD Patterns, and Detachment from Addictions

Somehow your anxiety has created ADHD tendencies in you. ADHD is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and it causes a lack of sustained attention in life. Stop addictions—social media, phone misuse, and every compulsive pattern—and start living. Be with the breath. Stop seeking attention from your husband, daughter, family members, society, and other people in your immediate environment—and stop seeking attention from gurus or masters. You do not need others’ attention when you have the attention of your own life with yourself.

All of this can be healed and transformed only when you take responsibility. No one in the world will be able to help you if you continue doing the same thing again and again; you will get the same result again and again.

The First-In, First-Out Principle of Life

What goes in first comes out first. If you put garbage into your mind, garbage will come out—and that will become your life. If you put divinity, if you put life into your existence, the output becomes clarity, love, and purpose. Breathe in fresh air; exhale stale air. This is the principle of life, and it applies to everything you put into your system. Start taking responsibility in a new way, and work in a new direction. Every time you come to me, it should be an ascension—an evolution.

I do not work on people who refuse to take responsibility for their life. I work with first-bencher humans. I never work on last-bencher cases. So, if you want change, you have to change yourself. Then you can change your environment—and then many things become possible. Otherwise, from the universal point of view, there is no importance to a body that does not evolve.

The Law of the Soul and Your Earthly Duties

From the universal perspective, you are already dead if you do not take responsibility. The universe remains indifferent to whether you are alive in the body or not if you do not evolve. If you do not take responsibility, the soul will leave the body. It is the law of the soul: it will take another body that is more potent for its evolution. What determines this potency? The condition of your health—physical, mental, emotional, and energetic—defines why a soul will remain in your body and for what purpose.

Perhaps your purpose is to realize yourself in a way that nurtures the soul expressed as your daughter, as your husband. Do not run away from that. Start participating in life. Maybe after twenty or thirty years, when your earthly duties are fulfilled, you will get the opportunity to be on your own. But without fulfilling the earthly duties governed by the law of life, Kundalini will not move up. It could be balanced, but it will not pierce through.

If you want to accelerate the process, you must go through transformation that is intensive in nature. Increase the intensity of working on yourself if you want faster results. Otherwise, let it be slow and steady—slowly, slowly, slowly your new life is beginning. In fact, it has already begun. Meeting me is the sign that your new life has begun. I have infused you with life energy, and it will expand as you practice. If you do not practice, whatever you have gained from me will be lost—like nectar, it will be sucked by people in lower energies in your family and surroundings, automatically. If you want to protect this energy, do your regular sadhana. That is the only way to remain preserved and purified.

Daily Purification and Rituals to Seal Your Energy

Take hot and cold showers two times every day. If cold is not acceptable to your skin, take only hot showers—two or even three times daily—according to the season and your constitution. Establish a routine you can follow for purification and transformation.

I will guide you on the way, one step at a time. If you show me you are working on yourself, then—and only then—will I give you the next solution, the next transformative step.

Be silent and receptive for some time. Divine grace is flowing over you. Ask for forgiveness for all the mistakes you have done. Perhaps, after this period of practice and receptivity, no anxiety from the past will remain in you. Slowly, slowly, slowly you are healed to live a new life.

Integration Practice: Re-Entering the Body

Slowly, slowly, slowly, be aware of your senses. Move your hands. Move your legs. Come to the body. You have to integrate into the body to live the life you are born for. You cannot move away from this duty, which is the body’s dharma—to take care of the body as long as you are alive in it. For human beings, there is a special responsibility: to care for all the layers of the body.

The Layers of Your Being

  • The physical layer
  • The etheric layer
  • The mental layer
  • The emotional layer
  • The bliss layer
  • The intellect layer

These layers are covered one by one, and you must feed and care for each. Take responsibility so that every area of your life is tended to. Learn new skills. Be creative in life. Slowly, slowly, slowly, engage your mind in learning new things, and all hallucination will go away.

Hand Placements for Centering

Navel Centering:
Place your hands on your navel. Be aware of the life and energy that you are. Feel the gentle rise and fall of the abdomen as you breathe. Let the navel warm under your palms; allow the exhalation to soften the belly and the pelvic floor. Stay for twelve slow breaths.

Heart Centering:
Now place your hands on the heart chakra. Feel the smooth movement of Kundalini in your body, offering a glimpse of your existence as it moves rhythmically within you. Notice the spread of warmth across the upper chest and into the back between the shoulder blades. Breathe as if the heart itself is breathing.

As you feel ready, rise slowly.

Practice Compendium: Embodied Steps for Daily Life

1) Feminine Energy Activation for Married Life

  • Intention: Re-awaken attraction and sacred intimacy within marriage.
  • Preparation: After bathing, clothe yourself in garments that feel soft and alive on your skin. Lightly anoint the wrists or hairline with a gentle natural scent if you like.
  • Breath: Stand with feet hip-width apart. Inhale softly through the nose; exhale through relaxed lips three times to settle the nervous system.
  • Movement: Circle the hips slowly for one minute, then sway the spine like a wave—tailbone to crown. Keep the jaw relaxed.
  • Attention: Smile softly with the eyes. Imagine welcoming your partner home with warmth in the belly and softness in the heart.
  • Integration: Throughout the day, return attention to the pelvis and heart; keep breaths low and slow. This is not performance—it is presence.

2) Lower Chakra Grounding (5–8 minutes)

  • Root (Muladhara): Stand or sit; feel the weight in your feet or sitting bones. Imagine roots descending into the earth on each exhalation.
  • Sacral (Svadhisthana): Place a palm two inches below the navel; breathe into the pelvis; invite fluidity with small hip circles.
  • Solar Plexus (Manipura): Place a palm at the upper abdomen; on each exhale, whisper a soft haaa through the mouth, letting over-effort drain away.

3) Nature and Animal Communion

  • Spend at least fifteen minutes daily in a natural setting when possible—balcony plants, a courtyard tree, or a park. Offer still attention to animals without demanding their attention back. Let the field of life include you.

4) Nourishing Substitutions

  • When the urge for alcohol arises, pause for three mouth exhalations. Then sip coconut water or sugarcane juice. Notice the nervous system’s response. Log how you feel after ten minutes. Reinforce the new reward loop.

5) Attention Hygiene

  • Choose two windows a day (morning and evening) to be phone-free for sixty minutes. Place the device in another room. During these windows, do embodied tasks: sweeping, cooking, folding, bathing. Let these be prayer in motion.

6) Evening Downshift

  • Two hours before sleep, dim lights. Take a warm shower. Perform navel and heart hand placements for six minutes each. Journal one sentence: Where did my attention go today? Turn the page. Write one sentence: Where will I place my attention tomorrow?

Clearing Misuse of Spirituality: Ending the Shopping Habit

This is your call to end spiritual shopping. Return to life. Return to the body. Practice the basics until they become your breath. The body is your temple; householding your life is your first altar. When the lower floors are sound, the upper floors will hold—Kundalini will rise and stay.

Remember: the brain believes what you repeatedly feed it. Feed it presence. Feed it breath. Feed it honest work, humble service, and simple intimacy. Do not pour attention into fantasies; do not fuel the old loops. The law of attention is exact: what you repeatedly energize becomes your reality.

A Covenant with Yourself

  • I will place my attention where life is.
  • I will breathe out what does not belong to me.
  • I will keep my home clean and spacious for sadhana.
  • I will practice daily, especially when I do not want to.
  • I will review my life every two to three months and learn new skills.
  • I will honor my earthly duties so that higher energies can move through me without distortion.
  • I will protect the nectar I have received through consistent practice and pure living.
  • I will ask for forgiveness, and I will forgive myself.
  • I will choose consciousness over mind, life over fantasy, responsibility over attention-seeking.

Slowly, slowly, slowly—be aware of your senses. Move your hands. Move your legs. Come back to the body. Fulfill the body’s dharma by caring for every layer—physical, etheric, mental, emotional, bliss, and intellect. Place your hands on the navel; feel the life and energy that you are. Place your hands on the heart; feel the smooth movement of Kundalini, rhythmic and quiet, giving you a glimpse of your vast existence. Embrace that. And as you feel ready, rise—slowly.

Your new life has already begun.
