Kundalini Psychosis and Healing Through Nervous System Restoration

Background

This discourse is based on my first session with Joseph, a man from Europe who suffered from severe nervous system collapse and Kundalini psychosis after an intense and unregulated awakening. Eight years ago, during a Reiki session, his Kundalini energy was triggered spontaneously. What followed was a long and painful struggle—his mind fragmented, his energy system became chaotic, and his nervous system could no longer process the surges of life force. For years, he lived in isolation and depression, unable to work, speak, or function normally.

When he came to me, he had already spent over fifteen years in therapy without finding relief. The energy within him was like a raging fire—too intense for his weakened body and mind to handle. His brain was inflamed, his nervous system overstimulated, and his throat and solar plexus chakras blocked. In our first session, I performed a live energetic diagnosis and began his healing through direct nervous system regulation and Kundalini channel alignment. What follows is a detailed account of that session and my guidance for him—and for anyone suffering from similar conditions.

Energetic Diagnosis

When Joseph joined the session, I asked him to first look into the camera without blinking for a few seconds so that I could assess his auric and energetic field. I then asked him to show his hands—first the right, then the left. Through this, I began diagnosing his energy flow and nerve communication through the palms.

I instructed him to close his eyes and start observing sensations within his body as I guided his attention through specific regions—beginning with his face and forehead, the third eye region, the crown of his head, and down toward the back of the head and neck. I could see where the flow of prana was obstructed, particularly at the base of the neck, where the spinal cord connects to the brain.

This was the area of major blockage—the seat of the medulla oblongata, the bridge between the brain and the spinal channel. When this area is blocked, all messages between the brain and the body become distorted.

I then guided his awareness further down the spine—toward the chest, solar plexus, and abdomen. I asked him to observe any constrictions or vibrations in the legs and pelvic region. He confirmed strong sensations and tension at the back of his neck. That confirmed my diagnosis: he had a deep blockage in the brain-stem region, affecting the nervous system and Kundalini flow.

Diagnosis and Explanation

I told him clearly, “You have neurosis issues. This means your nervous system is weak and unable to process the powerful energy of Kundalini. You also show symptoms of schizophrenia, caused by uncontrolled energy movement and inflammation of the brain.”

His system was burning with neuroinflammation. Chronic inflammation had kept his brain deprived of oxygen and prana, preventing proper nourishment and cell repair. I explained to him that there is no medicine in the world that can treat this condition—no therapy, no psychiatric drug. The healing has to come through energetic restoration, nervous system re-strengthening, and purification of life habits.

The Healing Plan

I explained that the complete transformation would take about 100 days of consistent work, including at least thirty sessions online, spaced every two or three days. Each session would last 30 minutes and would focus on nervous system strengthening, pranic channel cleansing, and conscious living.

The process, I told him, would begin with lifestyle restructuring—learning what to eat, how to eat, and how to consciously inhabit the body. Only through daily conscious actions and energy regulation could his nervous system regain balance.

When I asked him about his sleep, he admitted that he had severe problems sleeping and that inflammation was a major issue. His brain and body were perpetually in a state of agitation and exhaustion.

I also noted that his speech was affected. He could not articulate easily because the blockages around his throat chakra had frozen the natural flow of expression. The Kundalini energy, stuck around the neck and brain regions, had caused these dysfunctions.

The Healing Demonstration

To begin immediate relief, I decided to teach Joseph one simple yet powerful technique he could do immediately. I asked if he had a bed or a floor nearby. When he confirmed, I instructed him to lie down flat on the floor.

“Now,” I said, “place both your hands on your belly—exactly over your navel. Close your eyes and completely relax. Drop your shoulders to the ground. Let go of all contractions in your muscles. Shake your legs gently to release any tension.”

As he followed these instructions, I guided him to focus on his breath:

“As you inhale, let your hands rise gently as your belly inflates. As you exhale, allow your hands to fall naturally. Now begin exhaling slowly from the mouth—very slowly. Let each breath be long, soft, and complete. The exhalation should be longer than the inhalation.”

This is belly breathing or pranic exhalation therapy, and it directly calms the vagus nerve. The slow exhalation through the mouth releases heat, removes neuroinflammation, and tells the body that it is safe.

The Energetic Transmission

As Joseph continued this slow mouth exhalation, I could feel his energy field responding. His body began to vibrate slightly—the Kundalini had started moving.

I told him, “You are alive, and you can live a good life hereafter if you walk with me. Work on your brain and nervous system, and everything else will be taken care of. You have Kundalini psychosis, in which energy has entered wrong channels. I will bring your Kundalini back into the Sushumna—the central energy channel—and activate your vagus nerve.”

I reminded him that the body heals only when control is released. “Stop controlling your life,” I said. “The principle of the body is simple—when control stops, healing begins.”

This was the moment when his energy started to settle. He began to breathe more slowly. His muscles relaxed. I continued: “It may take one year to rebuild your nervous system, but you have the possibility to heal completely. Once healed, you can even teach others how to heal.”

I told him that the modern world has no medicine for his condition. Only through this powerful energy work and nervous system strengthening can his Kundalini flow in harmony with his body.

Emotional Healing and Reconnection to Life

As his breath deepened, I spoke to him about his inner state. “You have lost trust in life and divinity. Bring that trust back. Tell your brain that you are safe. You don’t need to worry. Your lower chakras are blocked because of fear and the absence of safety. You must restore this feeling of safety in your body first.”

His condition had developed over five years of physical inactivity and emotional withdrawal. The body had become frozen in fear, while the mind burned with overstimulation. I began clearing these energetic locks during the session.

As the healing progressed, I could see his energy beginning to flow freely. His body started to shake slightly—this was the natural unblocking process of the Kundalini.

“Yes,” I said, “it is shaking because it is releasing. I have released the blockages in your system. Your Kundalini has begun moving through the right channels.”

The Commitment to Transformation

After fifteen minutes, I brought him back to awareness and asked him to slowly open his eyes. “This time was too short to heal everything,” I told him, “but you have already experienced the beginning of release. The next step is commitment. Book ten sessions of thirty minutes each. We will work for thirty days and observe your progress. If you respond well, we will continue for another cycle.”

He agreed, and I reminded him gently, “You just witnessed my power. I have moved your Kundalini and initiated the healing. Now it is your responsibility to continue the work with consistency and trust.”

I told him my team would contact him with details for the upcoming sessions. “Don’t worry,” I said. “Relax. You will heal. I have the power to heal you, and I just demonstrated it.”

My Reflection on the Case

After the session, I reviewed Joseph’s background. He had described his suffering in an email:

“I had a spontaneous Kundalini awakening eight years ago, triggered by a Reiki session. It blew me apart, and I was unable to function for years. I am getting better now, but it remains difficult. The energy is too strong and creates pressure in my body. I feel big blocks, mostly in my head and solar plexus. I am exhausted and need to rest constantly. The energy feels like fire—I must take cold showers before bed. I have depression and cry almost daily. I feel lost, without purpose. Before this awakening, I already had depression and was in therapy for fifteen years. I am isolated and not socially integrated. Yoga practices made me worse. Only music gives slight relief. I rest, but being too passive also harms me. What should I do?”

Reading this, I understood clearly that Joseph’s system had gone through what I call Kundalini neurosis—an extreme energetic imbalance caused by premature activation of the life force in an unprepared body. The nervous system was too fragile to handle the surge of prana, resulting in continuous neuroinflammation, hypersensitivity, and dissociation.

He had also developed Kundalini psychosis, where the consciousness fragments due to overload in the higher chakras, while the lower chakras remain blocked. This leads to insomnia, anxiety, trembling, brain fog, and emotional instability.

The Energetic Explanation

Neurosis in such cases means that the nervous system has lost its insulation. The myelin sheath—the protective fatty layer around nerves—has thinned due to chronic stress, lack of grounding, and excessive energy activity. This makes the person hypersensitive to sounds, light, and emotions. The energy, instead of flowing smoothly through the Sushumna, begins to disperse erratically through side channels.

Modern medicine can only label this as anxiety or schizophrenia, but energetically it is an overload of Agni (fire element) without sufficient Apana (grounding energy). The system burns from within, creating restlessness and loss of focus.

The cure is to bring the person back to the body—back to the Earth element. The first stage is always grounding, breath regulation, and nourishment.

My Method and Approach

In Joseph’s case, I prescribed the Energetic Mastery Method—my system for balancing Kundalini through the body’s natural intelligence. It involves conscious living, breathing techniques like slow mouth exhalation, grounding, warm food intake, and body relaxation rituals.

These methods rebuild the nervous system and restore trust in life. They strengthen the vagus nerve—the body’s master healing pathway—and gradually open the Sushumna for safe Kundalini flow.

I told him clearly: “There is no shortcut. This requires patience, discipline, and surrender. You must trust the process. Healing will not happen in the mind but in the body. The body is the temple through which your spirit will return to peace.”

Conclusion

Joseph’s case is a reminder of what happens when spiritual energy is awakened without proper grounding, preparation, or guidance. The fire of Kundalini is divine, but when it rises in a weak vessel, it burns rather than illuminates. Healing such conditions is not about suppressing the energy—it is about harmonizing the energy with the nervous system.

Through the power of energetic transmission, conscious breath, and body awareness, Joseph experienced the first movement of healing in just one session. His body responded immediately because the energy recognized truth.

For those who suffer from similar symptoms—restlessness, inner fire, brain fog, depression after awakening—know that you can heal. The path is not through fear or medication but through awareness, trust, and the right energetic guidance.

As I told Joseph: “You are alive. You have the possibility to heal. Trust life again. Work with me, and your nervous system will be reborn. When the body regains strength, the Kundalini becomes your ally—not your enemy.”
