This discourse takes place during a quiet evening in a jungle nested within a city. I am attuned to the eagles circling above; they respond to my energy and I to theirs. From this living classroom, I present a single, powerful practice—walking with double exhalation—to process Kundalini energy, expand brain capacity, and improve nervous-system functioning. I address those who struggle with schizophrenia, bipolar tendencies, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s, dementia, anxiety, insomnia, and other brain and body disorders, as well as those facing Kundalini psychosis. I explain why physical, in-person projects with me transform neuroplasticity. Evening Presence with Eagles

Can you see the eagles with me now? It is very much a regular thing to play with the eagles. They respond to my energy, and I love it—and they love it too. They come, they talk, and they fly away. This is a beautiful evening here; you can sense nature around. Here is a jungle in the midst of the city, and it is such a privilege to experience this moment.

I begin from this natural presence because Kundalini understands living signals—wind, wings, dusk, the subtle shift of sky. When you listen to life like this, your system learns to listen to itself.

The Core Practice: Walking with Double Exhalation

Here I share how to do double exhalation while you are walking. This is my evening practice, morning practice, and twenty-four-hours practice to process Kundalini, to process energy, to increase my brain’s capacity, and to improve my nervous-system functioning. This simple technique becomes a treatment path for those going through schizophrenia, brain-related health issues, nervous-system disorders, multiple sclerosis, bipolar patterns, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and many mental and physical health-related issues. This is one technique—powerful, not ultimate. Ultimately, you must walk with me in the physical project to be fully benefited, because there you learn the ways of working on your brain and nervous system with me in real time.

How to Practice Double Exhalation While Walking

  1. Posture and pace: Walk at a natural, unforced pace. Lengthen the crown gently upward, soften the jaw, relax the shoulders, and allow the arms to swing freely. Let the feet land softly, evenly.
  2. Attention: Keep your eyes open and soft. Let attention rest on the moving body and the surrounding space simultaneously.
  3. Breath pattern: Inhale gently through the nose (one natural inhale). Then exhale through the nose in two distinct partsexhale-one (about 60–70% of the breath) and exhale-two (the remaining 30–40%). Do not force; let both parts be smooth pulses.
  4. Cadence with steps: Allow exhale-one to run across one or two steps, and exhale-two across one step. Then inhale naturally for one or two steps. Find a rhythm that feels sustainable.
  5. Sound and throat: Keep the throat relaxed; if a soft oceanic whisper naturally appears, allow it, but do not create tension.
  6. Belly and ribs: Allow the lower belly to move freely. During exhalations, feel a gentle elastic recoil inward. Do not grip.
  7. Mind placement: With exhale-one, release surface agitation; with exhale-two, release deeper held residue. Let every doubled exhale signal the nervous system to complete unfinished cycles of activation.
  8. Duration: Begin with 10–15 minutes and progress to 30–60 minutes. In time, it becomes a way of moving—your walking baseline.
  9. Daily continuity: Use this pattern in corridors, parks, rooftops, markets; let it re-educate breathing, gait, attention, and autonomic tone throughout the day.
  10. Safety: If you feel dizzy, slow down, shorten the exhalations, or pause to breathe naturally. Those with acute conditions should consult me before increasing intensity.

This double exhalation gently extends the parasympathetic hand into the over-aroused system. It drains redundant activation without collapse, teaches the brain to finish what it starts, and returns rhythm where noise once lived.

Neuroplasticity: Unlearning and Relearning

I work on neuroplasticity. That is an excellent way to change the responses you have. Actually, it is about unlearning older responses and learning new ones. It is extremely important for you to know that if you are going through Kundalini awakening, then Kundalini enters your field and moves. Kundalini awakening is not only about enlightenment, not only about goody-goody things, not only about having the ideal life of freedom without processing it.

Most of you who are going through Kundalini awakening have Kundalini psychosis—a condition where Kundalini, instead of moving in your channels in a balanced way and moving through the system, goes to the extreme of Ida or Pingala and disturbs your total nervous system. Daily functioning becomes difficult. You are left with imbalances in the brain and nervous system; you go through hallucination, extreme disorientation, derealization, depersonalization—where you do not feel you are in the body. You may experience paranoia and narcissistic features, and you go through the extreme level of doubting and distrusting.

When Life Stops Working

You feel you are in a way of no use to function in the world in a normal way. And I am the only person in the world who can work on you—who works on you—because I have solved more than 10,000 cases so far over the last 20 years, connected with mental health problems, especially brain and nervous system.

In cases where you are having extreme levels of doubt about the entire world—you distrust; you cannot trust anything and anyone; you do not know how to behave; you do not know how to integrate; you do not know how to live a normal life—you may be abandoned by parents, siblings, friends, colleagues, and feel abandoned by everyone. You are actually living a dual life; you have symptoms of bipolar; you do not know what to do the next moment; your brain does not know what to do; your memory loss is the highest; you lose cognitive abilities; you lose connection with life because the life force running in you—the Kundalini energy—is not oriented in you. It is not flowing through the system now.

Karma and Responsibility

You may ask why you are suffering like this. In the context of Kundalini, the answer is that you have created many bad karmas in your past lives—karmas of killing, raping, abusing; of distrusting; of operating from lower energies of jealousy, anger, frustration, hatred. Wrong deeds have consequences, and that is why, in this life, you get the punishment of going through the hell of health, relationship problems, career and job issues—everything.

So you need to ask for forgiveness from the divine energies of the universe, and only then can something happen to you. This forgiveness must come with a sense of gratitude in you, with the sense of realization for all the mistakes. In this life also, many are not pure. You distrust people; you judge people; your mind keeps thinking about how to damage the other person. These are general symptoms; there are deeper problems. Most of the patients I treat do not even trust me. They do not trust the guru; they do not trust the expert I am. They always carry distrust toward me or my methods, and that is why they suffer. I leave them; I abandon them the way they have been abandoned by the world if they do not agree to work on the treatment, the healing, the process required for changing their neuroplasticity.

Physical Projects: Re-training Life Itself

I work on the inner nervous system. Many cases are addressed in physical projects, because you need my physical presence to get the treatment. You need the physical presence of my guidance to change your neural pathways.

In one case, I taught how to cook food, how to take care of yourself, how to take care of your energy—how to learn in a new way how to eat, how to cook, how to do your basic functions: cleaning the house, cleaning your home. In most cases, when you are in this symptom-place, you lie on the bed for many hours; you do not do physical activity; this creates many muscle-related issues like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, constipation, or irritable bowel syndrome. These symptoms become evident. You do not sleep well; you have not slept for many days, weeks, years—insomnia. Until and unless you get good sleep, your brain and nervous system will not be healed. Through the techniques I teach and the energy work I do on you, you will get good sleep and regular sleep. For that, multiple physical sessions are needed; for that, you must be physically present with me. You are a patient; know this. I am the expert who will work on the patient; I love my work.

I am the only person and only expert in the world who will work on your brain and neuroplasticity in real time to change you. It will take at least one year to change your neuroplasticity—only if you are dedicated. If you are not dedicated, nobody can help you.

A Glimpse into Cognitive Breakdown

Consider one simple moment that revealed a profound deficit. I asked a patient to make an avocado sandwich. She made it and served me a sandwich with two slices of bread. I asked for another, as there was avocado left. Instead of making the second sandwich, she threw the entire remaining avocado mix into the dustbin. I asked, “Why did you do it? What made you do this?” She had no answer—“My brain doesn’t work.” In that simple act, the extent of non-functioning cognition was revealed.

Across the world, I treat cases—age 20, 40, 60, 70. These issues are not limited to Kundalini alone. A lot of intoxication and addictions are involved: substance abuse, weed, cocaine, smoking; there is no limit to what can be mentioned, and this affects the total brain and nervous system completely. One patient had been drinking alcohol at the age of ten and had many kinds of substance abuse, and was suffering from schizophrenia. He came from Canada to India to meet us but could not meet me. He stayed in a hospital for six months. They distrust; initially they show distrust toward you; later, they imagine they can become the guru; they feel they can become like me. Doubt and judgment toward me arise. I appear simple deliberately; it is my power. I have the camouflaging power to appear simple. You cannot see the formless in me; your mind is limited. You see the form. I am not what you think. I am a normal-appearing girl, and I live with my powers. I do not need to prove. I do not get into the process of proving anyone. I am living the best life right now.

I have the power to treat you, and I have all the resources to heal your brain and nervous system. Not only the techniques—the powers work tremendously on you. I am the only person who can read and diagnose your Kundalini—where she is, which center is blocked, which channels are blocked—and I alone move Kundalini.

Labels, Loops, and the Habit of Researching

If you are going through bipolarity, split personality tendencies, borderline patterns, obsessive-compulsive cleaning, or thought patterns that do not allow a normal life, there is an end to the symptoms I am describing. If you find a hint to your problems here, I am the person who can work on you. Instead of wasting more time researching—this is another symptom—you wander from camp to camp, yoga retreat to retreat, and none of these gave results because you distrust everyone. Before coming to me, you have distrusted many.

I look at the eagles and the bats in the background; this is the beauty of being in nature. I make use of all the resources of the earth and the universe to heal you. My ways are instinctive. My ways are for the brain and nervous system. I work on your primitive brain, your limbic brain, your prefrontal cortex. I heal your nervous system. I know how prana moves in your nervous system, how to infuse prana so that you get the best environment to heal. My ways are not conventional. I may make you do certain things you have never thought about. Your mind cannot think about the techniques I apply on you, but the process is successful because my brain functions the most. I know how to generate stem cells. You do not know.

Rewiring Through Routine, Laughter, and Face

You must set up a certain routine for yourself and change the way you function. You must change your neuroplasticity—and it cannot be changed unless a stronger person is working with you. You have a hardwired traumatic nervous system—an extreme freeze mode due to long trauma. It stagnates; it rigidifies. You do not know how to laugh. Muscles in the brain and face squeeze into cry. One student used to feel sad all the time; her face stayed dragged downward. I would say, “Smile—make it uplifted,” but she could not; the nervous system had trained the face to cry.

I do not take this patient seriously, and I am not going to take you seriously if you are that patient. This teaching is for awareness. During the work, stored nodes in the nervous system release. Demonic identifications and accumulated hallucinations move out. Many are identified with multiple personalities and start behaving as the stories they read; the reading becomes the subconscious, and life mimics that script. In my field, I bring sleep to you.   • Micro-sessions: Each time agitation rises—hallway, balcony, courtyard—slip into the pattern for 2–3 minutes.
  • Pair with sunlight: Morning or evening light adds circadian nourishment; sleep improves.
  • Pair with nourishment: Learn to cook simple, warm, grounding meals. Eat what you make; do not discard what feeds you.
  • Re-pattern the face: Several times a day, soften the brow; gently invite an upward smile; let the eyes warm.
  • House care as therapy: Clean one small area daily to reassert order in the nervous system.
  • Stop the research loop: Replace the next article with the next walk.
  • Commit to presence: Work with me physically when you are ready; this is where complex knots unfasten most quickly and safely.
  • Accept the timeline: Your condition formed over years; your rewiring requires depth, continuity, and guidance.

A Final Word from the Jungle Within the City

Life is calling. Where are you? The eagles come, converse, and go. Bats stitch the sky with silent arcs. The earth supplies everything needed to heal a human brain and nervous system when guided correctly. My ways are instinctive, unconventional, precise. I diagnose where Kundalini is and move her.
