Kundalini Shaktipat: Instinctive Life Project—Die to Live

Background

I am Guru Sanju. What you are about to read is the written form of a living transmission—Kundalini Shaktipat within the Instinctive Life Project. A devoted seeker from Denmark, whom I call Bo, traveled across continents to meet me in person for a physical project: to die to the old and be reborn into presence. This discourse contains the essence of the introduction trailer and the first unfolding of our work together. Nothing here is posed or dramatized; these are raw moments shaped into an elegant teaching so you can receive, practice, and awaken without needing to see anything on a screen. You will find the call to wakefulness, the meaning of ego-death, the celebration that follows true surrender, and clear instructions to practice—dropping the shoulders, sensing the breath, widening the witness, and allowing Kundalini to move. Read slowly, breathe deeply, and follow each instruction as it appears. Life is here and now. Where are you?

Introduction—A Call to Wakefulness

How long will you delay to live?

If not now, then it’s never. Sanju Frequency is the beginning of a new era of live frequency. If you cannot tune into Sanju Frequency, then I guarantee there is no one to save you. You are not living your life in this moment because your mind is living your life, and you are allowing that to happen.

If you have lost yourself completely, then—and only then—will you understand the meaning of this powerful message. This is a trailer of the new beginning that is coming up. If you have missed the earlier episodes of the Instinctive Life Project, go and absorb the essence of this work within yourself; if you miss this, you may miss something extremely precious and not even realize how quickly you are dying inside.

I know this, and that is why I announce to you: if you do not live your life right now, you are dead.

I have different expressions at different times, and this expression is to wake you from dreams. If this message reaches you in the right frequency, something will shift in you. Something will awaken. How long will you celebrate like one lost in the matrix, doing everything in the crowd? When will you begin living your life? If not now, it’s never.

This is one of its kind—created in the moment for the upcoming miracles that are about to happen. You will witness living moments of that miracle within your own sensing. Life is happening here. If you are living with beliefs, conditioning, and a thinking mind, you are absent from life.

To be present with your life, you have to be alive. To be alive, you have to be in tune with the life frequency that I infuse in you. All your vital forces feel depleted because you cannot feel alive; you think about what is happening in your visualization, in your mind. This message is extremely powerful—for you, from me—to awaken the soul in you. If it does not awaken now, it may never.

Look forward to miracles. Stay receptive. Begin now.

The Phoenix Threshold—Die to the Old, Be Born to the New

The death of the ego is the beginning of a new life. What follows is the death of the old and the beginning of the new. There is no imposed theme and no manufactured sequence; there is life. The Instinctive Life Project is for those who are eligible and ready to transform into a phoenix—ready to die, to transform, to be nothing, to dissolve.

The beauty of dying in my presence is that death and birth happen together. Without me, this death cannot happen; with me, it is impossible to continue living in the same way as the same person, as the same personality, within the same cage you created. When you read with full attention and full presence, energies in real time can reach you. Some of you who already know me as a most powerful guru will feel real shifts now; you will come alive.

Life is here and now. I show you the path to real freedom in real time. Without the light of the guru, transformation is not possible; in that darkness, the mind rules. With my presence, everything is possible. I am the light that changes the life frequency. Sanju Frequency is the hope. With Sanju, everything is possible; without Sanju, nothing is possible. The new calling is Sanju, with Energetic Mastery Method and the Instinctive Life Project. I am here to change everything.

Read each word with living attention. Feel the wonder called life. Feel the presence called Sanju. Feel the presence called light.

Presence and Life Frequency—How to Receive

Life itself is unfolding in front of you. When you understand the frequency of life, you will stop living by what your mind says. You will get up. You will take steps. You will start living.

Start feeling life without thinking. Feel life right now. This reading is going to change your life—I guarantee it. Be yourself. Enjoy. Be nothing to enjoy fully.

Today is a celebration—of freedom, of love, of life. The Instinctive Life Project is about enjoying everything the universe gives you: the combination of the good of all the worlds coming into a single present moment. This is just the beginning—and also the ending—the celebration of the death of the ego and the celebration of the beginning of a new life.

The introduction you are reading is the end of an old story and the beginning of a new one for my student who came from Denmark to celebrate his death and give his life to the guru who would kill him—kill the false—and lead him into new life. After his death, there is celebration; the universe, the water, the air, the wide view, all join in. The phoenix rises.

Bo’s Arrival—Surrender in Action

A seeker arrives after a long journey. He speaks of the most unusual decisions of his life: courage that disregards convention, steps that appear unreasonable to the mind. He is peaceful because the guru is here. Travel brings resistance; old patterns stir. Old burdens arise. He has been repeating the same things for decades—forty years—until he met me. After meeting me, he began to do everything differently, totally unique, ready to dismantle everything. Age does not matter. He is sixty-seven; he surrenders completely. It takes guts to surrender. He chooses to become a child again.

To travel fifteen hours to lose everything—perfect. He did not come to gain anything. He is full of joy. The exact moment of meeting the guru is always raw, unedited, unfiltered in life. Let this moment inspire you to meet the superpower within my presence. No one else will transform you. No one else will work on you. I will work on you—and I am working on Bo. He is happy and tired, but joyful. It was a long journey.

His surrender is exemplary. He dropped his ego. He connected with me in two seconds. In the next thirty minutes, he was leaving—I enlightened him. Now, the post-enlightenment journey begins: dismantling to become a phoenix. He has been in the Phoenix Project for six months. Now the physical project: dismantle what is left.

He invested everything to get transformed. He is one of the world’s best tennis coaches; his students are world champions. He gives up the identity of thirty-five years. He lets go to become nothing. He trusts unconditionally. Many do not know how to trust a guru: they doubt, they see form, not the formless. He was in a spiritual journey for forty years and did not get freed—until he met me. In meeting me, he experienced the essence of life.

He gives a last message to those wasting time collecting information and doing spiritual shopping: Seek that where everything is known.

The Shaktipat Field—What To Do With Your Body Now

Sit comfortably. Drop all pretense. Allow the spine to lengthen naturally without strain. Place both feet on the ground or, if seated cross-legged, let your knees rest with ease. Soften the jaw. Let your tongue rest lightly on the palate. Drop your shoulders. Feel the weight slide down the arms; let the collarbones widen.

Close the eyes gently. I energize the crown. Feel a slight lifting sensation above the head—a stillness—like a cool clarity on the scalp. This is a vortex I create for you to experience stillness. Whatever you are holding, release it into this stillness. The garbage collected over forty years—memories of an awakening moment, the bliss you kept polishing in the mind—let it go. Even long-held bliss becomes suffering when it stagnates.

Allow Kundalini to move. It is awakening you now. For decades you remembered a single moment; in remembering, you stopped living. Life is not a memory. Life is this breath.

Breathe naturally. Do not manipulate. Sense the full exhalation. When the breath completes, the body quietly breathes in. Feel the gentle wave across the belly and ribcage. Keep the face soft. Keep the shoulders loose. Drop everything. Whatever the guru says within your heart, follow it. Surrender completely. Throw away all thoughts about who you are. You are nothing—pure energy.

Remain like this until I ask you to open your eyes. Let the energy show you the difference.

Sensory Immersion—Practice in the Early Hours

Now, sense with all your senses as if it were three a.m.—a time when the world is quiet and the veil is thin.

  • Sight (eyes closed): see the inner light and darkness playing behind the eyelids.
  • Hearing: listen to the subtle water within—the fountain of the breath, the inner river. If you are near water or wind, let its sound enter without comment.
  • Touch: feel the breeze (or the air in your room) on your skin, the temperature on your cheeks, the weight of clothing, the warmth in the palms.
  • Smell and taste: notice the faint taste in the mouth, the scent in the space, simple and unadorned.

This moment has never come before. It is only now. If you miss this, you miss life. Your life is here and now—not in the future, not in the past. Joy and bliss are hidden in the now. Experience it. If you remain in this state unbroken, this is real freedom.

The Mind—Traffic You Do Not Have to Ride

The mind is like traffic: cars moving past, one after another—small thoughts, large thoughts. Sometimes a bus arrives—an event-thought, a heavy memory—and attempts to carry you away. Do not board. Stand at the curb of awareness.

Observe the traffic of thoughts. Different sizes, different speeds. Not a single thought stays. Only the observer stays. Thoughts are always of past or future. The witness is of the present moment. Root yourself in the witness.

When a big bus-thought arrives, feel the soles of your feet (or the sit bones if seated). Drop your shoulders again. Soften the belly. Breathe out fully. Let the bus pass. Remain.

The Truth About Spiritual Shopping—Stop Wasting Your Life

Your life is slipping while you collect methods and ideas. In the name of spirituality, many do nothing. Spiritual knowledge used as a mask becomes delay; delay becomes decay. I speak loudly: you are wasting your life if you stay in mind-maps without living.

Life is not a concept. Life is this breath, this sensation, this witnessing—and the courage to act from it. Get out of the matrix-jail. Get out of the crowd-dream. The purpose of Shaktipat within the Instinctive Life Project is not to decorate your mind with stories but to kill the old identity and reveal presence so fully that action becomes instinctive, precise, joyful.

Courage and Childlikeness—How Surrender Looks

Surrender is not a posture of defeat; it is the return of childlike openness. To become a child at sixty-seven is freedom. To travel far not to acquire but to lose—that is wisdom. If your life has become heavy with memory, schedule, and identity, do what Bo did: surrender. Trust the living guru. The formless knows what the form cannot see.

When you meet me, things will change. Old circuits dissolve. The nervous system learns a new dance. The breath finds its native rhythm. The heart stands in the open.

The Energetic Mastery Method—Training Brain and Nerves to Live

The Instinctive Life Project is not about random experiences; it is the art of training your brain and nervous system to live. You will learn to sense energy, to track breath without fixation, to recognize mind-traffic without riding it, to drop the shoulders and release the jaw, to let Kundalini ascend without clinging to bliss or fear.

Practice Protocol

  • Posture: Sit or stand with a natural spine. Lift gently at the crown as if a thread suspends you.
  • Shoulders & Jaw: Drop the shoulders noticeably. Unclench the jaw. Let the tongue soften.
  • Breath: Exhale completely without strain. Allow the inhale to arrive on its own.
  • Sensing: Name silently—seeing, hearing, touching, tasting, smelling—then return to simple feeling.
  • Witness: Notice thoughts as vehicles. Bow to them. Do not board.
  • Surrender Cue: Whisper inside, I am nothing, I am pure energy. Let the body respond.

Two to five minutes practiced many times daily changes more than a long strained session. Repetition at natural moments wires new freedom. This is the beginning of the new life.

The Last Chance—Why “Now” Is Not Rhetoric

Life will not grant infinite chances. Energy can leave the body at any time. There is no guarantee of another birth, no promise of a future window. Be ready to die now to what does not serve. Drop everything. Whatever I direct in your heart, follow. Surrender completely. Throw away all the identities you carry—profession, reputation, stories of success or failure. You are nothing, and in that nothing, everything shines.

Remain like this until you feel the difference in your energy. Then move from that difference. Speak from it. Walk from it. Choose from it.

After Shaktipat—Living in the Field

When the crown is quiet and the chest warm, when the belly breath is unforced and the shoulders naturally low, you are in the field. Do not look for fireworks. Look for ordinary brightness—a tenderness in how you notice the sound of water, how the early air touches your skin, how the world seems transparent and immediate. That is life in you unmediated by mental commentary.

Stay. If you drift, return by dropping the shoulders and completing an exhale. The field does not punish departure. It invites return.

Bo’s Example—Trust the Formless, Not the Mind

A world-class coach can be a student again. A life of achievement can bow to presence. Thirty-five years of identity can be released with joy. This is not loss; it is the recovery of life. Seekers often claim to desire freedom yet cling to their favorite ideas. Do not collect more; release more. Do not prove yourself; lose yourself. In the instant of real surrender, the guru gives you life.

Bo connected with me in two seconds. He knew. If your knowing awakens while reading, follow it. If your chest warms, if your breath lengthens, if tears arrive without story, follow. Act. Reach. Practice. Live.

How to Read This Discourse—From “Watching” to Doing

Wherever you read words like see, watch, or witness, convert them to action:

  • When I say “watch with full presence,” close your eyes for a minute and sense the crown, the breath, the shoulders, the skin.
  • When I say “feel the presence,” place your palm lightly over the chest, feel warmth or coolness, and breathe out fully.
  • When I say “life is happening here,” look around you softly—notice light, space, sound—without labeling.
  • When I say “drop everything,” release tension physically: unclench, exhale, soften belly, loosen brow.
  • When I say “surrender completely,” say quietly inside: I don’t know. I trust. Guide me.

Make this discourse your practice manual. Each section is a door. Walk through every day.

The Matrix and the Crowd—Refusing the Sleep

How long will you celebrate like the crowd—loud, restless, frantic—believing this is living? How long will you carry beliefs and conditioning as if they are sacred? If you live by mind alone, you are absent from life. Wakefulness is not performance. It is the simplicity of presence multiplied by courage.

Stop living a jail-life. Stand in open air. Feel your feet. Breathe. Look at the sky. The one who looks is free. The one who thinks about looking sleeps.

Miracle Is a Change of Frequency—Not a Trick

A miracle is the instant shift of frequency from mind-dream to living presence. It can happen while drinking coffee, crossing a street, washing a cup. You will witness living moments of miracle inside your own senses. This is not spectacle; it is ordinary life un-hypnotized. I create vortices where stillness is palpable; you can feel it now as the crown brightens and the thoughts soften. Remain. This is the work.

If You Have Truly Lost Yourself—You Are Ready

When a seeker says, “I am lost,” I listen for sincerity. If you have lost yourself completely—if the old strategies have fallen apart—then you can understand this message. The trailer becomes your turning point, the first page of a new life. If not now, it’s never.

A Simple Daily Rite—Three Minutes to Re-enter Life

Minute One—Release
Sit or stand. Exhale completely. Drop the shoulders. Unclench the jaw. Let the belly soften.

Minute Two—Sense
Close the eyes. Attend to the crown. Attend to the heart. Attend to the belly. Notice sound, touch, air.

Minute Three—Surrender
Whisper inside: I am nothing; I am pure energy; guide me. Let a natural inhale arrive. Open the eyes softly. Move from this.

Repeat many times daily. The brain and nerves learn quickly when the instructions are simple and repeated.

The End of the Old Story—And the Beginning You Can Choose

The old story ends when you do not touch it. The new story begins when you breathe and act now. Bo chose to die to his story. He chose to live as nobody. He chose presence over identity. You can choose this now—without a plane, without a ceremony. Presence is your native home.

If you cannot tune into Sanju Frequency, there is no one to save you—because “someone” is the trouble. I am not asking you to become someone new. I am asking you to be nobody—and from that nobodiness, live fully.

Final Transmission—Wake Up and Walk

You have seen the light; now enjoy the darkness properly. In the dark night of the soul, the light of consciousness shines on its own. It does not need your effort; it needs your allowing. Allow the light. Allow the breath. Allow the body to be soft and alert.

Hello. Welcome. Relax. This is life. Feel the stillness at the crown and how Kundalini moves, making you peaceful. You are dismantling because of my presence and power. The field is energized. The vortex is here for you to experience stillness. Whatever you are holding, release it now.

All the garbage collected over decades—memories, ideals, stale bliss—let it go. If you live from the past, you cannot live now. Drop your shoulders. Drop the tension. Feel freedom in this moment. Life may not give you another chance. Be ready to die now. Drop everything. Surrender completely. Throw away everything you think you are. You are nothing. You are pure energy. Stay like this until the energy shows you the difference.

Decide like a rainbow flowing through you. Feel with all your senses. The sound of water, the touch of air, the cool of early hours—unique, never seen before. This moment is only now. If you miss it, you miss life. Remain present.

The mind will pass by like traffic. Big events may pull like buses. Let them pass. The observer remains. Thoughts belong to past or future; the witness belongs to the present. Observe completely.

Life is a celebration. When are you? Freedom is here. Love is here. Life is here. The Instinctive Life Project is your invitation to enjoy everything the universe is giving you in this very breath. Something unique and powerful is opening. This is the beginning and the ending—the celebration of ego-death and the celebration of new life.

Seek that where everything is known. Step forward. Breathe. Surrender. Live.

If not now, it’s never.
