Background
I am Guru Sanju, and this is the story of Louise, a 61-year-old healer and shamanic practitioner whose own life collapsed under the weight of trauma, failed confidence, and an intense Kundalini process. She had worked with clients, animals, and horses for many years, but one powerful awakening in a client shook her deeply. The client became aggressive, blamed her, and Louise’s nervous system froze. She stopped her work, lost trust in herself, and her life force slowly drained away.
By the time she reached me, she was living in nature on a hill, surrounded by animals, yet filled with suicidal thoughts, fear of her Kundalini, and worry about cancer and her weakening brain and nervous system. She wrote to me: “Please, can you help with suicidal thoughts? Please, can you help with my overwhelmed nervous system? Please, can you help me move through my Kundalini process with kindness and wisdom?”
This discourse is the written form of our first session together, where I—Guru Sanju—diagnosed her field, dismantled her hopelessness, and gave her a precise path: Kundalini-aligned trauma release, negative ions, and a powerful quantum breathing protocol that can be practiced at home.
Opening the Field with Louise
Louise appears in front of me on the screen, already in tears.
I greet her gently: I know why your soul is crying. If you feel like crying, then cry. Don’t hold back. The reason you feel this intensity is because my field is extremely powerful and your soul wants to be free. When this Power meets your suffering, you feel how fast you can be relieved from it.
I encourage her:
Cry out. Let it move. This is my healing power touching you. The moment you connect to me, your system begins to recharge. So do not hold anything back. You have suffered enough. That very feeling—“I have suffered enough”—means you can no longer tolerate the continuation of this suffering.
I reassure her that in this session, many miracles can happen. It is our first meeting, so I explain my approach:
First, I will diagnose you. Then I will tell you how the session will go. After the diagnosis, if you have questions, I will clear them. If you do not have many questions, I will move directly into healing and we will see how your system responds.
Initial Energetic Diagnosis
I ask her to remove her spectacles and look directly into the camera so I can read her field.
Then I ask her to show me her hands, one by one—first the right hand, then the left—slightly farther back so I can see clearly.
After this visual and energetic scan, I guide her into an inner diagnosis.
I ask her to close her eyes and focus on her body.
I tell her:
- Keep your eyes closed throughout; you do not need to look at me.
- Just listen to my voice and observe whatever is happening inside your body.
I ask her to bring attention to the heart chakra, at the center of the chest, and to feel what is happening there.
I describe what she may sense:
It may feel like a strong thumping vibration, or an upward-moving current. Continue to feel it completely.
I ask her whether she feels very strong vibrations, as if something inside is trying very eagerly to come out.
I explain:
That is Kundalini—the soul in you—trying to be free.
Again, I invite her to cry:
Cry out loud. Let the energy move.
Suicide Is Not an Option, Living Is the Solution
I address the most dangerous part directly: her suicidal thoughts.
First, I tell her clearly:
There is no physical death scheduled for you right now. Committing suicide is not an option for you. Living life is the solution.
So you do not have to fear that you will take your own life. You are here to learn how to live, not how to die. I anchor this:
You will not take away your life. You will learn how to live your life.
I urge her to keep crying, to let everything out—as if a newborn child has come to earth and does not know what to do with life.
If you feel you have wasted your entire life, then yes, it is true. You have wasted your life—but that is exactly the journey. Now you do not want to waste any more time. So you will learn how to live.
The New Birth at Sixty-One
I ask her age. She says she is 61.
I respond:
If 61 years have already been wasted, then you must know that I am here to give you a new birth. But you must be ready for that new birth. For this, you must change the way you have been living so far.
I ask her directly:
Are you ready for this change?
She says yes.
So I tell her:
First, you have to release the trauma lodged in your body. Start doing mouth exhalation and release your trauma.
Mouth Exhalation: Immediate Trauma Release
I instruct her:
- Begin exhaling through the mouth, strongly and consciously.
- If your body feels weak, you can lie down and do this practice.
- Let your entire body release tension.
- Exhale all the stale air from your body.
- Let everything that is holding you inside start to come out with the breath.
I declare that this is the end of the old life and the beginning of the new one. But I also tell her the truth:
Because of your age and the damage that has happened to your physical body, you will have to work a lot on recovery. Your brain, your nervous system—everything has been damaged to a considerable extent.
Checking Her Alignment with My Teaching
I ask her if she watched the movie Sanju Frequency fully. She has.
Then I ask her to share five lessons from that movie that she wants to implement in her life immediately.
She replies, and I echo each lesson back to her:
- She wants to live without fear.
- She wants to be born again with her body in nature—living close to nature.
- She wants to feel oneness with the Divine.
- She wants to have the courage to enjoy life; she recognizes that it takes courage to live freely.
- She wants to honor her husband in all this.
I ask about her husband’s age and their relationship. She tells me he is 70 and they have been married for 40 years, and the relationship is good.
I tell her gently that everything she desires is possible with me—on one condition:
You must become a student, a child, an infant ready to live life in a completely new way. You must bring many changes into your life and allow your past to be removed from your present.
Accepting Me as Guru and Relieving the Pressure
I tell her clearly:
From destiny, I am your Guru. From this moment onward, you are relieved from trying to solve everything alone. Whatever your problem is, you can share it with me. I have the solution to dismantle, change, and transform it, so that pressure does not remain only on you.
I explain that her suicidal thoughts arose because she had no hope and did not know what to do with her life. The fear and insecurity she feels are energetic, not just mental.
This kind of energetic fear often arises at the last birth—the lifetime where deep karmic cycles are meant to end.
I tell her:
There is a possibility that you can be free in this very birth. But it will take time, because your brain, nervous system, and energy channels are very weak and must develop.
It may take three, four, or five years of dedicated work on your body.
I promise her:
I will make you a younger version of yourself, provided you take all the actions I ask you to take and change the environment in which you live. The changes can be slow—there is no need to hurry—but they must be permanent.
Dismantling Her Life Story: Childhood and Trauma
I ask her to give me the background of her present life, which I am going to dismantle. Every problem should go away, but I need facts to work with.
I ask:
- Did you have childhood trauma still lodged in your body?
- How were your parents?
- How was your schooling?
- What happened in your childhood up to about age twenty?
She shares that as a child she wanted to spend time in nature, but her parents expected too much from her performance. There was constant performance pressure.
I ask her about her education and profession, because I want to see where the nervous system went into freeze mode—where the root of her energetic blockage lies. I invite her to share anything about education, profession, or marriage that feels important.
Her Identity as Practitioner and the Event that Broke Her
Louise tells me that she has worked as:
- A shamanic practitioner
- A therapist
- A healer working with horses and animals
I ask for how long she has not been practicing. She tells me she stopped months ago.
I ask why she stopped.
She describes a key event:
While working on a client, that client went into an awakening that she, Louise, could not help her handle. The client became aggressive, and the entire situation traumatized Louise. She lost confidence in her practice and stopped everything.
I reflect back:
So, while practicing, you had a client whose awakening you could not manage. The client became aggressive toward you. That situation was traumatic, and you stopped all your work. You lost confidence as a practitioner, even though previously you had been confident in what you were doing.
I ask whether the client blamed her or whether there were arguments. She confirms that there was aggression and blame.
I ask what she did to overcome that situation. She says she simply stopped practicing and withdrew.
Her Wider Journey: Travel, Animals, and Environment
I ask which countries she has traveled to and whether she was doing her work from her own country or from different places. I want to understand her journey fully.
She shares that she works with animals, that she has horses, and that she has spent time in nature.
I ask what animals she keeps and what her husband does professionally. I want a full picture of her life, her ecosystem.
Then I ask the central question:
What do you want from me? What is your deepest expectation in connecting with me? I know I can do many things in your life, but I want to know your personal expectation. Why did you feel I could help you?
She shares that she sensed I carry the wisdom, power, and kindness that she needs to move through her Kundalini, heal her nervous system, and come out of suicidal thoughts.
I affirm:
Yes. I can help you.
My Plan: Healing Trauma First
I tell her how:
First, I will work on your trauma. Your confidence has been destroyed by this trauma. Once the trauma is healed, you may naturally feel like starting your practices again.
This could take 30 to 60 days initially—I must see how much time your system needs. During this time, as you recover, if you feel the natural urge to start practicing again, you will follow that impulse.
I explain that her brain went into freeze mode when she abruptly stopped practicing after so many years. There was no logical reason for such a complete stop—only this one traumatic event.
So the brain must be told:
It is okay to “fail” as a practitioner sometimes.
When you work with many people, especially complex, unstable clients, there can be difficult episodes. You cannot let a single experience wipe out 20 years of work.
Perspective from My Own Work with Complex Patients
To help her, I give a strong perspective from my own field.
I tell her:
I work with patients who are bipolar, who show many visible symptoms of mental disorders. Often, their condition is extremely complex. You cannot fully understand the inner complexity just by initial interaction.
People come to me from different countries and work with me in structured projects. I work on their ego and deep-rooted trauma. When I do this, their demons, negative energies, and traumatic imprints rise up. When these rise, the person’s ego does not allow the process. They resist and sometimes attack the one who is helping them.
They can easily throw their anger and projections at the practitioner, trying to portray you as the problem.
I share a specific example:
Recently, I slapped one student. She had twisted and dramatized the work I was doing on her. After that, she went back to her country and was hospitalized due to her mental disorder. Her parents, doctors, and others labeled her “mad” and prepared to keep her in the hospital until she “recovered.”
But she knew what kind of work I do—natural, energetic, without medicines, focused on the brain, nervous system, and neuroplasticity. It is a long process.
She escaped the hospital on her own guarantee that she would not take medications and would heal herself. The hospital had to let her go because she created so much drama that no one could control her.
People lose confidence when such patients behave like this. These patients do not give you confidence as a practitioner—they throw chaos into your field.
Yet she came back to me, taking my treatment again under certain conditions. I made it clear:
There is no one in the world who can help her in the way I do, so she must follow specific actions. Now she is taking those actions because the world has disowned her. Only I remain as hope.
I tell Louise:
Because of this, I do not take such patients “personally.” I do not let their chaos define my worth. Nor should you.
Do Not Take Patients Seriously
I tell her:
You must not let a single patient destroy your confidence. If you have been successfully practicing for 20 years, no single person has the right to take that away.
Many of these people should be under psychiatric care, but they come to energy healers instead. They bring their lower energies, confusion, and blame, and then they project it on you when you trigger their deeper healing.
So, do not take them seriously. Do not take their drama into your heart.
Instead, focus on where you are naturally strong. For example, if you are good with animals, start again there.
I ask if she has animals around her now—on her farm or near her home. She confirms she does, though some are sleeping.
I tell her:
Reconnect with what you love. Start today. Play with the animals. Let your passion for them return. And absolutely do not commit suicide because of such people.
I reframe powerfully:
You are here for a bigger reason, a bigger purpose. The earth needs you. People who consistently create harm and chaos in the world may be wasting their existence—but you are not one of them. You are needed.
(Here I am using strong language to shake her ego out of self-destruction, not to encourage harm to anyone. The central message is: Your life is valuable. You are needed on this earth.)
Health, Cancer, and Courage in the Face of Death
I ask her if she has any children. She says no; she never had children.
I ask if she had cancer and whether she has recovered completely. She explains her health situation and lingering concerns.
I advise her firmly:
Get yourself medically diagnosed again. Whatever treatment is required in the physical medical world, do it. Take the needed tests and treatments.
The healing from me will happen in parallel, energetically. That is a wise combination. You do not need to fear.
I remind her:
One day you will die. So do not fear death. Before you die, be a fighter. Be courageous. Do not run from life.
I assure her:
I am there to support you through this entire process.
Transforming Suicidal Thoughts with Energetic Technique
She shares that she does not feel ready to take some big physical steps now. I tell her:
Then do not force it. When the right time comes, you will act. For now, we will work on the suicidal tendency itself.
I explain that suicidal thoughts may take time to dissolve, but I will teach her a specific technique:
- Close your eyes.
- Bring the suicidal thought directly into your awareness—right in front of your mind.
- Feel all the energy around that thought completely. Feel the fear, the heaviness, the sensation in your body. Do not push it away.
Once she feels it fully, I introduce the releasing technique.
The Suicidal Thought Release Technique
I instruct her:
- Close your eyes and bring the suicidal thought to the front of your mind.
- Feel all the fear and energy around it in your body.
Then I give the physical release:
- Use strong mouth exhalation.
- As you exhale through your mouth, press your belly in strongly, as if squeezing this energy out.
- Imagine throwing that energy out of your body with pressure.
I tell her:
Keep doing it until you feel tired. A moment will come when you feel empty, like nothing is left inside.
I encourage her to continue:
Keep doing it until you feel that the energy has truly gone out. If you still sense some energy, continue the practice until it is released.
I ask her to drink water and let “demons” go away. If she feels like vomiting, coughing, or running to the washroom, she should allow it—these are physical expressions of energetic toxins leaving the system.
I tell her:
Let it all come out. These are toxins being released from your nervous system. It is good that they are leaving.
Deep Nervous System Release and Shaking
I explain:
The energy has gone deep into your nervous system. That is what we are releasing now. It is okay. Just allow it.
Once the intense phase passes, I ask her to relax completely, keep her eyes closed, and, if needed, continue with gentle mouth exhalation to stabilize.
I reassure her:
Everything is alright. You do not have to worry at all. You are still alive. You have a very important role to play on this earth.
I remind her that many animals are waiting for her, and there are very few people like her who genuinely work for their benefit. I tell her to withdraw her attention from human beings for now:
Forget about humans. They are often ungrateful. They cannot give you confidence. So for now, work on yourself, on animals, and on nature. I will give you new goals and a new purpose.
Taking Her Outside: Mouth Exhalation in Nature
I ask her to take the phone and go outside her house, to show me the surroundings. It is dark, but I still want her in open space.
I encourage her to:
- Walk in the open.
- Practice mouth exhalation while walking.
I explain:
This is a technique: walking with mouth exhalation in open space. Learn it now in my presence.
The moon is almost full and shining. The sky is clear. She lives in a very good natural place. I tell her that in future, I will do her sessions during her daytime so I can guide her even more deeply in nature.
For now, I tell her again to walk and breathe out through the mouth, focusing on the movement and the release.
After some time, I ask her to return inside and continue talking.
Negative Ions, Kundalini, and the Medicine of Nature
Back indoors, I explain the central treatment for her condition:
The main focus should be to intake negative ions from nature—through grounding, fresh air, and natural environments.
This is the treatment required because of Kundalini, brain overload, and heightened intelligence.
I tell her that in the coming time she will receive my videos on negative ions, and each one carries high intelligence. Since she is already living in a nature-rich place, she must make full use of it.
I give her a clear commitment:
For the next 30 days, devote your life primarily to healing yourself. From morning till night, focus on negative ion intake in different ways. Watch my videos, learn the activities, and implement them.
She can remain in regular touch with me to learn more techniques and progress step by step. I remind her:
Whatever has happened till now was part of the journey to bring you to this point, where your suffering reaches such a peak that you meet your Guru. Until suffering reaches the highest, people usually do not seek this level of help.
Participating in Life Again
I tell Louise:
From here, take everything lightly. You have already done good work on yourself. You know energies. You have worked with energies. So, if you take things lightly, it will be easier for you.
I give her practical steps:
- Start participating in life again, from a new perspective.
- Begin with your husband: notice what he enjoys and make something he loves. Start your day like this.
- Slowly, start feeding yourself with participation in life.
- Play and connect more with animals.
I tell her to consider this:
You have taken a sabbatical from work. For now, professional life is paused. You are devoting yourself to living. Even if you “do nothing” professionally for 100 days, it does not matter. What matters is that you recognize who you truly are.
I ask her:
Do you know who you are?
She admits she has not reached her Self yet.
I tell her:
This is the journey of reaching yourself. And I will give you a strong energy transmission today itself.
Preparing for Quantum Breathing: Abdominal Technique
I ask her to lie down on her bed. After this, there will be no more talking—only energy work and guidance.
I instruct her to cover her eyes with an eye-mask or cloth. A paper is not enough; it should be a soft cloth, like a T-shirt.
Then I show her the breathing posture:
- Lie on your back.
- Place both palms over your navel area, one on top of the other.
- As you inhale, your belly must rise under your hands.
- As you exhale, your belly must fall.
This is pure abdominal breathing—navel rising on inhalation, falling on exhalation. Her hands must keep contact with the navel to feel the movement.
I ask her to position the phone so I can see her, and then I let her settle into the posture.
Entering the State of Quantum Breathing
Once she is set, I instruct:
Relax completely. Keep both hands on your belly. Inhale and let the belly rise. Exhale and let the belly drop.
As you exhale, let go of everything you have been holding inside—memories, fear, and tension.
I tell her:
Be ready to die now—energetically. Do not fear death. Death happens to the body. Ego and mind show the fear of death long before physical death occurs. Everyone is going to die one day, but if you are not living now, you are already dead.
So:
Pay attention to living.
Where attention goes, energy moves and grows.
If you pay attention to life, life grows and energy flows. If you pay attention only to mind, ego, and fear, those grow instead.
I explain:
When you live in the present moment, you give your brain and nervous system the ideal condition. For the brain, there is no real “future”—only this moment where trillions of cells need oxygen.
When oxygen does not reach the cells, they starve, and the brain also starves. The brain also needs negative ions from the environment. Negative ions enter through breath, merge with positive ions in oxygen, and together they enable many functions in the body.
Negative Ions, Prana, and Disease
I teach her:
Negative ions activate prana in the body. The five pranas must circulate properly to perform different functions in the physical system. If prana is not circulating as it should, diseases appear—decay, cancer, dysfunction.
So:
The best way to be free from cancer and suicidal thoughts is to supply negative ions and high prana to the system.
This is possible through the breathing she is doing now—quantum breathing—combined with lifestyle in nature.
I emphasize:
This breathing, done properly and consistently, will rejuvenate you. Initially, do it in my presence; later, you will practice it yourself.
I tell her to:
Lie down, keep moving her belly with each breath, and count backward from 100:
- One full breath (inhale + exhale) is 100.
- Next full breath is 99, then 98, and so on.
This creates a rhythm and keeps the mind focused. I tell her to continue until I speak again.
Attention and Prana: The Fuel of Consciousness
After some time, I explain the energetic science behind this:
Negative ions, in energetic terms, are high prana.
If you have high prana, you have high attention.
Attention is the currency of consciousness. Prana is the fuel of consciousness.
Without prana, attention cannot sustain. Where your attention is, your life is.
So all her practices, learnings, and teachings from me will focus on:
- Increasing high prana
- Increasing high negative ions
- Increasing attention to life
When she pays attention to life, the feeling of “being dead” will lift. This sense of inner death has arisen only to push her into a new life.
When someone reaches the extent of truly contemplating suicide, it is a sign:
The old life is over. There is nothing left in that old pattern that can reward you.
The only possibility now is a new life, infused with new prana and new oxygen.
Brain Waves, Vagus Nerve, and Rewiring Suicide
I explain the brain states:
When she is thinking about committing suicide, her brain is in an overactive state—stressed, chaotic, with beta-like waves dominating.
Through this parasympathetic breathing, through activation of the vagus nerve, the nervous system shifts:
- From hyperarousal and survival mode
- Into parasympathetic dominance
- And then into the highest state of social activation, where she feels safe and connected
As breathing continues, her brain waves move gradually from chaotic patterns towards calmer, more coherent ones. With this, her way of perceiving life changes. The suicidal thoughts lose their grip.
She will feel that nothing is really bothering her anymore. The ego’s hold weakens because the brain understands:
It is not in anyone’s hands to give you birth and death. That power is beyond the ego.
This understanding helps her come out of the moment where suicide feels like an option.
Slowly she will realize:
I was worrying for no real reason. I simply needed to change my nervous system response.
This is possible through this breathing technique.
I tell her:
Keep doing it until you reach a state of complete relaxation. Take everything lightly. There is nothing to worry about.
Shaking, Release, and Confirmation
After some time, I ask:
Are you still awake?
She says yes.
I ask how she feels. She says she feels better, lighter. She reports that her body is shaking.
I explain:
Your trauma is getting released. The shaking is the energy that was trapped inside finally moving out.
I tell her to cover herself with a blanket and continue allowing the shaking.
If her legs shake especially, I point out:
Fear is often locked in the root chakra. With this energy work and transmission, the fear stored there is getting released, which is why your legs shake. That is a good sign.
The Quantum Breathing Protocol for 30 Days
I tell her she will need many more sessions, but now it is time to give her a concrete protocol.
I remind her that the breathing technique she just learned is also demonstrated at the end of my video. There, I show the exact conditions in which it should be done.
I set the formal practice:
- Duration: 30 minutes per session
- Technique: Lying down, both hands on navel, belly rising with inhale, falling with exhale
- State: She must not sleep during these 30 minutes. She may go into a trance, but awareness must remain.
For 30 minutes:
- The navel must move up and down continuously.
- She must be present with the breath.
During this time, many things will happen:
- Digestion releases, gas may move, farting may happen.
- Tears may come.
- Energy may release through different channels.
This is all part of healing.
I give her the plan:
- Practice this 30-minute breathing four times a day for the first seven days.
- After seven days, take a 15-minute consultation with me to report what has happened.
For the first 30 days, I will focus only on this one technique. It is extremely powerful.
After 30 days, I will see where her life has moved and what has improved. This technique has the power to help with cancer as well if practiced properly.
Daily Structure: When and How to Breathe
I explain the schedule:
- First session: Right after waking up. She can use the washroom, then return to the bed and do the 30-minute breathing before starting any other activity.
- Second session: At night, just before sleeping. If she sleeps at 10 PM, she should do breathing from 9:30 to 10:00, then sleep.
- Daytime sessions: One around noon and one in the afternoon or any suitable times.
I tell her:
If this practice is benefiting you and you feel better and better, you can do it five times, six times, even ten times a day. But then the rest of the time you must move your body and participate in life—you cannot lie in bed all day.
Each breathing session will:
- Take you to your center.
- Integrate you at that center.
- Then bring you back into life with more energy and clarity.
It activates both Shiva (center, stillness) and Shakti (movement, life) in you.
I insist:
This is not a bedridden technique. After each 30-minute session, you must get up and engage with life. Plan your day in advance—what you will do after each breathing practice.
My Ongoing Monitoring and Her Responsibility
I tell her:
For the next 30 days, if you want to recover faster, do this practice regularly exactly as instructed.
Every seven days, we will meet for 15 minutes to monitor your shifts and challenges. Based on your report, I will adjust your guidance.
This technique is powerful enough to address the condition you are in. It is the highest technique you can implement independently, without my constant presence, as long as you do it correctly.
I remind her to:
Watch my videos, read my discourses, and stay in connection with my teachings. These are investments she makes in herself.
Environment, Nature, and Negative Ions
I ask again about her living place—she is staying on a hill in a naturally abundant area. I tell her:
Spend more time in nature. Since you have already watched Sanju Frequency, more videos will come about negative ions and their benefits. Start implementing each learning and watch the changes, alongside your contributions to animals and nature.
I ask how she feels now. She says she feels lighter, and that she feels heard.
I respond:
The universe has reciprocated. You have been heard. It is good to see your smile.
I assure her:
I am always there if you work on yourself. You do not need to worry at all.
We decide that after seven days of practice, she will book another short session, preferably on a weekend. The main focus of this first week is:
To see whether suicidal thoughts and tendencies have shifted.
If she does the breathing four to five times a day with intensity, it may take only three to five days for suicidal impulses to dissolve. We will observe how her body and nervous system respond.
In the daytime between sessions, she must engage in life, not just lie down.
I bless her and close the one-to-one part of the session.
My Commentary on Louise’s Case
After the session, I summarize her case for you.
Louise wrote to me:
“Please can you help with suicidal thoughts? Please can you help with my overwhelmed nervous system? Please can you help me move through my Kundalini process with kindness and wisdom?”
She is 61 years old, a professional healer, therapist, and shamanic practitioner who has faced many challenges—suicidal ideation, cancer, childhood pressure, professional trauma, and a nervous system overwhelmed by her own sensitivity and the Kundalini process.
This is not a small journey. It is a long journey of karma and evolution. At the end of such suffering, the Guru appears. When the Guru comes, the Guru dissolves the problem at its root.
In this case, I am working on her suicidal tendencies first, because without stabilizing that, nothing else can stand. Health is also involved, so her physical treatment and energetic treatment must go together.
If you too are going through similar issues—suicidal thoughts, nervous system collapse, Kundalini crisis—you must surrender completely. Receive fully. Leave behind your ego.
Being a 61-year-old healer who has done shamanic practices, she carried a big ego structure around helping others. But she recognized that she could not save herself anymore. So she dropped that ego and took my consultation.
In the very first session, she started with crying and ended with laughter and lightness.
This is the power of true surrender, negative ions, and quantum breathing in the presence of the Guru-field.
Important Note for Readers in Crisis

Kundalini, Suicide, and the Path of Quantum Breathing
Background
I am Guru Sanju, and this is the story of Lily, a 61-year-old healer and shamanic practitioner whose own life collapsed under the weight of trauma, failed confidence, and an intense Kundalini process. She had worked with clients, animals, and horses for many years, but one powerful awakening in a client shook her deeply. The client became aggressive, blamed her, and Lily’s nervous system froze.
Please, can you help with my over-whelmed nervous system? Please, can you help me move through my Kundalini process with kindness and wisdom?”
This discourse is the written form of our first session together, where I—Guru Sanju—diagnosed her field, dismantled her hopelessness, and gave her a precise path: Kundalini-aligned trauma release, negative ions, and a powerful quantum breathing protocol that can be practiced at home.
Opening the Field with Lily
Lily appears in front of me on the screen, already in tears.
Her Identity as Practitioner and the Event that Broke Her
Lily tells me that she has worked as:
- A shamanic practitioner
- A therapist
- A healer working with horses and animals
I ask for how long she has not been practicing. She tells me she stopped months ago.
I ask why she stopped.
She describes a key event:
While working on a client, that client went into an awakening that she, Lily, could not help her handle. The client became aggressive, and the entire situation traumatized Lily.
I tell Lily:
I tell Lily:
My Commentary on Lily’s Case
After the session, I summarize her case for you.
