The protective layer, or the layer of objects around you, in and around you, is the eighth chakra. It is all about the divine consciousness—this energy in and around you, which is filled with cosmic powers.

But if your eighth chakra is imbalanced or it is not in the best condition, then this protective layer is thin in you. It is not a thick layer, and if it is a thin layer, then anyone can harm you energetically, negatively, and physically. All the problems in your life that you face due to karma are due to this thin layer of the eighth chakra.

If your eighth chakra is strong, if your auric field is strong, then you will live a healthy, wealthy, and protected life. This discourse is about Kundalini Yoga for the eighth chakra. There is no specific area for the eighth chakra. You can be protected through a wide field of the universe around you, or you can be vulnerable to the environment around you if you do not have this protective layer. There are no blockages as such, but there is a difference in the quality of your auric field.

Your aura is either a field of divine brilliance or a cloud of darkness. Black signifies an aura saturated with negative energies. When your aura weakens, diseases arise. Mental disturbances follow. Problems in health, wealth, relationships — every area of life — begin to manifest. But when your aura is strong and protective, you step into a divine life, a radiant life.

You may not even know this — the same poses or techniques you perform as yoga carry profound energetic effects. Here, I will first guide you deeper into the mysteries of the eighth chakra.

Why does the eighth chakra become thin? What physical problems arise when your eighth chakra is weakened?

Understand this: your eighth chakra is your protective shield. For men, it is intimately tied to the sacred power of semen retention. When you spill your semen, you drain your ojas — your vital essence. And when you lose your ojas, your protective layer collapses. Your manly vigor fades. Your energetic armor dissolves.

Physically, your testosterone plummets. Your body weakens. Your sexual power diminishes. Your very ability to stand strong in life begins to erode.

You will have genital problems, sexual problems, erectile dysfunction, and many other problems related to your sexual activities or organs. You will not be able to perform well with your sexual libido, and many other problems will arise in you. As a male, your energy will be low. You will be infected easily through viral attacks.

Your immunity will be low. You will not feel the manly strength, and many other diseases are connected with the thinning of your aura. Your consciousness will be low. Similarly, with women, if you are not secretive in life, if you engage in a lot of gossip or sleep with multiple partners, then also your aura will be thin. You must know that it is directly connected to your femininity.

If your femininity is low, then your eighth is low. You are allowing unwanted people to enter your energy field, and that is the reason why you are getting all the problems connected with this thin layering of your eighth chakra. It is like a proper moat around you. If your aura is strong, it is the moat around your empire, and you can protect yourself with your eighth chakra thickening.

All the diseases that you face—your menstruation problems, your pre-menopause, early menopause, post-late menopause, giving birth to a child, pregnancy, and all the problems that you face—most of the problems are due to the thin layer of your eighth chakra. So if you are facing any of these problems, whether you are in your awakening journey or not, these problems are a major cause of concern for you.

Let me tell you, there are a few poses that I will teach you in this discourse, which you can apply immediately and strengthen your aura.

Technique to Strengthen Your Aura Through Sitting Posture

The first technique to strengthen your aura is through sitting correctly in a meditative pose.
While many people sit for meditation, most do not realize the detailed requirements of the correct posture, which are crucial for activating and strengthening your energy field.

Often, people sit casually — slouching, leaning, or with improper neck alignment — without understanding how posture connects to the energy field, electromagnetic field, and auric field.

Here’s how you should sit properly:

Correct Sitting Positions

You can choose either of these two poses:

1. Padmasana (Lotus Pose)

  • A traditional cross-legged seated posture with both feet placed on opposite thighs.

2. Sukhasana (Easy Pose)

  • A comfortable, simple cross-legged posture.

If you find either pose difficult, you can modify it:

  • Sit with one leg inside and one leg outside to maintain comfort and stability.

Posture Instructions

  • If you can sit in the pose without pain, it is a sign that your aura is already strong and stable.
  • If you experience discomfort initially, continue practicing.
  • While sitting, press your knees gently towards the floor and allow gravity to naturally pull your knees downward.

Important Alignment Details

  • Stretch your knees and legs:
    There should be an active stretching feeling. Do not allow your legs to become loose or relaxed.
    Stretch completely and push gently downward.
  • Pelvic position:
    Your pelvis must be grounded and touching the floor firmly.
  • Spinal posture:
    Maintain the natural curve of your spine.
    Your buttocks should be slightly elevated, and your back should preserve its natural arch.
  • Chest and chin position:
    Your chest should be lifted, chin slightly up, and your gaze kept straight ahead.

Hand Position (Mudra)

  • Once you are seated comfortably, place your hands in a Jnana Mudra:
    • Touch the tips of your index finger and thumb together.
    • Extend the remaining three fingers outward.
  • Straighten your arms and relax your shoulders.

Breath and Focus

  • Close your eyes gently.
  • Focus your attention on the third eye (the space between your eyebrows).
  • Allow your breath to flow naturally.
  • Begin to move your belly up and down in rhythm with your breathing.
  • Stay aware of your breath and bodily sensations.

Tingling Sensation and Crown Activation

As you stay in this posture and maintain focus on your third eye:

  • You may begin to feel a tingling sensation at the top of your head (the crown area).
  • This is a natural sign that your energetic field is becoming activated.

Chanting Om

While in this pose:

  • As you exhale, softly chant: Om…
    Om…
  • Continue chanting Om rhythmically while remaining aware of your breath and body.
  • This chanting will help you feel centered, protected, and deeply connected.

You can chant:

  • 100 times, 200 times, 500 times, or even 1000 times—depending on your comfort and practice level.

However, for deep transformation, it is recommended to stay in the pose for at least 20 to 30 minutes.

  • Your electromagnetic field becomes filled with divine energies.
  • The circulation of pranic energy throughout your body improves.
  • You will naturally experience connection with divine consciousness.
  • Your aura becomes strong, stable, and protective.

Strengthening Your Aura: Standing Practice and Conscious Living

After practicing the seated aura-strengthening technique, the next step involves standing movements to further energize your body and auric field.

Transitioning from Sitting to Standing

  • When you have been sitting for a long time, do not stand up suddenly.
  • Slowly move your legs, gently shake them to activate blood circulation.
  • Make sure the blood flow is restored fully before you transition into standing.

The Goddess Pose

Now, move into the Goddess Pose:

  • Stand with your legs spread apart.
  • Bend your knees outward.
  • Lower yourself gently, keeping your spine straight.

In this pose, you will feel a deep stretch in:

  • The groin region
  • Thighs
  • Knees

This posture strengthens your aura and energizes your eighth chakra (your auric field).

Guidelines for the Goddess Pose

  • Start slow:
    Initially, it may be difficult to stay in this pose for long. Begin by holding it for 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Gradual increase:
    Over time, increase your duration as your strength and flexibility improve.
  • Advanced level:
    As you become more comfortable, you can lower your hips even further to deepen the stretch.
    However, do not overstrain yourself. Stay mindful of your body’s limits.
  • Alternate sitting and standing:
    After practicing, you can return to a sitting posture for recovery and balance.

Conscious Movement and Your Aura

The strength of your aura is directly linked to:

  • How consciously you move and act
  • The alignment of your nervous and energetic systems

If you live consciously, your aura will naturally strengthen, no matter what activity you are doing.

If you are in the eighth chakra, you are free. Only after enlightenment and after reaching moksha will you be in the eighth chakra. But if you are not living a conscious life, if you are still following the patterns of the motor crash of the matrix, then you are not yet enlightened. In my view, for that, you need to go through the process of enlightenment again with the help of a Guru.

If you were enlightened without a living Guru and you feel that you are enlightened, then let me tell you, your ego is still there. You are still stuck in the matrix. You are following the patterns. You are not a conscious man or a conscious woman. You will become a conscious individual when you are actually free.

If you feel you are not free yet—because a free man will be powerful, happy—and you are not that yet, there is something missing.

Strengthening Your Aura: The Final and Most Powerful Technique

The last technique that is most useful for strengthening your aura is: don’t take anything or anyone seriously. I do not take anything or anyone seriously—not even myself. That is why I am not caged in an image. You may create an image out of me, but I am not identified with anything—not even with the part of having spiritual powers.

This one moment I have a thought, all the powers will vanish. I am Divine Shakti myself. I am the divine power myself. I need to inform you of this so that you get benefited from the powers that I have by being a student.

If you don’t take anything or anyone seriously, you will start living life. So the last technique is:

Start living life. Your life. The life that is given to you. The life that you are born with—the seed, the potential to create your life. If you are strong, you can start creating your life and not live the life of a slave anymore.
