Mind–body approach to fibromyalgia recovery. If you are having chronic fibromyalgia, this means that you have already adopted all the methods, all the techniques, all the medicines, diagnosis, examination, and everything available in the world—and still you have not recovered from your fibromyalgia symptoms. This written discourse is designed to be fully practical. It converts every teaching into clear steps you can follow with your body and breath, so that you can begin to transform your nervous system in real time.
Accepting the Present Truth
First of all, you need to accept the truth that there is no medicine available in the world to work on your fibromyalgia issues. Fibromyalgia is deeply connected to your nervous system problem and brain health. The root cause of fibromyalgia is unknown. Trauma—and you need to work on your traumatic condition. The traumatic causes—and you need to reverse the responses that your nervous system has taken, which is leading to your fibromyalgia condition.
Acceptance is powerful because it stops the exhausting search for a single pill or one external fix and turns your attention toward the only place true transformation happens: within your brain–body connection and the responses your nervous system has learned.
The Mind–Body Frame: What Must Actually Change
The mind–body approach to recover from fibromyalgia means that you have to work on the transformation of your nervous system. You have to change the neuroplasticity by changing the response of your nervous system from the stimulus that has led to the very cause of having fibromyalgia in you. The mind that you know is just the tip of the iceberg.
You experience mind as thoughts. But you are unaware of the fact that the bottom of the iceberg is carrying the trauma of lifetimes. Energetically, your mind is the manifestation of the causal body in you, and now it is in the subtlest form. And that is why you need to deal with all the garbage, all the programming that your mind has been conditioned to in this birth, and as well as some of the tendencies, patterns, the vasanas—because that have been carried forward from previous birth.
To make you understand in a simple way: whatever is running in your mind is processed by your nervous system in your body. If your mind is perceiving fear, then your body will respond to that fear. Why does this happen? Because fear is a lower vibrational energy; it is a dense energy which is already programmed in your nervous system as a threat, a danger. The work of your nervous system is to respond to the energies in the environment, both internal and external.
How Unresolved Trauma Becomes Chronic Pain
The fibromyalgia symptoms that you are having, or the problems and issues with the pain signals that you are having, are due to your trauma that has been unresolved by now. It could be your childhood trauma, or an unknown trauma from your environment, that your nervous system has perceived as a threat. When your nervous system perceives any vibration of energy running in the mind as a threat, it brings the body into freeze mode—and that freeze mode leads to the whole of your solar plexus, where all the nerve endings of the autonomic nervous system are located. It is in the region of your gut where all the responses of the nervous system are generated due to the stimulus that is created in the environment.
A Case Study Across Forty Years
Let’s talk about one life to make you understand in a general way. Why in a general way? Because I need to give you an example of a case so that if it resonates with you—or you understand that the same event happened in your life, or similar events happened in your life—then there is a possibility of you being healed.
It is the case of one of my students and one of my patients on whom I have worked. I myself have gone through fibromyalgia conditions long ago, and I have healed myself through the mind–body approach, and I have reversed all the neural pathways and worked on my transformation to empower myself with strong and powerful neuroplasticity. And I am free from fibromyalgia issues. Likewise, you could be free from your fibromyalgia symptoms. First, you need to understand what has happened to you. It is important for you to educate your brain, educate your consciousness to recover from your fibromyalgia issues. It will not happen if you remain in mind or remain in depressed condition. Ultimately, due to fibromyalgia, you are having all the problems related to your brain. Your brain does not function. Your nervous system cannot remain integrated. It has become hyper-activated and sensitive. And that is why it is important for you to educate yourself first. Once you educate yourself first, it will be easier for you to process and to work on the healing technology, techniques, and methods.
I will take you towards the journey of a child over a period of 40 years, and during this period of 40 years, how events in his life led to the condition of fibromyalgia—and it has led to a chronic condition which cannot be healed because you work on the symptoms, but you have not yet healed the root cause behind it.
There are thousands of neural pathways—or lack of neural pathways—that you have created, of freezing, of saving your body nervous system. The function of your nervous system is to save your body from external threats. So what are the events that have led to this condition of saving? And now it is repeating the patterns. Even if there is no external threat in the external world, the event has been… over. There is no war-like situation outside; there is no threat outside; there is nothing to worry about. Still, since your muscles, bones, your musculoskeletal system, your nervous system—everything—has become weak because, due to your condition, your nervous system, brain, and everything has gone into freeze mode, the recovery never happened. Gradually you became weak. And now the weak nervous system responds in the same way: out of fear and threat.
So let’s take the example of a child.
Womb Imprints: The First Programming
You are in the womb. Your parents have conceived you, and now, during that period when you were in the womb, your parents were going through an extreme level of financial difficulty. And that financial difficulty—your father lost his job or business in which he was working. Someone took advantage of your father’s innocence, and your father was put into jail.
Now, when you were in the womb, your mother was in extreme trauma due to her husband being in jail. She tried extremely hard to save your father, but she couldn’t. For nine months, when you were in the womb, your mother was always in a traumatic condition, and your mother was always fearful about your future—what will happen to you in the near future? What will happen if your father does not come out? What will happen if something happens to your father?
Now you are born in a traumatic condition where your mother’s energy field is totally distorted. It is totally negative and fearful—where your period of when your nervous system and brain is getting created is getting the environment of fear and threat outside, danger outside. So, first of all, you are born with a weak nervous system. Your brain is already in a weak condition.
Early Childhood: Fear Begets Fear
After the birth, your mother—and father, who was in jail—he comes out. But he was unstable. Now from the jail he comes out, and now he is not in that powerful position to get back to his normal life. He himself is in trauma, and both your father and mother, who go through the feeling of insecurity and fear in life, are strong—transferring this energy to you when you are born. They do not know how to respond to you. As a child, whether they should be happy or they are still fearful that something will happen to you.
Somehow they bring you up in an unhappy environment, and all this unhappy and low energies are getting transferred to your nervous system. Your mind is taking these as drama. Sometimes your parents fight; sometimes they are showing narcissist behavior towards you. They are themselves feeling unsafe about their future together. For some years—suppose it is for five to seven years—your parents are fighting. After five years, both of them get divorce.
And you are given the custody of the mother, and your father cannot even meet you for some days. Some weeks you meet your father, and you are constantly being brainwashed by your mother that your father was a bad man. He was dishonest. He was a cheater. He was a criminal. Understand the kind of psychology you have been conditioned, programmed by your mother. She herself was in fear.
Adolescence to Adulthood: Freeze as a Lifestyle
Somehow you grow up in such traumatic condition. And each situation and event in your life—whether in school, in college, or throughout your education journey—you have seen the world as a threat. Your nervous system does not know how to trust. It has also gone into distressed mode, and that distress has led to the permanent hold condition. Your breath has gone into seize mode. Your response to life is freeze. You cannot open up. Your nervous system feels all the time unsafe.
As you grow up—from childhood to adolescent to adulthood—you have forgotten most of the events that have happened in the past. In your childhood, you are not even aware of it. You were being bullied in the school. You get insulted multiple times by many people. And you have never been in the hands of a strong father, a masculine energy. You were born to a family which was in threat or in danger, unsafe mode—and throughout your life you have lived the life of unsafe safety. Being brought up by an unsafe mother who herself is in trauma, having narcissistic behavior, having psychosis kind of problems—you have started the way she has responded to life, and that is of distrust, that is of feeling unsafe all the time, as if someone is trying to kill you.
And the primary function of your brain and nervous system is to protect you. So all the lower energies that have been prominent and dominant in you is the way you perceive life. You find everyone guilty. You find yourself guilty. You feel that you have done some mistake, and you try to punish yourself by going into suppressive mode. You do not express your emotion, feelings to anyone. Your response to life is of victimhood—and all these are happening in your mental reality. There is no physical presence of these energies. These are all going into your head. The thoughts that are produced from the lower energies are of this quality. So you have responded to life like a victim all the time. You are blaming other people—your mother, your father, or the society, or everyone. You do not trust anyone because the seed of distrust has been sown into you, into your subconscious, by your mother. And now you no more trust anyone.
And you are—since you cannot do anything—there is build-up of rage. There is build-up of anger towards yourself and towards others. There is build-up of hatred towards everything. And these are very dense energy, negative energy, that keep you down, that blocks your lower three chakras: the solar plexus—which is responsible for your career growth and life purpose—that is blocked due to the hold mode; the sacral chakra—that is responsible for your participation in life and the creation aspect of your life—is also blocked because you are always operating from the mind. You don’t have access to the energies of the creation that happens from participation in life. You no more love music. You have lost all your interest in artistic discovery. And you are most of the time into that mode, because the energy is of blame, shame, guilt, regret, fear, insecurity, jealousy, anger, envy, rage, hatred, lack of compassion, lack of enthusiasm, depression, anxiety, stress, tension—these all are your default mode of operation, all the time in victim mode.
As if someone has killed you. Yes, you are killed. Your soul has been killed due to these lower energies. And understand that when you operate from these lower energies, your root is blocked permanently. So on the energetic level, all the time you are into a root-lock condition. Your root chakra is blocked. Your breath-hold is permanent. The cessation of breath has happened.
If lakhs of events happened in your life in which your nervous system responded to everything as hold, so your body has gone into permanent hold.
Consequences: Addiction, Disconnection, and Stagnation
So how to recover from your fibromyalgia symptoms when the muscles have become weak? Everything in your body is weak. There is no ojas in your body—because when you are in such depressive condition, you will go to different kinds of addiction. You go into loneliness, you go into depression, you go into a low point of intoxication, or you disconnect from the world totally—because you want to save yourself. Your nervous system wants to save yourself. So as a defense mechanism against the conditions you are facing, your nervous system keeps you in hold condition, and this leads to permanent cessation of your breath.
And when you are not breathing, then what happens? Your mind–body is disconnected. It means that you start living two separate realities. You are dragging your body. There is no strength left in the body because all the time there is chronic fatigue, pain, and you cannot bear the pain. And at the same time, your age is… your body’s age becomes like a cage for the thought process. Due to the thought process you are processing inside, your brain does not function. Nothing is happening in your life. The world is moving at a different pace, and your life is stagnant. And the more you become stagnant, the more you go into that freeze mode. Your brain, nervous system—all the time—keeps on collecting the stimulus from the external environment. Since your life is not going in the upward direction again, that stimulus of nothing happening in your life is perceived by your nervous system as a threat. It means that you are dead, or you are diseased.
So what to do with such kind of condition?
The Turning Point: Choosing Transformation
For 40 years you suffer—and then maybe a certain kind of awakening happens in you, or a shift happens in you, that you try to transform your condition. You start searching for solution outside, and then you come across gurus—and you, that’s me—who is the most powerful guru in the universe. Because I work on you. I work on your mind–body connection to recover from—to make you recover from—fibromyalgia issues. I am here to work on your transformation because I work directly on your brain, nervous system, and changing your neural pathways. I release trauma. I have different kinds of spiritual powers through which I heal my patients and transform them into a new being. I make them into a phoenix.
If you are going through fibromyalgia which you cannot recover from, you can come to me, take my paid consulting first, understand your issues, and thereafter, when you know that I could be of great help to you, then you can work with me through health projects through which I will work on you to transform you. And it is a continuous process of commitment.
Your brain and nervous system will not change the response suddenly. Your mind–body connection needs to be developed. The mind–body approach means that for every response you now take in life has to be a different one, a unique one.
The Core Technique: Long Mouth Exhalation
How to change the response? A simple technique is that whenever a thought comes in your mind—for example, a thought comes, I am a victim—keep this thought in front of you and at the same time keep doing mouth exhalation long, deep, complete, and slow till the time that this thought remains, and a point will come when this thought will be dissolved because you have transmuted the energy in the mind to beyond consciousness—pure energy. You have withdrawn the charge of the emotion in this thought and have transformed it into higher energies. And that you will feel—or you will feel—as a reclamation of your prana and breath. You have reclaimed… you have reclaimed all the energy that was invested in the mind, in that thought—you have reclaimed back. And when you reclaim back, your nervous system starts reversing the responses it has taken in the first place. Initially, when you have played the victim, then your nervous system had taken the freeze mode. But when you do this—keep the thought in front of you and practice the long exhalation from the mouth—it will reverse the response. It will transform the response. And this is how neural pathways are changed.
How to Practice the Long Mouth Exhalation
- Name the thought. Silently say the exact sentence that is looping, e.g., I am a victim.
- Place the thought “in front” of you. Imagine it written in the air, one arm’s length away.
- Inhale naturally through the nose. Do not force the inhale; keep the shoulders relaxed.
- Exhale gently through the mouth—long, slow, deep, and complete. Imagine you are fogging a mirror. Let the exhale continue until it naturally ends.
- Keep exhaling as the thought tries to reappear. Each time it returns, you lengthen the exhale again.
- Notice the felt shift. A softening in the belly/solar plexus, loosening in the diaphragm, a sense of warmth or calm: this is the nervous system reversing from hold to flow.
- Continue until the charge drops to near-zero. The thought may still exist as words, but without emotional electricity. That is the transmutation.
This is also what the “hand symbol” would have signified if you were watching a demonstration: a gradual, gentle downward motion of the palm to show the charge reducing with each slow exhale, until only the breath remains.
Applying the Technique in Live Interactions
Now someone in your surrounding insults you that you are not good enough. That person is telling that you are not good enough. When the person is telling you that you are not good enough, you start doing this: long exhalation, slow exhalation, complete exhalation. You will see that it is not even registered in your nervous system. It is not even perceived by your nervous system. And you have changed the response—that instead of hold, you have trained your nervous system to flow. And when you train your nervous system to flow, then you are changing the neural pathways, the neuroplasticity. You are changing the muscle memory that has taken this response as a trauma, and you are activating your parasympathetic breathing. When you are activating your parasympathetic breathing, gradually your body will go into rest-and-digest mode, and this will heal the ventral vagus nerve that is responsible for your vagus nerve activation. When your vagus nerve is activated, you will gradually be healed.
What About the Millions of Thoughts?
This I am telling you for one part, and there are millions of parts for which you need to do so. Is it practical that you do it for millions of thoughts? Then what is the solution for it? It is not practical. You may work on hundreds of thoughts, thousands of thoughts—but millions of thoughts, millions of processing has happened in you.
So what is the middle way to get free from your fibromyalgia issues? I work on the practical and realistic aspects of life, so I teach my students and patients to start living instinctive life. When you start living instinctive life, your intelligence of the brain will be activated. Your instinctive intelligence will function in life, and all the conditioning in your mind will be gone away. That program that you have fit in your mind will be reversed, because when you do not use some of the pathways, gradually they get erased. Since you have practiced the wrong pathway for a longer duration of time, when you are not using the pathways—that also gets erased. And at the same time, you have to create new neural pathways of new responses.
The New Baseline Response: 24×7 Breathing
What is the new response to your life? Breathing 24 by 7. Long, slow, deep, and complete breathing throughout the day. If you have suffered enough, you will start implementing this technique the moment you engage with this discourse, and you will feel the difference in 24 hours—that not a single thought came into your mind regarding your life, and your nervous system has shown you positive signals. You will start getting sleep. You will start getting relaxed, and you will feel rejuvenated.
Imagine if it can happen in 24 hours. If you do it for 30 days, 100 days, and one year, you will be healed from your fibromyalgia symptoms—permanent.
How to Establish the 24×7 Pattern
- Anchor #1—Belly soft. Keep the abdomen relaxed so the diaphragm can descend. This alone reduces hold.
- Anchor #2—Exhale priority. Let the exhale be longer than the inhale. Aim for a 1:1.5 to 1:2 ratio without strain.
- Anchor #3—Mouth exhale. Use mouth exhalation during triggers, spikes, or when thoughts carry charge; otherwise, nasal breathing is fine between episodes.
- Micro-reps. Every hour, take three long mouth exhales. This trains the baseline.
- Evening wind-down. Ten minutes of continuous slow mouth exhales before sleep.
- Morning reset. Five minutes immediately after waking to set the tone for the day.
Why It Works: The Physiology
This technique is very simple. You just need to focus on the exhalation throughout the day from your mouth—and this is effective because it has scientific and practical reason. When you do mouth exhalation—long, deep, slow exhalation—it leads to vasodilation in your blood vessels. When you are continuously doing this, this means that your millions of cells are receiving oxygenated blood all the time, and they produce energy. When they produce energy, that is utilized by the body to rejuvenate your musculoskeletal system, blood quality, bone quality, and everything that your organs are composed of—and your organ system, your total being, is healed gradually but slowly. Your blood is purified. Your brain is healed from the damages that have been caused.
And at the same time, if you include semen retention in your healing process, the process will become much faster. So there are many ways through which you can heal fibromyalgia working with me. These are only the simple techniques that I have taught you.
Cognitive Overload and the Simplicity Mandate
Because you have brain fog, your brain does not function well. You have cognitive dysfunction. You are not able to process information too much. So even if you read this discourse, I am not sure whether you will be able to process it—because you have problems of ADHD also. So if you have been able to process something from this discourse, then apply this technique of continuous mouth exhalation—slow, deep, long, and complete exhalation throughout the day. Whatever you do, make sure that you are doing this continuously, and this basic understanding is enough for you. If you feed too much of information to your mind, again your mind will create a different kind of information garbage bank, and that will again lead to your hold of the nervous system. So you should get free and let go.
Exhalation means let go, let go, let go, let go and flow. Just let go of everything. Just relax your body and let go. There is nothing to worry about. Let go. Don’t take anything and anyone seriously. Let go.
The “Blow Exhalation” for Acute Freeze
And if you want to let go faster, then do like this: this is blow exhalation. You can do it faster if you feel that your body has gone into too much of hold, and it is creating more problem.
How to Practice the Blow Exhalation
- Posture. Sit or stand upright with a soft belly. Jaw relaxed.
- Inhale. Gentle nasal inhale—no strain.
- Blow. Purse the lips slightly and blow the air out as if cooling hot tea—steady, continuous, but more forceful than the slow exhale. Repeat for 1–3 minutes.
- Return. After the series of blow exhales, shift back to the slow, long, deep, complete mouth exhalation to consolidate the relaxation.
It will release all the trauma trapped in your solar plexus, your gut region—your second brain that is responsible for your freeze mode—that will be released. Your muscles will loosen up. Your diaphragm will loosen up. Everything in your system will become normal gradually.
Putting It Together: Daily Implementation
Start applying these two techniques—long mouth exhalation and blow exhalation. And for the rest of the techniques, and to implement it in your life, you have to work on yourself and your recovery. Your brain and nervous system will not change the response suddenly, but they do change with repetition in safety.
A Simple Daily Flow
- Morning (5 minutes): Long mouth exhalation cycles to set the nervous system to flow.
- Daytime triggers: Use blow exhalation for spikes, then return to the long slow exhale.
- Hourly (1 minute): Three long mouth exhales to reinforce the pattern.
- Evening (10 minutes): Long mouth exhalation before sleep for parasympathetic dominance.
Milestones You May Notice
- Within 24 hours: A sense that thoughts carry less sting; small windows of ease; the beginning of natural sleepiness at night.
- Within 30 days: Increased capacity to move; subtle restoration of interest in life; less reactivity to perceived threats.
- Within 100 days: Clearer cognition; steadier mood; reduced pain signaling frequency and intensity.
- Within one year: Solidified neural pathways of flow; deep resilience; a lived experience that your “default” is no longer freeze, but breath-led presence.
Working With Guidance
If you are going through fibromyalgia which you cannot recover from by yourself, you can come to me, take my paid consulting first, understand your issues, and thereafter, when you know that I could be of great help to you, then you can work with me through health projects through which I will work on you to transform you. I work directly on your brain and nervous system, releasing trauma and reshaping neural pathways. I have different kinds of spiritual powers through which I heal my patients and transform them into a new being. I make them into a phoenix.
Alright—so start applying these two techniques. Make the long, slow, deep, complete mouth exhalation your constant companion, and use the blow exhalation any time the body hardens into hold. Whatever you do, keep breathing out. Keep letting go. Keep reversing the nervous system’s old responses into flow. And for deeper transformation, commit to the practical path of developing your mind–body connection day by day.
Alright—have a great day. Bye-bye. Thank you.
