Background
I am Siddha Guru Sanju. This is the story of a real session I had on 10 November with my student, Alisa, who has been struggling with schizophrenic patterns, bipolar-style swings, and a life dominated by fantasy rather than grounded action. For months, I have been working on her brain, nervous system, sexuality, and life choices. She dreams of a forest life with a partner, music and books, but in reality she is stuck in fear, procrastination, and illness. Her mind clings to dreams and past glamour instead of surrendering to the present.
In this session, I confronted her sharply. I wove together the impact of my movie Sanju Frequency, her relationship with animals and men, her karmic past, and a strict mouth-exhalation practice at sunrise. I gave her clear orders, clear deadlines, and a clear warning: either she kills her addiction to dreams and fantasy, or I stop working with her.
The Morning Alisa Arrived Sleepy and Cold
The session begins with Alisa’s voice:
“Sleepy.”
I can hear the dullness in her tone, feel the heaviness in her field. Outside, where I am, it is cold. I notice it, but her real problem is not temperature—it is the frozen state of her life.
“It is cold today,” I say, acknowledging her reality, but my focus is already on the work.
In my space, the sun has risen. I am walking, breathing, taking the session as I move. She, on the other end, is sleepy, passive, drifting.
Today must be about breaking this passivity. Today’s technique is simple, powerful, and practical: mouth exhalation while walking and working.
Announcing the Practice: Mouth Exhalation While You Work
“All right,” I tell her, “today’s technique is to do mouth exhalation as you work. You will be doing mouth exhalation in my presence. Keep walking and doing mouth exhalation.”
I imagine her standing still. I don’t want that.
“Talk and walk. I don’t want you to stand in one place and remain stagnant. Walk, talk, exhale.”
Before we proceed, I check something else: her understanding of Sanju Frequency.
Sanju Frequency: Movie as Mirror, Or Just Entertainment?
“Alisa, did you watch Sanju Frequency?”
“Yes.”
“Tell me five things you learned and want to implement.”
Her words come in fragments. One thing stands out: she interacted with dogs and cats. She once feared them; now she approached them differently, and they responded differently.
I reflect:
“Your fear was reaching the dogs, and they responded. When you are not fearful, they do nothing. Your energy changed, so they changed.”
“This is your first learning,” I say. “Now tell me the next four.”
How the Mind Turned a New Frequency into Old Memories
Instead of present insights, she slips into past dreams—the dream partner, the forest, music, books. Dreams never lived, never grounded.
“You were always connected to this frequency but never gave importance,” she says.
I tell her plainly:
“You did not watch the movie with presence. You watched your past. Sanju Frequency is a new frequency. It is not what your teachers taught. It is not what your books told you. It is the frequency of my reading, my transmission.”
“You must watch it ten times, hundred times,” I say. “Your mind fooled you again. You went into your glamorous past. That is why you are not improving. That is why you are not dying.”
Calling Out the Mind’s Endless Bullshit
I now reveal the purpose of this session.
“It’s all bullshit of your mind coming again and again. You have no connection with reality.”
And then I tell her a truth most people never hear from a teacher:
“I do not get my dopamine release when I work on you.”
I mean it.
“You do not want to improve. You waste my time, my energy, my life.”
Her payments are nothing compared to the energy drain.
“Stop dreaming. Focus on your brain, nervous system, life energy. The way you function, nothing will materialize. Dream sexuality will not save you.”
Five Sessions Left: A Conditional Lifeline
I draw the boundary:
“There are five sessions left including today. If I feel you are not worthy, I will cancel anytime.”
“You are using sessions as time pass,” I say. “The same mind returns every day.”
Then I ask:
“Can you stop dreaming of the future? Can you die to these fantasies?”
Silence answers.
No Partner in Your Life: The Karmic Truth
“Let me tell you,” I say, “there is no partner in your life right now.”
I see her karmic imprint:
“In a past life, you were a prostitute. The lust energy is not fulfilled. You must release it through real sexuality. You met two men but ran away. As long as you run, nothing will change.”
“You are wasting my life taking sessions without action. After today, I will decide whether to continue.”
A Concrete Order: Sell the Car by Month-End
“You have tasks,” I tell her. “Complete them before coming to me.”
First:
“Sell the car. Fast.”
She hesitates, but I cut through.
“You have till 30th November. This is my order. If you don’t sell your car, there will be no sessions.”
The Practice for Today: Mouth Exhalation While Walking
“Today’s activity: mouth exhalation while walking. Start now. No extra talk.”
“In the morning, begin with mouth exhalation.”
Then I tell her the blunt truth:
“There is zero improvement in the last weeks. Everything was show-off. You are not present.”
“Start living in the present. Mouth exhalation keeps you in the now.”
Exhaling Out the Forest, the Partner and the Future
“Bring your future dreams in front of your mind,” I instruct. “The partner, the forest, the life fantasy.”
“You can live your best life only if you listen to me. Otherwise, you will live in schizophrenia and bipolar patterns forever.”
“You will become a burden. You will die that way.”
“Forty years wasted. How much more?”
The Truth About Her Health, Libido and Femininity
“First, fix your health.”
“You only think in your dreams that you are sexy. In reality, you lack libido. You have issues with reproductive organs, genitals, brain, nervous system.”
“You don’t understand intimacy, sex, femininity. You are full of masculine ego.”
“No man will choose you in this state. Stop dreaming. You want a prince while offering masculine tantrums.”
Sunrise, Negative Ions and Mouth Exhalation
We shift into the science.
“At sunrise, walk and exhale through the mouth. For three hours, the sun releases ultraviolet rays that energize you. Negative ions fill the air.”
“That is what I am doing right now.”
“Expose your body. Walk. Exhale.”
“Mouth exhalation removes carbon dioxide and absorbs oxygen and negative ions. This is important.”
How to Practice: Slow Motion with Counting
“Make it slower. Slow-motion exhalation.”
“Count mentally: one to ten, or more.”
“Keep your mind busy with the counting.”
“Today you may reach ten. Soon fifteen. Then twenty. If you reach thirty counts, your recovery will be fast.”
“This is your all-day practice.”
Belly Deflation and Natural Inhalation
“Deflate your belly completely. Exhale till the body breathes in naturally. No force.”
Water, Detox and the Breath
“Mouth exhalation releases water molecules. So drink more water.”
Move the Body: You Are Not a Log
“Move your body. Don’t sit idle.”
“Sit only for rest, not for sleep. Lie down only for restorative posture, not daytime sleep.”
“Slowly your sleep will normalize.”
Forget Relationship and Wealth: Just Survive and Heal Now
“Focus only on health. Forget wealth and relationship. Survive. Heal. Later work will come. No dreams.”
Start Working Again – And Continue Healing
“You are in a better condition now. Work again. Engage yourself. Let healing continue.”
Work Silences the Tormenting Mind
“Work will silence the part of your mind that tortures you.”
“Stop dreaming about men. If you want a man, get real sex—not fantasy.”
“That will happen in 5–6 years. Now focus on health.”
After the Call: Her Practice Continues
“Continue mouth exhalation for 30–40 minutes. At least one hour.”
“My session is over.”
“I may or may not take daily sessions. I am extremely busy. You must act.”
“Bye. Bye. Bye.”
My Closing Reflection
“This session was practical. I was taking sunbath while guiding her, because my spirituality is realistic.”
“If you want practical transformation, you can work with me. If you want dreams, my work is not for you.”
“I am working on a schizophrenic patient for months; she is improving, but remnants remain. Freedom comes only when you take action.”
