Welcome to Inner GPS Gurus. I bless you to recover and heal completely from the aggressive Kundalini awakening happening within you.
This discourse is for those sincere seekers, the true mumukshus, who long to process Kundalini in a graceful way—without suffering or prolonging the pain they have already endured. You are meant to ascend higher. You are meant to become enlightened. And this requires a certain sacred processing.
Even if you have not yet identified your symptoms as Kundalini awakening, this discourse will guide you. You may be suffering from insomnia, depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue syndrome, colitis, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), genital issues, menstruation problems if you are female, or issues such as premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, prostate gland dysfunction, kidney, liver, heart or lung conditions if you are male.
Any problem related to physical health or mental health—be it brain fog, schizophrenia, attention deficit disorder, lack of grounding, constipation, or diarrhea—this technique I will teach you today will begin to resolve it at the root.
I am about to share with you an energetic technique. It is a secret, energetic method. Apply it from the very moment you begin reading this. This is a personal workshop directly from the Guru, where I am energizing you.
I myself use this technique every day to clear my bowel, to increase prana, to amplify ojas, and to support the combustion process of Kundalini within.
The Fire Within: Understanding the Energetic Process
A lot of imbalances occur during Kundalini awakening due to the intense combustion of prana. And in this process, a large amount of apana (toxicity) is produced continuously—day and night.
This apana burns away the ojas in your body.
But where does ojas come from?
Ojas is produced from the nutrition and cellular processing within your cells, which requires adequate food and water. That energy converts into ojas. The ojas is then burned to create tejas. And that tejas is burned to produce cosmic prana, the essential fuel for Kundalini.
Let me be very clear: Kundalini has nothing to do with your personality or your destiny. Once you have completed all the sadhanas in your past lives, Kundalini awakens in this lifetime solely to make you free.
Your body is now a sacred factory for energy production. Kundalini is using this vehicle—your body—to meet Consciousness and liberate you.
This process may take a few months for some, a few years for others, or even decades.
And while this unfolds, you may suffer from insomnia, depletion of ojas, disconnection from life, and intense psychological or physiological hell.
After healing thousands of students and giving them Shaktipat, I now share this sacred technique with you, openly. Apply it immediately after reading. Do it with devotion for 30 days—without questioning. Experiment. Feel. Observe.
What You Will Experience
Once your bowel is fully cleared, you will begin to sleep better.
Initially, your sleep may not come at night due to insomnia, but within 7, 15, or 30 days—depending on your condition—you will notice changes in your body. Your brain fog will reduce. Mental clutter will fade. Peace will return. Stillness will enter. And you will begin to remember who you are.
All of this—just by doing one technique for 1 to 2 hours per day.
How and When to Do It
You must practice this for 10 to 30 minutes, depending on your capacity and the intensity of your condition.
Timings:
- Before sleep — compulsory
- After waking up — compulsory
- After each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) — 10 to 30 minutes, after 10–25 minutes of eating
- If you follow conscious eating (6–7 small meals daily), then do it after each instance of food intake
- Throughout the day — drink ample water to support the healing
This technique is energetic. It increases prana, ojas, and Kundalini intensity. It opens the root chakra (Muladhara) and sacral chakra (Swadhisthana), and gradually supports the solar plexus (Manipura), heart (Anahata), throat (Vishuddha), third eye (Ajna), and crown (Sahasrara).
Because your lower chakras are imbalanced, you are unable to process Kundalini properly. This is where we begin.
The Technique: Vipareeta Karani (Energetic Version)
This technique may sound familiar to you if you have practiced yoga. It is called Vipareeta Karani. But let me make it very clear—this is not the traditional yoga version. This is an energetic technique, and if your ego tells you, “I know this already,” then pause.
What you think you know is not what I am teaching you here. Because if what you had done earlier worked, you would not still be suffering.
This technique must be followed exactly as I am guiding—no modification, no deviation, no intellectual interference. Just follow it with surrender, no matter your age or background. Even if you are 80 years old, and you struggle with bowel issues, constipation, fibromyalgia, insomnia, or chronic fatigue—begin this from today.
What You’ll Need
- A wall (rigid support is compulsory)
- A yoga mat, plain surface, or bed placed against the wall
- One bolster (a firm cushion)
- A soft cloth or handkerchief to cover your eyes
Covering the eyes is important. When your eyes are covered, energy is conserved and directed inward. It increases prana flow to the brain and awakens the third eye.
How to Do It – Step-by-Step
- Set Up: Place the bolster on the floor, about one foot from the wall.
- Lie Down: Sit sideways on the bolster, and gently lie back so your spine is supported and your hips are elevated.
- Raise Your Legs: Swing your legs up onto the wall so that they rest against it at about a 70–80° angle (not 90°). The hips should remain supported on the bolster. Your body will form an L-shape, but with a softer angle.
- If 80° is too much, adjust to what your body allows. Even 60° or 70° is beneficial.
- Do not use any pillow under your head.
- Relax Completely: Let your arms fall open at your sides, palms facing upward.
- Cover Your Eyes: Use the folded cloth or handkerchief to gently cover your eyes.
- Focus Your Awareness: Keep your attention gently on your third eye center (the space between the eyebrows). You do not need to do anything else. Let the pose do its work.
What Will Happen During the Pose
As you remain in this position:
- Blood and prana from your legs flow downward, pulled by gravity toward the genitals, intestine, root chakra, sacral chakra, and solar plexus.
- Over 15 to 30 minutes, this reversed blood and prana circulation will activate your vital organs—lungs, heart, throat, brain.
- You may begin to experience tingling sensations in your legs. This is good. It means energy is moving.
If the tingling becomes too intense or uncomfortable:
- Gently fold your legs down.
- Shift into a simple reclined cross-legged position, lying on your back for a few moments.
Next Position: Pavanmuktasana Variation
After about 15 to 20 minutes, gently fold your knees toward your chest.
- Hug your knees.
- Pull your thighs toward your abdomen.
- This unlocks the Mulabandha (root lock) and triggers a wave of peristalsis in the intestines.
This is crucial because:
- Peristalsis is the wave-like movement of your intestines that initiates bowel movement.
- Once you feel the urge to clear your bowels—get up and go. That’s the aim of the pose.
Optional Posture Flow
After you release the bowels or complete this session, balance your energy by doing Child’s Pose (Balasana):
- Kneel down.
- Fold your body forward until your forehead touches the ground.
- Stretch your arms ahead or rest them beside your body.
- Remain here for 10 to 15 minutes.
This allows the pranic flow to balance itself and ensures you do not overstimulate your brain after deep relaxation.
Key Guidelines to Remember
- Duration: Do this for 20 to 30 minutes, 2 to 3 times per day.
- Hydration: Drink warm water throughout the day. Add a few drops of lemon if needed.
- Listen to your body: Adjust the pose based on your weight, flexibility, or joint sensitivity.
- Modify if needed: If you have arthritis, joint stiffness, or are unable to raise your legs fully, modify by folding legs or keeping them slightly lower.
What You Will Notice
With regular practice, you will begin to experience:
- Activation of the vagus nerve, triggering the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest)
- Shift from chest breathing to belly breathing
- Increased ojas, enhanced prana, and a rise in vitality
- Awakening of sleeping cells, improved digestion, and nervous system healing
- Brain rejuvenation, with better oxygen supply
- Reduction in brain fog, increase in stillness, clarity, and spiritual depth
- Support for semen retention and control over genital sensitivity in males
- Restoration of energy control and healing of menstrual and hormonal issues in females
You will feel a shift in consciousness. There may even be jerks in your spine as chakras open. These are signs of Kundalini flow stabilizing.
Final Words and Guidance
If you do not feel the bowel pressure after 30 minutes—don’t worry. Pause. Drink some warm water. Rest. Then repeat the pose again later.
Once you’re done, come out of the posture very slowly. Your brain is deeply relaxed, and you must not jolt it back into activity too fast.
This one technique—if done as taught—is enough to begin your transformation.
If you need specific help:
- If you are suffering from insomnia, IBS, colitis, mental fog, lack of grounding, or any nervous system symptoms…

…then I recommend taking my online Shaktipat and coaching sessions. These include Kundalini diagnosis and energetic healing guidance tailored to your condition.
This Is Only the Beginning
This is just one of hundreds of techniques I use to help students awaken and process their Kundalini safely. This is your first step toward freedom.
With regular practice, you will begin to see:
- Bowel clearing every day
- Peaceful sleep
- Steady energy production
- A reduction in tamasic heaviness
- Decrease in apana (toxicity)
- And finally, a natural rise in ojas and spiritual radiance
The death you were once afraid of begins to transform into life. You will feel the spark of vitality and the will to act. You will do what you’ve always longed to do. You will reclaim your power.
But none of this is possible without regular sadhana.
This is that sadhana. Do it multiple times a day, and witness the results.
Take action.
Do it.
At any cost—just do it.
Remain blessed. Remain radiant.
Thank you.
