This discourse is not meant for those outside the Kundalini process. If you’re not going through Kundalini awakening, I recommend you skip this, as the techniques here are uniquely tailored to the awakened energy system and may otherwise create confusion.
Purpose of This Technique
Today’s technique is designed to activate your solar plexus, strengthen your core, and balance your energy channels—particularly your prana and apana. When this energy body is balanced, Kundalini processes more harmoniously. Not only that, but you will also find the confidence and inner clarity to move forward in your spiritual and material life.
But first, let’s understand the importance of the solar plexus.
Understanding the Solar Plexus
The solar plexus is the third chakra in ascending order. It lies behind the diaphragm in the energy body. To locate this in the physical body, follow this process:
- Sit in sunlight.
- Take your two fingers and locate your ribcage.
- Just below the ribcage, push in gently—you’ll find a hollow region. That is your solar plexus.
- Close your eyes and feel the vibrating energy below the diaphragm.
When your solar plexus is imbalanced, this region vibrates excessively. You may feel constantly anxious or in fight-or-flight mode. The sympathetic nervous system becomes hyperactive. Your mind races; your breath shortens.
This is not a mental problem—it is energetic.
The Solar Plexus and the Nervous System
This point corresponds to the vagus nerve and is a center for many nerve endings of the autonomic nervous system. This is your gut region, often referred to as the second brain. Every positive or negative signal perceived by your inner or outer environment is transmitted here and sent to the brain.
If this region is imbalanced, your life becomes chaotic. Your career stagnates. Financial struggles emerge. You lack clarity about your ambitions and goals. Most importantly, your life purpose becomes obscure.
Let this be known: your life purpose does not reside in your mind; it resides in your solar plexus.
What Happens When the Solar Plexus is Weak?
- You feel meaningless, even when married or in relationships.
- You eat, you exercise, you engage in life’s activities—but there’s no fulfillment.
- Your career feels misaligned. You cannot thrive.
- You cannot function within the “matrix”—the conventional societal structure.
- You fail to adjust to regular jobs or social expectations.
- You drift, disconnected from your inner calling.
But when you activate and strengthen this center, everything begins to shift.
Kundalini and the Combustion of Energy
This solar plexus region is the combustion chamber of Kundalini energy.
Let me explain.
- As you inhale, breath reaches deep into this zone.
- Glucose combines with oxygen at the cellular level to produce energy.
- This process generates ojas, the sacred fuel for Kundalini.
- When ojas is burned, it creates cosmic prana, the very energy Kundalini uses to ascend.
If this energy process is disturbed, signals are constantly sent to the brain that something is wrong. This triggers symptoms such as:
- Fibromyalgia
- Chronic fatigue syndrome
- Poor digestion
- Insomnia
- Brain fog
- Stress and anxiety
- Blood pressure imbalance
- Diabetes
- Obesity
- Neuroplasticity breakdown
- Depression and cognitive disorders
All of this links back to your solar plexus.

Kundalini wants you to live your Ikigai—your reason for being.
This means:
- Doing what you love.
- Being good at it.
- Serving a real need in the world.
- Being paid for it.
If your solar plexus is strong, you can manifest your own path, your own business, and your own legacy.
But none of this is possible if your core is weak.
Before You Begin the Technique
Understand: this is not a casual practice. The technique is simple, but it must be approached with reverence and discipline.
- Follow exactly as I guide you.
- Do not modify it using your mind or someone else’s advice.
- My techniques carry the vibration of divine energy—this is sadhana, not exercise.
Treat this as your online energy workshop. Once you learn it, commit to 30 days. Be honest with yourself. If you skip practice, you skip results.
This technique will:
- Increase stamina
- Build immunity
- Recharge your energy body
- Eliminate brain fog
- Release apana (toxic energy)
- Strengthen confidence
- Clarify your life purpose
Now, let me teach you how to do it.
How to Perform the Solar Plexus Plank Technique
To begin, ensure that you’re on a comfortable yet firm surface. The floor is ideal, but do not place your elbows directly on hard ground. Use a mat or folded cloth to cushion your elbows and forearms.
This is not the typical gym-style plank. This is a Kundalini energy technique. Your awareness, breath, and presence are integral.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Set Your Timer
- Use your phone or a stopwatch.
- Begin with just 20 to 30 seconds.
- Place the timer where you can see it while in position.
- Enter the Preparation Pose
- Sit in Vajrasana or any kneeling position.
- Place your elbows on the mat, shoulder-width apart.
- Make fists with your hands to provide a solid base.
- Your forearms should form a 90-degree angle to the upper arms—not too wide, not too narrow.
- Fix the Legs
- Extend your legs backward.
- Keep your toes tucked in, soles not flat—this gives balance.
- You must be barefoot. Do not wear socks.
- Align the Body
- Gently raise your knees off the floor.
- Your entire body should form a straight line like a bridge—from your heels to your shoulders.
- Do not sag your hips. Do not arch your back.
- Lock your knees. Lock your core.
- Your weight should be equally distributed between your forearms and toes.
- Breathing Awareness
- Do not hold your breath.
- Keep your awareness on the natural movement of your breath.
- If you feel you’re holding your breath, release the pose and rest.
- This must be effortless, in rhythm with your body.
- Mindful Completion
- When your timer ends or your stamina exhausts, gently lower your knees.
- Rest in a completely relaxed pose by lying flat on your belly.
- Feel the warmth in your solar plexus, the vibration in your core.
The Counter-Pose: Relaxation Integration
After the plank, you must do the counter-pose:
- Lie flat on your belly.
- Let go of all bodily effort.
- Feel the heat that has been generated. This is healing fire, not ordinary heat.
- Allow it to strengthen your muscles and transmute apana into pranic force.
Rest here for 5 to 10 minutes, or as long as needed.
Post-Practice Integration
After resting:
- Sit in the sunlight if available.
- Feel the energy circulating in your belly region.
- You may jog, walk, or simply sit in meditative awareness.
- Observe your breath. Don’t try to control it.
- You will notice that belly breathing is now naturally activated.
- Bring your attention to the third eye center. Feel the subtle vibrations there.
At this point, do not analyze. Simply feel.
Your brain fog will begin to dissolve. Apana will have been released. A new inner vitality will emerge.
Frequency and Duration
- Start with 20–30 seconds per session.
- Gradually increase to 1–2 minutes, and eventually up to 7 minutes or more.
- Listen to your body. Do not overstrain.
- Increase duration only when you feel ready—not when your mind pushes you.
- With each increase, the brain releases dopamine, which fuels motivation and focus.
If dopamine is not released through self-effort, over time you risk mental stagnation, depression, or even degenerative conditions like Alzheimer’s or dementia.
This technique alone can shift that trajectory.
Additional Instructions
- If you are male, retain semen. Do not waste your ojas through ejaculation, porn, or masturbation.
- If you are female, avoid gossip and stop wasting energy through external drama or distraction.
- Avoid addictions—alcohol, smoking, excessive non-vegetarian food.
- Conserve your energy and direct your attention inward.
Your energy is sacred. If preserved, it can create a new life.
What to Expect After 30–100 Days
If you practice with sincerity:
- In 30 days: You will receive glimpses of your life purpose.
- In 100 days: Your life purpose will become clear and embodied.
- Your immunity will rise.
- Your confidence will rebuild.
- Your energy will stabilize.
- The dark night of the soul will begin to end.
This plank is not a physical exercise. It is your sadhana—a sacred fire to realign your being.
