Spiritual Awakening and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

The Root of Obsessive Compulsive Behavior

Can obsessive compulsive behavior go away?
Yes, it absolutely can.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is not just a mental loop of intrusive thoughts and repeated behaviors—it is deeply connected to lower energies in your body. These lower energies are often rooted in unresolved fear, insecurity, and a sense of uncertainty. If you have experienced trauma—particularly in childhood or during significant life phases—your body and mind may have developed certain behavioral patterns to protect you. These protection mechanisms, over time, may take the form of compulsive rituals and obsessive thoughts.

OCD, then, is not your identity. It is a defense response arising from unprocessed trauma stored in your body’s energy field.

First Step: Awareness and Writing Practice

To begin the healing process, you must first become aware of your obsessive and compulsive thoughts. Awareness is the doorway to transformation.

Technique 1: Thought Dumping with Writing Therapy
Start this immediately.

  1. Each time you notice an obsessive or compulsive thought arising, take a piece of paper and write it down.
  2. Continue writing the entire chain of thoughts that follows. Do not censor yourself. Let everything come out in sequence.
  3. Observe how frequently these same thoughts return. Writing them down helps you catch them—acknowledge their pattern and recognize their impact on your daily life.

Why does this help? Because most of these thoughts are being fueled by negative energy trapped in the lower part of your body, especially in the pelvic and abdominal region. If you are also suffering from issues like constipation, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), or chronic abdominal discomfort, it is a clear sign that trauma and suppressed energy are stuck there.

Commit to this practice for 100 days.
Each time, after writing:

  • Tear the paper into small pieces.
  • Do not reread it.
  • Either throw it forcefully into the dustbin or burn it and discard the ashes.

Do this with intensity. Treat the act of throwing the paper as symbolic—you are discarding the stuck thoughts, trauma, and suffering embedded in your subconscious mind. Tear them and toss them with the power of your will.

Second Step: Physical Trauma Release

Thoughts originate from the energy held within your body. To fully release obsessive behavior, you must also release the trauma stored in the body’s physical field.

Technique 2: Diaphragm and Solar Plexus Release

The area—just below the rib cage—is where the diaphragm and solar plexus are located. It is one of the deepest trauma-holding centers in the body.

Here is what you must do:

  1. Bend forward slightly.
  2. Locate the diaphragm point just beneath your rib cage (solar plexus area).
  3. Press it gently but firmly.
  4. Exhale all the air from your belly through your mouth in short, active bursts—like this: “Huh! Huh! Huh!”
(As you exhale, press and empty your lungs from the base.)

Repeat this forceful exhalation ten times per round, several times a day.
Do this for 100 days.

As you exhale, you are not just releasing air—you are releasing the suppressed trauma, stagnation, and survival mechanisms that are no longer serving you.

Third Step: Conscious Behavioral Rewiring

Once the obsessive energy is brought into awareness and trauma is released from the body, the final step is to change your responses.

Change how you:

  • Speak
  • Act
  • Behave
  • Think

This requires conscious living. But conscious living is not simple. Your current responses are not your own—they are conditioned patterns, borrowed beliefs, and societal programming passed down through the collective mind.

To break free from this compulsive conditioning, you will need guidance from someone powerful who understands your neural pathways and energy systems. I can work with you—retrain your responses and help you create new behavior patterns free from OCD.

Your Healing Journey Begins with Action

If your soul is ready to be free, take these actions today:

  1. Begin the writing therapy and release process.
  2. Practice the solar plexus trauma-release breathwork.
  3. Commit to the discipline of 100 days.
  4. Consider working with me if you want to accelerate your transformation.

Let your life become free, light, and spacious.
This is your time. The call for change has arrived.
Now, it is up to you to respond.

Thank you.
