Spirituality Is Not the Escape Route

The Delusion of Escape

Spirituality is not your escape route.

If you feel that you can run away from the problems in life by taking the spiritual path, then you are deeply mistaken and caught in confusion. Many of you who are engaged in spiritual practices are doing so with the false hope of avoiding the pain and responsibilities of life instead of facing and resolving them. This is not spirituality—it is self-deception. You are fooling yourself, and worse, wasting your precious life.

To be free from suffering, from pain, from the repetitive patterns of distress, you must take decisions that are rooted in reality. You must act. Realistically. Dynamically. Practically.

Merely reading spiritual scriptures, visiting different places to learn meditation, or immersing yourself in the world of spiritual knowledge—this will not end your suffering if the root cause remains untouched. The illusion of progress continues while the real problem silently persists.

The Trap of Spiritual Bypassing in Relationships

Let me speak plainly.

Your marriage is not working. You are in a toxic relationship. Yet, you choose to sit down and meditate, visualizing that things will somehow resolve themselves, that the negativity will dissolve and your married life will become harmonious. This is wishful thinking. It is denial.

If your spouse is toxic, you must end the relationship. That is the real spiritual step.

You must be willing to walk alone, embrace the unknown, and accept the consequences of your decisions. But what many do instead is use spirituality as an emotional crutch—a tool to numb the discomfort instead of confronting it.

You created this karma. That is why you are in a troubled relationship. Your destiny shaped itself to give you this experience, and now, as that karmic contract concludes, you must move forward. Consider this: if you book a hotel for three days, do you remain there after your stay ends just because you developed an attachment to the room?

No.

But your ego, your limited mind, clings to this failed relationship under the illusion of control. You are wasting years of your life, along with the infinite possibilities that await you, all because your ego is trying to prove that this decision was not a mistake.

Clairvoyant Intervention and the Pain of Inaction

I often use my clairvoyant powers to read the energy of my students who are trapped in such dilemmas. Many of them come to me not because they lack intellect, but because their mind has become their greatest enemy. Their mental defenses blind them from seeing what is right before them. In such cases, I directly tell them—“This relationship will not last. Maybe in three years, maybe five, but it will collapse. Prepare yourself now.”

One such student of mine, from Australia, had married a woman from a deeply dysfunctional family. Her childhood was filled with trauma—parents who fought constantly, a mother who battled with the father, and a home full of tension and negativity. That toxicity shaped her identity, and now, in her marriage, she recreates the same chaos.

This man, my student, was living with an emotional terrorist. His nervous system was in a constant state of alarm—fight, flight, freeze—every moment anticipating her next explosion. Still, he remained. And what did he do to cope? He turned to spiritual books, online videos, isolated meditations… all in the name of managing the unbearable, instead of resolving it.

This is spiritual bypassing.

In such cases, financial complications often keep people trapped. Settlements, shared assets, alimony—it all looks daunting. But let me say this: if you do not have the resources to leave right now, it simply means you have not yet suffered enough to take action.

You must reclaim your focus, work harder, work longer—if that’s what it takes. Your goal should be clear: earn what is necessary to buy back your freedom. It is better to exert pressure and sweat for your freedom than to rot in a relationship that will eventually bring decay, disease, or even death.

Heart attacks. Mental breakdowns. Brain fog. Chronic anxiety. These are the wages of inaction.

The Illusion of Detachment in the Work Life

Just as you may cling to a failed marriage, you may also remain stuck in a job that kills your spirit.

You hate your work. It drains you. Yet, you continue—trapped by debt, by the lifestyle your mind constructed, by the fear of starting over. You are working fifteen to sixteen hours a day like a machine, imprisoned in a routine that offers no joy, no growth.

And when this suffering becomes unbearable, what do you do?

You retreat again—into a fake sense of spiritual peace. You pretend to be a saint. “Nothing bothers me,” you say. “Everything is okay.” You read. You chant. You try to detach.

But this is not how real life works.

Your instinctive brain was not built to tolerate lifelong slavery. It is evolutionary. It was forged in hardship to find solutions, not endure suffering endlessly. That is how humanity survived—by acting, not escaping.

You must remember this: survival of the fittest is the truth of nature. Your mind may surrender, but your instinct will always push for resolution.

And if you’re unable to act, let me support you.

As your Guru, I will stand with you. But remember, one of the reasons you lack this strength is because you are not retaining your life force—your semen. Too much has been lost. Your energy is depleted.

The Foundation: Physical Health First, Not Philosophical Escape

Before you even speak of spirituality, you must return to your body.

Your problems may seem spiritual or mental, but they often stem from a body out of balance. You or your family may have accumulated loans, material liabilities, and obligations. This weighs down your nervous system. And when you cannot cope, you seek refuge in esoteric books or meditation techniques.

This is not spirituality. It is evasion.

The real path begins with your physical health.

  • Are you sleeping well—eight to nine hours of uninterrupted rest?
  • Are your bowels clearing within the first two hours of waking?
  • Are you hydrated, nourished, moving your body daily?

If not, your brain will be fogged, your mind scattered, and your energy stagnant.

Wake up. Eat fresh fruits. Cook your own food. Breathe in prana from open spaces. Bathe. Clean your room. Wash your clothes. Sweep the floor. Fold your laundry. Groom your space.

These instinctive actions keep you in parasympathetic mode. They restore your vagal tone. They bring coherence between your mind and body. They release dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins—the natural neurochemicals of joy and balance.

This is the real medicine.

When you live this way, you love yourself. You stop expecting others to love you. You stop performing for the world. You begin serving your own soul.

And when you are truly aligned, spirituality begins. Not as a hiding place, but as a launchpad.

Spirituality Begins After You Live Your Purpose

Real spirituality is not theoretical. It is not in books. It is not in thoughts.

It is in doing. It is in being.

If you love music, play it. If you want to write, write. Don’t fantasize about purpose—live it. Try 100 things. Fail at 99. And from that, discover the one thing that makes your soul sing.

When this happens, your solar plexus chakra awakens. Energy flows upward. Fear transmutes into clarity. You no longer chase purpose—you become it.

And only then, you are ready for spirituality.

When the energy rises above the Manipura chakra, when you begin to live from your heart, real transformation begins. This is when the Guru appears. Not when you’re begging for miracles, but when you’re ready to walk the path of energy mastery.

You begin to understand how energy, frequency, and vibration govern life. How energy vampires and egoic structures in your lower chakras hold you down. How the mind—a parasite feeding on the spirit—creates illusions, distractions, and stagnation.

Ego can never be enlightened. It must dissolve.

And that dissolution is energetic, not intellectual. Just like ice turns to vapor through heat, Kundalini burns the layers of conditioning in you—mind, memory, identity, and pride—and transforms them into consciousness.

So stop collecting spiritual garbage. Stop hiding behind books, teachers, or fake positivity.

This birth is for realization. This body is for evolution.

Live your purpose. Move your energy. Let the spirit rise.

That is the real beginning of your spiritual journey.
