The best way to handle emotional chaos triggered by Kundalini is to begin by addressing your emotional trauma. This is the very first step.
1. Heal the Root Cause of Emotional Trauma
If you’re on the Kundalini path, you must begin by healing your past trauma. Until you address the root cause of your emotional suffering, you will not be free in this birth. The trauma you carry may be from this lifetime or remnants of your past births, but it remains embedded in your energy system until resolved.
You can start this healing either with the guidance of a true Guru or directly with me. I carry clairvoyant powers that allow me to see and heal your emotional trauma from the root. Without healing this root cause, you will continue to experience repeated emotional chaos, and your Kundalini journey will feel turbulent and blocked.
For instance, if you struggle with anger, you need to explore where that anger first arose. Perhaps there was a specific incident in your childhood—someone bullied you, your boundaries were crushed, or something unjust happened. That event was registered by your nervous system, and the anger imprinted itself energetically into your body. You’ve been operating from that space ever since.
To become free, you must return to that moment internally and release the energetic imprint. But hear me clearly—you cannot do this alone if your mind is heavily burdened with emotional charges. When the mind is weak, when emotional pain is intense and chaotic, you need help. That is why I offer myself, my guidance, and my shakti to release you from this entrapment.

2. Handling Recurring Emotional Charges
Even after addressing the root cause of your trauma, you may find that emotional energy resurfaces again and again. That’s because the energetic charge—the emotional imprint—has not yet fully left your body.
It may show up as a recurring thought. It may rise up as a sudden, intense feeling in your present moment. In such cases, there is a simple yet powerful way to discharge the energy:
Technique 1: Long Deep Exhalation
Let’s say a thought arises: “How dare they bully me at school?”—a flash of anger, a surge from your past.
Steps: Here’s what you do:
- Inhale slowly through your nose, expanding your belly gently. Let the breath rise deep from the abdomen, not the chest.
- Once fully inhaled, exhale through your mouth very slowly. Let the breath be long, slow, continuous, conscious. complete and soft.
- Allow your belly to completely deflate with this exhale. Let all the air be pushed out.
- At the very end of your exhalation, do a gentle vacuum pulse—a final squeeze from the gut area to release the last trace of breath.
Practice this for a few rounds, especially when emotional memories surface. Each round discharges the emotional debris that is trapped in the gut and belly area—where most trauma and emotional memory is stored in the body.
Technique 2: Faster Release – The Blow Method
If the emotional charge is too strong, and you feel overwhelmed, then you can use a more forceful release.
Steps:
- Inhale deeply as before.
- Then exhale forcefully through your mouth, as if you are blowing up a balloon.
- The strong exhalation dislodges the trapped energy more vigorously, especially if your belly feels congested with emotional tension.
This rapid breath technique can help you quickly blow out the emotional intensity from your belly, gut, and energy field.
Technique 3: Sound Release with Vibration
Sound can also be your ally. Use a soft vocalization like:
- “AaaaaOooooommmmm…”
- Or the sound of “Mmmmm…”
As you exhale with sound, feel the vibrations move through your gut, chest, and head. These vibrations act like energetic brushes—sweeping and clearing stagnant emotional energy.
You can repeat:
Aaaaaaa……Oooooo… Mmmmmm… relax…
Let the sound vibrate your inner chaos into silence.
