Two Breath Techniques to Heal Brain Fog and Boost Vital Energy

Guru Sanju

When I speak of energy here, I refer to cosmic prana—the life-sustaining universal energy that flows through your body’s energy channels. However, for many, this energy is not moving the way it should. The channels are blocked. And when prana does not flow properly, the result is a cascade of physical illnesses, mental imbalances, and spiritual stagnation.

But when your cosmic prana flows smoothly, something extraordinary happens. You become free from most diseases. You begin to heal—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Whether you are going through Kundalini Awakening or not, moving this energy correctly is one of the most vital things you can do for your health and clarity.

Today, I will guide you through two techniques that you can practice, regardless of your spiritual stage.

Who Can Benefit From These Techniques?

  1. Those going through Kundalini Awakening.
  2. Those undergoing spiritual awakening, including those who have reached Enlightenment or gone beyond.
  3. Even those who are not spiritual at all—people dealing with brain fog, depression, anxiety, health issues, digestive imbalances, and other conditions that have found no cure elsewhere.

These techniques are universal. They are safe. And if you practice them daily for 30 days, you may begin to feel results within just a week. However, if you have deep mental resistance or strong addictions like pornography, masturbation, alcohol, or drugs—your mind may resist these practices. That’s when a powerful guide is needed. Under my guidance and in my energy field, which you can access when you connect with me, you will be able to break through these resistances.

Let’s begin.

Technique 1: External Kumbhaka

— External Breath Hold

This is the most powerful technique to reduce brain fog and immediately boost mental clarity and energy. It stimulates the movement of cosmic prana throughout the entire body—especially focused in the head region and five senses. If you feel disconnected from the world, dulled in perception, or confused in thought, this will help bring you back into presence.

Instructions:

  1. Sit comfortably with your spine straight. Keep your eyes gently closed.
  2. Inhale slowly through the nose for about 3–4 counts, allowing your belly to inflate with air.
  3. Exhale completely through the nose, letting your belly move inward.
  4. Repeat three rounds of this slow inhale and exhale to prepare your system.
  5. After the third exhalation, hold the breath externally (i.e., do not inhale again).
  6. To support this, press gently on the slight depression at the top of your nose using your left hand, applying gentle pressure between the eyebrows.
  7. While holding the breath, place your inner attention at your third eye—the space between your eyebrows.
  8. Hold the breath for as long as comfortable—starting from 3–4 seconds, gradually building up to 30 or even 40 seconds.
  9. Release and breathe normally. Do this for 10 rounds.

This practice will begin circulating prana deeply into your nervous system, improving clarity, focus on your brain and mental stillness. Over time, the fogginess in your brain and mind will lift, and the senses will awaken.

Technique 2: Internal Kumbhaka

— Internal Breath Hold

This technique focuses on the body below the head—especially digestion, metabolism, lymphatic system, and skeletal support. While both techniques benefit the entire body, this one directs pranic force into the organs and gut, increasing your vitality and physical well-being.

Instructions:

  1. Sit in a relaxed yet upright posture.
  2. Inhale deeply through the nose, filling the belly completely with air. Allow the expansion to reach even the lower abdomen.
  3. After the full inhalation, hold the breath internally—meaning, keep the air inside without exhaling.
  4. Keep your attention on the energy moving through your body. Feel the life force spread from the belly to every cell.
  5. After a few seconds (or as long as comfortable), exhale slowly through the nose.
  6. Repeat this process for 10 rounds.

This technique charges your inner systems—digestive fire increases, metabolism sharpens, and you begin to feel alive and present in your body. The cosmic prana flows into your tissues, nourishing every part of you from the inside.

Final Words

These two techniques—external kumbhaka and internal kumbhaka—are Energetic Mastery Methods (secrets). But here, I have given them to you in the most accessible and modern way. When you do them sincerely, the energy trapped in your body will begin to move. Your mind will become clearer. Your body will feel lighter. Your senses will sharpen. And you will begin to live again.

If you are going through Kundalini or spiritual awakening and want to go deeper, I invite you to join the Freedom Project with me. In this sacred space, we work together to move Kundalini wherever it is stuck and unlock the highest potential of your being.
