What Is Moksha? How to Achieve Moksha?

Guru Sanju

Moksha—or Mukti—is the ultimate freedom a human being can experience in this lifetime. It is not just an idea, but an actual state one can attain through an evolutionary journey. Moksha is the pinnacle of human potential, the highest liberation, where you merge with the universal consciousness. It is the state of knowing the truth of your existence, and ultimately, it is salvation from the materialistic world.

When Moksha happens, you become nothing. You are not seeking anything anymore. You know your reality. You know who you are. There is nothing more to be achieved or desired. Once this state is attained in the human evolutionary path, there is peace, joy, and love that radiates from your being. You become self-sufficient in your energy. You no longer seek anything from the external world or from the illusions of this virtual reality. Instead, you live in the absolute reality of your own existence.

Let me explain it further.

Moksha is the state where you become one with your inner center—your core. You recognize that you are the perceiver of this entire experience that is unfolding within you. In this state, the intelligence of the universe becomes accessible to you. The powers of the universe, the energy of the universe—everything becomes one with you. You are no longer separate.

After reaching this state, whatever you intend, you can manifest. You act from a higher plane of being. You are capable of living the highest quality of life in this very birth.

Is it possible to reach Moksha?

Yes—100% possible.

But there is a prime condition: you must dissolve the mind completely.

As long as the mind exists, you cannot experience Moksha in its totality. The mind is the veil. The mind is the bondage. To dissolve the mind, you need specific practices. But you also need to settle your karmic accounts. Without completing your karma—your accumulated deeds, both good and bad, across many lifetimes—you cannot dwell in Moksha permanently.

You must complete the transaction of all karmic results meant to be lived out in this birth. Until then, Moksha may be glimpsed, but not lived fully.

So, how do you dissolve the mind?

You need an enlightened Master—a Guru—who has experienced this state herself. A true Guru not only shows you the path, but also closely observes your evolution. Based on your karmic imprints and accumulated energy from past lives, she gives you practices, guidance, and energetic interventions suited uniquely to you.

This is one way—being guided by a living Master, a powerful energy source in human form, who takes you by the hand and leads you to your final destination.

There is also another path.

That path is spontaneous Kundalini awakening—a direct route to Moksha. This is an intervention from the universal forces themselves. It is an awakening from your dormant, unconscious state into light, space, and universal intelligence. If your Kundalini rises spontaneously—due to the good karma and sadhana (spiritual practices) you performed in previous lives—then this becomes a powerful route to Moksha. It is the universe’s own way of awakening you.

If you feel that you are trapped in a cage… if you feel bound by your limited mind, by beliefs, by conditioning, by the circumstances of your life… then you are still living in the mind. To experience Moksha even for a short while, you must shift your awareness from the level of the mind to the level of consciousness.

Once you become one with this consciousness, you begin to experience peace, joy, and love that is self-originating. Nothing external is required.

Moksha is the state when you know that you are the subject—the one operating at the center of your existence. Everything else is object. You are the electricity, and everything else is just a gadget running on your power.

Without your presence, nothing can exist.

These rocks, these rivers, the air, the sun, the trees, the mountains—everything around you is enlivened by your perception, by your awareness. If you are not present, nothing else has meaning. Imagine for a moment that you are no longer alive. The Prana leaves the body—and the body becomes dead. The body is simply five elements of nature. But it is you—your consciousness—that brings it to life.

You also enliven the mind—which otherwise is unconscious. It is filled with thoughts, patterns, karmic tendencies that keep repeating until you become conscious.

You are the one enlivening the world.

When you close your eyes and go to the center of your being, the whole world vanishes. All that remains is blankness. That blankness—when there are no thoughts, no emotions, no disturbances, no energetic volatility—is the vast spaciousness of your inner being.

This is Moksha.

And yes, you can feel it right now—in this very moment. But to experience it fully, permanently, and without interruption, you must walk the path. It is not a concept. It is not in words. It is a lived transformation.

Once you reach Moksha, you begin to live from a higher dimension of existence. You go beyond time, beyond space, and beyond distance.
