The Essence of Samadhi
Samadhi, in its most essential understanding, is a state of complete absorption into the Self. It is the stage where all your scattered energies converge and rest silently at the center of your being. When this happens, the individual ego—fragmented into many layers—dissolves. What remains is oneness.
This center, where all energies dissolve, is where you experience true Samadhi. In this state, you are nothing, you need nothing, and you feel nothing—not in a void sense, but in a profound fullness that is devoid of lack. The identity disappears. You are no longer a name, a thought, or a role. You are presence—pure, undivided awareness.
From this center, love flows effortlessly. Peace is the foundation. Joy is the natural fragrance. You begin to feel the bliss of simply being—you.
The Five Stages of Samadhi Across Human Evolution
To help you understand the pathway toward Samadhi, I have classified five stages of this experience corresponding to different levels of human evolution. Most people are somewhere along this spectrum, often unaware of their current stage. To know precisely where you are, I must read your Inner GPS—your unique energetic blueprint.
Stage 1: The Trance of the Unconscious Human
The first stage is that of the average human being—99.99% unconscious. This person experiences tiny glimpses of Samadhi unknowingly.
How? When exhausted or deeply fatigued, a person naturally slips into a trance-like state. This is not the regular sleep you have at night. It is a subtle transcendence of the mind, a pause in identity—a shallow dip into the vast ocean of Samadhi.
This trance is a survival gift granted by nature. Without it, the mind’s hyperactivity and stress would break the system. It is nature’s way of rejuvenating the human spirit.
Stage 2: The Efforts of the Spiritual Seeker
In the second stage, seekers actively pursue meditation and spiritual practices. Through deep meditation, they begin to taste the sweetness of Samadhi.
Yet this experience is temporary. Once out of meditation, the same mental chatter, life’s problems, and restlessness return. The peace is dependent on effort. The seeker must return daily to practice to access that inner space.
Why does this happen? Because the mind is still intact. The ego is still operating. And unless the mind is completely dissolved, the seeker cannot abide in Samadhi permanently. Hence, meditation becomes a ritual to reclaim glimpses of inner joy and peace.
Stage 3: The Journey of the Kundalini Awakened
This is the evolutionary leap beyond ordinary spiritual seeking. When Kundalini energy awakens, it begins to guide you through multiple layers of Samadhi—each corresponding to the cleansing of one chakra.
As Kundalini rises and clears each center, you enter a momentary state of Samadhi. These states may feel temporary, but the transformation is permanent. You do not return to your old self. Something deep within you has shifted.
This journey is unique for every soul. It cannot be generalized. For this reason, I offer one-to-one guidance to help you understand your current stage and activate the necessary energy steps. With proper coaching, you can direct your awakened energy all the way to the crown chakra, leading to total merger with the universe.
When this final union happens, you enter permanent Samadhi. You attain Moksha.
Stage 4: The Absorption of the Liberated One (Moksha)
In the fourth stage, the being has attained Moksha, liberation from all karmic cycles. Here, the highest Samadhi is experienced—not as a practice, but as a permanent state of being.
You are no longer separate from the universe. You are the universe.
Kundalini and consciousness have merged completely. Shakti has become one with Shiva. The wave has merged back into the ocean.
And here, Samadhi is effortless. There is no longer a question of seeking it. It is. This is the domain of the liberated being who lives as a presence, not a personality.
Stage 5: The Expression of the Avatar
The final stage of human evolution is the Expression stage. Here, Samadhi expresses through the being, not apart from life but within it. This is the avatar stage—where the person operates from the center of Samadhi in everyday life.
There is no need for identity, no compulsion to present a personality. You live as nothing, but you radiate as everything. The divine power functions through you—purely, intelligently, and without interference of ego.
This is the ultimate potential of being human.
Can Samadhi Be Reached Through Efforts?
Yes. You can experience Samadhi through sincere efforts, but only if those efforts are directed towards dissolving the mind—not feeding it.
The mind must be placed aside. The desire to become someone must fall away. You must become comfortable with no identity, with being no one—and from there, you will touch everything.
Even an ordinary human can reach Samadhi with the right alignment, coaching, and guidance. You do not have to be a monk or a renunciate. You simply need to be ready—to give up all that keeps you away from your own center.
