Spirituality, in its simplest meaning, is the true journey—a journey of inquiry into yourself. It is the journey of your spirit. The spirit is that which travels from birth to birth, and now, in this moment, it has found expression. The body that you are living in right now is the medium through which this spirit—the life force—perceives everything operating in and around you.
You are the perceiver.
You perceive all the five elements through which the environment around you is created.
There is an internal environment, and there is an external environment. When I speak of the body, I refer to it as a composition of the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space. These five elements are the exact composition of this planet Earth.
Spirituality is about knowing the origin of your existence—and also the end of it.
Let us now explore the practical application of spirituality in your daily life: how you can apply spirituality to live a happy, peaceful, and joyful life.
To know yourself is the ultimate goal of taking this birth.
You have taken millions of births and evolved through various stages to arrive here—as a prepared spirit, ready to know more about yourself from the very depth of your being. How do you energetically exist on this planet? What are your roles while you are here? What are your duties and responsibilities towards yourself and your fellow beings—if any?
Spirituality is not only about reading scriptures, practicing yoga and meditation, or blindly inquiring into existence with questions like Who am I? It is far more than that.
You exist on three levels, primarily—let us make it simple: body, mind, and spirit. Your body exists at the gross level. Your mind is subtler, and your energy—your spirit—exists at the most subtle level. Even your mind is filled with energy, but it is a dense form of energy. Your body, too, is a form of energy, but a gross one—it is matter.
And matter can best be seen with the senses.
The mind—the dense part of energy—can be perceived by you through the witnessing element, which you are. Energy is all about your present awareness.
The witness—this witnessing presence—exists in itself. There is no gender when we talk about spirit. The witness is simply present. And in that presence, everything happens—just like a stream of cinema playing across a screen.
Spirituality is the art of knowing how each dimension of your existence operates in this world.
The world, in fact, is a manifestation of your mind. Existence itself is far beyond this world. It is beyond human evolution. It is beyond the human spirit.
The most essential aspect of spirituality is understanding the two primary energies—Shiva and Shakti—consciousness and energy—and how they operate in union throughout this universe.
To understand spirituality is to understand consciousness. To understand Kundalini. And to understand how you are a living combination of these two—consciousness and energy.
These are not merely new terms being introduced. While modern understanding involves discussions around brain, mind, body, and thoughts—in scientific terms—spirituality is the science of spirit. It is the most structured and refined way to inquire, to explore, and to experience who you are as an energetic being.
When we say human being, the word human refers to your body and mind. The word being refers to your spirit.
Spirituality is about first knowing yourself, and then understanding how other species also exist. There are different levels of evolution, and each individual stands at a unique level of this evolution. It is like grids. You may be in a primary grid. Someone else may be in a power grid. Someone may be undergoing radiation. Another may be in post-radiation. Evolution can be seen as a linear progression.
You are at a certain point on this spectrum. Others are at other points. All these nuances are covered in spirituality.
When I take sessions on spirituality, I address your specific questions. Whatever your inquiry may be, you are invited to ask. You may inquire endlessly. Ask as much as you wish to know.
And I have answers to all your questions—but those answers must satisfy your quest.
If understanding cannot reach you intellectually, I will help you experience it directly in the session itself. You will know—experientially. And from there, you may inquire further, until you are fully aware of your energetic presence.
This experience is crucial because, right now, you are disintegrated. Whatever life you are currently living is the outcome of your mind—conditioned by society and by unconscious patterns swirling around you. The mind keeps accumulating everything it comes across. Eventually, that accumulation becomes you.
You become identified with that aspect of mind. You become the ego—a separate personality.
But spirituality is not about separation.
It makes you aware of your oneness with this universe.
If you have any questions, or if you wish to go deeper into these aspects of your existence, you may bring your questions into a coaching session. And trust me—I will take you to a different level altogether.
Thank you.
We shall meet soon.
