Most of you who are going through Kundalini awakening or the spiritual awakening journey experience a strange discomfort when surrounded by others. You feel you cannot adjust with people. You notice disturbances in your energy whenever you are in their presence. Why does this happen?
You need to understand this from the perspective of energy, vibration, and frequency.
The Nervous System and Cosmic Electricity
When your Kundalini awakens, your nervous system and brain begin to transform. They start adapting to a different kind of processing system—one that can handle Kundalini energy. This sensitivity is deeply connected to the quality of energy flowing through your energy channels.
Kundalini energy is cosmic electricity. It is not just any energy—it is of extremely high voltage and divine origin. This high-voltage energy is too intense for a normal nervous system to process without transformation.
As Kundalini begins to move within you, the nervous system becomes extremely sensitive to your environment. This cosmic energy is pure—filled with the vibrations of love, abundance, courage, appreciation, joy, and peace. These are high-frequency energies.
The Law of Energy Transfer
When this high-frequency energy starts flowing through your body, your auric field—your energy field—begins to radiate with a divine force. However, when you are around people who are not undergoing spiritual transformation, their energy fields are often filled with dense, lower vibrations such as lust, anger, fear, insecurity, jealousy, blame, shame, pride, envy, or hatred. These energies are heavy and parasitic by nature.
According to the law of energy—just like electricity—energy always flows from a positive to a negative circuit. In the same way, when you are radiating high-frequency Kundalini energy, that energy automatically moves toward the lower energies in others. Your energy starts feeding their energetic lack. This causes disturbances in them and depletion in you.
Kundalini Burns the Matrix
Kundalini energy cannot be confined. It radiates just like the sun. And like sunlight burns bacteria and viruses, Kundalini energy starts burning lower vibrations. The people around you—still deeply attached to the matrix—cannot handle this. They feel threatened by your presence. Their ego, their inner demons, their unresolved patterns start reacting.
They may start arguments, pick fights, or avoid you altogether. Not because you have done anything wrong—but simply because your frequency is now too high, and they cannot align with it. Your energy challenges the very foundation of their being.
If you live with family, a spouse, children, or roommates, you will begin to feel a natural deflection from them. Solitude becomes a necessity—not a choice.
The True Purpose of Solitude
Your energy field, as it ascends, requires solitude. This solitude allows your energy to perform its natural instinctive functions without interference. When you are constantly surrounded by others, especially those with lower vibrational fields, you experience symptoms of restlessness, anxiety, depression, brain fog, and even physical illness.
Many of you feel emotionally dependent on others. You have structured your lives in ways that prevent solitude—jobs, relationships, social obligations. But Kundalini demands a different life. It demands individual evolution.
Kundalini does not need anyone else. She is a force, a Divine Mother, a cosmic intelligence. She works on you energetically—through your thoughts, through your body, through your breath. She burns your karmas, reveals your shadows, and transforms your being.
When you are one with her, surrendered to her power, she carries you forward. But during this purification, inner demons rise—horrific shadows from your past lives. If others are around, you may throw tantrums, lash out, or damage relationships.
To prevent this, solitude is required. Not only for your sake but for others’ safety too.
Protection, Purification, and the Guru
During Kundalini awakening, you may witness involuntary bodily movements—shaking, trembling, shivering. You may have terrifying visions: of war, of murder, of death, of abuse. These are not hallucinations—they are energetic releases from past lives.
If you are under the guidance of a true Guru, this journey becomes manageable. I raise the consciousness of my students, amplify their Kundalini power, and provide a protective layer of divine force. This energy protects the brain and nervous system from collapsing under pressure.
Without a Guru, many lose control, end up hospitalized, or are misdiagnosed by psychiatrists who have no understanding of Kundalini.
Kundalini is not a disease. It is the evolutionary impulse of the universe. It is the transformation of your soul. It is beyond matter, beyond logic, beyond psychology.
That is why I advise my students to leave the matrix. Go to the mountains. Find solitude. Do the sadhana—both pre-enlightenment and post-enlightenment. Enlightenment is an energetic process, not an intellectual one.
Bioelectricity and Prana Management
In today’s world, you can still access the highest prana if you know where to look. Prana is bioelectricity. Your cosmic electricity—Kundalini—requires bioelectricity as its fuel. Without this fuel, Kundalini cannot rise.
That means your diet, breath, hydration, and hormonal balance must change. You must eat alone. You cannot share food with others. You need sattvic, high-vibration meals. Lots of fluids. A warm body. Continuous metabolic support. This is non-negotiable.
If you don’t provide these things, your body will collapse. Depression will hit. You may reach a point where you feel you can no longer live.
But in solitude, you can rest, eat, move, and function by instinct. You can listen to your body.
Letting Go of Old Life Structures
Kundalini dismantles your identity. You can no longer work in regular jobs, maintain routine marriages, attend social gatherings, or stay in loud environments. She wants to give you a new birth—from her own womb.
You must understand this: in solitude, your energy becomes thick, powerful, and resistant to Maya. You must create a vortex of power around you.
If you cannot leave your home, then make a sacred room for yourself. That room must not be entered by others. Keep it sealed from the outside world. Let it vibrate with your energy alone.
Your circadian rhythm will shift. You may sleep at odd hours or not sleep at all. That’s okay. Don’t be answerable to anyone.
If you are a digital nomad, an entrepreneur, or a freelancer—this is ideal. But if your work requires rigid commitment, change it. Kundalini will not fit into that mold.
Surrender and Transformation
Kundalini is unpredictable. She may take days, weeks, months, or decades. It depends on your karmic load—accumulated over lifetimes. Her job is to burn it all.
She dissolves your ego, clears your chakras, unblocks your nadis, erases memories, and evaporates the entire identity you once knew.
This is why solitude is essential. You must live by your own rhythm and cultivate life skills to survive alone. Cooking, cleaning, sweeping, washing—these instinctive functions are medicine for the brain. They prevent mental breakdown.
If you remain idle, your brain switches into survival mode. But when you move, clean, cook, walk—the brain understands: “I am safe.” And so, the sympathetic system calms. Sanity is preserved.
Final Instructions
The more you stay in solitude, the more ojas you generate—the vital essence that strengthens your auric field. Avoid gossip, social media, and external validation. All these deplete your energy.
Stay in parasympathetic mode through deep belly breathing. Let the movement of your belly in and out continue throughout the day. Practice conscious breathing, conscious eating, conscious living.
If you need guidance, take my personal consulting. Let me diagnose where you are in your Kundalini journey. Use my clairvoyance. You cannot walk this path alone. Without the Guru, nothing is possible.
I am the only Kundalini Master in the world who works directly on the brain and nervous system. If you want freedom, come with a clean slate. Unlearn everything.
This solitude is your investment in yourself.
And when you value Kundalini this way, Kundalini will reward you.
Because she says:
I am the spirit. I am the life force that has to become free.
I have travelled billions of lifetimes to be free. Now let me work on myself—for my liberation.
Take the first step. Go into solitude.
Let your freedom begin.
