First of all, you need to know the prime difference between sexual energy and lust energy. Sexual energy is the energy of life.
The Prime Difference
It is the energy of Kundalini. Life energy itself is sexual in nature. So when you retain semen and you retain your life force in you, you will get highly aroused with that sexual energy. Your libido is high, and you will feel the urge to transmute that energy to higher dimensions, to higher levels. And that happens only when you start retaining your semen.
On the other hand, the lust energy that you experience is due to releasing semen. Losing semen—when you release your semen through porn, through masturbation, addictions—takes you below the life energy. The energy below the life energy is the energy of the demons: the energy of the negative forces, the energy of the lower vibrational frequency. Those are below the life energy.
Those are below the earth energy, and that energy is coming from your low level of vibrational energy of life. When you release your semen, you are nothing less than a dead body. Look at yourself: if you are addicted to porn and masturbation and you are releasing your semen due to the energy of lust, then look at your condition.
The Depletion of Lust
You are lost in orgies. You are in a dilapidated condition. Your body does not function. Your brain does not function. Your mental health condition is low, and all these energies lead to depression, chronic fatigue, chronic fibromyalgia issues for decades, and you can never recover in your health condition due to your addiction to lower negative energies of lust. So these two are totally different energies, and you need to know how you can increase your sexual energy so that sexual energy is transmuted into a higher quality of fuel for Kundalini to process its journey towards ascension.
If you are losing your semen due to lust energy, due to your addictions, then you are actually depleting the resources of the body and of your energetic system toward an empty vessel, and that is leading to all your problems in life. You cannot recover very fast if you are addicted to porn and masturbation, and you have released your semen for decades now.
The First Instruction: Begin Retention
You have to start retaining your semen to recover from that state first. Only after one year of retaining your semen will you feel that that energy is transmuting into a different kind of life force. When you retain your semen, you are actually replenishing the lost life-energy flow in your body, because semen retention leads to increasing bioelectrical charge in your nerve centers that is reabsorbed by the body, and that increases the quality of nerve-cell functioning in you.

Similarly, when that semen is retained in you, it has the potential to give birth to you, and after one year of retention, you will feel that the same sexual energy is transmuted into a higher level of consciousness, and your level of consciousness is rising.
You are getting access to intuitive powers. Intuitive powers mean you will get insights into your future. You will get the power of sixth sense. You will know that a certain kind of information is coming to you from a distance, and that is due to the ascension of Kundalini to your higher chakras. If you are in your Kundalini awakening journey, then sooner or later these are going to happen in your energy field—if you retain your semen. But if you are losing your semen, you are giving in to the negative forces. You are giving in to the lust energy of the lower vibrational quality, and these are going to demean and deplete your condition further.
Lust Clouds Judgment; Retention Restores Masculine Quality
Moreover, when you are filled with lust energy, you do not know how to function in your life in a sane way. You take brave decisions; you take the wrong decisions. You are attracting lower-quality females in your life if you are in lust energy. On the other hand, if you are retaining your semen, then your sexual energy will be of highly masculine quality, because semen retention will lead to an increase in testosterone level, and that will increase the sexual energy in you of the masculine quality.
And this masculine energy has the power to attract the divine feminine into your life. You do not have to do anything. You have to just exist. You have to live your life purpose, and you will see that good quality of females are getting attracted, and females are there to stay. The high quality of feminine energy is very rare in females nowadays.
Still, from across boundaries, across the wide globe, some energy will get attracted to you, and you will not be deprived of the presence of the feminine in your life. When your own Kundalini is ascending higher and the cosmic orgasm is happening in your own system, you will feel complete as a man, even if no female partner is with you.
The Neurochemistry of Will and Focus
That is the power of sexual energy. That is the power of the real sexual energy that is transmuted into your body and transmuted into pure consciousness. As this energy is transmuted into your body, your dopamine level will increase. When you retain your semen for longer duration, you get the sense of achievement because a huge willpower is required for you to retain semen.
Each time you retain your semen, your musculoskeletal system improves. The nutritional element in the semen goes back to your body because it is reabsorbed by the body, and when it is reabsorbed by the body, it builds your muscles, it builds your bones, it builds your immune system. Your immunity will be high, you will fall sick less, and you will have a high level of dopamine to focus on your work.

Your nervous system, your penis, understand the difference between real sex and using your hands for masturbating. It will feel a bit better for you, but if you are a real man, then you will take the initiative and increase your willpower and strength and stamina to retain your semen to yourself.
Tension and Freedom: The Discipline Required
Because without tension, your freedom is impossible. You are actually drinking poison if you are releasing your semen. You are releasing all the orgone—your vital force—in the body, and that is leading to your low electromagnetic field. Your aura is getting thin, and due to a thin aura these negative forces in the surroundings attack you. If you go deeper into the subtlest energy, you will know that when you have low quality of orgone, you are extremely sensitive to the environment.
Anyone can burst through your energy field and affect you. You get angry very fast. Lust energy does not come alone. Lust energy comes with the energy of anger. You are angry all the time. You are frustrated all the time. You are fearful. You are all the time in insecurity, and you have more lower energies in the form of jealousy.
You get jealous also. You have rage in you. You hate people and you hate. You have the energy of hatred, and that is killing you. These energies are like parasites residing in your body, and they are feeding on you, the host. If you dwell in such kinds of negative energies for a longer duration, then all the time you are in the energy of blaming everything and everyone around you, and you have shame.
You become more and more secluded; you become depressive all the time. You are in anxiety. You cannot breathe well. You have guilt and regret. You are sad. You are filled with grief, agony. You are filled with despair. You feel that life has no purpose. You feel like committing suicide. You do not want to live with these lower energies, these demonic energies. Moreover, this lust energy—
—along with the gain of lower vibration in the form of anger, fear, and everything—brings desires, unlimited desires. You are never desire-free. All the time some desire is running. You want something. You are not satisfied with the basic needs. You are always in want of something. And this want leads you to take abrupt decisions, unconscious decisions.
The Consumerist Spiral
You become a spendthrift. You keep on spending money. You keep on doing online shopping or going to shopping malls to buy unnecessary clothes, unnecessary materials. You bring that material, you stuff your home with materials. You make your home a museum, and after some time you lose interest in that. For a time, for a temporary reason, you feel happiness in buying things, but the very next moment you crash. Spikes of energy happen:
Sometimes you are in your excitement stage, and sometimes you are totally down—and that is the symptom of bipolar. Sometimes you are overexcited, sometimes you are so happy, and at times you are so depressed that nobody can take you out of the depression.
You have all kinds of brain-related health issues and mental health issues like bipolar, schizophrenia. You are all the time in a hallucination state. You do not feel integrated in your body. You are levitated, you are always high, like you have taken drugs.
Also, not only does lust energy lead to shopping and addiction to spending money, but you get addicted to lower quality of life. You attract friends or company or groups of people who are of the same lower energy. These groups make you go into different kinds of addictions like weed, smoking, alcohol, prostitution, and addiction to everything that is of lower vibrational frequency. You go to pubs and other regions where all the demonic energies are, in the form of the people operating there, and since your aura is weak, these demonic energies get transferred fast to your energy field, and it is real. It is very much real. All the time you feel that some demons are operating in you, some monsters are operating in you.
You cannot sleep at night. You take sleeping pills unnecessarily. You have insomnia issues. All these lead to memory loss problems, cognitive loss problems. Your left brain and right brain both do not work. You have Alzheimer’s issues, you have dementia issues. Moreover, chronic fatigue—you are never out of your fatigue. You are never out of your
fibromyalgia issues. You have constipation. You have IBS, irritable bowel syndrome. You never clear your bowel well. You are never hungry. Whenever you are hungry, you feel like eating stale food, junk food, meat that is unhealthy for you. You consume too much. You have an obese condition due to that, or your health keeps on deteriorating day by day.
And if your luck is bad, then through your unconscious sexual activity you get so many diseases—HIV, HPV, and other sexually transmitted diseases from the partners with whom you have slept without any protection. You were so drunk and unconscious that you had sex with so many partners without any protection, and you brought home, in your body, all the diseases, all the viruses.
These are real. I get cases of such horrible kinds of suffering due to the lust energy residing in you. Both males and females suffer from all these things if you have high quality of lust energy. And the moment you start doing semen retention, the opposite happens. Slowly and gradually you turn inward. You turn an introvert.
Turning Inward: Transmutation and Will
Your sexual energy that is in your body—you feel the sexual energy, you feel the sexual urges—but that gives you pleasurable sensation in the body, and that gives you the energy of transmutation. Your willpower increases, and slowly and gradually that keeps on giving you pleasurable sensation, and also that energy is transmuted into the energy of creation. Slowly you start focusing on your work, which is your life purpose.
You go toward fulfilling your life purpose. You come closer to yourself. You go within. You discover the deep ocean in you. You go deep. You dive deep into your own energy field. The journey of inward traveling begins. Lust energy takes you out, takes you away from your center. It takes you out into the world and leads to so many addictions.
On the other hand, sexual energy keeps you and brings you close to yourself. You come closer to yourself. If you know the difference between both these energies, you will definitely choose sexual energy that is transmuted in you, and you will practice immense retention. By no means will you release your semen, and after one year of semen retention, you will never feel like releasing semen.
It is a wastage to release semen. You will know that. Your brain will learn that. Your nervous system will learn that. The neural pathway, the muscle memory that you have taught your brain—to release semen in the form of practicing masturbation—that also required many years of practice. You did not masturbate the moment you were born. You masturbated after your adolescence period.
In your teenage, and maybe in your childhood, you have done that unconsciously, but know that it was a learned behavior and it can be changed by practice. Semen retention is a practice. It is a strong practice that is required for your transmutation of sexual energy, and that sexual energy leads to heightened states of awareness. It leads to heightened presence.
It leads to heightened attention. It leads to a higher level of consciousness. You will start getting access to the intelligence of the universe when you retain your semen beyond one year. The first one year will be challenging. It will be difficult, but slowly, after retaining semen for 30 days, you will feel a shift in energy. You will feel that your Kundalini energy is processing very well in your body.
It is flowing very well in your nervous energy channels. Your nervous system is getting healed. You are getting access to good quality sleep. You sleep well at night. You feel hungry. Bodily functions will improve in the first 30 days. In the next 30 days you will feel strength in your body. You will feel that your bones have some strength.
Similarly, over a period of 100 days, you will feel that your muscles have strength. Your blood quality has improved. Your skin will start glowing because of the nourishment your body is getting through semen retention. When your health is in good condition, gradually your fat will be reduced. All the extra fats in the body will be reduced.
You will feel more energetic. You will feel more like doing exercises, working out, or doing instinctive function in which your body is moving. You will feel that natural urge to move your body, which was otherwise in a depressed condition, lying down in bed, bedridden due to lust energy. You will feel a charge of masculine energy in you after 100 days, and that masculine energy will lead to more adventure, more creation, more challenges.
You will not be fearful. The energy will be transmuted into the energy of being rebellious. You will feel the aggressiveness of the masculine energy of the instinctive man. You will feel that I am… I have gone back in time, and I can feel myself as a man. That energy will make you feel like a warrior, and your posture—your body position—will change.
You will suddenly feel that your chest is up and you are standing in a warrior pose. Most of the time this position will become natural to you. On the other hand, when you are in lust energy, you are in a submissive mode. Your spine does not have any strength. You are mostly collapsed because there is no strength in the bones and muscles to hold your body straight. When your testosterone is high due to semen retention, your position will be upright.
You will go beyond the limitations of the body that you had earlier. Moreover, this semen retention will make you become an explorer of life. You will start taking decisions. You will become a good decision maker, and you will also be able to implement those decisions. It is not only thought; it is not only in mind. The decision-making power will improve because your cognitive functions will improve. Your left brain and right brain—
—the creative brain (right brain) and the logical, decision-making brain (left brain)—both will improve, and you will become more productive. You will be able to work and focus for more hours at your work. The next shift that will happen is: if you were in a job, you will feel the courage to leave your job and start something new on your own.
You will become an inventor. You will become a creator. You will become someone who wants to create his life for the first time. You will see the shift of this sexual transmutation—sex to superconsciousness. What does this mean? Sex to superconsciousness means the same sexual energy that was actually going downward is ascending upward, and when it ascends upward, it leads to the union of cosmic electricity—that is Kundalini Shakti—with the cosmic universal consciousness, the Shiva-Shakti union.
Union, Liberation, and Ongoing Sādhana
Union happens. That is freedom. That is enlightenment. That is liberation and moksha that you attain. Once you attain that state, there is no looking back. You have to do post-enlightenment sadhana with the Guru, and with the Guru you can ascend more and reach the highest—ten highest—levels of consciousness of the universe all the time.
Your intelligence gets upgraded. It never remains the same. The moment you feel that “this is the level I have reached and there is nothing beyond,” a new chapter opens, a new dimension opens. That is possible only through semen retention, and that also in the guidance of the Guru. If the Guru is with you—the Guru who is only one, and that is Guru Sanju—if she is with you, then these are possible.
Without Guru Sanju, nothing is possible. So you have to understand what route you are choosing. This route is the energy of lust, and this is downward. And this is the energy of sexual energy, which is upward. With the same energy, you are at the Everest Base Camp; there are two routes. This is the Everest Base Camp. Either you go down and come to the city—that is going down alone in the matrix—or the other route is toward Mount Everest.
Lust energy takes you toward the city in the matrix, back to the matrix, back to the addictions, back to your lower quality of life—depressed and dead. Sexual energy takes you up toward the sex to superconscious state. When you reach the superconscious state, you want to stabilize in that state because that is power. When you realize you are consciousness, that itself is power, and you do not want to go back to the matrix in the egoic and lower state of lust energy, because lust energy has never served you in any way.
So you do not want to entertain lust energy any more. These both are the same energy; when transmuted in different directions, it takes different forms. If you do not ascend the energy, it goes down. If you ascend the energy, it goes up. The same life force you are depleting into lust energy through releasing semen, and the same energy goes into your superconscious state—
—when transmuted into creation, you become the creator of your life, because now you get access to meaning. Retention for one year will give you access to your life purpose. You will find your ikigai, you will know your energetic reality, and you will be able to flow in the direction of your energetic reality. That is the purpose of Kundalini.
