Kundalini and the Investment of Your Time, Money, and Energy

Kundalini and the Investment of Your Time, Money, and Energy

Most of you are always confused about where to invest your time, money, and energy. Today I will give you absolute practical clarity about the exact steps you need to take to invest your time — which is your life — into the progress of Kundalini.

Your money, whatever investments you have so far, whatever you own in the name of financial investment, whether it is property, assets, business, or a job — it does not matter to Kundalini what the source of your income is. What matters to Kundalini is whether you are fully invested in your life or whether you are invested in the matrix.

What Kundalini Actually Cares About

Right now I am in the Himalayas, in Nepal, in Pokhara, in a region called Methlang. I am completely absorbed in this natural surrounding. You can see the wild jungle, the wilderness, the absence of excessive pollution, and the absence of dense human civilization. All of this makes you connect to Kundalini energy instantly.

When you come to such jungles, as I have shown you in my previous teachings, you can experience advanced levels of tracking, grounding, and nervous system activation. But for that, you have to be fully prepared.

Nature Itself Is a Pranic Transmission

Look at the wind blowing right now. It is filled with negative ions. When you breathe such fresh air, you actually feel the breath going completely inside you. You feel the life force resonating through you.

And how do you make the best use of storing this pranic energy? By doing external Kumbhak in the right way, in the right setting, after moving naturally in the environment.

How to Move in Natural Terrain

For example, let me show you practically how you must move when you are climbing in nature.

When I climb, look at how my feet are being used. Your thigh muscles, calf muscles, and the muscles of the lower body all begin working. You have to climb consciously.

Bend the Body Slightly While Climbing

When you are climbing, bend your body slightly forward. This is scientifically useful because it balances your body against the terrain.

When you do this, your spine moves in a more supportive way. It becomes easier to climb. If you try to go upward in a completely straight posture, gravity pulls your head and upper body backward. But when you bend slightly forward, gravity supports the front body, and you do not feel as much pressure on the spine.

This is what you need to do.

How to Slide or Climb Down Safely

Now, when you are sliding or climbing down, the challenge changes. Your feet need to balance your upper body against the ground.

This kind of nervous system training happens only in such natural terrain.

If there is a certain height from which you need to descend, do not show bravery in a foolish way. Do not take unnecessary risk. Bend your body. Use your hands for support. Hold a rock, a root, or a stable surface, and then climb down very smoothly.

If you do this gently, you will not feel pain or unnecessary strain in your muscles.

You do not need to be a rock climber. You only need to apply your instinctive intelligence.

Using Hands and Legs Together

For example, if you need to climb to a higher point, make sure your hands can hold something stable, such as a rocky surface. Balance your body: one hand here, one leg there, and then lift your upper body.

If you are not able to do it with ease, then gather your force, count internally, and push upward with total involvement.

All this raw wilderness intelligence you will learn from me through my teachings. And if you come physically for the Physical Project, then make sure that all these activities are also going to happen there in the Himalayas.

Malasana for Grounding Kundalini

Now, when you are in nature, you can sit in Malasana like this.

This Malasana posture is extremely important for grounding Kundalini, especially for releasing Apana — the unprocessed prana that remains locked in the pelvic region.

When you sit on the ground like this in Malasana, you will feel a stretch in the pelvic and lower body region. After ten to fifteen minutes of sitting like this, you will feel that the energy from the head has actually grounded into the lower body and then into the earth.

The earth pulls away this excess Apana into itself.

If you are barefoot, the grounding becomes even deeper. But even if you are not barefoot, sitting like this will relax you, bring the energy down from the head into the body, and help you feel grounded.

Touch Nature, Don’t Just Look at It

Another important thing: when you are in nature, try to touch the different formations in nature.

For example, a tree trunk carries a completely different feel and field. Hold it. Touch it. Sense it.

If you find a stick on the path, you can sometimes use it while climbing or descending. A stick can become a natural support.

For example, if you are on a graded track, using a stick as support helps a lot. So make use of what nature gives you.

These are practical guidelines for you when you are in nature.

Why Forest Air Is Different

Now coming back to your investment — what I showed you was only a demonstration of what you can do in such places.

Also try to feel the freshness of the air when you are around trees. The oils released by trees contain antibacterial elements. This means that the air you inhale is being naturally filtered by those oils in the environment.

The medicinal properties of trees help you take in fresher, purer air.

All these benefits you will not get in a park, a city garden, a civilized social setup, or in matrix city life.

Natural Air Versus City Air

Moreover, the air quality of this place is extremely pure. Though it is a cloudy day, despite that, the freshness you feel here is unmatched compared to what you breathe in the city.

You can look from here toward the city and immediately see the difference. The fogginess you see there is not pure fog. It is smog. It is pollution mixed with heavy layers of air, clouds, and moisture, creating a polluted layer that makes the air quality very bad.

This means the AQI — the Air Quality Index — is very high there.

Why I Traveled from Kathmandu to Pokhara

I traveled from Kathmandu to Pokhara to experience the difference in air quality directly. This is how our team is researching different places where you can actually go and experience the best quality of air, prana, and negative ions.

This is where your investment of time, money, and energy should go.

Your Real Investment Should Support Your Evolution

It requires money to be in such places. It is not cheap. It is not available to every human being automatically. That is why you have to personally invest in order to be in such environments.

I am investing in myself, and that is exactly what I am teaching you.

Do not think only in terms of traditional financial investment. Think in terms of life-force investment. Ask yourself whether your money is helping your Kundalini grow, whether your time is serving your evolution, and whether your energy is flowing toward freedom or toward the matrix.

Closing Guidance

More about this I will keep guiding you on the way. I will show you even better places in the coming time — places with more positivity, more sunlight, clearer skies, and more life.

Thank you so much.

Bye-bye. Have a great day.
