Background
This discourse reveals one of the sharpest truths of the Kundalini journey: Kundalini does not support helplessness, passivity, or begging. I, Guru Sanju, speak here from the ground of lived experience, not theory. The central teaching is simple and fierce — if life has been given to you, then you already have enough power to begin. Kundalini is not interested in making weak dependents; she is interested in making warriors, kings, rebels, and conscious beings who invest their time, money, energy, health, and attention into their own evolution. In this discourse, I explain why suffering alone is not enough, why waiting for rescue weakens the journey, and why conscious self-investment is the real devotion Kundalini asks from you. I also share how I work through my own health challenges, not as a victim, but as a warrior, and why movement, sunlight, attention, and disciplined living are essential for true progress.
Kundalini Is Not for Beggars
Kundalini is not for beggars. Kundalini is for the king. Kundalini is interested in making the king, the emperor, the warrior. Every process that Kundalini makes you go through is for making you a warrior, a fighter, a rebellious, instinctive, new being — a new human being who is always on the toes, always alive, always responsive.
Every day I go through the challenges of Kundalini that I need to overcome for that day. Ever since Kundalini has given me powers, she has also given me the responsibility to face challenges with new intelligence. Every time there are hundreds of health challenges in different ways — connected to the nervous system, connected to the brain, connected to digestion, connected to cellular function, connected to energy, connected to the energy field, connected to the heart pumping day and night — I work for my health.
Whatever secrets I develop in this journey, I share with you. I free you from your suffering. And this requires a lot of investment of your time, money, and energy.
If you feel that Kundalini has awakened in you and that it is only a side work, and that you can keep taking help from any saint, any so-called spiritual person, and keep crying to the world, “Help, please help me,” then come on — who will help you if you are not helping yourself?
This is what I want to make clear. Kundalini is not for beggars.
Accidental Awakening Is Not Enough
If you feel that Kundalini is going to reward you simply because you beg others for help, then let me tell you clearly: you are not at all progressing in Kundalini awakening. It may be your notion. It may be your belief that you are going through Kundalini awakening. Maybe Kundalini has accidentally awakened in you, but it is not going to progress any further if you do not invest in your life.
Kundalini is life force herself, and she wants investment of your time, money, and energy in yourself. This means you are going to invest in your health, in your physical health, your emotional health, your energetic health, and everything that you are.
If you cannot take care of yourself in a conscious way, then understand this: conscious living is what Kundalini advocates. Everything you do in your life should be a conscious decision of yours, not an unconscious act coming from desires or lower energies of lack and deprivation.
The insecure and inferior feeling in you about anything makes you take decisions that come from lack. They come from helplessness.
Yes, energetically you may reach a stage of helplessness, especially during the Dark Night of the Soul. But what if you have the sessions for it? What if you have the Guru who can work on you? Right now, I am the Guru who is working on Kundalini cases throughout the world. Yet even after getting the Guru, you still want to beg like a beggar who has no resources and no intention.
What you are really lacking is willingness and ability — both.
You Are Not as Helpless as You Think
In the Kundalini awakening journey, you are not in as bad a situation as you imagine. First of all, you are alive. This is enough. This is enough. You have not died yet. Your soul has not left the body. This means you have ample power to get up.
That is where the truth begins.
You still have a body. You still have breath. You still have some capacity to move, feel, decide, and respond. If that is present, then the foundation is already there.
My Own Example: Pain, Movement, and Intelligence
For example, I have pain in my legs. For the last few days it has been aching. But I am not stopping movement. I am doing all the techniques to get free from this problem.
A few techniques I can show you. Somewhere in the ankle, in the knee, there is pain. And I am doing movement with mouth exhalation while walking. When I do it with mouth exhalation, the pain is not there in the same way. But when I do it without mouth exhalation, the pain comes back.
This is not theory for me. This is daily life. This is experiment. This is warriorship.
I come to the park from wherever I am staying. I walk almost three to five kilometers daily. Earlier I used to walk seven to eight kilometers, even ten kilometers. I used to walk on mountain tops also. But for a few days, since the weather is too cloudy, since there is a lot of inflammation in the body, since there has been no proper sunlight for almost a month, and it has been raining day and night, even a healthy body can get sick. And somehow I got hurt. I do not know exactly how — maybe due to inflammation. But I am still trying to remain in motion, in movement, in action.
I am not sitting at home, lying on the bed, bedridden, doing nothing. I am doing techniques, and at the same time I am keeping my movement active. This is what is helping me. This is what Kundalini wants from me.
The Guru Cannot Become a Victim
The Guru cannot sit idle. The Guru cannot just become a victim. The Guru is the master. The Guru is powerful. The Guru is the warrior. Since I am the warrior, I can tell you how to be a warrior.
Take control of your life in your own hands and stop begging from other people for help. Start investing your time, money, and energy in your life. Stop all the nonsense activities where you have diverted your attention.
With my attention, I can be pain-free.
This is not a motivational line. This is lived reality. Attention is power. And when attention is disciplined, the body, energy, and mind begin to reorganize.
Sunlight, Prana, and the Reduction of Pain
The second thing is this: my pain reduced today when, somehow, for one hour, sunlight was there, and I took the morning sunlight.
Sunlight has all the benefits. That is why the sun is the ultimate source of prana. Without the sun, even if you have all the resources of nature, it is not going to help you fully in reducing inflammation. Inflammation is the root cause behind much of the pain, fatigue, fibromyalgia, and many other issues.
So even a healthy body like mine can get sick if I do not give it the right resources. And it requires huge investment of my time, money, and energy into my life.
Then where do I have the time for anything else, other than focusing on my life?
This is what I have been teaching you so far.
Withdraw Attention, Stop Addictions
So stop begging. Start investing.
How will you invest?
First of all, withdraw your attention from everything unnecessary where you have placed it. Start investing in your health first.
Second, stay away from all kinds of addiction. Addiction kills you unknowingly. It reduces your lifespan. Addictions of any kind — even addiction to speaking spiritual texts endlessly, or gossiping about spirituality — are addictions. They waste your valuable energy.
Your mitochondria produce a lot of energy when the body gets oxygen, water, and nutrition from food. That is all your body fundamentally needs. And along with that, if you do not get sunlight, then you do not get the energy. Your cells do not get the resources to produce energy. Then you do not get the energy to live life.
And whatever energy is produced in your body gets used up by your mind. So ultimately, there is a leakage of energy. Whatever is produced gets drained.
These teachings can be felt by you only when you actually work on your life.
Do Not Take Kundalini for Granted
If you keep taking Kundalini for granted, then Kundalini is going to take you for granted. Not only in this life — you may not be free in many lives ahead. There is no guarantee that you will take another birth at all.
So if this birth is given to you, and this life is given to you, and if you are alive, then you have enough resources to invest in yourself.
This is the point.
Stop acting helpless when life itself is still flowing in you.
Become a King
Stop begging. Become a king. Invest in yourself.
This is Kundalini’s language. This is Kundalini’s demand. This is Kundalini’s dignity.
The beggar wants rescue.
The king wants mastery.
The beggar waits.
The king acts.
The beggar complains.
The king invests.
The beggar leaks life.
The king builds life.
So ask yourself today: in your Kundalini journey, are you begging, or are you becoming royal? Are you escaping, or are you investing? Are you waiting to be saved, or are you walking, breathing, taking sunlight, disciplining attention, and becoming a warrior?
Because Kundalini is not for beggars.
She is for kings.
