DPDR During Kundalini? This Walking Technique Fixes It

I, Guru Sanju, speak here on one of the most painful and confusing states many people face in the Kundalini awakening journey: DPDR, which means derealization and depersonalization. This state makes you feel cut off from the body, disconnected from life, unable to feel Earth, movement, presence, or even your own aliveness. Many wake up in the morning already feeling outside the body, and this can continue for days, weeks, months, or even years. In this discourse, I share a direct, practical, body-based method that I myself use and teach my students to overcome these symptoms. The emphasis is not on theory alone, but on movement, breath, sunlight, heart-rate activation, brain and nervous system integration, and nature exposure. This is a demonstrative teaching meant to bring you back into life, back into the body, and back into the natural functioning of your human organism.

Kundalini Awakening and DPDR Symptoms

Kundalini awakening and DPDR symptoms. DPDR means derealization and depersonalization. Derealization and depersonalization mean that you are not feeling in the body. You always feel out of the body when you get up in the morning, and for days, weeks, and maybe for years now, you are feeling the same.

So this is a demonstrative teaching of what you should do when you are having DPDR symptoms. This is the movement practice that I do to be free from DPDR, and I will be giving you the guidelines and suggestions for actually overcoming DPDR permanently through your brain and nervous system.

What You Should Do Immediately

So let us start with what you should do immediately.

First of all, do not sit at home. Get out of your home and get going. Go out. Have a walk. And you should do it with mouth exhalation.

This mouth exhalation technique is extremely powerful. I will show you how you should do it. This is short mouth exhalation. It has to be continuous. This is the technique you should follow.

For continuous ten to fifteen minutes, you should keep walking and keep doing this mouth exhalation. When you do this, you will feel that after ten to fifteen minutes of walking, you are feeling integrated in the body. You are feeling that life is good.

Why DPDR Happens

First of all, you need to know why this happens. If you are having the symptoms of DPDR, this means that you are actually not integrated in the brain and nervous system. For that reason, you have to continuously do this mouth exhalation.

When you are not integrated in the brain and nervous system, this means that you cannot live your life. This means that you cannot feel life. This means that you cannot be fully on Earth.

If you do not feel the body, if you do not feel on Earth, then what happens? The soul does not want to live this life. That is why you cannot feel strong in the body.

If You Want to Feel Life, You Must Move

If you have to feel life, then you have to actually move your body. And to move your body, you have to be in the body. But you cannot be in the body if there is no energy in the body.

There is no energy in the body because there is no sufficient heart-rate activation happening. This means that if you want to feel your body, your heart rate must be higher. This means that you should feel alive. This means that you should be active the moment you get up in the morning.

What I Do and What My Students Do

So what I do to be free from this issue, and what my students do, is this: walk five to seven kilometers daily. Five to seven kilometers daily. And when you do this every day with mouth exhalation practice, slowly, slowly, slowly, after fifteen to twenty minutes of walking, you feel that your heart rate has increased.

You should also walk according to a certain pace. You should make sure that you are not stopping. It has to be continuous walking, and the mouth exhalation should also be continuous.

The Hundred-Day Practice

If you do this practice for one hundred days continuously — meaning five to seven kilometers, or even eight kilometers of walking with mouth exhalation, this short mouth exhalation that I described in the beginning — then many things will change.

You should feel alive.

When to Do It

And when should you do it? Do it in the morning, the way I am doing it, when the sun is shining. The sun is the most important source of negative ions and a huge volume of prana.

If you do this in sunlight, in bright sunlight, then you will know that you are feeling better day by day. Sunlight is life force. Sunlight is the highest source of life.

If you connect to your life force, then you will feel like coming into the body.

Sunlight, Open Space, and Nature

There are multiple benefits to doing this in sunlight, open space, and nature around you. You need to know that there are many dimensions to treating yourself from this extreme level of out-of-body experience.

If you are already living in a city, then you need to change your city. You need to change your place of residence, at least for one hundred days. You should go out into the mountain region, or anywhere there is abundance of nature.

When you do so, you will know that things are changing. You are getting better day by day.

Freeze Mode Must Be Released

Apart from this, there are multiple other techniques that I adopt in my life and teach others to overcome this state when the brain and nervous system go into freeze mode. That freeze mode needs to be released. It needs to be released from its frozen state.

As you can see, I am speaking and moving at the same time. My heart rate has increased, and so has my energy. I am feeling alive. I am feeling so much in control of my body and nervous system.

This will happen to you too.

Do Not Waste Time Thinking

So do not waste your time thinking too much about what will happen to you if you are going through Kundalini awakening. Just get out of your house and start walking. Start moving. Start doing mouth exhalation.

Things will become better and better, day by day.

If you truly want to come back into your body, then stop sitting in fear and confusion. Movement is the beginning. Sunlight is the beginning. Breath is the beginning. Heart-rate activation is the beginning. Nature is the beginning. The body wants life, and life returns when you give the body what it needs.

Walk. Exhale. Move. Feel. Repeat.
