Green Nature Opens the Heart and Heals Life

Background

I, Guru Sanju, speak here about one of the simplest and most direct healing truths of life: nature heals by opening what has become contracted within you. When you expose yourself to greenery, open sky, sunlight, fresh air, and the unknown spaces of life, your heart center begins to expand, your breathing improves, and the stuck energies of depression, anxiety, stress, and fear start dissolving. This is not philosophy for me. It is lived experience. In this discourse, I show how the green color of nature affects your eyesight, your breath, your heart center, and your inner expansion. I also show why exploring the unknown is essential if you want to come out of fear and stagnation. Through stillness, observation, breath, sunlight, and courageous movement into the unknown, life begins returning to its natural form. Even the discovery of something as small as a wild strawberry becomes a teaching: when you explore life, hidden treasures appear, outside and inside you.

The Green Color of Nature Opens the Heart

You can see the green color of the grass and nature, and the green color is very important for your eyesight and for opening your heart center — the energy vortex responsible for your expansion and breathing.

If you expose yourself to green color and open sky in nature, you will find that your heart center is expanding and your breathing is improving.

If you are suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, or any kind of blockage in your breathing patterns, and if you feel that you are not living your life, then get out into nature like this. Go into open space. Take fresh air. Breathe slowly, gently, one breath at a time.

And when you do that, observe how you feel.

Expose Yourself to Sunlight, Sky, and Wild Nature

Expose yourself to sunlight. Expose yourself to nature, to the jungle, to the wildness around you. Start observing things, objects, and natural beings.

Stop at one thing at a time. Observe each leaf, each natural being, each form of life. See how everything is in stillness — not complaining, not in stress, and in harmony with everything else.

This itself is a teaching. Nature does not resist its own being. Nature does not fight itself the way human beings do. Nature remains in its own order, its own intelligence, its own presence.

Breathe One Breath at a Time

When you come into such a space, do not rush. Do not drag your old mind into the open field. Just breathe.

Take one breath at a time. Slowly. Gently. Let the breath enter. Let the breath leave. Let the body begin to feel that it is safe to be alive.

Most of you are not breathing with ease because your energy is stuck. Your fear is stuck. Your heart is contracted. Your chest is closed. Your attention is scattered. But when you come into nature and start breathing consciously, the body begins to remember life.

Observe Stillness and Harmony

When you start observing nature properly, you begin to understand something very important: everything is simply being. Every leaf is being. Every tree is being. Every blade of grass is being. Nothing is trying to prove itself. Nothing is trying to compete. Nothing is trying to impress.

Everything is in stillness, and yet everything is alive.

This is the state you need to learn from nature. You need to become still without becoming dead. You need to become alive without becoming restless. You need to become harmonious without suppressing yourself.

Explore the Unknown Every Day

And when you walk, make sure that you are exploring the unknown. Go into unknown places every day.

You do not need to fear. You need to transform your energy of fear into courage. This is one of the most important shifts in life.

Most people remain stuck because they repeat the known. They walk the same road, think the same thoughts, meet the same energies, carry the same fears, and then wonder why life is not changing.

But life changes when you move into the unknown. The unknown shocks your system into awakening. The unknown opens perception. The unknown returns freshness to your being.

Transform Fear into Courage

You do not become free from depression, anxiety, and stuckness merely by wishing for freedom. You become free when you transform fear into courage.

Courage does not mean the absence of fear. Courage means you keep moving even while fear is present. You step into the unknown. You trust life. You trust your breath. You trust your movement. You trust the path that is opening in front of you.

That is how the energy changes. That is how the nervous system learns a new reality. That is how the body stops collapsing inward and starts expanding outward again.

Life Returns in Its Natural Form

Do this and see what happens.

I found wild strawberries — so small, so hidden, so beautiful. And this happened only because of my exploration into the unknown. If I had stayed in the same known place, I would never have found them.

This is how life works. When you explore the unknown outside, you begin to discover the unknown inside. You too will find the diamond hidden inside you when you do this kind of exploration.

And life will come back to you in its natural form.

The Hidden Diamond Within You

You think your healing is somewhere far away. You think your freedom is in some future event. You think your happiness will come later, after everything becomes perfect.

But the truth is different. The diamond is already hidden inside you. It is your own life force, your own breath, your own heart center, your own courage, your own ability to feel and expand.

Nature helps you remember it. Exploration helps you uncover it. Stillness helps you recognize it.

Keep Smiling, Keep Exploring

So there is no need to worry.

Keep smiling. Keep exploring. Keep exposing yourself to greenery, open sky, sunlight, and wild nature. Keep breathing gently. Keep observing one thing at a time. Keep walking into the unknown. Keep transforming fear into courage.

And slowly, naturally, beautifully, life will begin returning to you.

Closing

The green of nature is not just a color. It is medicine for the eyes, medicine for the heart, medicine for the breath, and medicine for the stuck life force within you.

So go out. Breathe. Observe. Explore. Feel. Let life return.

Enjoy, enjoy.
