Use your body. Walk three to four hours, five hours, whatever is required.
Go and drink Ganga water. When you are near Ganga, find a place where people are not bathing and the water is drinkable. Drink it. It purifies you.
I have done this multiple times. When I go for three to four months, I keep drinking that water. It purifies energy channels, digestive system, heals the brain. It has that power.
So use Ganga water to burn karmic loads in your energy channels.
If you follow this in the first month itself, many shifts will happen.
Right now, up in the Himalayas it is too cold, so this is not the right time to go. Go after January. From February you can plan. From February to May, till rainy season begins, remain near Ganga in the Himalayas. That will be the turning point of your life.
