Freedom from Fibromyalgia Through Rib Cage Opening
Fibromyalgia is the condition in which you have pain and fatigue all the time, and it has been chronic for years, even decades. You may have used all the methods, all the techniques, all the yoga, all the meditation, and many other ways to get free from fibromyalgia, but you are still not free.
So here is my technique — the technique through which I got free, and through which my patients and clients get free.
Start implementing it.
And in the very beginning itself, I am telling you this clearly: if you want yourself to become healthy, you have to work with me through the Freedom Project, through which I work on your case exclusively and you take action for whatever is needed.
In the case of fibromyalgia, you are usually unable to do everything on your own. That is why this discourse is just a hope for you — that you can get free.
Even if by applying these techniques you feel one percent or two percent change in yourself, that itself is enough reason for you to contact my team for further projects or consultation, whatever is required for you.
The Core Reason Behind Fibromyalgia
First of all, you need to know what is happening to you in fibromyalgia. What is the core reason behind this condition?
Trauma that happened in childhood, or trauma that happened at any point in your life, is the main reason.
When trauma hits you because of some uncertain external situation, what happens?
Your brain goes into freeze mode.
And when your brain goes into freeze mode, the first major region affected is your solar plexus.
The Solar Plexus, Rib Cage, and Freeze Mode
This is your solar plexus — the triangular area below the rib cage region. Here is the rib cage. Below it is the triangle region, the solar plexus area, where the center of the diaphragm is located, and where major vagus nerve points are interconnected.
This is one of the main points of freeze mode.
Due to freeze mode, contraction happens. This means your body goes into a held position.
And when this holding happens, what is really happening?
Even right now, you can check it in your own body.
When you are in a hold position, your rib cage remains in a contracted condition. Look at my chest and posture. This is the posture. You walk in this posture. You sit in this posture. But this posture is never improved.
For example, you are sitting. You are sitting in this posture. This posture stops your breathing. And that is the main problem happening to you.
Why Breathing Methods Alone Do Not Heal Fibromyalgia
To correct the breathing, you may have implemented many methods of breathing. But you have never worked on correcting the rib cage posture itself.
That is why the problem continues.
So how do you change it?
One by one, I will share the techniques.
If you do not understand it, I guide you. You can take my consultation. But right now, just understand how your rib cage should be.
Your Rib Cage Is Not Only in Front
First, you need to know that your rib cage is not only the front body part. Most of you think rib cage means only the front part. It is not true.
It is also at the back.
Your shoulder blades — this curved region here — are also part of the rib cage system. And when you are contracted like this, your shoulder blades and the back rib cage region are also contracted.
Your lungs are also contracted.
Your lungs cannot expand to their full capacity.
This means your diaphragm is affected, your respiratory centers are affected, and your rib cage constricts the lungs.
Your heart is also affected. Your heart is on the left side, and all of these major organs of breathing are interconnected.
The Heart Is Central to Expansion
Those of you who think the lungs are the only respiratory organ, let me clarify this to you.
The heart is the major organ of respiration in terms of feeling expansion.
The heart is the organ that makes you feel expansive.
If the heart is not working well, then you remain in contracted mode.
So freeze mode happens from the brain later. First, freeze mode happens from the heart, because your heart’s electromagnetic field constricts. Then your lungs contract, your rib cage contracts, and freeze mode spreads through the nervous system.
All of these connected things can be reversed.
How to Reverse It: Give the Brain Biofeedback
First of all, you have to give your brain biofeedback.
How do you give the biofeedback?
By changing the posture.
Your skeletal system is a strong system in you. After the muscular system, you also need to work on the bone structure. Your spine is a bone structure. Your rib cage is a bone structure.
If you change your bone structure and alignment, a shift will happen in you.
All this understanding was necessary so that you can understand how to work on your rib cage.
Step One: Expand the Side Belly and Rib Support Muscles
First of all, you need to know that your rib cage is connected with the muscles in the belly region.
So one technique you can do is to expand your belly from the sides.
How to do it?
When you inhale, try to expand this side region outward by pushing the muscles outward.
As you inhale, this part should expand. As you exhale, it should go inward.
Look closely. This is how you expand and contract — expanding while inhaling, contracting while exhaling.
So for a few moments, the technique is only this:
Inhale — expand.
Exhale — contract.
Inhale — expand.
Exhale — contract.
This is the first step.
When you do this, all the muscles connected to your rib cage region begin to expand, including support for the lungs.
First, do it for at least ten to twenty-one rounds until you feel that this region is becoming flexible.
Step Two: Open the Rib Cage Through Upward Expansion
The next step is to expand your rib cage itself.
How do you expand your rib cage?
There are many methods, but one simple method is to change your posture through your eyes and neck.
For example, you are in this normal posture. Now slowly begin to focus your eyes upward and start looking at the sky. Let your eyes lead you.
This is important because for many people, if they focus on other body parts first, it becomes difficult. So let the eyes guide the expansion.
Start looking slowly, slowly, slowly upward — almost ninety degrees upward toward the sky or toward the sun.
You will see that your neck begins to expand, your chest begins to expand, your spine begins to take the natural S-shape, your pelvic region goes slightly out, and automatically your rib cage expands.
Once this posture is attained, then slowly lift your arms and take them slightly backward like this, expanding in this position.
When you do this, you will feel a major difference in the opening of the rib cage. Not only the front part opens — the back part also opens and becomes more flexible.
Step Three: Dynamic Rib Cage Opening Rotation
Once this second step is attained, the third step is to actually open the rib cage dynamically.
How do you do this?
Take your hands and hold them together like this. You can interlock or grip your thumbs so that the hold becomes stable.
Now make your legs into a triangle-like stance. Lock your knees gently while doing this pose.
Your spine should remain straight. Do not move the body haphazardly. Your center of alignment should remain aligned with your center of gravity.
This means your spine should stay vertical, around ninety degrees.
Now begin to rotate from the upper body with your hands. Take the movement to the extreme, but in control, and do it twenty-one times.
One round. Then again. One means one side to the other side. Slowly, slowly, try to take the movement a little more backward as flexibility improves.
Do it twenty-one times.
Once this is done, your body becomes more open.
Step Four: Learn Actual Instinctive Walking
The next step is to make the movement instinctive.
If you only do these techniques three to four times a day, but for the rest of the twenty-four hours you live in contraction, then you will not heal your fibromyalgia permanently.
It depends on how you live life during the remaining twenty-three hours of the day.
Even if you go to the gym or do exercise, you may only do that one hour or two hours maximum. But how do you live life? How do you walk? How do you stand? How do you carry your confidence?
That determines whether you are going to recover from fibromyalgia permanently.
How You Should Walk
Whenever you are walking, your posture should be confident. It should be open.
This region — where your diaphragm is — is also where the trauma is held.
Now that I have shown you how to open the rib cage, try to walk like a confident man or a confident person.
This itself creates a major difference.
Forget the wrong posture taught by civilization — pulling your belly in all the time.
You need to let your belly expand like a balloon and walk confidently.
Your shoulders should be in an open position.
When you turn around, you should do it with confidence. You should look upward with confidence.
Your posture should be like a warrior.
This is the warrior posture.
The warrior posture gives biofeedback to the brain that you are no longer in freeze mode.
This is all neurological connection with the brain, and it truly helps.
Why Environment Matters for Healing
Most importantly, where are you doing all these activities?
Ideally, it should be in a jungle, and the Himalayan jungle is one of the most ideal places for this.
This is raw nature. This is one of the best places to do such practices.
After doing these demonstrations, you should walk like an instinctive human being, an open person, and feel the difference.
You will feel that your chest is opening and you are feeling good.
The happy hormones will start getting released. Dopamine will be released. Testosterone will be released.
Conditions Required for Recovery
Most importantly, the external conditions also matter.
Sunlight is important.
Greenery is important.
Raw nature like this is important.
Raw earth, rocks, and the quality of air are all important.
Just look at the steps created from stones and rocks, and this raw nature around.
If you do all of this in the cities, you will not be free from fibromyalgia, because what determines oxygenation in the blood is the quality of oxygen that you are inhaling, and the quality of prana that you are inhaling.
This place is filled with negative ions. You can instantly feel the freshness. All of these factors contribute toward fibromyalgia recovery.
The 100-Day Healing Reality
If you are truly sick, tired, and have suffered enough, then you need to know that you must spend at least one hundred days in such an area.
If this becomes the purpose of your life, you will be free faster. You will become free and open to new opportunities and new possibilities.
How Much You Need to Walk
You need to walk at least seven to eight kilometers daily.
Three to four hours a day minimum.
The maximum could be anything — it depends on your intensity and how fast you want to recover.
If you want to recover faster, then you have to increase the intensity of oxygenation and vasodilation that happens due to everything I have mentioned.
The Core Secret: Increase Heart Rate Naturally
Ultimately, your cells are not receiving the oxygen they need.
This means your blood is not carrying oxygenated blood properly to the cells, and your heart is not working at optimum capacity.
So the core secret behind all of this is to increase your heart rate naturally.
If your heart rate improves, your electromagnetic field becomes expansive, and your heart starts giving better signals to the brain.
Your primitive brain understands all of this.
It does not understand civilization, construction, cities, pollution, and population.
There is not a single human being in the surrounding here. I discovered this path myself. This is one of the ways toward the Australian Camp, and the other geographical details you can look up yourself. Some homework you should also do for your own life.
I am giving you the hints and the direction toward which you can flow.
Final Message
It was a great sharing with you — the actual secrets that healed me.
I have been doing this for years.
If you want to take responsibility for your life, you can do so.
All right.
