Background
I, Guru Sanju, speak here through a deeply practical post-awakening teaching in which I guide a student through grounding, integration, decluttering, instinctive movement, and nervous system regulation. This is not abstract spirituality. It is a direct method for helping the awakened body function again in daily life. When Kundalini becomes active, suffering may reduce, pain may dissolve, and consciousness may expand, yet the brain and nervous system may still remain unprepared to process the magnitude of energetic change. In such a state, a person can feel overcharged, congested, head-heavy, sleepless, disconnected from ordinary life, and unable to function in the matrix in the old way. Through full-body tapping, mouth exhalation, instinctive household activities, spaciousness, less clutter, abdominal breathing, and practical daily structure, I show how excess subtle energy can be converted into grounded life. This teaching is about integration, not escape. It is about becoming embodied, natural, spacious, and fully alive.
Beginning the Session
Hello. Good evening. Well, good morning there.
All right. How are you?
Yes. Feeling? Yes, feeling a little better in the body.
Everything is blockage, and that needs to be removed. And I will teach you techniques today, two powerful techniques, which will first remove the blockages and then balance your system. You can do this, and I will tell you later when to do it, but first of all I need to know a few things about your lifestyle.
What is your daily routine? At what time do you get up? What is the sunrise time? And how do you begin your day?
Mouth Exhalation Before Any Activity
So whatever your brain is signaling towards — for example creative writing or anything else — you should start doing it without thinking. But to reach there, to reach that point, you need to start with mouth exhalation.
For example, first do three to four rounds of mouth exhalation. Get to the place. Get the cup. Get whatever pen, whatever things, whatever infrastructure is required. That is secondary. First, your brain and nervous system should be in tune.
Whenever you do mouth exhalation, you actually prepare the body with ample energy to do any physical task. So start from the bed itself. Start doing mouth exhalation, and start moving your body. Even if you are going to the washroom in the morning, after getting up from bed, start with mouth exhalation and see, with each motion of the body, what happens.
If you are doing mouth exhalation, after some time your body will be recharged with fuel, and you will be able to move your body. This is the first thing you should do.
The First Major Technique: Full-Body Tapping
The next most important technique is tapping.
Do you know about tapping? Full-body tapping?
No.
Okay. So first, watch what your energy level is right now. Just be aware of your energy level.
Now I will teach you the tapping technique. If you are sitting on the bed, or just lying down, start tapping your head and face first. Like this. Do it with me. Like this? Yes. Keep tapping. Slowly move your hands toward the head.
You can use force.
All the parts should be tapped. It is like you are painting your body, and you are using your hands. So all the parts should be tapped.
For example: first the head region. Then neck. Shoulder. Then full body. Hands. Then chest. Belly. Abdomen region. Back. Shoulder. Like this. Both sides. Legs. Highest belly. Pelvic region. Hardest. Lower back. Feet. Like this. You need to tap the full body and do this for at least fifteen to twenty minutes.
Why Tapping Works
This technique is important for vasodilation. Vessel dilation means that at night, due to Kundalini energy, your whole body, nervous system, blood capillaries, and everything go into constricted mode because of the high voltage of electricity running in your system.
It is a threat for the nervous system. Your brain and nervous system cannot process Kundalini, first of all. So the system goes into freeze mode to save the body.
And it happens every night until the Kundalini work is done — to make you free, to process everything, to bring powers, all the process for what and how you are born. It will continue until your brain and nervous system are getting ready and prepared.
Every time, the system needs blood circulation to happen in order to function well. And when it is in constricted mode, it cannot function well. With this technique alone, you can start with fifteen minutes. If you feel it is helping you, you can extend it up to twenty minutes, thirty minutes — full-body tapping for twenty to thirty minutes continuously.
You will get burps. A lot of sweat will come. All the blockages in your muscle fascia will release. Your own experience will guide you in what to do next.
So start with one day.
Yes. In the morning, after getting up, you do it for thirty minutes. But in the daytime, if you feel fatigued, sluggish, or feel that energy is building up again, and you are getting lethargic — whenever you feel that your body is not moving much, or you are more in the head — start doing this technique.
Energy Must Be Used in Creativity
Yes. So that energy, you have to use it in creativity. It is like energy transmutation is happening. All the energy stuck in the mind — trauma, ego, suffering from all these years — is getting released. So it has come for creative purpose.
You have to utilize that energy in creative pursuits, which involve mostly instinctive activities. Instinctive activities mean it could be swimming, it could be running, it could be creating something from the source, it could be creating music, artistic things, all these things. It could be cooking. It could be cleaning the house. It could be decluttering the house.
You can begin with decluttering. It will release most of the energies every day.
Decluttering as Daily Sadhana
Yes. Decluttering also, I make it happen with a technique called this: every day you need to throw at least ten things out of your house. Throw means you can donate, you can sell, you can discard, but ten things at a time.
If you feel that is too much, then do it in a manageable way every day. Because what happens is that when you start the process, it is very exciting. But after some days the process becomes boring. So, so that it does not become boring, you can declutter in segments.
For example, take your bedroom. Work for one hour there. Throw ten things away. That is the task of the day.
But if you have more energy and feel that decluttering is a must, then take a project of seven days or ten days — that in these ten days you are going to declutter everything. So that will also bring you sleep, because it is stuck energy. Your system wants more space, and it is not getting it. It is just cluttered by metals and metals and metals, and that piling up of matter has created blockages in your energy field.
The Importance of Spaciousness
Just close your eyes. I will make you aware of energy field and the importance of spaciousness.
Close your eyes and go to the mountains. If you have ever visited any mountain, go there. And if you have visited Switzerland — very good. So you know the spaciousness of Switzerland: green meadows, mountains around, less people, less pollution, less of everything, more of nature.
Yes, because it is an energy vortex. It is one of the world’s best places.
So just get in tune with that energy which you have already experienced and try to feel that energy now. Get into that groove. Whatever you saw, whatever you felt, whatever you experienced that time.
That energy is dear to consciousness. It is dear to the brain. It is dear to the nervous system. It makes you feel abundance. It makes you feel that you are expansive. It makes you feel the possibilities of life. It is life.
Yes, yes. So you are getting into the vagus nerve. That is why you are becoming dizzy. This state is good.
So when you come back and look around again, your mind becomes active. Because this is again congestion in your energy field. Matter, matter. It is like — okay, I will give you another analogy. You will understand.
There is a giraffe, okay, and there is a horse. The giraffe needs bigger space, and the horse needs a little lesser space than the giraffe. So when a human being is living in a house, his mind is like this horse. So it needs this house, this furniture, this and that, and it can survive in that space.
But when Kundalini is working in you, you are no more just a human being. You are no more that personality. You become God. You become the universe, and that universe is expansive. So how can that expansive universe live in a smaller space?
So practically speaking, you have to get rid of the stuff. There should be less.
What Has Happened to You
You need to know what happened to you and what is happening to you. This is where my diagnosis is very important.
The awakening has happened. The suffering has dissolved. Pain has dissolved. But there is a phase called post-enlightenment sadhana. That post-enlightenment sadhana means integration of the energy with the brain and nervous system.
And all this energetic mastery method that I am teaching is for integration of energy with brain and nervous system. Consciousness is there. Energy has become universal because it is united. There is no personality left. So what happens? Your body is like an instrument of energetic downloads.
These energetic downloads are subtle electricity, and that electricity flows through your nervous system. But your brain and nervous system are not ready to process that energy as a human being functioning in the matrix. Human functioning in the matrix is designed to function in the matrix — for those who are not going through awakening.
It is like programming. You are programming the human being. But when Kundalini awakens in the last birth, it awakens to unfold many lost, many dormant potentials in you.
For example, your eyes have been looking in the same way from the perspective of the mind. But as you go deeper and deeper, as you become more conscious, you will see that perspective changes. Actually, you do not see objects anymore. You see energies. You see everything as vibrating energy.
And this will happen. This will happen eventually. Your wife may be in front of you, and suddenly you will feel that you can see only soul in her, or an energy being talking to you.
The Third Eye and the Unknown
Yes. So that is a certain kind of energy from the third eye coming to you, to read the energies of people. If your third eye is more fully open, then you will be able to read more energies. This is going to happen eventually.
But what is creating problem in you is the known. The known is not letting go of the known and not going into the unknown. This journey is totally unknown. That is where the role of the Guru comes.
The Guru is not a person. Guru is a frequency. When you tune into that frequency internally, some guidance comes to you, and that guidance will guide you. But if you are ignoring that guidance, it means the known is not letting you go.
Give the Brain an Alternative
I will give you a few instinctive activities. Start doing them because your brain will revolt if you do not give it an alternative. Because you will spend most of the time in reading, and that is being taken away from the brain-mind, so it is going to default back.
So there are a few instinctive activities you will start doing.
Activity One: Cleaning the Dishes
Number one activity is cleaning the dishes in the kitchen. Whenever you feel like you can do it, do it. But morning is the best time. It will start your system.
After getting up from bed, do the tapping for twenty to thirty minutes. After that, start cleaning the dishes. Whatever dishes are in the kitchen, if you are working from home and you are available throughout the day, then you can take up this activity at any time.
And in one day you will feel a certain difference. Whatever difference comes, just keep noticing. But do not expect any result. It is like you are teaching your brain how to function as a human being in a natural way, not the way created by civilization.
Cleaning has many energetic factors. It actually rejuvenates the nervous system. It is the water element. When you are washing and using water, something in your brain and nervous system makes you feel safe. It releases the freeze mode, and it makes you feel like a normal human being, a healthy human being. No energetic work is going on there. It is simply that something happens. I want you to experience that.
Activity Two: Sweeping the House
The next activity is sweeping the house. Not with a vacuum cleaner. If you have a traditional broom, use that. Use your full body. I will share a video with you later, maybe today or tomorrow, where I have shown how to do it.
You use your full body like this. All the instinctive monkey-like movements, how they move. This is the way you should use your full body. Really like this. When you take action, your body should be there in the action.
Activity Three: Mopping the Floor
The next is mopping the floor. The same way, you need to use your full body. Extend your body in front like this and do it like this. This will release a lot of energy.
This is one of the happiest activities for grounding because the body goes into total instinctive engagement.
Activity Four: Washing Clothes by Hand
The next is washing clothes with your hands. Start with one cloth, maybe trousers, maybe a bedsheet, but do it. Make use of your full body.
And do it sitting in a squat position, like this, taking the bucket the traditional way. These four activities will ground you the highest. These are instinctive activities that I do myself. I teach my students and everyone.
Abdominal Breathing with Hands on the Navel
The last is this breathing, which I have taught many others before. Lie down on the bed and make your hands like this, then place them on the navel. For five to ten breaths, inhale and inflate your belly, and exhale and deflate your belly.
You need to do this for at least ten rounds. After that, leave it and just relax.
Mostly, you can do this breathing after all the physical activities. Mopping, cleaning, when your body is extremely tired, then you can just relax and this will do magic for you. It grounds whatever extra energy you have.
Let me explain this from the perspective of feel. You have generated electricity. You have used electrical energy into mechanical energy by doing all these tasks. So all the extra energy gets grounded through this activity. And this is known to your brain and nervous system. The brain does not understand machines. The brain understands physical movement. And your energy passes through your hands, through your muscles.
Your Family Will Feel the Shift
Yes. When you are high in consciousness, you also get the intelligence to deal with people. You also know how to take control of the mind with intelligence. So you will not be drawn away by them. In fact, you will start influencing them positively. It is all about energies.
Your children will follow you if you are higher in consciousness. In fact, they will appreciate you. They will learn from you. You will become their hero.
You have two children, yes. This whole family is an energy field. And this energy field has a certain connection. You can call it soul connection. You can call it karmic connection.
You are the Shiva element, the consciousness, the masculine energy, the yang energy of the house. Your wife is the feminine energy of the house. These two factors determine a lot in how your children receive the benefits from it.
So both parents matter. Your raising consciousness will automatically change the consciousness in your wife because it is meant so. Yang is the leader and yin is the follower. So automatically the feminine energy in her will start following you. You become the masculine energy leading the show. And your children will automatically be influenced by your energy field.
It is this way only. So your energy field needs to be changed. And gradually you will see that your world is not out there. Your world, your universe, everything is getting reorganized here.
Less Clutter, More Space, More Plants
I have not seen your house yet, but what I am perceiving from my energy is this: less clutter, more space, and a few green plants. Plant more indoor plants.
If you need my consultation for that, you can plan that session separately in this session system because it is all connected to your one big purpose of getting good sleep. Ultimately, it is not that you chase sleep and get sleep. You organize your life, and then sleep comes.
There are certain apps open in the mind, open in the brain, that need completion. For example, you need to declutter, and after that you get good sleep. It is that simple. It is all about tasks that need to be completed.
You Will Become a Different Man
Throughout the day you will turn into a different man if you start doing these instinctive activities. And to get free from the ego, this is the best technique that I teach.
After some days you will feel that there is no use of any personality. You will still read. You will still do things. But from a detached space. You will read only that which excites you, that which draws you toward itself.
For some days you may feel disconnected. Again I will say that everything is experiential. Once you experience how it feels to be in the body, grounded, and to feel that you are the leader of your life — no one is here to guide you in how to breathe, how to eat, how to do everything — ultimately it is you.
If you take control of your life, you will feel that everything is in control.
The Full Practice Sequence
I will share with you again the techniques that I have introduced. Write them down after the session so that you do not forget.
First is tapping, full-body tapping.
Second: cleaning the dishes.
Third: washing clothes.
Fourth: sweeping.
Fifth: mopping the floor.
Next is navel breathing for twenty to thirty minutes by touching the hands and keeping them on the navel. Abdominal breathing. You have to push your navel out. Your hands give you biofeedback.
Do this two times: before going to sleep and after getting up.
And you will continue with mouth exhalation in all activities. That is compulsory. Mouth exhalation in all physical activities. All activities should be supported with mouth exhalation and external breath.
Do all this in the same sequence. You can reduce the timing or change the order, but at least do hundreds of mouth exhalations throughout the day. That is a must.
Do this for twenty-four hours and see how you feel, where you reach, and what challenges come. Then continue for at least three days. After that, I will take your session again and I will see how things work.
Closing
These teachings are not meant to impress the mind. They are meant to retrain the brain, calm the nervous system, release freeze mode, create space, ground energy, and help the body learn how to live naturally again.
From tapping to washing, from sweeping to breathing, from decluttering to spaciousness, every act is part of post-enlightenment sadhana. Every act teaches the system that life can be lived in the body, in simplicity, in instinct, and in peace.
