Background
I, Guru Sanju, speak here from a living moment of direct experience — sunlight after long absence, mountains opening themselves again, water reflecting the sky, and life force becoming visible in nature. This discourse is about far more than scenery. It is about prana, negative ions, mood, depression, anxiety, circadian rhythm, and the transition from inner darkness to self-illumination. What I am sharing is not poetry for entertainment. It is a practical doorway into health and happiness. When sunlight returns after long cloudy days, nature changes immediately, and so does the human system. I use this moment to teach you how life force works through sun, movement, water, open space, and expression. I also show you that what you call depression is often suppression, and that expression is its antidote. If you are suffering from low mood, fatigue, anxiety, sleep problems, or deeper nervous-system issues, then this teaching is for you. Nature is not decoration. Nature is medicine.
The Sun Is the Source of Life Force
I am looking at the beautiful Fewa Lake, the mountains, the range opening itself, and the bright sunlight reflecting on water. I am showing this to you for a reason.
After almost one month of cloudy weather in Pokhara, sunlight has appeared again in full brightness. And when there is sunlight, there is life force. The source of negative ions, the source of prana, the source of energizing power is the sun itself.
Look at the water. Look at the reflection. Nothing is possible without the sun, because the sun is energy. It gives energy. It is life force. It means life itself is energized by the sun.
I am taking sunlight here for life force, for prana. You also need sunlight for everything — to remove depression, to remove anxiety, to improve mood, to sleep better, and to reset your body from the core.
Negative Ions, Mood, and Better Sleep
Negative ions are important to improve your mood and to get better sleep. If you want to set your circadian rhythm, it becomes possible on sunny days. Wake up early. See the sunrise. And if you cannot see the sunrise directly, then at least get up around sunrise and start walking.
This simple shift begins changing your internal chemistry, your hormonal rhythm, your breath, your energy, your nervous system, and your relationship with life.
Most of you are living in enclosed structures, under artificial lighting, with no direct connection to natural time. That is one of the biggest reasons your system becomes confused, heavy, tired, and depressed.
Expression Is the Antidote to Depression
When you look at the sun, you receive the energy of expression. Expression is the antidote to depression.
Depression happens because of suppression. Suppression of feelings. Suppression of movement. Suppression of energy. Suppression of truth. Suppression of life.
When you continuously suppress, you become depressed. The life force does not disappear, but it gets trapped. The body becomes heavy. The mood becomes dark. The mind becomes dull. The breath becomes weak. The person starts feeling that life is going nowhere.
But when sunlight enters, when movement begins, when the body walks, when the eyes receive natural brightness, when the chest opens, expression begins returning. And when expression returns, depression starts dissolving.
The Journey of Freedom Begins in Uncertainty
Look at the beautiful boats. Many people are there. They are selling, moving, living, engaging in life. One starts the journey of freedom without knowing what is in store. That is the truth of every real transformation.
When your freedom journey begins, you are clueless. You do not know what is waiting for you. You do not know what will be taken away, what will open, what will collapse, and what will be reborn.
You have to pass through the transition period.
In spiritual awakening, this is called the dark night of the soul. But when you cross the dark night of the soul, there is light at the end of the tunnel — like this bright sunlight appearing after long darkness.
Then you become self-illuminated. Then you know that you yourself are the source.
Sunlight Removes a Huge Portion of Suffering
Your thirty percent, even fifty percent, of health issues can reduce if you take regular sunlight and continue walking in movement for thirty, forty, fifty minutes — five to eight kilometers every day.
This is not a small thing. This is not symbolic advice. This is practical healing.
When you keep doing this, your body begins waking up. Your breath begins cooperating. Your blood circulation improves. Your mood stabilizes. Your sleep improves. Your hormonal rhythm starts resetting. Your nervous system begins reconnecting with natural life.
And this is only the beginning.
Many Disorders Begin to Shift Through This Practice
I will cover other topics like sexual neurosis, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome. I will share the techniques through this same doorway of life, and you will understand that if you do these practices continuously for one hundred days, you can become free from many of these issues.
You need continuity. You need seriousness. You need willingness to step out of your room, out of your passivity, out of your excuses, and into sunlight, movement, and life.
Healing does not happen by overthinking. Healing happens when life is allowed to flow again.
Nature Shows You How to Live
Look at these people out in sunlight. Look at them kayaking. Look at the mountain range. Look at the water. Look at how beautifully life is happening when nature opens.
This is not only a tourist view. This is a lesson. Nature is showing you how to live. Water is moving. Light is reflecting. Bodies are active. Breath is natural. Space is open. The mountains hold stillness, and the lake carries motion. This is how your own system must become — grounded and flowing at the same time.
You cannot waste life by remaining trapped in suppression, darkness, and stagnation when the medicine of life is still available to you.
