How to Heal from Trauma Without Therapy: Secret Techniques to Be Trauma-Free

Guru Sanju

Whatever trauma you’re going through—first of all—understand this: it is not just in your mind. It is locked in your energy channels. It is blocked in your chakras. It is lost in your auric field.

The solutions I bring are direct. I do not speak endlessly about problems—I dissolve them energetically. I work through action-based techniques. What I share here is not theory. It is practice. It is transformation.

I am Siddha Guru Sanju. I work with people going through spiritual awakening, where decades and decades of trauma are lodged deep in the body. With my techniques, they get free—immediately. If you are on the Kundalini awakening journey—or even if you’re not sure whether you’re spiritually awakening or not—these techniques will still help you. And they will continue to free you, every day, as long as you practice them.

This healing doesn’t require medication. It doesn’t require therapy. But it does require one essential thing: common sense—and a willingness to act on yourself with the intention to change.

When you are in trauma, you just don’t feel like doing anything. You lie on the couch, you spend hours not wanting to move. You don’t feel like taking action. You suffer from fibromyalgia, from chronic fatigue syndrome. You struggle with multiple sensitivities. And it all begins because your brain is not receiving oxygen, your energy channels are not receiving adequate prana, and your body is filled with dense, dark, negative energy from the traumatic past.

Whatever the event was—don’t celebrate it. Don’t overfeed the story of what led to your trauma. Because if you do, you are only feeding that very energy. You are energizing the trauma instead of dissolving it.

So here’s a brief outline of what you must do: take the initiative to change yourself.

And now I’ll move straight into the techniques to be free from trauma—without any therapy.

Technique One: Long Exhale While Cleaning

Begin by cleaning your home. As you do this physical cleaning, adopt this sacred breathing technique: long exhale. That’s it.

While you’re cleaning—sweeping, wiping, sorting—do not talk to anyone. Just focus on the breath. Take a long, slow exhale again and again.

This is not ordinary breathing. This is lung elation. Long exhalation is required for this process. And suddenly, you will see—you’re getting energized. Your cells are waking up. Your metabolism is increasing. The trauma is being released.

What’s happening is this: the trauma, which has moved from the mind into your body, is now being released through this physical activity. So keep doing it. And do it with enthusiasm. Get free of the old energy. That’s your liberation.

Technique Two: Traditional Brooming

The next technique is brooming. Use a traditional broom. Go back to your roots.

You can broom while standing, but if possible, broom while sitting. This activates all the lower muscles of your body—especially those parts where trauma and negative energy often get stored.

As you broom the house in this grounded way, you will feel your muscles engaging. You will feel the dust moving—and along with it, the old energy is being released. You are not just cleaning the floor—you are cleaning your energy field.

Let your brain understand this activity. Let it know that now, the floor is clean, and so is your life. You’ve thrown away not just dust, but also the embedded trauma from your system.

Technique Three: Grounded Wiping (Modified Crow Pose)

The third technique is wiping the floor while being grounded to the Earth.

Sit down and use a traditional wiping cloth. Move on the floor in different directions, staying low and connected to the ground. This is a variation of the yogic Crow Pose (Kakasana)—but here, you don’t need to walk like a crow. You simply need to use your arms and legs in a crawling or squatting posture to clean the floor.

This is sacred. It is trauma release in motion.

As you do this, you are cleansing your house, your surroundings, and most importantly—your energy body. You are becoming free from trauma without stepping out of your home, without going into therapy, without needing any external crutch. You remain in your own fresh environment. That is all that is required.

These are the therapies I teach my students. And they get free—immediately—after applying them.

If You Need Support

If you feel you cannot do it alone—if you need someone to guide you, to hold your hand while you apply this sacred action—then I am here for you.

You can join my projects. You can work with me, no matter where you are in the world. I will help you release trauma, clear the past, and teach you how to live guilt-free, light, and radiant.

So you can walk with your chin up. You can shine with your natural brightness. You can show up for life—because life is calling you.

You do not deserve to be stuck in trauma. You deserve to be happy.

My Own Way: Self-Healing Through Sacred Cleaning

I myself adopt these techniques. I sweep. I wipe. I clean. I don’t outsource these sacred actions to someone else—because I love myself.

That is why I am fit. I am disease-free. I am healthy. And so are my students.

So if you want to become my student and receive many such secret hacks in life, then your time starts now.

Take care. Keep cleaning. Keep breathing. Keep remaining fresh.
