- Press gently into this point. As you press, exhale deeply with sound: “Oooooohhh…” Allow the vibration of your sound to release the energy.
- Move your fingers across the ribcage, pressing different points one by one. Each time, exhale with sound.
- Continue pressing and releasing until you feel a shift.
