Misunderstandings and Simplification

Why do babies cry so much? What experiences are they having in life? They cry in dreams, they cry in sleep. Have you ever questioned this?
They carry karmic blockages. They carry the karmic imprints of past births. And when the baby is very young—even just months old—they are still recalling the suffering of those past lives. The unresolved energy from those lives is replaying in this birth, as if the event is happening right now.
If the child is naturally healed from that trauma, they may grow into a confident and balanced individual. Nothing traumatic will disturb their life in this birth.
But imagine—you are that child. And you are still carrying the trauma. You are still experiencing it in this birth, but you have no idea why. You did not go through childhood trauma in this life. You did nothing to deserve this suffering. Yet here you are—feeling broken, anxious, lost.
Case Study: A Soul in Deep Suffering
Let me explain this further with a real case study.
A student from the USA came to me. I have healed her from her past life karma, and now she is moving rapidly towards freedom and ultimate enlightenment. If you are undergoing Kundalini awakening, then past life regression is a must. It is through this process that karmic remnants in your energy channels and chakras are cleared.
To simplify this, I will share her case in detail.
She is a female student, now 32 years old. At age 19, she married a man. I call him a “boy” because that’s what his psychic condition reflected—not the maturity of a man. He had severe mental issues. He was highly lustful, addicted, unstable, and operating at a very low vibration.
They met in college. They fell in love. They married.
But after the marriage, everything changed. The boy began abusing her—physically and energetically. This continued for years. Living with him, sharing a bed, a room, a life—it mentally ripped her apart.
At such a young age, when she didn’t even know who she was, she had no one to guide her, no tools to seek help. She spiraled into depression and anxiety. And she had no idea why this was happening to her. She had done no wrong.
Eventually, she got divorced—at age 22. But the trauma never left her.
For ten long years, she experimented with every healing method she could find. Nothing worked. She isolated herself, living like a dead person. Her mind, body, and soul—abused, frozen. Her root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras—completely blocked.
Nothing happened in her life for an entire decade. Just passing time. No flow, no movement, no purpose.
Diagnosis: The Problem Was Not from This Life
When she came to me, she carried a huge volume of trauma. Upon diagnosis, it became clear that her problem was not rooted in this life. It stemmed from karmic issues—unsettled accounts from the past.
Through my process of past life regression, I accessed two of her significant past lives. One of them held the imprint of suicidal tendencies. The other explained her uncontrollable craving for food. She had gained 20–30 kilos in excess, far above her ideal body weight.
Despite applying conscious eating techniques, despite strong willpower, she could not stop overeating. She suffered from multiple issues related to her reproductive system, blood, and menstrual cycles. Her physical, mental, and spiritual health was deteriorating under the weight of this unhealed energy.
The Past Life of Famine and the Craving for Food
In the healing process, I accessed the first story of her past life.
This life dated back 3,000 years—to a time when a massive drought had struck certain regions of the Earth. There was famine, dryness, and extreme lack. In that lifetime, she died of starvation. The pain of dying without food left a deep, unhealed imprint in her energy body.
After that, she was reborn many times in non-human forms—a horse, a dog, a cow, a wild animal. She lived in these forms for over a thousand years, between approximately 2000 BC and 3000 BC. Eventually, she took birth again as a human being. But the energy of starvation remained trapped in her subtle body.
That energy of lack—of not having enough to eat, of dying in desperation—created a belief system in her subconscious: “If I do not eat, I will die.”
In her present life, she belonged to an extremely abundant family. She lived in the United States, with access to every resource. She had a professional career, a stable life, and no scarcity. Yet the craving to eat continued—not from this life’s experience, but from that ancient wound.
This is how the energy of past lives continues to haunt you even when your present circumstances are perfect. You may be living in abundance, but the soul’s memory of lack will keep reacting unless healed.
She would eat as if her life depended on it—uncontrollably, unconsciously. And despite all spiritual practices and conscious efforts, she could not stop. The energy in her body screamed, “Eat now, or you will die.”
You may also have this kind of craving. Understand that it may not be psychological. It may not even be from this birth. It could be the residue of a life where you starved—where you died in the mountains, in isolation, in drought. The memory of that lack stays embedded in your energy body until it is released.
How I Heal Through Past Life Regression
When I diagnose my students, I access these stories—not as ideas, but as energetic realities. These are not imagined. These are not esoteric fantasies. These are precise energetic truths that reveal themselves to me during diagnosis.
And when I find the source, I do not ask the student to go into the past life. I go into your past life.

The Past Life of Shame, Betrayal, and Suicide
The second story—the deeper and more painful one—was connected to her suicidal tendencies and a powerful motherly energy she felt within.
This life took place around 1300 AD, in central India.
In that incarnation, she was a beautiful woman married to a loving, handsome, and respected husband. They had two young children and lived peacefully in a village. Her husband was known and admired. They were happy.
One day, while her husband was away in the city, a cunning and lustful man from the village—whom I will call the villain—physically abused her. She was extremely beautiful, like a heroine in a movie. The man, filled with lust, used the opportunity of the husband’s absence to commit the act.
But he did not stop there. He manipulated the entire village by accusing her of seducing him. He claimed that she had invited the act. This led to a brutal form of character assassination.
The villagers turned against her. They humiliated her. And when her husband returned, the villagers demanded that he divorce her.
He refused to divorce her—but he also stopped speaking to her. He believed the lies. He never asked his wife what truly happened. He never trusted her. The same society—the same matrix—poisoned his mind.
And the woman, despite being pure, innocent, and faithful, was abandoned emotionally. The shame, guilt, and betrayal consumed her.
She was not responsible for what had happened. But the emotional wound, the trauma, and the societal rejection led her to take her own life.
She committed suicide in that birth.
That energy—of guilt, abandonment, and suicide—remained unresolved. And it carried forward directly into this life. That is why, in this birth, she struggled with suicidal thoughts without understanding why.
Karmic Completion and the Sequel of Lives
There’s more.
The man who abused her in the past life—the villain—is the same man who became her husband in this birth. The one who mentally and physically abused her for years. He came back to complete his karmic role. That karma is now over. That chapter has closed.
This is what I call the sequel of lives. Just like characters in a movie sequel carry forward from the original story, the souls of your past come back—sometimes to heal, sometimes to torment, sometimes to complete unfinished karma.
And in this student’s case, the soul of the husband from her past life—who had abandoned her emotionally—has not yet entered this birth. He will arrive later, as her twin flame. That future is yet to unfold.
Once I accessed all of this, I gave her energy transmission to heal the emotional and energetic charges. I unblocked the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras. I lifted the stuck Kundalini energy. And her energy shot up. Now, she is at the crown chakra—ready to be free. The process is ongoing.
