Bring your awareness to your inner world. Observe any strong vibrations arising in your head region, face, spine, or the back of your head. Notice any congestion in your heart or chest area, any blockages around your abdomen, pelvis, or lower body. Feel the flow—or the lack of it—throughout your entire system.
Wherever you feel the stuckness, I will release that energy on your head. I will answer your two questions first, and then I will begin the healing.
You asked me how I can help you get rid of negative entities. I can do it through online sessions. But it is not a one-time process. You will need to take regular healing sessions at least once a week for one hour, for the next one month. Remain committed for these four weeks.
In every session, I will release the dense and negative energies from your field through my energetic transmission. Alongside that, I will teach you certain Energetic Mastery Method practices—especially breathing—that will help you sustain the healing. Receiving the Healing
Bring your attention from your mind down to your heart. Put one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly. Tell yourself softly: I love myself. I am safe. I am healing.
Feel that love within. Tell your brain and nervous system that healing is already happening. You are not alone—Guru is with you, protecting and working on you. You no longer need to carry anxiety or fear.
You are in a tender, vulnerable state right now, and that’s where the divine power begins to work. When you surrender completely, life moves through your heart. It awakens your inner flow.

You have been holding trauma for months, perhaps years. Crying will dissolve that tension stored in your jaw, your neck, your chest. Release all the stiffness. Accept that you have been deeply depressed, even to the point of hopelessness.

Commitment to Healing
For the next thirty days, surrender completely to this healing process. Remain connected to me. After this phase, if needed, you can come for an in-person session. For now, online healing will be sufficient.
You don’t need to travel. The work can happen from wherever you are. But regularity is key. My power will reach you through energy transmission, and your commitment will anchor it.

If you practice this kind of breathing six to seven times a day—each for thirty minutes—you will begin to heal. Your brain and nervous system are in an overactive sympathetic mode, constantly in fight or flight. This practice will rewire them into rest and digest mode.
Play soft music while doing it once a day. Let music guide your breath and emotion. Within days, you will notice change—your mind will calm, and sleep will return.
Gradually, the negative entities will leave your field. It happens automatically when your vibration rises through consistent practice and connection.
Whenever you feel the need to cry again, allow it. Don’t suppress it. When you are alone, release the emotion completely. Shout if necessary. Release all the trapped energy.
