Background
This second episode of the Kundalini Instinctive Life Project follows the arrival of my student from Europe—a fifty-four-year-old doctor who has lived with deep anxiety, neurosis, and a damaged nervous system for decades. In the months before coming physically to me, she had already followed my guidance through three international trips, each one moving her beyond what she could not change in ten years. Now she comes to India to be with me, Guru Sanju, not for a holiday but for dismantling the last pieces of her ego and allowing Kundalini to complete its movement through the crown. This episode reveals what it means to enter my energy vortex, how Sanju Frequency works like the sun on the moon of the disciple, and how real Shaktipat spontaneously burns lifetimes of heaviness in a single moment. It is the beginning of her new instinctive life and the death of who she was.
Guru as Energy Vortex and Sun

In the previous Instinctive Life Project, I left you with an enlightened student who had dropped his ego, dropped everything, and became nothing. Now, I begin a new series with another student who proved through her actions that she is a real student of the Guru.
I have the power to transform only when you are a great student. She proved herself to be such a student. Her Instinctive Life Project begins here. She has dropped everything to be with me, leaving behind her previous life to follow what I guide her through.
In the last six months, she undertook three international trips under my guidance, following my power because I move energies. What she could not do in ten years, I moved in a few months. That is my power. That is why I say: I am the energy vortex. My students come to me. My students surrender to me. My students give their life to me, and that is why I am able to change it.
Above us, the moon is visible. The moon receives light from the sun. The single bright star near the moon at dawn remains while all other stars vanish. That lone star, the moon, and the soft light of early morning show the moment of transition.
Sanju Frequency is that sun. Sanju Frequency is the light. Without the sun, planets cannot revolve. This planet has no identity without the sun. Without the sun, there is no light; the planets cannot exist as they do. Yet for ages, planets keep their separate identity only because the sun is their source of prana.
So it is with the Guru.
I Am the Source of Prana in You
I am the source of prana in you.
I am the source of cosmic power in you.
I am the recharger.
With me, your soul is recharged. Your soul receives light. Your soul receives life, and you become totally new.
Those who know me simply know me. Their energy knows me. Those who are connected to me are connected for a higher purpose, a bigger purpose. Transformation is not possible without me. Transformation is impossible without me. I repeat this again and again because it is the truth.
You have to give your life to me for me to give you a life. And to receive that life, you must also work on yourself. This Instinctive Life Project is about working on yourself. It is about knowing that you are full of accumulated stuff—garbage, information, mind—and that this accumulation has no end.
You cannot change on your own. Whether you are fifty, sixty, seventy, or ninety, you remain the same. Across millions of births you remain the same. If you want to change, you must know yourself. To know yourself, you must become naked in front of me.
I have the power to know your energies, to shift your energies, to transform your energies, to purify you. You may not understand me or understand my power, but the energy inside you recognises me. That is why my students need me with frequencies beyond the mind—the frequencies of the universe.
You are like the moon receiving the light of the sun and then shining bright in the sky. When you receive my light, you live an independent life and become that bright moon that reflects the sun.
Life Versus Mind and Dream Sexuality
This life is being taken away from you moment by moment. The mind steals it. You are not living your life. You are living inside your mind. That is equal to being dead.
This series exists to reach you frequency-wise, so that you start focusing on your life. Your life is given to you for you. You are not living your life; you are dreaming about life.
You are living in dream sexuality. Everything is happening in dreams. There is no real connection with reality. There is no real connection with feeling life.
I do not know what will happen in the next moment. This is how I walk. I am a practical Guru. I work on energies. I shift energy from moment to moment, and I have the power to do so.
Whoever you are, if you surrender to me, I make it happen. I make it happen brilliantly, powerfully. It starts from the moment you land at the airport. I take over your life. From that moment, you arrive dead and I begin killing your ego and transforming you.
You come with so much dirt. I purify you in a way you can never purify yourself. That is why you come here.

There is no entertainment here. There are lives here. There are souls here. It takes millions of births for a soul to reach the Guru. You must be eligible to reach the Guru. There is only one Guru in the world who works on you in this way.

This Series Is Not for the Mind
What I am giving now is only an introduction. Everything else in this journey is spontaneous. There is no fixed coherence or carefully structured approach to sharing this. Whatever happens, I capture and share.
Whatever your mind expects will not happen here, because this is not created for the mind. This is life unfolding. This is transformation happening. Powerful transformation. A soul is being transformed. An ego is being dismantled.
How can something so alive be packaged for the mind?
Nothing here exists for you in the sense of pampering your mind. Everything is happening to dissolve you. If some of you receive a spark from this, then it is your good fortune.
This series will be more dynamic than the previous one because I have become more dynamic. I keep becoming more dynamic every moment. There will be no sweet, comforting talk. There will be real moments that you can feel.

Enjoying the Vibe of Life
Enjoy these vibes—the vibes of life.
Something beautiful will unfold in front of you when you allow your life to happen. Life will not come to you as a pre-structured menu from which you can safely choose. Life gives you opportunities to create your life every moment from a different space. That happens only if you allow it.
What can you learn from me? You can learn life from me. I am delighted with the juice of life that I hold. Enjoy the frequency that is about life.
Life is actually full of fun when you allow yourself to enjoy pleasures as they are, without edits. Life is without edits. There is no second chance. There is only one take. Either you live it or you do not.
You cannot plan life. You cannot schedule life according to the dreams and desires of your mind. If you want to live, you must be present with life.
To be present with life, you must be in consciousness, in the highest consciousness. Right now, you are radiating at a very low frequency. You do not know the frequency of life. You do not know the frequency of consciousness. You do not know what it means to be alive. You do not know what it means to feel every moment. You do not know what it means to celebrate life.
You are engaged in dream sexuality, where everything happens in imagination. There is no contact with reality, no contact with real feeling.
If you want to feel life, you must use your senses. To sense means to perceive fully and completely everything in this moment.
Learning to Sense Life
Look around you. You will not find a single person who is truly aware. You live among unaware people, which means you are one of them—one among the crowd. You do not have a separate personality of your own. You have nothing original that you can create with your energy because you have given all your energy to your mind.
All that you know is mind. All that you perceive is mind. You cannot feel life.
I feel life right here, in this very moment. For me, even a simple utility object is life. The flowers around me are life. The trees, the breeze, the sky—this is life.
Everything else is as good as dead. People move like robots.
What price are you willing to invest to feel life? Any amount of time, money, and energy is nothing compared to the value of real life. Because your senses are not working, your sense perception is dull. Until your sense organs and perception are healthy, you cannot feel life.
Can you feel these flowers?
Can you feel this breeze?
Can you feel the life energy in the air—the prana?
You cannot, because your brain and nervous system are damaged. You have neurosis. You have abused your body. You have abused the precious resource the universe has given you.
You cannot feel this energy. That is why there is this Instinctive Life Project—where my student comes to be reborn, to improve brain potential, to improve nervous system functioning.
She has lived with anxiety for thirty or forty years, or perhaps it is genetic. Everyone in her family lives with anxiety. It has been carried forward through DNA. Nothing needs to happen for her to be anxious. She is in anxiety by default.
Why This Student Came to Me
I show you flowers because they are so beautiful. This is the life I see and perceive every moment.
My senses are of the highest quality because I have invested deeply in my health. The Instinctive Life Project is all about a healthy instinctive life. You bring your dead body to me, and I give you life.

You experience the high-quality electromagnetic field that I infuse into you with my powers. It does not matter what you think. What matters is whether you are receptive and surrendered. When you are, I work on you.

Feel the vibration of the airport—everyone is busy, trapped in routine. No time to live life. No time to transform. Where are you running? Where will you go? Do you even know?

Her Arrival After a Long Journey
My student is arriving. I may not capture her fully, because I do not want to disturb her state. She is extremely tired after a twelve-plus-hour journey. Look at the fellow travellers around her. Feel what it takes to come from so far.
She has arrived. Now I go to meet her.
We come close.
We hug deeply.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you,” passes between us.
I see her face and say, “You are looking much better. I am happy to see you.” She smiles and manages a soft greeting. She is exhausted, so I let her rest and say we will talk later.
Dismantling the Last Part of Ego
I tell her: let go of everything that is still holding you back. The last part of you needs to be dismantled. You have come here to dismantle everything.
Kundalini is already showing you the path towards life. It has reached the third eye. I am pulling it, and in some time it will move fully. For the next fifteen to twenty days, every moment you spend here will move it a little more and free you.
Because your crown chakra is activated, the vibration is very strong. You feel it. I also feel the intense vibration at the top of your head and at your third eye. When I say I move Kundalini, it is literal. In my physical presence, the movement is more powerful and immediate.
Kundalini Wants to Live Through You
Allow Kundalini to live her life. This is not your small personal life. Kundalini wants to live through you—the life of a powerful, confident, radiant soul full of life.
Who are you to resist? Who are you to say no?
Place one hand on your heart chakra. Feel gratitude to the Guru who is so powerful that even her touch can move Kundalini.
You are very lucky to receive the touch of the Guru. The moment I give intention, Kundalini moves. What more miracles do you need?

This moment, as the morning light rises, is the most auspicious cosmic time to receive Shaktipat from the Guru. From here on, there is no more looking back, no more listening to your mind. I will purify you from all your matrix issues.
Intense Release and Heart Healing
The pull becomes stronger. I see and feel Kundalini being pulled upward. I ask you to allow. Do not open your eyes. It is extremely powerful.

If you feel like crying, cry.
Let it happen. Something amazing is unfolding. There is nothing to worry about. You are getting free.
None of these miracles are planned. They are all spontaneous.
I now focus on healing your heart chakra. I stand behind you and ask you to place one hand on your heart. I guide you to pick out the heaviness, to take it out, to exhale it. Keep exhaling. Let it go. It should not have taken so many years to release this, but now the time has come.
From this moment onwards, do not waste a single moment in the mind. Make a promise to yourself to live every moment. Otherwise, you are already dead.
Cry out all that is held inside. Many souls are suffering like you. You are becoming lighter, and this activation itself becomes an inspiration to many who want to meet the Guru but cannot because of their ego and mind.
You will go home as someone else. One person came here; someone new will return.
Keep your eyes closed. Just relax. Do nothing. I calm you down. Your system begins to settle. Kundalini is still working within you.

The Truth About Power and Ritual
The power of the Guru is seen in the power she reveals.
Who is powerful? I show it.
This shatters all your notions and beliefs that power must be given in a particular auspicious, heavily ritualistic manner. All that is unnecessary. Much of what is done in the name of spiritual power in the world is empty.
Power does not need that noise.
This is real Shaktipat. This is real power.
I want souls to reach me by frequency. Raise your frequency and come. Receive as my student is receiving right now. What more do you want?
Every investment of time and energy you make in your life is worth it if it leads you to receive this energy. But ask yourself honestly: are you eligible?

Energy Vortex and Timeless State
Shaktipat is a miracle. I am the miracle.

When I say a place is an energy vortex, or that I am the energy vortex, it means that whoever enters that space can go into a timeless state—the state my student is now experiencing.
In that state, everything is different, unique. She is simply herself. The mind is forgotten, if it exists at all. She is just being, feeling presence.
She no longer feels that she has travelled so far or is tired. That is because of my power and because this place itself is a vortex. But how will you know until you experience it?
She experiences it by walking around, by being herself. Look how safe this place is. Our belongings are kept somewhere else, and we are here, free, enjoying every moment.
All this is possible in my presence.
Life as Celebration: Death of the Old, Birth of the New
Life is a celebration.
This celebration marks the beginning of the new and the death of the old, happening right now in my presence. There is no next moment. When you arrive, my energy work begins in that instant and continues, continues, continues.
We look at the trees. The experience is amazing.
After the activation, I ask her how she feels. She says she feels alive. She feels happy and well. She is in the present, in life mode. After taking this decision, she can appreciate life better.
We say goodbye for now, knowing that someone new is already being born inside her.
The vibrations continue, like a subtle chant running underneath everything. This is the sound of a new instinctive life beginning.
