What is health?
Health is the condition of your total existence when you are radiating with the most vibrant energy.
The definition of health according to the World Health Organization (WHO), is :
“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
What I feel about the definition of health is total fitness, in which you feel like a physical body, and energetically when you feel integrated, that is a pure health condition.
- When you can smile unconditionally 24/7 without any reason, that is a sign of pure and great health
- When you can feel the breath, going in and coming out, that is a sign of great health
- When you can sleep peacefully, without any effort, that is a sign of great health
- When you feel hungry and can eat your food, taking all the tastes, that is a great health
- When you are free of toxins, have disease control, and your bowel is getting cleared daily, that is a great health
- When you can love your existence, physical health, yourself, and the people around you, that is a sign of great health
Are you healthy?
Ask yourself the following questions to know your health system:
- Do you feel that well-being radiating from you every moment?
- Is your mind at peace, or does it keep on chattering and showing you that happiness is in something else?
- Is your body disease free?
When your mind does not make you feel complete, that is the state of a diseased body or poor health. A diseased mind leads to a diseased body.
- An unhealthy body, cannot feel integrated with all the positive energies, present at the core of our existence.
- Health depends on a person’s ability to remain free from health problems and live in a state of complete physical, emotional, psychological/mental, and spiritual well-being.
You consider yourself healthy when you do not have to make an effort to live this life and improve your health, when you can just spread your arms and feel the air around us, seeping into you.
Am I sounding artificial or is it my reality?
Ask yourself:
- When you go out in the open air, do you feel the air around you?
- Can you feel the heat of the sun?
- Can you feel the coolness of the water around you?
- Do you feel the ground at the bottom of your feet?
- Can you feel the space around you?
If you can feel all these without any effort, then you are healthy.
But if something is resisting this feeling, then inquire into yourself about your well-being if this is not merely the absence of health issues.
Why is your health important to you?
You are considered healthy if your bodies, mind, and spirit are in sync with each other.
What you decide to do, your mind takes actions to command the body to take that action, and you get the manifestation of that decision externally.
But if you are deciding something, your mind is somewhere else, and your body does not function well, then that is an unhealthy state since you are clearly not in complete physical well-being.
What are the types of health?
Your health status is the integration of your physical, emotional, psychological/ mental health and spiritual health.
1. Physical health:
Your physical body is a gross matter and your physical health comprises balancing your five elements- earth, water, fire, air and space. When each cell of your body is rejuvenating with the highest pranic energy, your physical health is the best.
2. Emotional health:
You are an emotionally energetic being with different kinds of emotional blockages in you like fear, guilt, shame, blame, despair, sadness, grief, anger, pride, frustration, jealousy, and aggression.
Being free of your emotional disturbances and remaining in a peaceful, joyful and lovable state is considered balanced emotional health.
3. Psychological or mental health:
Your psychological or mental health is defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) conceptualizes as a
“A state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities can cope with the normal stresses of life can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community”.
Your psychological or mental health and well-being influenced by economic or social conditions determine the quality of life you will live in this life.
4. Spiritual health:
Your spiritual health is dependent on many factors:
- Your Karmic remnants
- Your energetic blockages in your energy vortexes (Chakras)
- Your energetic evolution of Kundalini energy
- Your Prarabdha (fructification of results of past births/lives)

How do you maintain your health?
The best way to maintain your health is to follow your intelligence.
Your intelligence of body-mind-spirit(energy) is designed in such a way that you get the right signals from your system to keep your health in the best conditions.
1. Body’s instinct:
When you choose conscious living guided by your body’s intelligence, you do not need any medical treatment to improve your health in everyday life.
You are an evolved human being with a physical body that gives instinctive signals like:
- Hunger need
- Thirst need
- Sleep need
- Breathing need
- Excretion of toxins
- Physical pleasures
When you follow these basic instinctive signals every time your body demands, your overall health improves.
2. Mind’s intellect:
Whatever you learn in this birth and training your mind, becomes your intellect. Your intellect faculty of the mind is a ready tool kit for you to access information and knowledge about anything you want to act on.
Investing in your intellect by reading, learning, practicing skills, exploring, and engaging in creative action, sharpens your intellect and brain power.
Your health is well maintained with an ever-growing refreshed intellect.
3. Spirit’s intelligence:
Consciousness is the highest intelligence operating through your mind-body. When you use your intelligence from your consciousness in the present based on the situation, you save your life force from getting depleted.
Use your consciousness- the intelligence of the spirit in your life as much as you can to access this power and radiate with the best health.
What are the basic things for good health?
The simplest and the most basic things for good health are:
1. Freedom:
When you are energetically free to provide yourself with what it needs, not what your mind wants to enjoy your life on this planet, you enjoy the highest freedom.
2. Happiness:
When your happiness is unconditional 24/7, you experience the best life force flowing in your system effortlessly. You feel light and expanded, in the best condition of great health.
3. Power:
You can have good health in your own environment if you make an effort to focus on yourself.
If you put your attention on taking care of yourself, the way I do, and the way I invest in myself, then you can feel courageous and enjoy the power of energy.
You do not need material things or to do certain actions to feel complete and achieve health.
How can you be healthy?
You need to introspect and check:
- Are you purely healed from all the depths of your existence?
- Do you feel that thriving energy, a life force thriving in you every moment achieved through social and personal resources?
If it is not that, then you are unhealthy, and it is not good for your social well-being.
- Stress and anxiety are common traits in today’s world health status, including in developed countries.
- The general population is suffering from physical, mental and social diseases.
- You do not need material things or to do certain actions to feel complete and achieve health promotion.
