Why Himalayan Sadhana Is Essential for the Kundalini Awakening Journey
I will not speak too much about this topic. Instead, I will show you.
Look at the Himalayan peak behind me. If I do not name it, you will not know which peak it is. And I intentionally do not want to name it because I want you to experience the highest consciousness present in the energy of this peak.
The purpose is not the name. The purpose is the energy.
The Power of the Himalayan Energy Vortex
Himalayan sadhana is extremely important for anyone going through the Kundalini awakening journey — in every phase of the journey.
It does not matter where you are in your awakening. The Himalayan energy vortex supports the process.
I am currently a few kilometers away from a powerful energy vortex, and even from this distance I can feel the high intensity of energy.
Today, when the clouds cleared for a brief moment, the entire range became visible. This range is known as the Annapurna range.
But remember, it is not just this range. All the Himalayan ranges carry the same ancient energy.
For centuries, sages, hermits, and spiritual practitioners have been connected to the Himalayas because of this energy.
People come here not only because the region is secluded, but because the energies here support transformation.
Why the Himalayas Facilitate Kundalini
Kundalini is a universal life force — a divine energy of extremely high voltage.
The energy present in the Himalayan vortex also carries a high energetic voltage.
When these two energies meet, the process of Kundalini ascent becomes easier.
The environment supports the movement of energy within your system.
If you practice Himalayan sadhana at any stage of your journey, it can help unblock Kundalini from different chakras.
However, wandering in the Himalayas alone is not enough.
You need guidance.
A Guru understands where your Kundalini is blocked and prescribes practices according to your specific energy condition.
The Ideal Environment for Kundalini Processing
Right now I am in a region of Nepal called Mitlang in the Pokhara province.
This is one of the most ideal environments for processing Kundalini energy.
This region is not located in the extreme high Himalayas where the altitude is too high and vegetation disappears under snow.
Wherever vegetation exists, prana is abundant.
Green forests generate oxygen and negative ions, both of which are essential for the nervous system and energy channels.
Look behind me — the blue sky, the lake, and the surrounding greenery.
The lake behind me is Phewa Lake, a beautiful Himalayan mountain lake.
This natural environment creates a powerful energetic atmosphere.
The Role of Negative Ions and Prana
In this region, the negative ion count is very high, especially when the sun is shining.
Negative ions reduce inflammation in the body and support the functioning of the nervous system.
When rain or thunderstorms occur, the negative ion levels increase even further.
This makes the environment highly supportive for breathing and energy processing.
Right now the AQI (Air Quality Index) here is below 100, which means the air quality is good.
Fresh air allows breathing to happen effortlessly.
Prana flows more deeply into the energy channels.
Why City Life Blocks Kundalini Progress
If you practice pranayama or breathing exercises in polluted cities, the results are very limited.
The air contains pollution, smoke, and chemical particles.
Prana cannot penetrate deeply into your system.
Oxygenation at the cellular level does not happen properly.
Your energy channels remain blocked.
This is why many people practice for years in cities but experience very little transformation.
The Importance of Water, Food, and Movement
In the Himalayan regions, even the water carries pranic energy.
The water you drink is full of vitality.
The water used for bathing also carries energetic charge.
When you take hot and cold baths in such places, you feel the difference immediately.
Many people going through Kundalini awakening experience nervous system sensitivity and neurosis.
Their senses become dull because of accumulated apana (toxic energy).
But in high-prana environments, your senses awaken again.
You begin to feel life with clarity.
The food you eat in such regions is also digested better because your body becomes properly ventilated through walking and physical activity.
The Natural Call to Be in Open Space
When you are in such places, you naturally feel the urge to move.
You do not feel like sitting inside a room all day.
Even today, despite cloudy weather and occasional rain, my energy pushed me to step outside.
The open space calls you.
The environment itself encourages movement, exploration, and breathing.
The Importance of Spaciousness and Solitude
Feel the spaciousness of this place.
It is vast and open.
There are almost no people around.
In cities, the dense population constantly drains your energy.
People unconsciously take away your attention.
Here, your attention returns to yourself.
You become free to live your life.
Why You Must Experience Himalayan Sadhana
This is why I say: come to the Himalayas for your sadhana.
Experience the environment.
Breathe the prana.
Feel the spaciousness.
When you do this, you will notice a shift in your life.
The Kundalini process becomes clearer and smoother.
The transformation becomes real.
That is all for now.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
