What are the cheap dopamine activities that capture you? Porn—watching porn, being addicted to porn, where you get a quick dopamine release online. Your real dopamine will be released when you have real sex with a real woman in real time who is a good-quality female.
And not only sleeping with a woman releases dopamine. The entire activity—meeting a woman, having conversation, getting into that groove of being together for a higher reason—flows into it. Then, when both of you mutually agree to have the experience of sleeping together—having intimacy, having a lovemaking session—this woman need not be your wife or your girlfriend; she could be a new stranger.
This discourse is for those men who want to go deep into their masculine energy and want to discover the potential and power they have. Real dopamine will not be released by watching others have sex but by the activity of adventure—the challenge of meeting a new person. When you walk this route, you will realize it is challenging even to find someone to meet for a cup of coffee.
You cannot get the quality of female you are looking for because your frequency is different from theirs. You radiate at a higher frequency, while many females out there are looking for men they can marry immediately—for your money, for your attention, and to feed on your money, energy, time, and life. Then you will understand it is rare to find a good feminine partner with divine feminine qualities that match your energy.
The Addiction Spiral
If you are releasing your semen with cheap dopamine—watching porn, being addicted to porn, being addicted to masturbation—you will realize that your brain always wants quick dopamine. Porn and masturbation addiction are not limited to themselves. They lead to other addictions: alcohol, smoking, drugs. Now your brain needs quick dopamine, so it will not be limited only to porn and masturbation. It will capture other unconscious activities shown in the porn/masturbation environment. Even if they are not shown, your unconscious state knows they could be fulfilled through alcohol, drugs, weed—where you go high for some time, go high at some level, and then feel that is real life.
You get addicted to the experience of getting unconscious. In that unconscious state, you forget what is real and practical. In essence, it is an escape from your reality. Your reality is that you are not finding a single female in your life to date, to sleep with, to have a relationship, or even to have a sexual experience. Since you have not accepted this fact, you run away from it.
Releasing dopamine through quick and cheap means all the time causes your real dopamine to be lost. Your brain forgets how to release real dopamine. To release real dopamine, you must increase your testosterone level. That is possible only by semen retention. Semen retention will increase your masculine willpower.
Willpower, Nervous System Strength, and Retention
To retain semen, you need a lot of willpower. Often your nervous system and musculoskeletal system are not strong enough to hold semen. Due to cheap dopamine, your nervous system has lost the ability to retain semen. You cannot control it. So you must practice many practices—Kegel exercises and other exercises, along with breathing techniques—through which you pull your semen. That is possible through applying techniques I teach to students when they consult me for solving their issues.
You may have problems in your sexual life because you have other problems of the genitals. The pelvic region is not strong enough to hold semen. It is as if it has gone into sympathetic overdrive—a restless condition. You do not have control over your nervous system in the penis. When you hold your semen, you are strengthening your nervous system and strengthening the muscles in and around your pelvic region and penis—your entire genital region.
When you do this, you are telling your brain that you are rising in masculine energy and that you have control over your body. The brain-body connection is lost in many men. The breath-body connection and the brain connection are lost. With the help of breathing and disciplined bodily practices, you restore that connection.
Cold Exposure, Hygiene, and Somatic Discipline
When you feel the urge to release, utilize Kegel exercises and other techniques. Take cold showers. Keep your genitals washed regularly with cold water; give ice treatment to your genitals. Many such techniques help when you decide to hold your semen and release it only through natural processes. Your semen could be released during a nightfall, but the quality of your morning wood will reflect your testosterone level. If your testosterone level is high, you will get regular, strong morning wood.
If you are not retaining semen, you may face premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, or other sexual health-related problems. These problems—combined with the loss of real dopamine and insufficient testosterone—lead to a passive life. They make you lethargic and lazy. They open the door to other diseases and dysfunctions: chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, brain-related health issues like Alzheimer’s, dementia, multiple sclerosis, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, Parkinson’s disease; and systemic conditions like arthritis, constipation, and irritable bowel syndrome. Everything is connected to your brain.
Your Brain as the Vault
Your brain is under constant threat if you are not retaining semen. It is as if your locker is always open and anyone can loot your valuables. If you are masturbating—if you are releasing semen regularly without real sexual activity with a real female body (not with a toy, not with imagination, not in your mind)—you are practicing mental masturbation. That is like having sex in the mind and not having it in real life.
When you are not strong enough, you are not productive. Your brain does not function well enough to perform in your professional field. If you are engaged in a job, you end up doing the same thing again and again. You lack the inner infrastructure to go to the next level.
Micro-Doses of Real Dopamine: Work as Practice
If you need to release real dopamine, you must release it in small doses with every activity you do. It is a reward for effort. Your brain functions this way. Your brain releases dopamine as earned reward.
When you achieve something—no matter how simple—the activity must be intentional. Writing an email can be a dopamine-releasing activity if it is done with intention and presence. Whatever you do in the office, pay attention to each activity with real energy in that moment—with intention and attention. After fulfilling the activity, notice the high. That high is dopamine released because you took the effort to pay attention.
Even paying attention to your breath can release dopamine.
Guided Practice: External Breath-Hold for Real Dopamine
If you want to feel real dopamine now, do this safely and attentively.
Preparation
- Sit upright on a firm chair or on the floor, spine tall, shoulders relaxed.
- Place one hand lightly on your lower abdomen to feel the breath.
- Keep the jaw unclenched, lips sealed gently, tongue resting on the roof of the mouth behind the teeth.
- Close your eyes to conserve energy and increase interoception.
The Cycle
- Inhale slowly through your nose. Let the breath be silent. Inflate your belly gently as the diaphragm descends. Fill comfortably, not forcefully.
- Exhale slowly through your nose. Empty fully—draw the navel slightly toward the spine at the end of exhalation to complete the out-breath.
- After the exhalation is complete, perform an external breath hold (retention at empty). Hold at your nose—meaning keep the mouth closed and nostrils sealed by natural closure, not by pinching. Keep the throat relaxed.
- Hold the breath as long as is comfortable, extending by a few seconds beyond your usual comfort—without strain. The aim is to meet a mild, clean challenge, not to fight or panic.
- When you must breathe, slowly inhale through the nose and resume gentle, even breathing.
Cadence and Duration
- Keep the entire process extremely slow. Slowness is the training signal for your nervous system.
- Perform 5–10 cycles to start. Over time you may build to 20–50 gentle cycles split across the day.
- The “reward” is the clear, bright feeling after a cycle—the earned high of dopamine released through challenge met with awareness.
When you hold longer, you will feel happy afterward because you took the challenge. It is challenging for the brain to hold the breath, but this increases cerebral oxygenation dynamics, expands vascular responsiveness in the body, and activates circulation. That genuine physiological shift underpins the felt release of real dopamine.

When you live like this, your testosterone level rises, because this is masculine energy taking control of your life. It means your brain is under your control; your nervous system is under your control.
Do This Now: A Short, Precise Round
Inhale slowly from your nose. Inflate your belly while you do this. Then exhale slowly. Empty all the air from your belly completely, and then hold your breath.
Hold as long as you can comfortably. If I demonstrate shorter durations while teaching, that is only to show form; your retention can be ten, twenty, thirty, or fifty seconds—whatever your healthy body allows today. If your immunity and vitality are high, you will see you can hold longer. You will feel freshness; brain fog will go away. If you do this a hundred times a day in two parts (morning/evening), each time with attention, you will feel a sense of achievement—and that releases real dopamine. Also, this kumbhak—this external breath hold—will increase testosterone level in the body.
This one technique strengthens the organs, increases the quality of semen, and supports retention. It is cyclical by nature: your nervous system rejuvenates; strong nerves support strong muscles; strong muscles increase your capacity to retain; retention further strengthens your system; and the cycle ascends.
Applying Breath When Urges Arise
Each time you feel your semen is about to be released, apply kumbhak. Apply this breath-hold technique ten, twenty, or twenty-one times and observe the difference. A second technique to increase your testosterone is: whenever you feel release approaching, be with the breath—inhale slowly with attention on the inhalation—and keep your eyes closed while doing all such techniques. With eyes closed, your energy primarily remains inside, which helps immensely. You are paying all your attention to breath and energy; in doing so, you take control in your hands. You feel the difference. Deep breath work releases dopamine because it is an earned achievement. It is not possible with an agitated or hyperactive mind. It is possible when you are conscious—when you are high in Shiva energy, high in masculine energy.
This is the connection of your dopamine, testosterone, consciousness, and masculine energy. Everything you do consistently for a longer duration makes you a masculine man—more disciplined, more diligent, with increased willpower. As you grow in these energies, new qualities emerge in you: strength; initiative; practicality; realism; not taking anyone’s nonsense; straightforwardness; the ability to approach a woman for real work rather than wasting time in the name of relationship. You stop tolerating emotional blackmail. Henceforth you mean business. You deal with the world in a worldly way. You stop taking anyone too seriously.
Creator, Not Consumer
These are secrets evolved in me for the men I transform. You will know the difference between the life you lived so far and the life after retention—after real dopamine is released—you are happy in your own life. You flow with life. You do not need anybody. You are growing into a new person. Your metamorphosis is happening. You are growing into a phoenix. Old energies dilute and dissolve; they transmute into real masculine forces.
When you retain semen, a lot of aggressiveness may arise—but it will channel into productivity. You will feel like being a creator and not a consumer. With real dopamine, you will no longer be confined to meeting the expectations of the matrix or doing what the people in the matrix do. You will look forward to creating new opportunities for yourself without fear. You will take risks—risks with your life direction, your investments of time, money, energy, and attention. You will experiment with your energy.
Field Strength, Intuition, and Blueprint
When you do all of this, your electromagnetic field strengthens. Your aura becomes charismatic. You grow in consciousness. Higher dimensional portals open; you receive downloads of high-quality energy, intuitive in nature. Your third eye opens, giving you access to powerful, intuitive knowing related to your energy. You gain a satellite view of your life—what you need to do. You discover your blueprint. You create your blueprint based on your life purpose. Your core strengthens. With semen retention, your core is strong; your solar plexus strengthens and continually reveals the purpose of your life now, and then reveals the next as you evolve. If you retain for the first year and then for a lifetime, clarity about choices and decisions becomes paramount. The decisions you take now determine your future. Many health issues fall away. You stop spending on unnecessary medicines and treatments aimed at “curing your brain.” Nobody can heal your brain other than you. Unless there has been a gross injury, brain healing requires a different quality of process—one I know and apply to my students.
Awakening from the Matrix
Understand that the challenge of a man is of a different nature than the life of people embedded in the matrix. In the matrix, there is no real man—only clones, robots running below the average capacity of man. Realizing this is your awakening. It is the point at which you rise from mediocrity and choose excellence. You choose to work on yourself. You choose to go beyond your limitations.

The Power of Solitude: 400 Days
You cannot do this while entangled in the matrix. If you are living in the matrix, it is not possible with a female close by in daily dependency. You must take a different route to increase real dopamine and testosterone. You need to remain alone in solitude—at least 400 days—so that your brain understands you are an independent man who does not need anyone on a day-to-day basis.
This is when the instinctive functions of life come to the forefront. Living alone, you cook your own food, wash your dishes, clean the house, broom, wipe the floor, wash and dry your clothes, organize your space. You live in a way that is natural to your brain. Evolutionarily, you emerged from a space where there was nothing—no civilization—and your brain remembers how to thrive in simplicity.
In this era, you need little: a laptop, a Wi-Fi connection, a space where you can breathe on your own, and no one to disturb you. These places exist all over the world. Go where you wish: country, city, state. Be progressive. Focus on your dopamine for yourself. Focus on your testosterone for yourself. Focus on your masculine energy for yourself. Become selfish. Becoming selfish—rightly selfish—is the route. That is the route I teach.
