Background
I, Guru Sanju, speak here on one of the most painful and misunderstood dimensions of the Kundalini awakening journey: pain signals. When Kundalini awakens, the nervous system often cannot process the intensity of this high-voltage life force, and the body goes into trauma freeze mode. In that state, pain becomes real, emotionally charged, and deeply disruptive. Many people are medically labeled with fibromyalgia, chronic pain, anxiety, or related nervous system disorders, yet they do not receive the deeper energetic understanding of what is truly happening inside them. In this discourse, I explain how pain signals form, why attention intensifies them, and how I work directly with the brain, nervous system, neuroplasticity, instinctive brain, and sensory re-education. I show how exposure to nature, movement, open space, and full sensory feeling can retrain the system to come out of terror and into safety. This is a practical path from contraction to expansion, from pain fixation to life itself.
Kundalini and Pain Signals Are Real
Kundalini and pain signals are real. The pain signals that you get from your nervous system are extremely real, and these pain signals can bring your life to a halt.
Your nervous system is in constant terror because of the awakening that has happened. Kundalini is a high-voltage energy, and because of this high-voltage energy, your nervous system has gone into trauma freeze mode. Due to that freeze mode, every time you get triggered by the same symptoms, some nerves in your body — maybe in your legs, maybe in your calf, maybe in the whole body, maybe in any part exposed to that trigger — can start giving you pain signals.
And those pain signals are extremely difficult to face.
Pain Comes with Emotional Charge
Especially, it comes with a lot of emotional charge. It comes with a lot of emotional intensity. And you feel that a lot of anxiety is coming together with those pain signals.
You face that, and then you go into freeze mode again and again. You feel that your life has no value. You do not know the solutions either, because if these pain signals are diagnosed medically, then often you will be diagnosed as having fibromyalgia, and fibromyalgia has no real solutions in the medical world.

Why I Can Work on This
I work on your stimulus and response. I work on changing your neuroplasticity. And to change your neuroplasticity, it takes time, it takes strategies, and it takes a different kind of expertise — which I have.

Nature Is Part of My Method
So have a look at this natural ambience, the mountains, and just feel in your body: how do you feel?
Look at the eagle flying there, and ask yourself what kind of feeling you get in your body. Is it a feeling of expansiveness, or is it a feeling of contraction?
This technique of exposing yourself to nature is my technique. And when you do so, you have to ensure that you feel it completely with all your senses.
Feel Nature with All Five Senses
First of all, when you go out in nature, you need to feel every element of nature.
For example, look at this twig. Maybe some music is playing in the background. Look at those mountain ranges one by one, sliding back into each other. The nearest one appears green. The next fades into a bluish color, and slowly, slowly into gray. Look at the sun and feel. Now look at these leaves.
When you expose yourself to nature by feeling it completely, observe in your body: how do you feel? How are you feeling with this movement of twigs and flowers and everything that I am showing you?
You Cannot Heal This in a Closed Environment
What you need to do, when you are actually working on yourself, is understand that it cannot happen in a closed environment. You have to expose yourself to natural objects.
The bird flying out there, the tree, the grass, the green grass — when you walk in nature, make sure that you are totally observing. This is cow dung in natural form. Observe that also.
My techniques work on the natural instinctive brain. I work on your instinctive brain. Your instinctive brain has taken the signal of pain because of the trauma and freeze mode that you experienced. When you expose yourself and go into the risk of knowing yourself and the unknown self, then change begins.
I Introduce You to Safe Contact with Life
I introduce you to different objects of nature, which you too can go and feel in the body.
There is no danger.
Look at the mud. Expose yourself to such environments. You do not have to feel unsafe. It is absolutely safe to experience all of this in its natural form. Do not be afraid.
Look at this water body and these insects flying. Is there any danger? No. There is no danger.
Your Brain Has Learned the Wrong Signals
So whatever your brain has taken, whatever your nervous system has taken as danger, you need to take the action that shows your system there is no danger.
This means that due to Kundalini, you have learned to remain closed. You have learned to remain stuck at home. So expose yourself. Go out. Move.
And when you move, let go of all the tension, all the hold in the body. You do not have to restrict yourself in movement. You can just have a natural walk and move around this open space, with the mountain in the background.
You can do anything that you want to do, but do it with openness. Do it with feeling. Engage all your five senses in feeling it.
Do Not Give Excess Importance to Disturbance
You may feel that there is some background noise coming, but still I am not giving importance to it. Because the technique that I learned is this: if you give too much importance to anything, then your nervous system takes it as trauma.
All your attention goes into that pain. And where attention goes, energy flows, and it grows.
The pain signals that you experience are due to your attention going to the pain signal and to the trauma. And that pain then keeps increasing every time you pay attention to it.
Shift Attention from Pain to Life
Instead of paying attention to the pain, you pay attention to life. You pay attention to yourself. You pay attention to different experiences of life.
Look at these plants. Have a feel of them. Look at this tree. Look at those mountains. Look at everything from a new perspective, and you will know that life is not that difficult. Life is not that challenging. It is easy.
Slowly, slowly, slowly, as you pay attention to life, you will feel that your pain has gone away — because you have paid attention to life.
And with attention to life, your life has grown.
When Life Grows, the Brain Feels Safe
Now as your life grows, the brain feels safe. And when you do all this movement, your body goes into rest-and-digest mode. Your parasympathetic breathing is activated. Your sympathetic activation slows down. Your beta brain waves begin changing into alpha waves.
Your heart rate reduces, and the heart also expands. It makes you feel more electromagnetic, and your heart responds to life by expanding your electromagnetic field. Your brain senses those signals as well.
This is how safety is taught back into the system.
My Real Teaching
So if you want to be free, then go out. Have fun. Be natural. Enjoy.
Be happy with the sun, the water, and all the natural resources — the Earth, greenery, this open space — and you will be free from your pain.
Expose yourself to real life, and the pain signals will go away.
Closing
Pain signals are real. I do not deny them. But the answer is not to live inside the pain. The answer is to retrain the brain, calm the nervous system, shift attention, engage the instinctive body, and come back into life through nature, movement, safety, and full sensory presence.
