Background
This case concerns a fifty-four-year-old doctor from Europe who came to me for the Kundalini Instinctive Life Project. Despite her professional success, she had lived in chronic loneliness, hormonal depletion, rigid mental structures, and a deep neurological freeze that no clinical method could resolve. Her spiritual awakening had opened her crown chakra, but her instinctive life—her body, emotions, survival intelligence—remained dormant. She came to India to work with me, Guru Sanju, for a twenty-day physical and energetic transformation. Throughout the project, she grew younger, emotionally alive, and neurologically open. Yet in the final stages, when the ego began to dissolve, resistance surged. This discourse is the complete story of her transformation, the resistance that emerged, and the universal lessons for anyone on the spiritual path.
Introduction to the Instinctive Life Project
I begin this series by introducing the central purpose of the Instinctive Life Project: to rebuild the lost or frozen layers of a person’s instinctive intelligence. My student—an older woman of fifty-four—came with a strong identity as a doctor. Her ego was tightly woven into her age, her profession, and her spiritual ideas. When she first surrendered, she allowed me to work on her deeply. Her physical, emotional, mental, and energetic layers all began shifting rapidly.
Her life had been marked by decades of isolation. The nervous system had adapted by shutting down into freeze mode. Her estrogen levels were clinically depleted. She experienced herself as old, but mentally denied aging out of rigidity. All of this formed a hard shell around her consciousness.
Despite these blocks, my spiritual power was strong enough to open her instinctive layer and help her feel life again.
Understanding What I Worked On
This project was not merely emotional healing or spiritual guidance. It was neurological reconstruction.
She had lived in freeze mode for so long that her brain could not generate vitality, movement, or inner aliveness. Neurosis had shaped her behavior, perception, and hormonal system. Even though her crown chakra was awakened, her lower layers were lifeless.
My work for her involved:
- renewing her instinctive brain
- reactivating her survival intelligence
- rebuilding emotional strength
- restoring vitality in the nervous system
- helping her inhabit her physical body again
As these layers awakened, you will see in the upcoming videos how younger she began to appear—how her face softened, how energy moved, how life returned.
The Transformation Across Twenty Days
Her transformation was intense. Through daily physical experiences, energetic interventions, breathwork, and instinct-desensitisation exercises, she slowly stepped out of neurosis.
I took her to natural spaces—farms, sunlight, open air—so that life energy could enter her again. Each experience loosened a frozen layer of her nervous system.
By the end of the twenty-day journey, she was finally able to live instinctively without depending on me. That is a profound achievement. Many people never reach that point.
However, something important unfolded at the end.
When Ego Fights for Its Life
As transformation deepened, her ego began to panic.
It did not want to die.
She became competitive, erratic, and frustrated. Even though the spiritual power was liberating her, the ego tried to claim control. Being awakened in the crown chakra means the ego also becomes spiritually sophisticated—more clever in resisting dissolution.
When I used the highest power to dissolve the ego completely, she resisted. She returned to her country frustrated, and I know she must be suffering now because she refused the final release.
This is the biggest lesson for you:
Surrender determines transformation.
Resistance destroys it.
Anyone can transform in twenty days if the ego does not interfere.
But if the ego becomes rigid, nothing can happen—not even with the highest spiritual power.
Why These Videos Exist
Many people, after transformation, deny the work that was done on them. For this reason, my team records the sessions—only with permission. She permitted the recordings at the beginning so others could benefit from her journey.
But later, when her ego resurfaced, she denied permission. She did not want her dark side—the neurosis, the resistance, the egoic breakdown—to be visible.
I am fearless. I am rebellious.
I am the Guru who knocks on the ego until it cracks.
These videos knock on the egos of those who resist the transformation that life itself is offering.
Life energy wants to grow.
Your ego wants to suppress it.
I will not allow that suppression.
I will destroy the ego to free the being inside you.
The Physical Project Begins
When she arrived in India, she came with hope but also subtle fear. At the hotel, I welcomed her into the physical project. She had come all the way from Turkey to begin her new life, and this very decision already shifted her vibration.
I showed her how the project works. We engaged with nature—sunlight, blue sky, open spaces. These are the conditions in which life energy revives.
I teach life skills in a physical way. I heal the brain, the nervous system, and consciousness through embodied experience. This is not theoretical spirituality; it is lived awakening.
If you are disconnected from your life purpose, if your inner guidance is lost, if your soul journey feels incomplete—you need the Guru’s presence to awaken your inner genius.
A Technique to Instantly Boost Brain Energy
During the project, I taught her a technique to stimulate instant brain activation through rapid inhalation and exhalation. When performed with speed and precision, it wakes up the dormant layers of the instinctive brain.
The rhythm of the breath sharpens awareness, increases circulation, and clears the fog created by neurosis.
After energising the brain, we moved into coordination exercises and fine motor training.
Coordination and Instinctive Training
I guided her to move her hands in rhythmic sequences, sync breath with action, and develop instinctive reactions. Repeated patterns like:
- “one, two, three, four, five, six”
- attention shifts
- quick responses
- directional adjustments
all help rebuild instinctive intelligence.
She also practiced triangular hand shapes and cutting techniques that required pressure, precision, and body awareness. These exercises are not random—they train the brain to regain control over fear, rigidity, and hesitation.
I showed her how pressure creates division when cutting—teaching her how instinct supports action. Every gesture in this training is symbolic of deeper neurological restructuring.
Her fear began dissolving. Her hands learned. Her brain learned.
This is how instinctive life returns.
Love, Story, and the Beauty of Transformation
In the background there was nature, sunlight, and the sound of life itself.
I told her stories, grounding her in warmth and connection.
These moments softened her inner world.
Every exercise, every breath, every gesture was part of awakening the life that had been suppressed for decades.
This is the essence of the Instinctive Life Project.
