Kundalini Yoga for Removing Toxicity and Feeling Powerful

The Power of Malasana (Yogic Squat)

There is one posture in Kundalini Yoga that I deeply recommend to every sincere seeker — a posture that processes the Kundalini energy with remarkable effectiveness. This posture is called Malasana. In traditional language, it is also known as squatting or the Indian toilet position.

How to Do Malasana

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and slowly lower your body into a deep squat. Your feet should remain flat on the ground. Bring your buttocks as close to the floor as possible. You are now seated on your heels — grounded, rooted.

Place your elbows on the inside of your knees. Now gently press your knees outward using your elbows while keeping your palms in Namaste position at your heart center. This will help spread the inner thighs and open up the pelvic floor.

Make sure your spine remains erect with its natural curve intact. Keep your chest lifted and your head straight. Most importantly, bring your focus to your Muladhara — the root energy center, the tiny space just above the anus and below the genitals. Hold this posture mindfully.

When and How Long to Practice

The best time to do Malasana is right after waking up in the morning. Begin your day by coming into this posture for at least 10 to 15 minutes. This single act can bring about a profound shift in your energy.

Repeat this pose multiple times throughout the day — ideally ten to fifteen times. Anytime you’re alone at home, step into this posture and allow your Kundalini to process gracefully.

Energetic and Physical Benefits

Why is this posture so powerful? Because when you enter Malasana, all the negative energies that reside within your field begin to discharge. They are naturally pulled down by the gravitational force of Mother Earth. The toxic prana — what we call Apana — which gets accumulated due to the combustion of life force during overnight Kundalini processing, begins to release from your system.

This downward-moving prana is responsible for expelling all forms of waste and stagnation. You will feel lighter, clearer, more spacious. All the gas, toxins, and waste move toward elimination. Your colon is stimulated, and blockages due to Kundalini overload begin to open up.

Even your brain fog begins to lift. Sit in this posture for just 10 to 15 minutes and witness the clarity in your vision. Your eyes will literally begin to see the world more clearly. Your mind will feel less hazy, more alert.

Kundalini Processing Through Malasana

This is not just a health posture. This is a Kundalini posture. Among all yoga poses, none processes Kundalini energy like Malasana does. That is why I call this Kundalini Yoga — the true Yoga that awakens, regulates, and purifies your system.

Please make this a part of your daily life. Observe your experiences. You will begin to notice shifts not just in your bowel clearance but in your total energy within the next 24 hours. Do it consistently and observe the transformation.

This is not just advice — this is an instruction. This is an order from your guide who wants you to heal, awaken, and connect with the Divine.
