Balancing, Strengthening, and Unlocking
Kundalini Yoga for chakra balancing, strengthening, and unlocking begins at the very foundation of human existence—the Root Chakra. Today I am going to teach you Kundalini Yoga for Root Chakra unblocking, balancing, and strengthening.
This teaching is specifically for those students who are already in my projects and are going through the Kundalini Awakening journey, the Spiritual Awakening journey. At the same time, if you are simply a reader or viewer, and you are suffering from the symptoms that I am going to mention in this discourse, you may also apply these techniques. And once you begin to see the transformation in yourself, you can join the projects thereafter.
Understanding the Root Chakra
First, let me give you a brief outline about the reasons and the impact of the body due to Root Chakra blockages. These blockages are not random. They occur due to karmas and many other subtle factors.
The reasons behind Root Chakra blockages are karmic. They are the results of bad karmas, unresolved past energies, and actions that create disturbances in the foundation of your life. When your Root Chakra is blocked, it becomes very difficult to experience life in its fullness.
The Root Chakra is the lowest chakra at the base of your spine. It is not visible in your physical body—it lies internally, deep within you, right at the end of your spine. This is the region that also governs your genitals and your pelvic area. When the Root Chakra is blocked, the disturbances are felt in this very region of the body.
Symptoms of Root Chakra Blockages
When you are experiencing blockages in the Root Chakra, you feel insecurity in life. You feel extreme levels of fear—fear so intense that you feel you are not able to participate in life. You feel as though there is danger in simply living in this world. Your system is filled with insecurity, with safety issues that never seem to leave you.
You feel as though there is no protection around you. You sense that negative forces, demonic energies, or lower vibrations are pulling you down, down, down. And it is precisely for this reason that I have created this teaching—so that once you begin applying the techniques, you will feel freedom.
If you are going through the Kundalini Awakening, then your Kundalini, which is often pulled downward by these heavy blockages, will instead begin to rise upward. It will open your higher centers, your chakras, and free you from the hold of negative energies and lower forces.
This practice must be done every day—sometimes many times a day, depending on the intensity of your blockages.
Learning Kundalini Yoga as a Project
In this discourse, I will teach one or two techniques, or sometimes a modification of one technique. But remember—there are many more techniques that you can learn from me.
If you are already a student of my projects, you can also join a focused Kundalini Yoga journey separately. That is like a project of one hundred days, which is online. There, you do not learn just one technique, but many techniques.
And if you unlock the chakras through these methods, there is a high possibility that you may even become capable of guiding others who are suffering from the same blockages.
Physical Problems from Root Chakra Blockages
Root Chakra blockages are not only energetic; they manifest physically in the body.
The first symptom is problems in your large intestine, small intestine, and the pelvic region. Genital problems, sexual problems, and many disorders connected with this region of the body are common outcomes.
When the Root Chakra is blocked, people may suffer from:
- Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome
- Constipation
- Diarrhea
- Problems with bowel clearance
All these conditions are connected to this one simple truth—Root Chakra blockages disturb the most basic systems of your body.
In this discourse, I will teach you one or more techniques. Apply them as I guide you. This is a guided teaching, so you can practice along with me and experience immediate results once you apply them.
Technique 1: The Primitive Squat (Malasana – Square Root Pose)
The first technique to unlock the Root Chakra is what I call the Square Root Pose or the Malasana Pose.
How to Do It
- If you are sitting in a normal position, shift into a squatting position.
- Sit deeply with your feet on the ground, your legs spread slightly apart.
- This is the position of primitive human beings.
You can think of it as the bird pose, because birds often sit in a similar posture.
The Secret of the Pose
The secret of this pose is that you are taking direct help from gravity. Mother Earth’s gravity pulls all the negative energies from your body toward itself and dissolves them.
When you are sitting like this, the negative energies stuck in your pelvic region are pulled downward. Even if you sit doing nothing—no meditation, no concentration—just sitting in this posture for three to fifteen minutes, several times a day, will allow gravity to release the lower energies.
The Benefits
- All the gases, toxins, and negative energies in the pelvic region are released.
- Fear, stress, anxiety, and tension dissolve.
- Brain fog reduces, because during Kundalini Awakening, toxic prana gets stuck and causes heaviness in the head.
- Your brain receives signals of primitive intelligence, and this activates the natural downward movement of food and waste.
If you sit like this for ten to fifteen minutes, you will notice bowel clearance beginning. Undigested food and material start to move downward, preparing your body for elimination.
At that time, you will feel ready to go to the restroom, and the body naturally clears itself.
Technique 2: Modified Squat with Ankle Stretch
If you want to deepen the practice, you can modify the squat by using your ankles.
How to Do It
- From the squatting position, stretch your ankles outward.
- Hold the posture, breathing deeply.
- Meditate on your third eye as you remain in the pose.
The Benefits
- This modification increases the stretch and makes the practice more beneficial.
- The blood circulation in the pelvic region increases.
- Energy stuck in the reproductive system begins to release.
If you have knee problems or cannot sit long, begin with just one or two minutes. Increase slowly—thirty seconds, then one minute, then two minutes—until you can remain in the squat for ten to fifteen minutes.
Technique 3: Side Stretches from Squat
Another variation is to add side stretches while in the squat.
How to Do It
- Place one hand on the floor for support.
- With the other hand, stretch upward and lean your body to the opposite side.
- Return to the center and repeat on the other side.
The Benefits
- This stretch activates your abdominal region.
- Your digestive organs receive stimulation and begin to function better.
- The Root Chakra, Sacral Chakra, and Solar Plexus Chakra all begin to unblock.
Technique 4: Extended Hip Movement
A more advanced variation is the extended hip movement.
How to Do It
- From the squat, move one hip down completely to one side.
- Return to the center.
- Then shift completely to the other side.
- Repeat slowly, alternating sides.
The Benefits
- This extended motion deepens the release of negative energy.
- It strengthens flexibility in the hips and pelvic floor.
- It dissolves the energy locked in the lower chakras.
The Spiritual Dimension
Whenever you return to the original position after these movements, you will feel relaxed. You will know that the negative energies have been released from your body.
Even if you are already in a positive state of energy, your physical system still requires care. This is why even spiritually enlightened beings practice Kundalini Yoga regularly.
Personally, I practice these postures daily. That is why I remain fit and energetic throughout the day. The moment negative energy is created within my system, I release it instantly.
Wouldn’t you want your energy field to be as free, clear, and filled with vitality? If yes, then start implementing these techniques. You will receive immediate benefits. There is no reason not to do them.
If you love yourself, love your body first. The love of the soul begins with the love of the body. Health is wealth—because without health, there is no life.
Root Chakra and Daily Life
When the Root Chakra is blocked, life becomes difficult. It feels like hell. Those who are going through the dark night of the soul face this problem the most. They worry constantly about food, clothing, shelter, and survival.
But when you sit in these primitive, instinctive postures, you return to your origin. You become instinctive again. Your brain understands this posture and responds with balance.
When practiced regularly, these techniques activate the vagus nerve, improve digestion, clear the bowels, and give rise to upward movement of Kundalini energy.
Your energy system becomes free of fear. Your digestion becomes smooth. Your mind becomes clear.
Conclusion
The Root Chakra is the foundation of life. If it is blocked, you cannot rise. But with simple, instinctive postures and gravity-assisted movements, you can clear the blockages, release toxic prana, and let your Kundalini rise.
Practice these techniques daily, and you will notice immediate transformation. Fear and insecurity will vanish. Your energy will rise. Your life will regain balance.
Thank you so much. I will meet you soon with another teaching on the next chakra.
